기름과 가스 수송 라인 및 선박 내에 설비된 유체 기계들에 관련된 파이프 내에 층상류 흐름이 존재할 수 있다. 이 때문에 수평 혹은 작은 경사 파이프 내에 발생할 수 있는 층상류 흐름을 예측하기 위한 많은 이론과 상관식이 제시되었다. 기존 연구들은 각 상의 물성, 점성, 밀도 및 파이프의 기하학적 형상 등이 층상류 흐름에 주는 효과에 관한 것이 대부분이고, 중력의 크기 및 파이프의 큰 경사 기울기에 관한 연구성과는 매우 드문 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에는 중력크기 및 파이프 경사도 변화가 층상류 발생 조건에 미치는 영향에 대해 이론적 연구가 수행되었다. 또한 본 해석을 통하여 0.17g 및 0.33g 조건에서는 비록 수직상향 흐름일지라도 매우 낮은 액체상의 유량조건에서는 층상류 흐름이 존재할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

From the short-period variability survey (SPVS), we obtained time-series BV CCD images in the region of an open cluster M50 (NGC 2323) for 10 nights from 2008 February 9 to 27. The observation was performed using a small refracting telescope ( ϕ=155mm, f=1050mm) in Bohyunsan Optical Astronomy Observatory (BOAO). M50 is included in the observing field of ASAS (The All Sky Automated Survey). In the region of M50, we found 8 new variable stars including two δ Scuti stars with short-periods and very small amplitudes. There are known nine variable stars by the catalogues of ASAS and GCVS in the region. We confirmed the variability of the known variable stars for six and non-variability for three.

본 연구는 청소년들의 인터넷 게임동기에 있어서 사교성과 공격성이 그들의 대인관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구결과, 인터넷게임 동기(사교성, 공격성)에 따라 가상적 대인관계는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 청소년들의 인터넷게임 동기는 그들의 가상적 대인관계에 영향을 끼치기 때문에, 공격성보다는 사교성의 동기로 인터넷게임을 하도록 장려하고, 올바른 가상적 대인관계를 형성할 수 있도록 유도하는 것이 필요하다.

최근 온라인 게임 이용자가 기하급수적으로 증가하는 초기 진입단계를 지나 현재 성장세가 둔화되는 현상을 나타내고 있다. 게임 시장 성장단계에서 성숙단계로 진입한 것을 단적으로 나타내는 증거로 판단된다. 성숙단계의 온라인게임시장에 대한 철저한 분석과 전략수립 없이는 시장 진입 및 기업 성과를 이끌어 내는데 걸림돌로 작용할 것이다. 이에 게임 산업 내 기업들은 온라인 게임 시장에 대한 정보를 파악하는데 시간과 자원을 투자하고 있다. 그러나 시장을 이해하기 위한 대표적 정보인 시장 세분화에 대한 연구가 미비하다. 학계나 산업계에서는 기존 게임시장세분화에 관한 연구와 보고서가 진행되고 있으나 게임 시장에 대한 전반적인 기초적 수준의 정보를 제공하고 있으며, 정보 또한 제한적인 내용이 많아 산업 내 기업들이 실무적 도움을 주고 있지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 나타난 한계점을 보완하고 향후 연구에 기반이 되고자 기존 시장 세분화의 기준변수와 설명변수의 고찰하고 온라인 게임 시장 세분화 변수를 추출하여 온라인 게임 시장세분화를 수행하는데 있어 적합한 기준을 제시하고자 한다.

선박의 충돌회피조선에 있어서 조종성능은 중요한 요소이다. 일반적으로 사용되는 조종성능은 심수역을 대상으로 작성되며, 천수역을 항주하는 선박의 조종성은 일반적으로 선회성은 저하되고 침로안정성 또는 추종성은 향상된다. 이러한 선회성의 변화는 충돌회피에 있어 위험을 초래할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 천수역의 조종성능을 반영함과 동시에 충돌위험정도를 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 하기 위한 가변안전경계영역의 새로운 적용기법을 제시하였다. 수학적 수치시뮬레이션 검증을 통하여 새롭게 제안된 기법의 유용성을 확인하였다. 따라서 선박충돌위험에 대한 충분한 충돌회피 조선을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

