        이 연구는 대한민국에서 국제난민지원단체를 설립하고 20여 년간 난민 보호활동을 하고 있는 이호택 대표의 생애사 연구이다. Atkinson(1998a, 1998b)의 내러티브 탐구의 생애 이야기 면담 방법으로 7회에 걸쳐 생애사 텍스트를 생성하고, Adriansen(2012)이 제시한 ‘타임라 인 면담 분석’으로 코딩한 후, Lieblich 등(1998)이 제시한 ‘통합적 내용 접근’으로 리코딩 했다. 그의 생애 이야기의 독자성을(Lieblich et al., 1998) 일곱 가지 주제 곧, 난민처럼 인생의 가장 약한 지점에서 시작되는 이야기, 활동가의 길을 가게 한 생의 분기점과 결정적 만남, 대한민국 소수자 보호활동의 개척사를 쓴 개척자, 타인을 위해 생명을 나누고자 하는 사명자, 세상을 이해하며 삶이 뒷받침되는 공부를 추구하는 이유, ‘난민들의 피난처’라는 의미, 대한민국 활동가로서의 생애 비전과 좌우 이념을 오가는 통합 방식 등으로 구성할 수 있었다. 대한민국 1세대 난민 활동가의 생애사를 통해 대한민국 사회에서 난민 코드를 탈북 코드와의 접합 속에서 개인적, 구조적으로 정당화할 수 있었다.

        지지력이 큰 하부지반에 구조물의 하중을 전달하기 위한 방안으로 말뚝기초가 대부분 적용되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 접합부에 보강되는 철근량에 따라 반복하중 하에서 프리캐스트공법과 철근 및 속채움 콘크리트로 말뚝머리부를 보강한 철근콘크리트 말뚝(HPC)과 기초접합부 거동을 실험을 통해 평가하였다. 철근량에 변화에 따라 제작된 두 종류의 접합부 실험체의 균열패턴과 파괴거동은 유사한 수준으로 평가되었다. 철근량 1.77배 증가에 기인하여 BS-H25 실험체는 BS-H19 실험체에 비해 최고하중은 약 1.47배 증가하였지만 연성비는 정가력시 76%, 부가력시 70% 수준을 나타내었다. 강성감소는 접합부 철근 항복 이후 BS-H19 실험체와 BS-H25 실험체는 정가력시 초기강성의 약 66% ~ 71% 수준으로 부가력시 54% ~ 57% 수준으로 감소되었고 BS-H25 실험체가 평균 13% 높은 강성값을 나타내었다. 극한하중 상태에서의 BS-H19와 BS-H25 실험체의 누적 에너지 소산량은 사용하중 상태에 비해 약 5.5배 및 6.6배 큰 값으로 측정되었다.

        Background : Panax ginseng Meyer, the king of Oriental medicine is a geophytic perennial shrub. P. ginseng possess long juvenile period which spans for at least 3-years before it could attain reproductive competence. To explore the significance of flowering time genes we isolated, characterized the Flowering Locus T (FT) gene and named as PgFT1 and PgFT2 to understand their role in ginseng floral transition. Methods and Results : By using extensive cloning and bioinformatics analysis we identified two FT homologs from ginseng a. The deduced PgFT sequences has a considerable homology to established FT homologs with the essential amino acids of a florigen function conserved. The tissue specific expression profiling by Real-time qPCR from the juvenile (2-years-old) and adult (4-year-old) ginseng plants have shown a spatial and temporal expression pattern, furthermore PgFT transcripts exhibited photoperiod dependent oscillation as well. Besides, PgFT1 and PgFT2 have shown an age specific expression pattern, in particular the transcripts were concentrated to the roots of P. ginseng. The ectopic expression of PgFT homologs in Arabidopsis thaliana induce precocious flowering by altering several floral pathway integrators, in addition PgFT1 transgenic Arabidopsis seedlings had an increased root length while, the influence of PgFT2 in transgenic seedlings apart from flowering is as yet to be revealed. Conclusion : Based on our results, we alleged the spatial and temporal expression of PgFT homologs could be significant in the flowering time transition of ginseng and their age specific expression pattern suggests the roots of ginseng are influential in determining the reproductive competency. On top of it, results from transgenic studies in Arabidopsis claimed that PgFT1 might involve in the underground organ development. Albeit, their molecular regulation, developmental role and the manipulation of PgFTs in ginseng flowering warranties further investigation.

