농업기계는 다양한 환경과 작물을 대상으로 작업을 수행하기 때문에 농업기계의 설계와 개발은 실 작업 부하를 고려하여 수행되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 식용 옥수수 수확기의 실 작업 부하를 계측하기 위해 식용 옥수수 수확 시험을 수행하였다. 또한, 계측된 부하 데이터를 이용하여 수확기 내 기어박스 요소들의 강도 및 수명을 평가하기 위한 부하 스펙트럼을 구축하였다. 부하 스펙트럼은 기어박스의 구성요소 중 기어와 베어링에 적용 가능한 하중 지속 분포와 기어와 베어링을 제외한 축, 하우징, 캐리어 등에 적용 가능한 부하 스펙트럼으로 나누어 구축하였다. 본 연구를 통해 구축된 하중 지속 분포 및 부하 스펙트럼은 식용 옥수수 수확기의 기어박스 강도 및 수명 평가뿐만 아니라, 기어박스의 설계 하중으로도 활용이 가능할 것으로 보인다.

목적 : 본 연구는 교육 프로그램을 포함한 집단작업치료가 치매환자의 우울, 불안감, 활동참여에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 치매환자 19명을 모집하였고 실험군 10명, 대조군 9명으로 무작위 배정하였다. 실험군은 집단작업치료와 교육 프로그램을 병행하였고, 대조군은 집단작업치료만을 실시하였다. 중재기간은 8주간 주 2회, 하루 2시간씩 동일하였으나 실험군의 치매환자와 보호자에게는 4가지 주제의 교육 프로그램을 하루 30분, 8회기 동안 추가로 실시하였다. 중재 전·후의 비교를 위하여 한국판 노인 우울척도(Korean form of Geriatric Depression Scale; K-GDS), 해밀톤 불안검사(Hamilton Anxiety Scale; HAM-A), 상태-특성 불안검사(State-Trait Anxiety Inventory; STAI-X-1), 한국형 활동분류카드 (Korean-Activity Card Sort; K-ACS)를 사용하였다. 결과 : 중재 전·후의 차이를 비교하였을 시, 교육 프로그램을 포함한 집단작업치료군의 우울과 불안이 통계적으로 유의미하게 감소하였다(p<.05). 결론 : 교육 프로그램을 포함한 집단작업치료는 치매환자의 우울과 불안을 감소시키는데 유의한 효과가 있었다. 향후에는 치매환자의 심리·정서적 측면을 강화할 수 있는 중재 프로그램 개발과 더불어 보호자 교육에 중점을 둔 작업치료 영역에서의 다양한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.

최근 안전하고 질 좋은 ‘로컬푸드’에 대한 생산과 소비에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 지역 밭농업의 기계화와 생력화를 절실히 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 밭농업을 생력화하기 위한 일관화 작업 평두 둑 복합기의 개념을 설계하고 후방전도 안정성을 검토하는데 있다. 일관화 작업 복합기는 경운·정지, 휴립, 방제, 멀칭 및 파종·정식의 다섯 단계별 작업기를 통합하여 트랙터 부착 견인형으로 일관작업 체계의 개념으로 설계하였다. 기존의 개별 작업기들를 참고하여 복합기의 자중과 소비동력을 추정하고 국내 농가에서 사용하는 트랙터에 적용 할 수 있는지를 동력 공학적으로 검토하였다. 방제용액을 포함한 작업기의 추정 자중은 1,270kgf으로 예상 총소비 동력 33.5kW을 제공할 트랙터를 검토한 바, 45PS(33.6kW)급 트랙터는 히치 상승능력과 총동력에 있어 적절한 한계선 이내에 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 또한 복합작업기의 자중에 의한 후방전도의 안정성을 검토하였는데, 본 연구에서 설계한 복합 작업기를 카테고리 I(<48kW) 트랙터에 장착하여 사용할 경우 트랙터 전면 평형추(ballast)로서 전방 버켓로더를 부가하여 후방전도 안정성을 유지해야 한다.

Recently, many computer-based programs for cognitive function training are being developed. However, they are not sufficient for voluntary training with interest and immersion since most of the programs developed so far have been developed for therapeutic purposes. In this paper, the contents were implemented by applying visual element based design which can provide interest and immersion for the elderly. It is important to note that this approach may be more effective in cognitive rehabilitation training. In the future study, it will be necessary to verify how much the visual design elements based on the elderly are effective for cognitive function rehabilitation.

