현대사회는 평균수명의 증가로 인해 지적장애인의 성인기도 점차 길어지고 있는 추세다. 그러나 그에 상응하는 교육이나 재활은 턱없이 부족한 실정이다. 특히, 성인이 된 지적장애인이 사회구성원으로 살아가 는 데 필수적인 의사소통 및 사회화 능력을 향상시키는 훈련은 좀처럼 찾아보기 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구 는 지적장애를 가진 성인의 의사소통 능력 및 사회화 능력에 재활승마가 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 통제집단 사전사후 실험설계를 사용하였고, 실험집단과 통제집단은 각각 20명의 지적장애 성인으로 구성하였다. 먼저 두 집단에 의사소통과 사회화 능력에 대한 검사를 실시한 후, 실험집단을 8주 동안 16번의 재활승마 프로그램에 참여시켰다. 본 실험설계의 분석을 위해 실험군과 대조군의 동질성을 검증하였다. 그런 다음 재활승마가 지적장애 성인의 의사소통 능력과 사회화 능력에 미 치는 영향을 측정하기 위해 실험집단과 통제집단에 대한 사전사후 검사를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 설계한 실험집단과 통제집단의 동질성이 나타났고, 재활승마에 참여한 실험집단은 참여하지 않은 통제집단과 비교 했을 때 의사소통과 사회화 능력에서 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 본 연구는 지적장애 성인의 의사소통 및 사회화 능력의 증진을 위해 체계적인 재활승마 프로그램을 기획·공급·확대할 필요가 있다고 제언한다.

Purpose: This study verified the effects of simulation-based communication education on the problem-solving process, communication self-efficacy, and communication ability of nursing college students. Methods: As an experimental study of single-group pre- and post-design, data were collected from April 12 to June 18, 2021, using a self-report questionnaire from 55 Year 4 nursing college students in city D. The collected data were analyzed in terms of frequency, paired t-test, and Pearson's correlation coefficients using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Results: Our findings indicated that there were significant differences between the problem-solving process (t=-20.54, p<.001), communication self-efficacy (t=-15.31, p<.001), and communication ability (t=-3.62, p=.001) in communication before and after simulation-based communication education. Following simulation-based communication education, the communication ability of nursing students was evaluated through the problem-solving process (r=.46, p<.01), self-efficacy in communication (r=.37, p<.01), and problem-solving process by a doctor. Furthermore, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation with communication self-efficacy (r=.16, p<.01). Conclusion: It can be expected that the simulation -based communication education will improve nursing students’ problem-solving process, communication self-efficacy, and communication ability and thus contribute to high-quality nursing in related clinical situations. In addition, for a more effective communication education, research that could develop various scenarios in the clinical field and verify the effectiveness is required.

수의사 보조원은 동물병원에서 동물에 대한 처치, 접수, 보호자 안내, 수납 업무 등을 통해 수의사를 지원하고 보조한다. 이러한 역할을 수행하기 위해서는 적극적 경청과 원활 한 의사소통 능력을 갖춰야 한다. 이것과 관련하여 조사와 분석을 통해 도출된 결과로 인 식의 함양이 필요하지만 현재 이와 관련된 선행연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 동물 병원 서비스 이용 경험이 있는 전라북도 반려인의 이용 만족도 현황과 정도를 파악하고 이에 수의사 보조원의 언어적, 비언어적 의사소통 능력이 미치는 영향의 유무를 규명하고 자 한다. 또한, 전반적인 의사소통 능력의 중요성과 영향력을 인식하는 데 목적을 둔다. 2022년 4월 30일부터 2022년 5월 29일까지 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 응답 결과 의 데이터는 빈도 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관 분석을 사용하여 인구통계학적 기준으로 분석 하였다. 첫째, 수의사 보조원의 언어적, 비언어적 의사소통 능력의 개념을 정리하기 위한 신뢰도 분석 결과 Cronbach’s alpha 계수는 모두 0.8 이상으로 나타나 신뢰도가 검증되 었다. 둘째, 수의사 보조원의 언어적, 비언어적 의사소통 능력이 동물병원 이용자의 만족 도에 미치는 영향의 여부와 정도를 파악하기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 모두 정(+)의 상관관계로 나타났다. 하여, 본 연구는 수의사 보조원의 언어적, 비언어적 의사 소통 능력의 영향력 인식을 통해 중요성 함양하고자 하는 데 의의가 있다.

