Today, in our society, serious concern about protection from crimes and the revision of existing penal system are demanded. The necessity and significant of probation and parole, especially, as and effective alternative th the prevention of crimes and a new idea of penalty, increase. Probation and parole is the system which offers the offender opportunities th improve and educate himself/herself by having him/her committed not to a correctional institution but treatment community. This would provide the offender with opportunities for self-protection by promoting and reinforcing his/her sense of self-responsibility. It also encourages other people to take part in the process of rehabilitation. Moreover, the system is of value in the aspect of public finance, which is responsible for the offender correction expenses. In our country , probation has been applied to juveniles already from 7. 1. 1989. As to adults, it was introduced in the Criminal Law and has been applied as from 1. 1. 1997. Probation would serve as an opportunity for new understanding of penalty. Since the purpose of this dissertation is th examine the concept of probation and parole, in law related to probation and parole, realities of probation and parole, specially, probation officer, role and problem of crime prevention in local community.

As an information-oriented era arrives, an environmental change of Internet marketing is going with high speed and such open door around the countries is providing worldwide companies with a new business opportunity. Now, Internet is a new communication tool for global network and is emerging as a new e-commerce market. Also, this trend is having an effect upon online site that sell crafts. Hence, this study aims to select artshop, which simultaneously operate off line and online while sell crafts, to research the present status, and analyze the problems to suggest the activation plans for effective Internet commerce. Accordingly, this study suggested six models for the settlement of these problem s and the activation plans as following: offer of the various works and the contents, security of price competition, reinforcement of marketing, establishment of brand recognition, management of customers and settlement of payment ways etc. The commerce of crafts in the artshop is only early stage today, but it is expected to grow into an universal connection way of information and buying which transcend space and to be briskly used for securing the competition of crafts in 21century.

Construction Management(CM) that is the business innovation and method of construction management is introducing and implying the needs to improve high cost and low productivity structure and cope with very variable changes of construction market in construction industry within the country. But, safety management system is a very insignificant thing under CM. Consquently, We had been needed for the improvement about what the problem was. Therefore, My study raised the problem to the system and management by making a comparative study of the feature of the management method and the content of the accomplishment of safety management by using the consideration of the case about a big field of construction work implying CM within the country and proposed the active method of safety management.

본 연구는 우리나라 국립공원의 대표적 자연해설시설인 탐방안내소 중 계획에 의해 조성ㆍ운영중인 내장산국립공원 내장사지구 탐방안내소와 북한산국립공원 정릉지구 탐방안내소를 대상으로 기능평가를 통한 이용활성화 방안제시를 목적으로 하였다. 국내외의 문헌연구를 통해 탐방안내소의 개념 및 기능, 유형 등을 파악하고 McManus의 커뮤니케이션 이론을 중심으로 탐방객에 의한 이용 후 평가를 실시하였다. 총 5단계에 걸친 평가 결과 탐방안내소 이용자들은 탐방안내소를 이해하기 위한 충분한 관람시간을 갖지 못하였으며 편의시설과 안내시스템의 부족으로 올바른 이용이 이루어지지 않았다. 전시내용에 대한 관람성향과 전시 내용의 이해도 부문 역시 전시물과 탐방객과의 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 이루어지고 있지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 이런 문제점들의 개선방안으로는 첫째, 탐방안내소 홍보 및 안내사인 보완 둘째, 다양한 계층을 고려한 전시관별 특성화와 차별화 된 전시연출 셋째, 각 전시내용들이 각 탐방객들의 사회적 경험과 연관되도록 하며 넷째, 전시주제에 맞는 전시매체의 적극적 활용이 필요함을 제안하였다.

Probation system is characteristic of managing criminals in the community. For this reason, protection them from consecutive offenses is directly related to the function of national security. Accordingly, strengthening function of probation system that supplemented with more information on criminals and treatment techniques can contribute to reduction not only security related personnel but also national budget. However, even though work load of probation is rapidly increasing as the importance of the community treatment is gaining social concern, shortage of personnels in charge of probation is deteriorating specialization of probation and organizational efficiency. To improve this situation and bring specialization of probation, increasing manpower of probation and reforming organization to be regulated mainly by probation officers themselves are needed. In addition, cooperation with the related agencies can also contribute to crime prevention in local community.