가변단면 압출기술은 사용하는 금형의 조합에 의해 다양한 가공이 가능한 성형공법으로, 압출시에 금형의 움직임에 의하여 제품의 단면형상을 변화시키거나, 치수와 두께를 동시에 변화시킬 수 있다. 압출공정에서 압출속도, 압출압력, 압출온도는 압출품의 표면결함이나 내부품질에 있어 중요한 영향인자이다. 그중 일정한 압출속도는 균일한 메탈 플로를 형성하여 성형품질에 있어서 고른 상태를 유지하게 만드는 요소이다. 기존의 압출 성형에서 펌프토출양의 변화에 의한 추출속도변동 문제는 램 속도의 변화를 계측하고 토출 양을 조정함으로써 압출속도를 제어하는 방법으로 해결한다. 그러나 가변단면 압출공정에서는 제품의 단면형상의 변화에 따라 압출비가 변하므로 이에 따른 램 속도 제어가 있어야만 한다. 본 연구에서는 가변단면 압출공정에서 가공형상에 따른 제어 알고리즘을 제시하여 가변 형상에 따른 램의 이동 속도 및 위치를 제공하려 한다.

This paper is to present design principle and operation strategy of acceptance control chart by the use of OC-Based sampling inspection for continuous data. The unified control limits for acceptance control chart when considering both APL(Acceptable Process Level) and RPL(Rejectable Process Level) are proposed. The control limits can be also extended to the acceptance control chart with unknown process standard deviation.

Preliminary time-series observations for short-period variability survey (SPVS) were carried out using a 155mm refractor and a 2k×3k CCD camera at Bohyunsan Optical Astronomy Observatory. We found 21 new variable stars in the 90′×60′ test field region : 9 eclipsing binary stars, 5δ Scuti type stars, a γ Doradus type star, and 6 long period variables. The observing field center is R.A. 05 h00m00s, DEC. 50∘00′00" (J2000.0). The period and amplitude ranges for the short-period variables, i.e., δ Scuti stars, were 0.052day - 0.107day and 0.012mag - 0.064mag, respectively.

This paper investigate vibration suppression by the active variable stiffness system (AVS system). AVS system can change its stiffness by special elements called on-off elements. The control logic deciding on-off states of on-off element is based on the method of dividing phase plane. A phase plane is composed of displacement and velocity axis. This control logic is easily applicable to both single and multi degree of system, because it is local control logic that determines on-off states according to the relative displacement and velocity between the floors in which each on-off element is installed. By this control logic, on-off elements can absorb and dissipate the earthquake energy. On-off element is on state when the sign of displacement multiplied by velocity is positive, because on-off element absorb the system vibration energy. Conversely, on-off element is off state when the sign of displacement multiplied by velocity is negative, because on-off element dissipate the absorbed system vibration energy. The effectiveness of this control logic can be proved in the second way through the active control experiment using the active mass damper (AMD).

본 연구에서는 이동최소제곱 다절점 유한요소를 이용한 새로운 전역-국부해석기법을 제시하였다. 다절점 유한요소는 요소의 변에 임의의 수 절점을 가질 수 있으므로, 여러 개의 유한요소를 요소망의 재구성 없이 동시적으로 결합시킬 수 있다. 이는 응력구배가 집중되는 곳에 유한요소망을 구성하는 데에 있어 큰 편의를 제공한다. 또한 기존의 전역-국부해석기법처럼 중첩된 요소망을 사용하거나, 지배방정식을 두 번 해석할 필요가 없기 때문에 매우 간편하고 정확하다. 제시된 방법론의 성능을 검증하기 위해 응력 집중과 관련된 다양한 다중스케일 문제를 해석하였다.

Even though the ad hoc Shewhart methods remain controversial due to various mathematical flaws, there is little disagreement among researchers and practitioners when a set of process data has a skewness distribution. In the context and language of process control, the error related to the process data shows that time to signal increases when a control parameter shifts to a skewness direction. In real-world industrial settings, however, quality practitioners often need to consider a skewness distribution. To address this situation, we developed an enhanced design method to utilize advantages of the traditional attribute control chart and to overcome its associated shortcomings. The proposed design method minimizes bias, i.e., an average time to signal for the shift of process from the target value (ATS) curve, as well as it applies a variable sampling interval (VSI) method to an attribute control chart for detecting a process shift efficiently. The results of the factorial experiment obtained by various parameter circumstances show that the VSI c control chart using nearly unbiased ATS design provides the smallest decreasing rate in ATS among other charts for all experimental cases.