Interkulturelle Kommunikationskompetenz ist seit den 80er Jahren ein sehr zentraler und populärer Terminus, aber Studien darüber im DaF Unterricht gibt es noch nicht sehr viele. Das Zier der Arbeit besteht darin, Lehrbücher für allgemeinbildende Deutschkurse an der Universität zu analysieren, die in Südkorea verwendet werden. Auf dieser Weise sollen Elemente zur Entwicklung der interkulturellen Kommunikationskomentenz in Lehrwerken erschlossen werden. In dieser Arbeit werde ich untersuchen, wie die interkulturelle Kommunikation in den Lehrwerken vermittelt wird. Die DaF Lehrwerke werden im Moment im allgemeinbildenden Deutschunterricht an den koreanischen Universitäten für Anfänger benutzt. Warum habe ich die Lehrwerke als Untersuchungsmaterial gewählt? Sie spielen noch eine sehr wichtige Rolle im DaF unterricht und die Quantität und Qualität des interkulturellen Inhalts sind sehr bedeutend. In dieser Arbeit werden die Lehrwerke aus der Perspektive der Lernenden betrachtet: Fördert der interkulturelle Inhalt in diesen DaF Lehrwerken den Lernprozess im Hinblick auf interkulturelle Kommunkationskompetenz? Ist es dem Lernenden möglich, seine interkulturellen Fähigkeiten mit Hilfe dieser Lehrwerke zu entwickeln? Für diese Antwort habe ich eine empirische Methode verwendet, nämlich Fragebogen, der 17 ausführliche Fragen enthielt. Dafür habe ich Fragebögen an 100 Studenten in Südkorea verteilt, und beantworten lassen.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 의사소통능력과 긍정적 사고 및 대인관계와의 관련성을 파악하고 의사 소통능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 G시와 P시에 소재하 는 2개 대학 간호학과 학생 171명이었고 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도와 백분율, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's 상관관계 분석 및 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 간호대학생의 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하기 위해 다중회귀분석 결과, 대인관계(β=.404, p<.001)가 큰 영 향을 보이는 변수로 나타났고, 긍정적 사고(β=.274, p=.014)가 그 다음 순서로 나타났다. 회귀모형의 적합 도에 대한 F 통계량은 20.940(p<.001)로 유의하였고, 설명력은 47.9%인 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 간호 대학생의 의사소통능력 향상을 위해서는 대인관계와 긍정적 사고를 높일 수 있는 다양한 방안을 모색해야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 의사소통능력을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료로 유용하게 활용될 것이다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습 동안 적용한 SBAR 보고교육이 의사소통명확성, 의사소통 만족도, 보고자신감, 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 실시되었다. 자료수집기간은 2019년 12월 1일부터 12월 20일까지이며 2개 대학교에서 임상실습을 6주 이상 완료한 3학년을 편의 추출하였다. 대상자 수는 SBAR 보고교육을 받은 103명과 교육을 받지 않은 113명이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient 등으로 분석하였다. 의사소통명 확성과 의사소통능력은 양의 상관관계(r=.52, p<.001)가 있었고, 보고자신감은 의사소통만족도와 양의 상관관계(r=.53, p<.001)가 있으며, 의사소통능력은 보고자신감과 양의 상관관계(r=.46, p<.001)가 있었다. 의사소통능력은 의사소통명확성(β=.29, p<.001), 의사소통만족도(β=.43, p<.001), 보고자신감(β=.15, p=.009)이 유의한 영향요인이었으며, 설명력은 49.0%로 나타났다. 결론적으로 간호대학생에게 임상실습 중 실무능력을 파악하여 보고체계를 강화하기 위한 교육적 제도와 교수방법의 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the correlation between self-efficacy in communication, flow, and nursing students’ competence in communication, and examined the effect of self-efficacy on communication, and the effect of flow on competence in communication. Method: Data of 123 fourth-year nursing students were collected using structured self-report questionnaires in simulation-based education. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Self-efficacy in communication, flow, and competence in communication were positively correlated. The final regression model showed that self-efficacy in communication and flow accounted for 31.4% of the variance in predictions of competence in communication. Additionally, self-efficacy in communication was the most influential factor. Conclusion: The study supports a strategy to improve self-efficacy in communication and flow by improving nursing students’ competence in communication in simulation-based education.