The goal of this paper is to analyze the relationship between pedagogy and the emergence of contemporary Korean architecture after the 1990s. For this purpose, the paper deals with the education and work of two important contemporary Korean architects, Kim Seung Hoy and Choi Wook. Kim and Choi were part of a group of young architects that went abroad in the 1980s to study at the centers of architectural education in Europe and the United States. Through their education and work, the paper discusses the relationship among education, history, and design practice in architecture. During their studies at Michigan University and IUAV in Venice, they were commonly influenced by Colin Rowe through their studios. In the case of Kim Seung Hoy, he was introduced to the Beaux Arts logic of the analytique and esquisse through the teaching of Steven Hurrt, a disciple of Colin Rowe. Choi Wook took studios that involved formal analysis and comparison of Palladio and Le Corbusier. The paper further analyzes their works in Korea by employing the concepts of fragments and systems, ignorance and knowledge. The paper concludes that, in Korean contemporary architecture, fragments and systems, ignorance and knowledge, lie in the middle of ongoing creative process that must distinguished from the West, where architectural history provides an established tradition of systematic knowledge.

수집 농산물의 세척, 선별, 포장 작업 등이 이루어지는 APC 작업장은 하절기에 작업자들이 고온의 환경에 노출되므로 작업환경 개선을 위한 냉방공조가 요구되고 있다. 기존의 전체 냉방 공조방식은 과도한 유지비로 인한 운용상의 어려움이 발생하고 있으므로 설비비 및 운용비가 상대적으로 저렴한 시스템을 적용할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 하절기 APC 작업공간의 효율적 냉방을 위한 냉방시스템 설계의 기초 연구로써 CFD를 기반으로 하여 양압식 및 음압식 팬 앤 패드 시스템과 국소냉방 시스템에 대해 열유동 수치해석을 수행하여 각각의 냉방효과를 예측하였다. 그 결과, 음압식 팬 앤 패드 시스템은 고온 외기의 과도한 유업으로 인해 패드 하류의 일부 영역을 제외한 대부분의 작업영역에서 상대적으로 고온의 온도 분포를 보였으며 기류의 유속분포 역시 낮게 나타나 APC 냉방시스템으로 부적합한 것으로 판단되었다. 양압식 팬 앤 패드 시스템은 직업장의 중심부 및 각 작업영역에 비교적 균일한 저온환경을 조성하나 작업자 위치별로 기류의 유속편차가 크게 나타났다. 국소냉방 시스템의 경우 각 작업자 위치의 상부에서 냉기류가 공급되는 방식이므로 팬 앤 패드 시스템에 비해 작업자 위치에서의 온도분포와 기류 유속분포가 상대적으로 균일하게 나타났다. 양압식 팬 앤 패드 시스템은 냉방기를 사용하는 기존의 공조방식에 비해 설비비 및 유지비가 저렴하나, 실제 APC 작업장의 냉방공조에 적용시에는 팬 소음, 고습환경이 선별기 등 장비에 미치는 영향, 용수공급 및 패드교체 등을 고려하여 보다 신중한 검토가 요구된다.

In manufacturing industry, cutting parameters have an influence on reducing the production cost and time and deciding the quality of a final product However, owing to governmental regulations and the change of owner's cognizance, the machining safety becomes important in those fields relatively. The paper presents an intelligent operation planning system considering machining safety for milling operations. The main issue of the system is to determine the cutting parameters in achieving a balanced consideration of productivity and worker's safety. The detailed algorithm and functions of the developed system is introduced and then discussed.

An industrial injury prevention has a basis on fundamental spirit of human respect rather than only injury prevention in company. The employer should recognize employee as a core part of an industrial management and use as a starting point of safety and health management rather than means of production. There are many reason for unsafety action without safety operation. The reason is no standard safety operation in company or the workers never get a enough education. Standard safety operation is prepared by paper for accurate directions and orders and operators must read the paper to prevent an error of action. Also an essential particular is safety of equipment and machine must be assumed to establish standard safety operation then safety of operations will be possible.
