        도로의 포장 상태의 노후화나 관리미흡으로 인하여 시민의 사유 재산 중 주요한 요소인 자동차 등의 손상이나 자동차 사고 로 이어질 수 있어 큰 사회적 비용이 발생할 뿐 아니라, 시민들의 불편과 불만을 초래할 수 있다. 최근 도로 포장의 경우 포트홀 발생 건수와 그에 따른 민원 및 소송 건수가 증가해 행정력 및 예산이 낭비되고 있으며, 서울시의 경우 포장도로 노후화 추이가 증가함에 따라 유 지 관리 비용 또한 증가하고 있다. SOC 시설물 안전성 강화에 대한 사회적 요구는 지속적으로 증가하고 있어 한정된 예산의 효율적 활용을 위한 첨단 유지관리기술 도입이 시급하다.

        At a time when the demand for drones is increasing, a plan to utilize drone images was sought for efficient promotion of cadastral resurvey. To achieve the purpose of this study, the technical and legal status of drone images was reviewed, and through this, the possibility of using it for cadastral resurvey was primarily reviewed. subsequently, an experiment was conducted targeting the project district to examine whether drone images were applied to boundary extraction, which is the primary process of cadastral resurvey. As a result of the experiment, it was found that boundary extraction from images is possible. However, in some cases, it is impossible due to field conditions or image quality. Therefore, it is necessary first to apply cases where boundary extraction is possible to cadastral resurvey and seek solutions for some impossible cases. In particular, the image quality problem may have problems with the current technology, but it will also have problems with the existing drone equipment. So, standard for drone calibration should also be established. Finally, the cadastral resurvey surveying procedure using drones was also presented.

        인간에게 도움을 주기위해서 개발되고 운용되고 있는 드론은 인간의 삶을 풍요롭게 해주며 인간의 존엄 성을 높여주는 역할을 하고 있다. 드론은 우리에게 경제적 요구의 충족, 위험업무의 감소와 인명구조, 미려 한 디자인, 아름다운 영상촬영과 같은 만족감을 가져다주는데 이러한 만족감을 인문학적 가치라고 표현할 수 있다. 일손이 부족한 농촌에서 많은 노동력을 절감해주는 드론은 힘든 일로부터 인간을 벗어나게 해주는 역할뿐만 아니라 경제적 효율성을 제공해줌으로써 우리에게 풍부한 인문학적 가치를 제공해주고 있다. 경 찰과 소방에서 사용되는 드론도 위험한 업무로부터 인력을 보호하는 동시에 효율적으로 업무를 처리할 수 있도록 함으로써 인문학적 가치를 높여주고 있다. 취미용으로 사용되고 있는 드론은 미려한 디자인의 외모 와 아름다운 영상촬영을 가능하게 해줌으로써 우리의 삶을 더욱 풍요롭게 해줌으로써 높은 인문학적 가치 를 현시해주고 있다. 향후에도 다양한 분야로의 사용 확대가 예상되는 드론은 그만큼 인문학적 가치를 높여 줄 것으로 기대된다.

        This research is to study the solution to the defects in maintenance and inspection that can be predicted/prevented in advance among human factors that account for more than 70% of the causes of aviation accidents. Traditionally, mechanics have performed visual inspections of aircraft exteriors. Due to this, there were factors that affect the human ability of mechanics in aircraft maintenance and inspection, safety problems when performing the upper part of the aircraft inspection, and the difficulty of precise inspection. To improve these problems, we conduct a study on an AI drone inspection system that has deep-learned samples on aircraft damage/defects. In this paper, we describe the aircraft maintenance inspection checklist, non-destructive inspection types, types of aircraft damage and defects, deep-learning highly reliable AI drone inspection systems, and the expected effects of this technology and future applications. Through this system research, it is expected that mechanics will efficiently inspect the aircraft through the optimization of aircraft maintenance system technology to prevent aviation accidents in advance and reduce time and economic costs.

        본 연구에서는 드론을 활용한 변위계측에서 드론의 회전진동 보정을 위해 드론 내부의 가속도계를 이용하는 방법 대신에 드 론 영상 내부의 변위가 발생하지 않는 고정점을 활용한 드론의 회전진동 보정방법을 제안하고자 한다. 영상 내부의 고정점을 활용한 드론 회전진동 보정을 위한 예비 연구로서, 카메라를 고정시킨 후 타겟을 회전하여 회전각도를 측정하는 실험과 회전하는 카메라를 통 해 변위가 발생하는 모형구조물의 변위를 계측하는 실험을 통해 카메라의 회전진동이 발생하는 경우 변위 계측정확도를 검증하였다. 변위가 3mm 이하로 발생 시 카메라 진동이 발생하였을 때 계측 신뢰도가 낮은 반면, 변위가 3mm를 초과하여 발생한 경우 비교적 정 확하게 계측되었다.