본 연구는 간호 대학생을 대상으로 시나리오를 통한 건강사정 실습교육이 의사소통 능력, 비판적 사고 성향 및 학업성취에 미치는 효과를 보기 위한 비동등성 대조군 사전-사후 설계의 유사실험 연구이다. C북도 G군 소재 J대학교와 G도 P시 소재 P대학교에서 건강사정 교과목을 수강하는 간호학과 2학년 학생을 대상으로 실험군 35명, 대조군 34명에게 각각 시나리오를 통한 실습교육과 전통적 실습교육 수행 전ㆍ후로 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 시나리오를 통한 건강사정 실습교육을 받은 실험군이 전통적 실습 교육을 받은 대조군보다 의사소통 능력(t=2,797, p=.007), 비판적 사고 성향(t=2,406, p=.019), 정보수집능력(t=2,977, p=.004), 문제인식능력(t=3.584, p=.001)이 통계적으로 유의미하게 높아졌다. 그러므로 간호 학생들의 의사소통 능력, 비판적 사고 성향, 정보수집능력 및 문제인식능력 향상을 위해 건강사정 수업 시 시나리오를 통한 실습교육프로그램을 활용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

In den Zeiten der Globalisierung und Internationalisierung unserer Lebens- und Arbeitswelt ist interkulturelle Kommunikations- und Handlungskompetenz essentiell Der schulische Deutschunterricht steht im Zuge der Globalisierung vor neuen Herausforderungen. Er muss neben der Ausbildung rein sprachlicher Qualifikationen auch auf den ständig wachsenden Austausch mit anderen Kulturen vorbereiten. Interkulturelles Lernen, das der Entwicklung interkultureller Kompetenz dienen soll, ist daher auch Bestandteil von Lehrplänen. Ziel der vorliegender Arbeit ist es, einen Lehrplan zum Erwerb interkultrueller Kompetenz im schulischen Deutschunterricht zu entwickeln. Für die Entwicklung von dem Lehrplan zum um Erwerb interkultrureller Kompetenz werden zunächst einen Dialogtext im Restaurant aus dem Schulbuch ‘Deutsch 1’ ausgewählt, und im interkulturellen Kontext analysiert. Als Ergebnisse sind im schulischen Deutschunterricht zwei Lehr- und Lernmethoden denkbar, um eine interkulturelle Kommunikation anzuregen. Dazu gehören diskursanalystische Lernmethode und Kulturassimilator.

본 연구는 영상제작 인력의 특성을 고려하여 다양한 전문영역 및 다양한 직급의 영상제작 인력(402명)을 대상으로 이들의 직업만족도와 관련요인들의 직간접효과 및 조절효과를 밝힌 실증연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 영상제작인력의 직업만족도에 이들의 업무자율성이 미치는 효과를 밝히고, 업무자율성이 직업만족도에 미치는 영향력이 의사소통 능력이나 대인갈등 요소에 의하여 증가 혹은 감소되는 지에 대한 이중매개효과를 입증하고, 셋째, 최근 영상제작분야에서의 성차별 문제에 대한 증대된 관심과 함께, 전술한 영상제작 인력의 업무자율성이 직업만족도에 미치는 직접효과 뿐 만 아니라, 의사소통능력 및 대인갈등의 이중매개효과가 성별에 따라서 어떻게 상이한 양상을 보이는지 규명해 볼 수 있도록 성별의 조절효과를 분석하는 것이다. 자료분석 결과, 첫째, 업무자율성을 많이 가질수록 직업만족도도 높다는 사실이 밝혀져, 영상제작인력의 직업만족도를 향상시키는데 업무자율성이 매우 중요한 선행요인임이 입증되었다. 둘째, 직업만족도에 업무자율성이 미치는 긍정적 직접효과는 특히 여성의 경우 남성에 비해 두배 이상 월등히 강하게 나타난 점이 주목된다. 셋째, 업무자율성이 직업만족도에 미치는 긍정적 효과는 남성의 경우 의사소통능력을 매개(mediation)로 하여 한층 더 강화될 수 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 넷째, 업무자율성이 직업만족도에 미치는 긍정적인 효과는 여성의 경우에서만 대인갈등을 매개로 약화되었는데, 이러한 대인갈등의 부분매개효과는 여성에게서만 발견되었다. 영상제작인력의 직업만족도에 업무자율성이 미치는 영향, 의사소통능력 및 대인갈등 등의 매개효과를 규명함에 있어서, 성별의 조절효과가 반드시 반영되어야 한다는 결론을 내리게 되었고, 자료분석 결과 밝혀진 주요 사실들을 토대로, 영상제작 인력의 직업만족도 향상을 위한 함의를 모색하고 논의하였다.

