본 연구는 한국인 인구집단에서 폭식행동, 음식중독을 식별하고, 해당 증상들이 비만 및 섭식행 동, 정신건강, 인지적 특성과 어떠한 연관성을 보이는지 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 정상체중 및 비만 체중에 해당하는 한국인 성인 257명을 대상으로 섭식문제(예: 폭식, 음식중독, 음식갈망), 정신건강(예: 우 울), 인지기능(예: 충동성, 정서조절)에 관한 임상심리검사 척도를 측정하였다. 비만 여부와 성별에 따라 그 룹을 나누었을 때, 비만체중 여성에서 폭식행동이 46.6%, 음식중독이 29.3%로 가장 빈도가 높았다. 성향 점수 매칭 후 데이터로 독립성 검정을 수행한 결과, 폭식행동 및 음식중독이 비만체중 집단에서 정상체중 집단보다 더 많이 나타나는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 폭식행동과 음식중독 유무에 각 심리검사 척도 요인이 미치는 영향력을 파악하고자, 전진선택법을 적용한 로지스틱 회귀모델을 구축하였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 폭식행동에는 섭식장애, 음식갈망, 상태불안, 정서조절(인지적 재해석) 및 음식중독이 주로 관여하였 고, 음식중독에는 음식갈망, 폭식행동과 함께 비만과 연령의 교호작용, 교육년수가 유의하게 작용하는 것으 로 나타났다. 본 연구는 한국인 성인을 대상으로 한 체계적 연구로서, 폭식행동과 음식중독이 여성 및 비만 인에서 특히 더 많이 나타남을 확인하였다. 폭식행동과 음식중독에는 일부 섭식문제(예: 음식갈망)가 공통되게 관여하나, 정신건강 및 인지적 위험요인에는 차이가 있었다. 따라서 음식중독과 폭식행동은 서로 구 별되는 개념으로 두고, 각각의 기질적·환경적 위험요인을 깊이 있게 탐구하는 것이 필요하다.

혁신조달 제도는 전략적 공공조달 정책의 일환으로 혁신제품 지정 및 우선구매 제도를 활용해 기업의 혁신역량 향상과 공공부문의 사회문제 해결능력 향상을 동시에 추구하는 정책으로 도입됐다. 혁신제품에 대한 시범구매 사업은 2019년에 처음 도입됐으며 2020년부터 정부 부처의 혁신제품 지정·발굴 체계가 확립된 후 혁신제품 우선구매제도가 본격적으로 실시됐다. 이에 본 연구는 혁신조달 제도가 본격적으로 시행된 이후 해당 제도의 기업지원 효과에 초점을 맞춰 정량적 분석을 진행했다. 이를 위해 2017년에서 2021년까지의 기업 재무제표 및 고용 자료를 이용했으며, 분석방법으로 성향점수매칭(PSM) 및 이중차분(DID) 방법을 활용했다. 본 연구를 통해 혁신조달 제도가 기업성장과 고용증대에 기여했으며 추가적인 공공 및 민간판로 개척 효과를 창출했음을 확인할 수 있었다. 한편 혁신조달 참여기업이 제품지정 종료 이후에도 자생성을 갖추기 위해서는 혁신제품 지정기업과 기존의 중소기업 지원정책을 적극 매칭하는 등 혁신조달 제도를 고도화할 필요가 있다.

This study investigated the impact of 26 EFL college students’ familiarity levels with the visual information of TOEIC listening test items on test scores and test performance procedure. Data collected measured students’ degree of familiarity with the visuals via a pre-test and their listening test scores, and responses to the post-test questionnaire were analyzed. To analyze the data, one-way ANOVA was conducted to locate the interdependency between the students’ familiarity levels with visuals and their test scores. Results found that there was no statistically significant differences in test scores regardless of the students’ levels of familiarity with the visuals. Additionally, the correlations between the familiarity with the visuals and the students’ test scores were low. However, the students experienced difficulties with unfamiliar visuals while taking the test. These findings indicate that, although test-takers’ familiarity with visuals does not predict their listening test scores, there is a need to tailor the visuals when developing listening test-items.

