버섯은 대부분 시설에서 재배되기 때문에 안전하게 고품질의 버섯 생산을 위해서는 재배사 내 환경에 대한 정보가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 헤파필터 교체에 따른 큰느타리 재배사 대기중 미생물상 변화를 분석하여 헤파필터 적정 교체기간을 설정하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 헤파필터 교체 전 재배단계별 대기중 세균 및 진균 밀도는 배지제조과정에서 세균 169.7 cfu/m 3 , 진균 570 cfu/m 3 , 균 긁기과정에서 세균 126.3 cfu/m 3 , 진균 560cfu/m 3로 부유균 의 밀도가 가장 높았다. 헤파필터 교체 후 세균의 밀도는 배양실에서 가장 낮아졌고, 진균의 밀도는 냉각실에서 가장 낮게 나타났다. 헤파필터 교체전 Cladosporium sp. 등 7속 7종이었고, 교체 후 1개월은 Penicillium sp. 등 6속 6종, 2개월은 Cladosporium cladosporioides 등 4속 7종, 3 개월차는 Mucor plumbeus 등 5속 7종, 4개월에서 6개월까지는 Penicillium brevicompactum 등 각각 5속 12종, 5속 10종, 5속 10종으로 교체 후 기간이 지날수록 종이 다양해지고 증가하였다. 부유균의 밀도는 헤파필터 교체 후 2개월 후 가장 낮았고 차츰 증가하다가 6개월에는 교체전 밀도와 비슷해지거나 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 헤파필터는 6개월마다 교체하는 것이 오염저감을 위해 효율적인 것으로 판단된다.

여원재에서 만복대 사이 백두대간에 해당되는 지역에 분포하는 식물상을 조사한 결과 104과 305속 439종 60변종 3품종 총 502종류로 확인되었다. 산림청이 지정한 회귀 및 멸종위기종은 구름송이풀, 구상나무 금마타리, 께묵, 눈향나무(식), 땅나리. 목련(식). 산작약. 뻐꾹나리. 금강제비꽃의 총 10종류와 환경부의 자연환경보전법에 의한 멸종위기 및 보호야생식물종은 보춘화 1종류가 조사되었다. 한국특산식물 종은 개나리(식), 구상나무, 금마타리, 꽃마리, 나비나물, 노각나무, 말채나무, 병꽃나무, 분취, 뻐꾹나리, 일월비비추, 할미밀망 등의 총 24종류가 확인되 었다.

Al-Cr-Zr nanocomposite metal powders were prepared by mechnical alloying (MA) in order to develop aircraft structure materials with lighter weight and lower cost than the conventional Ti and Ni alloys. The morphological changes and microstrutural evolution of Al-6wt.%Cr-3wt.%Zr nanocomposite metal powders during MA were investigated by SEM, XRD and TEM. The approximately 50m sized Al-Cr-Zr nanocomposite metal powders has been formed after 20 h of MA. The individual X-ray diffraction peaks of Al, Cr and Zr were broadened and peak intensitied were decreased as a function of MA time. The observed Al crystallite size by TEM was in the range of 20 nm, which is a simliar value calculated by Scherrer equation. The microhardness of Al-Cr-Zr nanocomposite metal powders increases alomost linearly with increase of the processing time, reaching a saturation hardness value of 127 kg/ after 20 h of processing. The intermetallic compound phase of in the matrix was identifed by XRD and TEM.

This study was conducted to investigate into the ecological environments and the soil microflora of purple-bracted plantain lily (Hosta longipes Matsumura) for wild vgetables. Native soil textures of purple-bracted plantain lily were in the order of sandy loam (SL) ＞ loam (L) ＞ clay loam (CL). pH in soil was relatively acid by 4.8, electric conductivity was 0.08mS/㎝, and organic matter content was 0.08g/㎏. CEC was measured by 100.8cmol(+)㎏-¹ and available phosphate was 103.4㎎/㎏. Contents of exchangeable cations in terms of potassium, calcium, and magnesium were measured by 0.33cmol(+)㎏-¹, 2.26cmol(+)㎏-¹, and 0.87cmol(+)㎏-¹, etc. Diurnal changes in the air temperature of the natives were 15 to 20℃, that temperature differential was relatively little compared with that in open field by 15 to 30℃. Relative humidity in the natives were much more humid by 60 to 80% compared with that in open field by 35 to 85%. Light intensity in the natives and the open field at ten o"clock were 2,300μ㏖/㎡/sec. and 1,750μ㏖/㎡/sec. Total number of soil microorganisms were 8.4×107 c.f.u./g. Mycorrhizal spore densities over 500 ㎛, 355~500㎛, 251~354㎛, 107~250㎛ and 45~106㎛ were 0.8, 1.3, 2.1, 38.1, and 110.0 respectively. Mycorrhizal root infections by vesicle and hyphae were 17% and 6%. However, arbuscules in the roots were not shown.