The purpose of this research is to examine the specialized educational process of juvenile protection education institutions and to present measures from an educational demand aspect to prevent juvenile delinquency. If traditional reform education focused on removing the causes of delinquency, the current specialized education does not remove causes but nurtures strength to overcome that cause. Therefore, better means to achieve the goals of specialized education are presented below. First, in order to achieve the goals of specialized education, factors that suppress delinquency must be increased through reinspection of currently taught practical English conversation as a course, strengthening of human character through psychological treatment and training and structured education of guardians. Second, in order to adapt juveniles into society after completion of specialized education, an efficient and supportive network must be established by using teachers from juvenile protection educational institutions and volunteers and by integrating national juvenile delinquency-related institutions and social institutions while reviewing the current probation system. Third, for more substantial specialized education, the demands of those being educated should be analyzed and reflected in the educational process. The awareness of the educators should be raised and professional ability should be nurtured.

범죄인을 수사하고, 죄에 대한 판결을 내리고 구금하는 모든 과정은 범죄자의 교정과 이들의 재사회화를 목표로 하고 있다. 이런 주장은 행형법 제 1조가 지적해 주는 바와 같이 교정행정의 궁극적 목적이 수형자의 교정과 교화 그리고 재사회화라고 명시하고 있는 것을 보아서도 짐작되는 것이다. 혹자는 범죄의 발생에서 재사회화로 이어지는 연계 과정 속에서 각 부분의 역할을 담당하는 사람들이 모두 비슷한 일을 하는 사람들로 오해를 하기 쉽다. 그러나 수사, 재판, 그리고 교정은 각기 다른 일을 하는 것이며, 그래서 각기 다른 특유의 교과과정을 가져야 한다. 더욱이 다른 어떤 분야보다도 교정에 비중을 더 두어야 합은 너무나 당연하다. 그런데 현행 교정공무원의 교육은 다른 분야와 함께 묶여서 특유의 전문성을 보여주지 못하고 있다. 현행 교정공무원의 교육은 교정공무원의 행정업무의 원활화에 관심을 두고 있다. 그러나 이런 교육과정은 교정의 목적과 일치하지 않는다. 왜냐하면, 바람직한 교정공무원의 교육은 수형자의 교정과 재사회화를 추구하는 것이기 때문이다. 그래서 진정한 교정공무원의 교육초점은 교정공무원 보다는 수형자에 놓여 있어야 한다. 현행 교육과정에서 교육 대상이 교정공무원이고, 교육의 효과도 이들에게서 나타나기를 바란다. 반면, 교정의 목적으로 보아서 교육과정의 교육대상은 교정공무원이 아니라, 수형자들이어야 한다. 다시 말하면, 교육은 공무원이 받고, 교육의 효과는 수형자에게 나타나야 하는 것이다. 현행 교육이 안고 있는 이러한 문제의 원인은 교정업무를 다른 업무와 동일선상에서 보려고 하기 때문이다. 더 쉽게 말하면, 교정을 수사와 판결의 종속적 관계에서 보기 때문이다. 그러나 교정은 다른 업무와 성격상 같이 취급될 수 없는 것이다. 왜냐하면, 수사와 판결과 달리 교정은 벌의 개념으로 효과성을 얻을 수 없는 것이기 때문이다. 만일 교정을 별로써 인정하고 그렇게 모든 행정이 수행된다면, 교정의 의미가 상실되고 만다. 더욱이 범죄자를 찾고, 벌을 주고 그리고 구금하는 모든 과정이 범죄인의 재사회화라는 목표를 향해 진행된다는 점을 감안한다면, 교정의 중요성을 거듭 강조해도 지나치지 않는다. 이런 이유에서도 전문 교육은 현재 보다 더 큰 규모로 발전되어야 할 당위성을 가지며, 또한 현재 교정 공무원의 교육이 법무연수원의 한 부문인 교정연수부로써 존재하는 것은 적절하지 않다. 독단적 아이디어를 가지고 교정교육 업무를 수행하기 위해서 교정부문의 독자적 기관을 갖는 것은 당연시된다. 어떤 사람들은 교정업무를 위한 단독기관을 가져야 한다는 이유로 종사자들의 머리 숫자를 지적하고 있지만, 그것은 아무런 설득력이 없다. 왜냐하면, 아이디어를 창출하는 사람은 소수로도 족하기 때문이다. 그래서 교정공무원의 교육을 위한 기관이 필요하다는 주장은 수형자의 교정과 교화의 측면에서 찾아야 한다. 이러한 주장에서 부당성을 지적하지 못하는 이상 교정과 재사회화를 위한 독립기관의 설립은 보다 시급하기 논의되어야 한다. 왜냐하면, 재범율이 전체 범죄율의 상당부분을 차지하기 때문이며, 그래서 새로운 시도가 수행되어야 하기 때문이다.
