        본 연구에서는 자유낙하하는 직사각형 해양구조물(800×250×50mm3)의 슬래밍 충격압력 및 유동특성을 알아보고자 실험을 수행하였다. 유동장의 계측은 2-프레임 그레이레벨 상호상관 PIV기법을 이용하였으며, 자유낙하하는 모델의 충격압력은 압력계측장비(Dewatron)를 이용하였다. 모델과 자유수면간 이루는 각은 10˚와 20˚를 적용하였다. 속도장은 접수보다 이수에서 빠른 유동특성을 나타냈다. 모델 하부에서 충격압력이 가장 높은 지점인 P2 지점에서 10˚보다 경사각이 큰 20˚에서 약 6 % 상승하였다.

        The triple eccentric butterfly valve has metal sheet and this study about butterfly valve ceiling is an innovative approach. But it is affected by the static pressure as well as cross-current. The damage at the valve on the pipe resulted from the reflux is due to valve leakage. This study is investigated on the triple eccentric disk and it is applied with angle and the static pressure in all cases to develop cross-current triple eccentric butterfly valves. The disc with the diameter of 300A is valve against flow velocity. The entrance pressure by flow characteristics is performed with numerical analysis. As the result, valve torque production is reduced more than the conventional triple eccentric valve and entrance pressure is decreased on the increase of valve open angle. And flow coefficient can be known to be increased.

        일반적으로 순환유동층 열교환기에서 최적의 운전과 설계에 대한 지식은 아직 잘 알려져 있지 않다. 입자 유동에 관한 기초적 지식이 부족하기 순환유동층 열교환기를 최적 설계하는 데에는 아직 제한적이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 순환하는 물속에 고체입자(유리)가 유동하는 수평 원형관에서 압력강하와 마찰계수에 대해 실험적으로 측정한다. 고체입자의 직경은 3 mm와 4 mm를 각각 취급하였고 레이놀즈수의 범위는 10,000에서 45,000이었다. 연구 결과 4 mm 직경의 입자가 3 mm의 입자보다 마찰계수가 더 컸다. 그리고 고체입자의 농도가 낮은 경우에서는 마찰계수는 고체입자의 농도보다 유체속도에 의해서 더 영향이 컸다. 그러나 입자의 농도가 큰 운전조건에서는 고체입자의 농도도 마찰계수에 큰 영향을 주었다.

        With continuous industrial development, the types, and amount of particulate matter (PM) have been increasing. Since 2018, environmental standards regarding PM have become more stringent. Pulse air jet bag filters are suitable for PM under the 20㎛ and, can function regardless of size, concentration and type. Filtration velocity and shape are important factors in the operation and design of the pulse air jet bag filters however, few established studies support this theory. In this research, numerical simulations were conducted based on experimental values and, several methods were employed for minimizing the pressure drop. In the pilot system, as the inlet duct velocity was faster than 19 m/sec, flow was not distributed equally and, re-entrainment occurred due to the hopper directional vortex. The multi-inlet system decelerated the hopper directional vortex by 25 ~ 30% , thereby decreasing total pressure drop by 6.6 ~ 14.7%. The guide vane system blocked the hopper directional vortex, which resulted optimal vane angle of 53°. The total pressure of the guide vane system increased by 0.5 ~ 3% at 1.5 m/min conditions. However, the filtration pressure drop decreased by 4.8 ~ 12.3% in all conditions, thereby reducing the operating cost of filter bags.

        The rheological properties of concrete vary during pumping. In this study, the tests were conducted to evaluate whether changes in rheological properties of concrete during pumping occur only by pressure, or by both pressure and shear flow. A high-strength concrete with a design strength of 50 MPa was used in the experiment. From the test results, it was confirmed that the change of rheological properties of concrete during pumping was affected by both pressure and shear flow.
