인천 영흥도 낚시어선 충돌사고와 같이 해양사고는 한 번 발생할 경우 많은 인명피해와 재산피해를 야기할 수 있다. 인천시는 이러한 해양사고를 예방하기 위해 해양사고 예방 안전관리 정책을 시행하고 있으며 특히, 차량용 무선통신기술(WAVE)기반 선박안전운행 시범사업을 추진하여 충돌사고 예방을 위한 선박간 충돌경보 서비스를 주요 서비스로 제공할 예정이다. 하지만, 이러한 서비스를 사용자에게 제공하기 위해서는 구체적인 서비스 형태, 구성, 체계 등 표준화 방안 개발이 필요하고 이는 사용자 요구분석을 기반으로 분석이 되 어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 해당 서비스의 대상이 되는 선박운항자와 유관기관 관계자의 요구분석을 통해 WAVE 통신기반 충돌경보 서비스 표준화 방안을 개발하여 제시하였다. 이는 실증사업에서 도출된 데이터와 더불어 지속적인 개선과 표준화를 위한 노력을 통해 서비스 의 질적 향상, 전문성 및 신뢰성 확보 등에 기여하고 결과적으로 해양사고 예방에 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.

Cloud service providers at home and abroad are building diverse ecosystem of partners along with domestic cloud development due to the implementation of the world's first "Act on the development of cloud computing and protection of its users". Through these diverse partner policies, cloud service providers are promoting and advancing the growth of the local cloud market. This study proposes the standardization of domestic cloud service provider partner policies and systems suitable for the domestic environment through the status and systematic research.

GSA (Gaming Standards Association)’s S2S (System to System) standard provides harmonizing protocol between any gaming and non-gaming host systems in the casino back office and Casino business area. Its technical details and implementation is rarely open to the academy and public. This paper discuss our ongoing implementation of S2S protocol engine and systems, which is, to our knowledge, the first case in Korea. Our design leverages open source technologies such as Linux, Python, Django, Tornado, JQuery, and lxml. Describing the architecture and an application scenarios of ‘PlayerInfo’ class, we demonstrate how the open source technology can be utilized in the S2S system design.

The objective of this study is to provide mobile application developers with a standard testing system and service method. By using this testing service, the developers can test the functional performance and quality of their applications from remote sites through Internet. This service standard helps to test applications quickly, easily, and cheaply through the intuitional scenario graphical environment, and becomes a base for constructing a testing system which can be shared by developers, users, and the third parties.

중 소형 어항에서 한정된 해양경찰자원으로 수요자 중심의 고품질 해양경찰 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 현장 서비스 표준 모델 개발을 목적으로 어업관련 업무를 영역별로 분석하고 어업종사자의 친숙도를 조사하였다. 또한 표본항으로 녹동항을 선정하여 해양경찰 파출소에 대한 치안수요와 업무량을 정량적으로 분석하고 업무성취도를 도출하였다. 시사점과 분석결과를 바탕으로 어항 현장 업무 표준 모형을 구성하고 역할중심 조직인 해양경찰대 조직구성과 업무 수요량 기반 자원방안을 제안하였다. 또한 수요자의 만족도 제고와 업무성취도 향상을 위한 교육프로그램을 제시하였다.

Recently, numerous government institutions and information service organizations have shown interests in employing ISO 9001 Quality Management System to increase their organizational performances. However, due to the gap between the system requirements and the process oriented goals in reality, they have not been able to merit from the ISO 9001 system. The primary goal of this paper is to propose a process oriented approach for implementing ISO 9001 system in information service organizations. This approach is different from the existing approaches in that it utilizes process mapping and 3-color improvement strategies. The proposed approach is illustrated using the K information service organization case study.