This study analyzed the performance of the national fishing port development project, which lacked ex-post impact evaluation despite a lot of investment in terms of fishery income opportunities. Using micro data from the Census of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, the sales amount of fishery products and the proportion of fishery-related businesses were used as performance indicators. The fishery households in the fishing port area (treatment group) and those not in the area (control group) were classified through data pre-processing, and factors unrelated to the fishing ports were controlled using the propensity score matching difference-in-difference method. The analysis target is six fishing ports with large investment in from 2010 to 2014. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the sales of fishery products increased significantly in four of the six fishing ports, and the proportion of fishery-related businesses increased in two fishing ports. The analysis method of this study can be fully utilized in the evaluation of the Fishing Community New Deal 300 Project, which is in need of performance analysis.

Scores from TEPS (Test of English Proficiency developed by Seoul National University) and TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) are widely used in Korea for various purposes, including employment, admission, and certification. However, there is more than one score conversion relationship between these two tests, causing confusion among test takers. Moreover, the conversion relationships were established in 2004 and 2011 and have not been updated since then. With this background, a large-scale score comparability study was undertaken to develop a new score conversion table for TEPS and TOEIC. Data were collected from a total of 1,415 test takers using a single group design. Log-linear presmoothing and equipercentile methods were used for linking, with cross validation across subgroups. Results showed that the old conversions were disadvantageous to a certain test-taker group. A new conversion table between the two tests is then suggested.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between eating speed and nutritional status among Korean high-school students using Nutrition Quotient for Korean Adolescents (NQ-A). In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted in 453 high-school students (227 boys and 226 girls) from September 2019 to October 2019 in Chungbuk area. Based on the self-reported speed of eating data, subjects were classified into a fast group (n=180), a medium group (n=184), and a slow group (n=89). NQ-A scores for each group were measured in each speed group. In the environment section, girls showed a significant difference in usage time of electronic devices, such as TVs and smartphones: the fast group spent significantly more time than the medium group (p=0.035). In the practice section, among boys, the slow group had significantly higher scores for washing hands before eating than the medium and the fast groups (p=0.022). This study suggested that eating speed of high school students is associated with health-related environment factor and practice factor of NQ-A, such as time spent on smart devices or washing hands before eating. The study results can provide baseline data for nutrition education on health management of high school students.

목적: 폭주부족안을 선별할 수 있는 CISS 설문결과를 사위량과 폭주근점 및 조절용이성 등의 결과와 비교하여 CISS 설문의 점수와 양안시기능과의 상관성을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 안질환이 없고, 교정시력 1.0 이상의 대학생(20-29세) 39명을 대상으로 CISS 설문을 진행하여 얻어진 점수를 4개의 그룹(Group1 : 10점 이하, Group2 : 11-20점, Group3 : 21-30점, Group4 : 31점 이상)으로 분류하고, 모든 대상자들의 원거리 및 근거리 사위도, 폭주근점, 조절용이성 검사를 실시하였다. 결과: CISS 설문 결과에 따라 분류한 4개의 그룹에서의 원거리 및 근거리 사위량과 폭주근점, 조절용이성 검사 결과를 비교하였다. 원거리 사위량은 각 그룹별로 서로 다른 결과를 나타내었으나 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 근거리 사위량은 Group1보다 Group4에서의 사위량이 높게 측정되었으며, CISS 점수가 높아질수록 근거리에서의 외사위량이 증가하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 폭주근점 검사 결과에서도 마찬가지로 점수가 높은 그룹에서 폭주근점이 더 멀어짐이 나타났으며, 조절용이성 검사에서도 CISS 점수가 높을수록 조절용 이성이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: CISS 설문지는 근거리 작업에 불편함을 느끼는 폭주부족안의 자각증상들로 이루어진 설문지를 활용하여, 이 설문의 결과와 실제 근거리의 조절 및 폭주량의 연관성을 확인하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 독서 또는 근거리 작업 시에 불편한 자각증상이 있는 경우, 근거리에서 외사위량이 크게 나타나거나 폭주 및 조절 능력이 감소하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 추후 폭주부족안의 자각증상을 줄여줄 수 있는 양안시기능 처방에 관한 후속 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다.

This study was performed to propose the sewer defect scoring, and grading protocols for sewer condition assessment. For this, sewer defect scoring methods were comparatively analyzed and reviewed for four international condition assessment protocols, which are established based on WRc manual. As a result, we proposed a new protocol for sewer condition assessment, in which characteristics of sewer pipes are considered by segment. In reference to the PIM-3, the extent of ground subsidence was adopted to be of importance, and renewal scores increased in accordance with weighting of defects causing structural backfill materials. Also, defect grades of ‘Hole’ were extended to 5 levels of the grading, and ‘Surface Damage’ was excluded in defect assessment. The addition of ‘Buckling’ resulted in reduction of weights in ‘Surface Damage’ and ‘Lining Defects’.