        This paper was conducted to evaluate structural performance of modular system connection with bracket. It was evaluated to two external connection specimens and two internal connection specimens. As a result of experiment, excessive shear deformation of the bracket was observed in all of the specimens. However, all of the specimens satisfied the requirement for intermediate moment frames (IMF) targeted in the experiment.

        When the SC structure is partially applied to a nuclear power plant building, an RC-SC connection part is generated between the SC wall and the RC slabs or RC walls. If the difference in flexural stiffness between the RC part and the RC-SC connection part is large, compressive failure of the concrete near the RC-SC connection part may occur. In this study, the flexural stiffness relaxation design such as the approach slab concept was applied and the fracture behavior was analyzed using finite element analysis. As a result, it was confirmed that concrete cracks near RC-SC connection part were reduced when flexural stiffness relaxation design is applied.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the ultimate strength of carbon steel (SS400) fillet-welded connections with weld metal fracture through monotonic tensile test. Specimens of CTFW series (transverse fillet weld against loading direction), CLFW series (longitudinal fillet weld against loading direction) and CFW series (a combination of transverse weld and longitudinal weld) failed by tensile fracture, shear fracture and block shear fracture, respectively.         When the SC structure is partially applied to a nuclear power plant building, an RC-SC connection part is generated between the SC wall and the RC slabs or RC walls. When the RC-SC connection part is generated, the compressive failure of the concrete near RC-SC connection part may occur if the difference in flexural stiffness between the RC part and the RC-SC connection part is large. Also, from the viewpoint of constructability, it is expected that a anchoring system which fixes the SC wall is required if the SC wall is raised above the RC wall. In this study, construction method with connection improvement is proposed to solve the problems expected from the structural and construction aspects.

        The purpose of this study was to experimentally evaluate seismic performance of connection of modular system. As a result of experiment study, two specimens did not show the strength reduction and brittle fracture at connection until 2% story drift. Thus, requirements for intermediate moment frame(IMF) was satisfied in two specimens.

        Most of systems and components in nuclear power plants (NPPs) are anchored to the concrete structure and other components by means of post installed anchors. In order to develop more accurate seismic analysis model of equipment in NPPs, a deep consideration of concrete-anchor connection behavior is required. In this paper, the nonlinear finite element analysis was conducted for the concrete-anchor connection zone details. From the analysis results including strength and load-displacement relation was derived according to design variables including geometry and material properties.

        In the KEPIC-SNG, the domestic technical standard of the SC structure, the condition that the baseplate supporting the reinforcing bars is not bonded to the surface plate is suggested. However, if the baseplate is bonded only to the wingplate, all of the rebar loads generated on the baseplate will be transferred to the wingplate. The wingplate is expected to be conservatively designed in spacing and thickness to support the rebar load. In this study, the finite element analysis was carried out according to bonding conditions between surface plate and baseplate. As a result, it was confirmed that the overall structural strength was increased when the baseplate and the surface plate were bonded. Based on this result, it is possible to propose an economical design for the RC-SC connection such as increasing the wingplate spacing.

        오스테나이트계 스테인리스강은 우수한 내식성, 내구성 및 내화성을 지닌다. 특히, 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강중의 대표인 STS304에 비해 저탄소를 함유하고 있는 STS304L은 현장용접 후 별도의 열처리 없이 높은 내입계부식성능을 지니고 있어 용접후 내입계 부식이 우려되는 부재접합에 적용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 티그(TIG)용접으로 필릿 용접된 STS304L 용접접합부의 용접재(용착금속부) 내력과 파단 메카니즘을 조사하고자 한다. 주요변수인 하중방향에 대한 용접선의 배치에 따라 TFW(하중직각방향 용접), LFW(하중방향용접), FW (하중방향용접과 하중직각방향 용접조합)시리즈의 실험체를 제작하여 인장실험을 실시하였고, 각각 인장파단,전단파단, 블록전단파단(인장 파단과 전단파단의 조합)이 발생하였다. 동일 용접길이에 대해 TFW 시리즈의 접합부가 가장 높은 내력을 나타났으며, 현행기준식( KBC2016/AISC2010)과 기존 연구자의 식에 의한 예측내력과 비교한 결과, TFW와 LFW접합부는 과소평가되었고 FW실험체는 과대평가되었다 .실제 파단 위험단면과 블록전단파단 메카니즘을 고려한 내력식을 제안하였다.