The goal of the present study is to examine EFL English teachers' intercultural communicative competence (ICC) and its relation to their English language proficiency (LP). Data was collected from 81 in-service and pre-service Korean English teachers (N=81) who participated in an one-month overseas training program in the U.S.A. The participants were asked to diagnose their own levels of ICC and LP through the questionnaires whose reliability and validity were confirmed by the factor analysis. The major findings from analyses were as follows: 1) in general, participants appeared to consider themselves possessing a high level of ICC, showing an average score of 3.99 out of 5.0 on the ICC questions, 2) participants' willingness and readiness to engage in different cultures/speakers were found to be in a higher level than the other four factors of ICC, such as an ability to interact in intercultural situations, an ability to identify an importance of ICC, a degree of acceptance by other cultures/speakers, and a degree of contribution to mediating intercultural situations, and 3) chi-square, correlational, and regression analyses showed significant associations between ICC and LP of the participants. Pedagogical implications and suggestions are discussed.

이 연구는 역진행 상호학습 프로그램을 교수·학습 과정 및 평가에 적용하여 영어 의사소통능력을 신장시키고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 영어과 교육과정에서 영어 의사소통 능력을 길러 주는 것이 중요한 목표이지만, 인성교육과 창의성 교육도 중요하게 생각하여 영어 교육을 통한 인성 함양을 강조하고, 교수-학습 방법에서도 창의성 계발이나 인성 교육을 고려한 교수-학습 계획 수립을 강조하고 있다. 그러나 현실은 교과서 위주 수업으로 소통이 단절되거나 학생과 교사간의 1:1 소통만이 겨우 이루어지는 경우가 빈번하다. 이러한 점들을 고려하여 학습자 중심의 학습, 배움이 중심이 되고 학생 개개인의 수준과 특성을 고려할 수 있는 역진행 상호학습(Flipped Learning)을 실천하여 학생들의 영어 의사소통 능력을 신장시키고자 한다.

본 연구는 개인의 가치를 부각하고 자기 존재를 알리는 의사소통능력이 요구되는 시대에 적합한 수업방법 개선에 주안점을 두었다. 수업은 물론 수행평가, 대학입시 구술면접, 입사시험 등에서도 자신의 의견을 조리 있게 표현해야 하므로 이러한 능력은 앞으로도 계속 강조될 것이다.담당 학급 어린이들은 발표 의욕이 낮았다. 그러나 일상 대화에서는 자기 말만 내세워 자주 다투며, 대화보다는 거친 말과 폭력이 앞섰다. 화목하고 즐거운 학급을 만들려면 상대를 이해하고 경청할 수 있는 여유로운 마음이 필요하다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 어린이 개인의 능력 차를 고려하여 서로 도우며 과제를 해결하는 협동학습을 시행하고, 어린이들의 기본생활습관 치료프로그램을 개발하였다. 또한, 어린이들이 더 많은 경험을 할 수 있도록 다양한 독서와 현장학습의 기회를 확대하여 인성 및 자기 성장에 도움이 되도록 주력하였다. 자신감 형성과 바람직한 대화 기술, 즉 의사소통능력을 신장시키기 위해서 자기 성장 프로그램, 말하기 핑퐁, 다양한 토의 및 토론활동 등을 국어·사회과에서 통합·단계적이며 계획적인 프로그램을 구안·적용하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to value the intercultural communicative competence model in English language assessment. As for intercultural communication, it becomes of utmost importance that (1) the inappropriateness of the conventional communicative competence models be demonstrated, and (2) altemative models from interculturally communicative needs be proposed and their use defended. Qualitative methodolgy and narrative inquiry are needed to make the assessment of intercultural communicative competence press forward in Korea.