This study was conducted to evaluate the quality of indoor air and health-related parameters (allergic rhinoconjunctivitis) of subject of study (control group and sensitive group) in two schools. The schools were categorized into two groups of newly-built school and the school older than 5 years. Removal of indoor pollutant was investigated according to volume rates (0%, 1.5%, 3%) of indoor plants inside 3 classrooms respectively. The chemicals of indoor environmental research were PM10, Volatile organic compounds (toluene and benzene), formaldehyde, temperature and humidity. ARIA (Allergic rhinitis impacts on Asthma) test was used to assess health effect for 151 students. Also, The variation of SBS symptoms for students in classroom was measured by intervention. With increasing volume ratio of classrooms, there were positive and significant results between the indoor pollutant and student's health score. Students showed improvement health score during the period of putting indoor plants, which was facilitated by the placement of indoor plants at newly-built school classroom of indoor plants volume ratio 3%. From the results above, it could be tentatively effective newly-built school classroom of indoor plants volume ratio 3% improve indoor air quality and student's health score.

It is not too much to say that the mobile game market has made a shared growth, together with the domestic smartphone distribution rate(31 million units). At present, the distribution of the smartphone has a lot of influences on the smartphone game market, in which the number of game users having a preference for an easy, simple game, and competing with actual personal acquaintances is ever increasing. This study, in an effort to look into what influence the game sound has on game scores consequent on user's characteristic among the smartphone game components, compared the game results through in-depth interviews with a game sound developer and a user group, and the sound/non-sound experiences in the course of playing games. As a result of conducting this research, it was found that age and game experience showed a significant difference on game results. On the basis of this research result, this study intends to suggest the direction of smartphone game production development that could meet both a game supplier and a user's demand.

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 신입 작업치료사의 국가시험 실기과목 점수와 직무능력의 상관관계를 분석하여 국가시험 실기과목이 직무능력을 평가하는데 타당한지 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법 : 전국의 21개 임상기관에서 59명의 신입 작업치료사(경력 1년 미만)를 대상으로 책임 작업치료사가 신입 작업치료사의 직무 능력을 직무능력평가 척도를 이용하여 평가한 결과와 신입 작업치료사의 국가시험 실기시험 점수의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 결과 : 책임 작업치료사의 직무 능력 평가에 의한 총점과 신입 작업치료사의 실기시험 점수는 유의한 양의 상관관계(r=.414)를 나타내었다. 책임 작업치료사는 신입 작업치료사의 직무능력 중에서 자기관리에 대한 적극성과 인성 영역을 높게 평가하였고 평균 총점은 106.29이고 표준편차가 20.17이었다. 신입 작업치료사는 자가평가에서 인성과 대인관계 영역의 직무능력을 높게 평가 하였으며, 자가평가 총점은 97.49점이었다. 결론 : 현행 작업치료사 국가시험의 실기과목은 신입 작업치료사가 임상에서 수행하는 직무능력과 유의 상관관계를 보였다. 그러나 실기과목은 작업치료사의 직무능력을 평가하기에 타당하지만 높은 상관성이 아니므로 이를 개선할 수 있는 방안이 논의되어야 한다.

목적 : 본 연구는 만성기 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 작업치료 영역에서 사용 빈도가 높은 한글 판 울프 운동 기능 검사 (Wolf Motor Function Test; WMFT) 기능점수와 일상생활 평가도구인 수정 바델 지수(Modified Bathel Index; MBI) 와의 영역별 상관관계를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 경기도 안산지역에 위치한 전문재활병원에서 신체기능 증진을 위해 치료를 받고 있는 성인 뇌졸중 환자 100 명을 대상으로 WMFT와 MBI를 적용하여, 대상자의 환측 상지 WMFT 기능점수와 MBI의 총점 및 개별항목 점수를 비교하였다. 결과 : 다양한 MBI 항목 중 상지의 전반적 움직임을 필요로 하는 목욕하기(r=.55), 개인위생(r=.52), 화장실 이용 (r=.50) 등의 일상생활항목에서 WMFT와의 상관관계가 비교적 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : WMFT는 MBI 개별항목과 중등도(r=.50) 전후의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 뇌졸중 환자들의 기능 회 복과 일상생활동작 수행의 독립성 향상을 위해 환측 상지의 기능에 대한 정확한 평가 및 평가에 근거한 객관적 목표 설정이 중요한 만큼, WMFT 활용의 타당성을 높이기 위한 다양한 후속 연구들이 진행되어야 할 것이다.

