        As a safety device, a rupture disc are used to control pressure to minimize the explosion risk once the internal pressure of high pressure equipment exceeds a critical level. In this paper, optimization method was developed to secure optimal design of domed Rupture disks. The parameter analysis was performed through design of experiment to parameter of Rupture disk made of AISI 316.The Diameter, Thickness and Hight of Rupture disk were selected as design parameters for design parameter analysis. The results of parameter analysis revealed that the Diameter, thickness and hight were burst pressure-sensitive design parameters. Based on the valid performance factors, a regression equation to predict its performance was deducted and using the equation, an optimal design. And a sample model was fabricated, followed by burst pressure testing, after optimal design and analytical verification. In this research, it is verified that the optimal design method and the credibility of the analysis of this study is deemed very high. Furthermore, utilizing this mechanism would inspect the effect of the design parameter performance and increase the credibility and efficiency of a design.

        In this study, the change in the mold opening stroke of important functional parts according to the 20, 50, 80, and 100% increase in the injection speed of a hydraulic 150 ton hydraulic injection molding machine was studied to verify the accuracy of the injection speed and mold opening stroke and the reproducibility of the standard deviation. The null and alternative hypotheses were confirmed by conducting hypothesis verification according to the experimental condition change using the experimental design method.

        Screws are the closest and most familiar mechanical elements of everyday life, and are generally used so widely that there is no machine without screws. Screws are used to make it easier to combine objects with objects, and are also used to transfer large forces from machines. The most influential factor in the coupling of these screws is the effective diameter. If the effective diameter is not accurate, the support cannot be finished or endured, leading to a major accident. The importance of these screws cannot be ignored, so in this study, the effective diameter was measured using the three-wire method, the screw micrometer method, and the projector method, and the one-way factor design method was applied to determine the exact method compared to the KS standard.

        실험 계획법을 활용하여 세라마이드가 고함량으로 함유된 수화 액정형 베시클의 입자 사이즈에 영향을 미치는 인자를 분석하고 혼합물 조성의 최적화를 시도하였다. 베시클 입자 사이즈에 영향을 주는 주요 변수로 제조 온도, 에탄올 양, 초음파 시간을 각각 정하고, 다구찌 방법의 S/N비 산출과 ANOVA 분 석을 통해, 이들 변수들이 입자 사이즈에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 또한 혼합물 실험 계획법의 심플렉스 중심 설계에 따라, 베시클 막을 구성하는 세 지질 성분, 인지질(HPC), 콜레스테롤(Chol), 세라마이드(Cer) 의 혼합 조성 실험을 수행하였다. 실험에서 얻어진 데이터로부터 회귀분석을 실시하여 모델식을 구하고, 베시클 입자 사이즈를 최소로 만들기 위한 세 지질 성분의 최적 혼합 조성은 HPC(0.6), Chol(0.1), Cer(0.3)으로 구해졌다.

        본 연구에서는 20,000 톤급 해양플랜트 상부구조물(Topside)의 플로트오버 설치작업을 위해 개발된 수동형 갑판 지지 프레임 (Deck support frame)의 구조설계에 대해 다양한 실험계획법을 이용한 최소중량설계와 민감도 평가의 비교연구를 수행하였다. 수동형 갑판 지지 프레임의 주요 구조부재의 두께 치수 변수는 설계인자로 고려하였고, 응답치는 중량과 강도성능으로 선정하였다. 최소중량설계와 민감도 평가의 비교연구에 사용한 실험계획법은 직교배열설계법, Box-Behnken 설계법, 그리고 Latin hypercube 설계법이다. 실험계획법의 설계공간 탐색의 근사화 성능을 평가하기 위해 반응표면법을 각 실험계획법 별로 생성하여 근사화 정확도 특성을 검토하였다. 또한 최소 중량설계를 위해 최상 설계안의 결과로 부터 실험계획법의 특성에 따른 수치계산 비용, 중량감소 효과 등을 평가하였다. 수동형 갑판 지지 프레임의 구조설계에 대해 Box-Behnken 설계법이 가장 적합한 설계 결과를 나타내었다.

        The purpose of this study was to establish the optimum experimental conditions by investigating the relationship between the nine experimental conditions using Taguchi technique. Through experiments, we found that the weight, thickness, and length of the sample were most affected by the angle at which the sample was installed, while the width had the largest influence on the sample's x-axis and the inner diameter. It was confirmed. Therefore, through this experiment, it was confirmed that the installation angle of the product had the greatest influence on the error occurrence of the product during 3D printer processing.