        In this paper, block shear fracture behavior in base metal of fillet-welded connection fabricated with duplex stainless steel (STS329FLD) were investigated through experimental procedures. Main variables are weld lengths in the longitudinal and the transverse directions of applied force. As a result, test specimens failed by typical block shear facture (the combination of tensile fracture and shear-out fracture) in base metal not weld metal. Ultimate strength of the specimens tended to get higher with the increase of the weld lengths.

        Recently, the use of duplex stainless steel which has a two-phase microstructure consisting of grains of ferritic and austenitic stainless steel has been increased in a variety of industrial fields. Especially, STS329FLD with lower nickel content and higher yield strength compared with austenitic stainless steel has been developed. In this paper, experiments have been conducted to investigate the structural behaviors of single shear duplex stainless steel(STS329FLD) bolted connection with four bolts. Specimens with relatively long end distance failed by block shear fracture accompanied with curling (out-of-plane deformation) and the curling reduced the ultimate strength.

        최근 세계의 많은 항구도시들은 시대 흐름에 따른 산업구조의 변화 등으로 인해 기존의 항만공간에 대한 의의가 보다 복합적으로 변화하고 있다. 그러나 국내 항만공간의 경우 이러한 시대흐름에 발빠르게 호응하지 못하고 있으며, 일부 시행되고 있는 개발은 대규모 항만 공간에만 집중이 되고 있는 실정이다. 또한 항만공간과 항만배후지역간의 공간적, 심리적 단절감이 강해 전체적으로 조화를 이룬 항만공간의 계획이 불가능한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내의 항만공간은 항만공간만의 고유한 장소성과 특이성을 충분히 반영하지 못하고, 배후지역과 의 조화를 이룬 계획이 시행되는데 많은 한계점이 있다고 판단하였다. 이에 FBCs를 활용하여 항만배후지역과 항만지역의 이질적 공간 간 연 계성을 강화하여 항만공간 전체가 조화를 이루는 도시계획적 접근방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. FBCs란, 해당 공간만의 특성 즉, 장소성과 고 유성을 반영하고, 보행자 중심의 공간 계획, 그에 따른 안전성 확보, 공공공간의 활용 등을 위해 미국에서 제시되고, 실행되고 있는 제도적 장 치이며, 아직까지 국내에는 도입되어 있지 않다.

        When reinforcing an existing reinforced concrete beam-column building with a precast concrete panel, special connection between the PC member and the RC member is required to solve the time dependent deformation of the RC member and to receive the large shear forces. The aim of this study is to obtain the shear strength of upper connection between the existing RC beam-column and infilled PC wall panels in experimentally and theoretically. Thus, the static shear loading tests were conducted on the 6 specimens with the plate connection. Shear failure was resulted from the weakest portion of interior PC panel, exterior RC, and the connection, when the PC portion which located at the center of specimen was pulled upward from the bottom. The experimental result was compared with analytical result from ACI 318M-14 Chapter 17 for the shear strength of post-installed anchor and PCI Handbook 7th edition 6.8 Structural Steel Corbel (PCI Design Handbook 7th edition, 2010) for the strength of cast-in H-beam. The analytical and experimental results show final failure at the same location. The failure loading of experiment showed larger than average 6% to that of the analysis.

Three story and one bay steel moment frame is used as the example structure. Natural periods and mode-shapes are used as the input data and the rotational stiffness values of connections are used as the output data.

        In the nuclear power plant, safety-related structures have been used above No. 11 rebar. It needs to mechanical connection device to join RC to SC walls because ACI 349 presents that lap splices shall not be used for bars larger than No.11 bar. The tensile performance tests were performed to confirm structural integrity on the mechanical connection device. But performing the tests in accordance with various connection cases has limitations, such as time or cost. Therefore, computational analysis methodology is developed in order to verify structural integrity for various connection cases.

        This paper analyzed the effects of rotational stiffness of wedge connection between vertical and horizontal members of system supports. By simulating the connection condition both a hinge connection, which is considered in the design stage, and a spring with the rotational stiffness reflecting the actual behavior, the critical buckling load and the maximum combination stress ratio are compared. The results show that hinge condition somewhat underestimate the actual behavior of vertical members of system supports. However, it is also noted that the horizontal member represents the increased stress due to the rotational stiffness of the connection.