목적 : 본 연구에서는 취업여부에 따른 지적장애인의 맥크론 다이얼 시스템의 표준점수, 하위검사 요인별 상관관계, 직업프로그램 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인, 그리고 취업여부에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : 본 연구는 2005년부터 2007년에 걸쳐 부산광역시에 위치한 장애인 직업훈련기관에서 직업능력평가를 받은 지적장애인 139명(고용 54명, 미고용 85명)의 맥크론 다이얼 시스템 표준점수와 취업여부 확인을 통하여 이루어졌다. 결과 : 연구 결과는 다음과 같다; 첫째, 맥크론 다이얼 시스템의 표준점수는 모든 요인에서 취업집단이 미취업집단보다 높았다. 둘째, 취업여부에 따라 맥크론 다이얼 시스템 하위검사들 간의 상관관계가 다르게 나타났다. 셋째, 직업프로그램 수준에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 취업여부에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 넷째, 지적장애인의 취업여부에는 신경근육발달검사만이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 지적장애인은 맥크론 다이얼 시스템 하위검사의 표준점수가 높을수록 취업가능성이 높으며, 취업여부에는 신경근육발달검사 표준점수가 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수임을 알 수 있다.

목적 : 척수손상 환자의 ASIA 운동능력 성취점수와 SCIMⅡ를 사용한 일상생활수행도와의 상관관계를 연구하여 일상생활수행 훈련 시 운동능력성취점수의 향상을 위한 효율적인 치료 방법의 선택 기준을 마련하고자 함이다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 부산 시내에 거주하는 손상 후 6개월 이상인 42명의 척수손상 환자로 하였고 연구 기간은 2004년 12월부터 2005년 1월까지 이루어졌다. 평가도구는 ASIA의 운동능력 성취점수와 SCIMⅡ를 사용하여 운동능력 성취점수와 일상생활 수행도와의 상관관계를 알아보았다. 결과 : 척수손상환자 42명 중 손상 유형에 따라 3개의 군으로 나누어 비교하였다. 완전사지마비군에서 상지-전체 운동능력 성취점수와 일상생활활동과는 통계학적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보이고(p〈.01) 높은 상관관계가 나타났다(r=.90, r=.90). 불완전사지마비군에서는 상지-하지-전체 운동능력 성취점수와 일상생활활동과는 통계학적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였고(p〈.05) 높은 상관관계를 보였다(r=.64, r=.81, r=.87). 하지마비군에서는 상지-하지-전체 운동능력 성취점수와 일상생활활동과는 통계학적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였고(p〈.05) 보통의 상관관계를 보였다(r=-.49, r=.60, r=.61). 결론 : 이상의 결과로 볼 때 척수손상 환자에 대한 ASIA 운동능력 성취점수와 SCIMⅡ와는 상관관계가 있으므로 척수장애 재활의 지표를 확립하는 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

Many researchers have proved that risk measurement of information systems is a very effective tool for improving confidence of information systems. However, information system risk in Korea still includes many subjective judgements. This study deals with applying a quantitative model to improve risk measurement of information system quality. First of all, we have come up with solutions to improve the evaluation efficiency on risk measurement. We have merged the risk guidelines of COBIT and CMM, and developed a quantified evaluation scheme that call by risk point. We have proved the validity of this model by interviews with experts and by case studies.

The purpose of the study was to determine if there was a difference in the Functional Ambulation Performance score of senior adults with or without a history of falls during walking at a preferred velocity. Twelve subjects with a history of falling (mean age=73.8) and eight subjects with no history of falling (mean age=70.4) participated in the study. Temporal and spatial parameters of gait were analyzed using the computerized GAITRite system. The GAITRite system integrates specific components of locomotion to provide a single, numerical representation of gait, the Functional Ambulation Performance score. The Functional Ambulation Performance score is a Quantitative means of assessing gait based on specific temporal and spatial parameters. Statistical analysis of the two groups demonstrated a significant decrease in Functional Ambulation Performance score for those with a history of falls. They had lower values for step/extremity ratios, mean normalized velocity, and greater values for step times, percent in double support. These results indicate that the GAITRite system can be useful in detecting footfall patterns and selected time and distance measurements of persons with a history of falls and the Functional Ambulation Performance score can be used as indicators of gait performance for senior adults with a history of falls.