        The diesel engine generate many pollutants such as PM(Particulate matter) and NOx(Nitrogen oxide). So the SCR(Selective catalytic reduction) must be required to meet the emission standard. The SCR catalyst market is growing rapidly, and the automobile markets using alternative energy sources are growing rapidly. This study deals with optimization of the calcination process the manufacturing process of SCR catalyst to be competitive. The calcination process is a bottleneck and it is required to optimize productivity and accept to be safety, But we cannot trade off anything in terms of safety. We applied DOE(Design of experiments) among many research methods performed in various fields. In order to achieve quality and productivity optimization. The dependent variables in the DOE were selected as NO Conversion(%). The independent variables were selected as the calcination temperature, soaking time and fan speed RPM. the CCD(Central composite designs) constructs response surface using the data onto experience and finds optimum levels within the fitted response surfaces. Our tests are our stability guarantee and efficient together with operation.

        Purple-fleshed potato powder (PFPP) was investigated to determine optimal mixing ratio with milk powder and dextrin to produce a ready-to-eat mashed potato powder. The rheological characteristics, color, and anthocyanin contents were studied at a different concentration of ingredients. The power-law model was applied to explain the mechanical spectra of mashed potatoes which represented the change in structure induced by different mixing ratios. Mixture design was used to obtain the experimental points used to establish the empirical models to describe the effects of each ingredient on the characteristic of the mashed potato. The results of mechanical spectra showed that both storage and loss moduli (G' and G'') were significantly influenced by PFPP and milk powder concentration. The power law parameters n' and n'' showed higher values for the mashed potato with a lower concentration of PFPP and a higher concentration of milk powder, which showed that the gel networks involved in the mashed potato were weaker. The optimum mixing ratio with the highest redness and anthocyanin content, while maintaining the rheological properties similar to the commercial mashed potato, was determined as PFPP:milk powder:dextrin = 90.49:4.86:4.65 (w/w). The proportions of PFPP and milk powder in the formulation significantly changed the characteristics of mashed potato, whereas no significant effect of dextrin was observed in this formulation.

        The Design of Experiment (DOE) is a most practical technique when establishing an optimal condition for production technology in Six Sigma innovation project. This research proposes the assessment of properties of error terms, such as normality, equal variance, unbiasedness and independence. The properties of six nonparametric ranking techniques for checking normality assumption are discussed as well as run test which is used to identify the randomness, and to check unbiased assumption. Furthermore, Durbin-Watson (DW) statistics and ARIMA (p,d,q) process are discussed to identify the serial correlation.

        The research presents an application of Balanced ANOVA (BANOVA) by utilizing randomized orders for various Split-Plot Designs (SPDs) which include two cell designs, split-plot with one-way HTC (Hard to Control) factor, split-plot with two-way HTC factor, split-split-plot design and nested design. In addition, four MINITAB examples of 2-level split-plot designs based on the number of blocks and the type of whole-plots are presented for practitioners to obtain comprehensive understanding. Furthermore, the geometrical interrelated properties among three typical Designs of Experiments (DOE), such as Factorial Design (FD), Response Surface Design (RSD), and Mixture Design (MD) are discussed in this paper.

        본 연구는 실험계획법(예: 반응표면계획법) 및 하모니 검색 알고리즘을 통하여 다양한 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장 구조체에 있어 피로균열의 공용성 인자인 인장변형률을 예측하는 모델을 개발하는 방법에 대한 연구이다. 인장변형률을 산정하기 위하여 한국건설기술연구소에서 개발한 유한요소 축대칭해석 프로그램인 KICTPAVE를 이용하여 아스팔트 층과 린콘크리트 층의 접속면에서 발생되는 변형률을 구하여 데이터베이스(D/B)화 하였다. 아스팔트 포장에서 입력변수인 층별 탄성계수 및 두께를 다양한 조건에서 KICTPAVE 프로그램을 수행하여 훈련용 D/B(Training Set)인 변형률의 값들을 구축한 후 반응표면계획법에 근거하여 회귀방정식을 정의하였으며 방정식에 필요한 계수값을 결정하기 위하여 하모니 검색 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 최종적으로 결정된 회귀방정식의 계수값들의 정확성을 검증하기 위해서 훈련용 D/B가 아닌 다른 조건의 입력변수를 이용하여 검증용 D/B(Testing Set)를 구축하고 이를 이용하여 개발된 모델을 검증하였다.

        본 실험에서는 투명비누를 만드는데 사용되는 폴리올의 최적 농도를 실험계획법을 이용하여 결정하였다. 짧은 사슬을 보유한 디프로필렌글리콜과 1,3 부틸렌글리콜은 비누의 투명도를 증가시켰으나 폴리에틸렌글리콜 400, 글리세린과 디글리세린은 비누를 불투명하게 하였다. 프로필렌글리콜, 디글리세린, 디프로필렌글리콜 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 농도를 증가시키면 비누의 경도는 증가하였다. 경도, 투명도, 물의 흡수성 및 마찰 용해도는 디프로필렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 설탕과 트리에탄올아민의 농도를 조절하여 최적화할 수 있었다.