        본 논문의 목적은 건축물을 드론으로 계측하여 드론의 비행 및 촬영 변수에 따른 계측 정확도를 분석하는 것이다. 드론의 비 행 및 촬영 변수는 비행고도 3가지(50m, 60m, 70m), 중복도 4가지(60%/60%, 60%/80%, 80%/60%, 80%/80%), 카메라 각도 2가지(45°, 90°), 속도 2가지(2m/s, 최고속도)이며, 총 48번을 계측하였다. 드론으로 계측하여 얻은 3D 데이터와 실제 건축물의 길이를 비교하였으 며, 드론의 비행 속도가 느릴수록 정확도가 높게 나타났다.

        This paper is to study the technology of inspection and history management systems for wind power that are continuously increasing around the world. In the past, inspections and analysis of major devices in renewable energy system have been operated in an analog way that identifies problems through photography and passive method. To improve this problem, we conduct a study on VR-based inspection history management system using 3D texturing technique of drone image. The paper describes the current status and prospects of wind power, research and development of wind power blade inspection and history management systems, experiments and reviews in the field, and expected effects and future utilization of this technology. It is expected that the latest technology for inspection and management of renewable system will be secured and introduced to the site through the development research of this system to reduce maintenance costs and power generation costs.

        This paper considers a joint problem for blood inventory planning at hospitals and blood delivery planning from blood centers to hospitals, in order to alleviate the blood service imbalance between big and small hospitals being occurred in practice. The joint problem is to determine delivery timing, delivery quantity, delivery means such as medical drones and legacy blood vehicles, and inventory level to minimize inventory and delivery costs while satisfying hospitals’ blood demand over a planning horizon. This problem is formulated as a mixed integer programming model by considering practical constraints such as blood lifespan and drone specification. To solve the problem, this paper employs a Lagrangian relaxation technique and suggests a time efficient Lagrangian heuristic algorithm. The performance of the suggested heuristic is evaluated by conducting computational experiments on randomly-generated problem instances, which are generated by mimicking the real data of Korean Red Cross in Seoul and other reliable sources. The results of computational experiments show that the suggested heuristic obtains near-optimal solutions in a shorter amount of time. In addition, we discuss the effect of changes in the length of blood lifespan, the number of planning periods, the number of hospitals, and drone specifications on the performance of the suggested Lagrangian heuristic.

        PURPOSES : In this study, drone highway route alternatives were evaluated using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) technique to investigate any difficulties or improvements while designing drone highway routes. METHODS : Based on the literature review and AHP analysis, 39 road and airport experts were surveyed to evaluate two alternate drone highway routes that connect the Seoul train station and Jamsil park near Gangnam business district. RESULTS : The AHP analysis results revealed that the environmental aspect was the most critical factor in designing a drone highway route, followed by social and technological factors. Among the investigated factors, noise and life-environment showed the highest geometric mean value of 0.21. This mean should be considered when developing plans and policies for drone highway design. CONCLUSIONS : Environmental and social agreement is more crucial than the technological and economic aspects when designing drone highway routes. Laws and policies should be updated and followed to support the drone highway system, which is vital in logistics.

        PURPOSES : Many people recommend the expansion of the drone market and various ways of using drones. However, unreasonable expansion may cause various social problems. Therefore, criteria and systems for the expansion are required. This paper presents a review of the system using drones for managing and enforcing illegal parking, and recommendations on improvement. METHODS : This paper presents a review of the system using drones for managing and enforcing illegal parking, and recommendations on improvement. RESULTS : This study shows that new enforcement criteria are required for a new enforcement method using drones. In addition, consignment operation is needed to solve workforce shortage and secure expertise, and flight mitigation criteria are required, considering the illegal parking characteristics based on region and time. Finally, CCTV operation guidelines should be improved to clarify the definition of drone images and prevent unreasonable information collection. CONCLUSIONS : Illegal parking enforcement using drones is an efficient method that is highly feasible and solves enforcement limitation issues, such as the lack of workforce and equipment. A prior institutional review is required to apply new technologies more efficiently, and proposals on improving the legal systems with limitations are required through continuous research.
