        In this study, the deformation, equivalent stress and strain energy were analyzed on the electric kick board emerging as a new means of transportation at the accident of a front collision according to each shape were analyzed. The largest part deformation happened at the handle, and the board part where the person’s feet was placed was seen to become weak. The equivalent stress was most visible at the board section, unlike the deformation results. In particular, the deformation and stress of model A which has a long and thin neck, have occurred greatly. Therefore, the longer the neck, the greater the deformation and stress occur. Among all models, the deformation and stress were the smallest at model C. As model A has a particularly thinner neck and board connection part, a large strain energy appeared. Therefore, it is considered that the connection needs to be reinforced thickly and firmly. On the study result, the thicker the board part of the electric kick board and the lower the body of the vehicle, the safer it is. The results of this study can be effectively applied to investigate the values of stresses and deformations, and strain energies through structural analysis without the fracture test at the front collision according to the shape of electric kick board.

        PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between occupant impact velocities and occupant injury indices under the restraint of an airbag and a seat belt, during frontal crash events. METHODS : The frontal crash test data of 93 tests conducted according to the Korea New Car Assessment Program (KNCAP) were investigated. The test data was measured by using a dummy to obtain occupant injury indices for the head, chest, neck, and upper legs. Occupant impact velocities (OIVx and OIVz) were calculated from the head acceleration of the test dummy. Pearson's correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to investigate the correlation between occupant impact velocities and occupant injury indices. In addition, the occupant impact velocities at the center of gravity of a vehicle, obtained by using the accelerations measured at the test vehicle's B-pillars, were investigated. RESULTS: The OIVx threshold obtained from the test dummies, which corresponds to the HIC15 of 700, was 70 km/h for a sedan, and 72 km/h for an SUV, which is significantly higher than the occupant impact velocity of 44 km/h, the limit of the domestic guideline on “Installation and management guide for roadside safety facilities”. This difference can be attributed to the influence of the air bags and seat belts. Additionally, the OIVx threshold obtained from the center of gravity of the vehicle corresponding to the HIC15 of 700 was approximately 72 km/h. CONCLUSIONS: Occupant safety performance criteria for the condition that airbags operate and seat belts are restrained, are required for the frontal impact tests of road safety facilities using a collision velocity of 60 km/h or higher.

        Background: The Microsoft Kinect which is a low-cost gaming device has been studied as a promise clinical gait analysis tool having satisfactory reliability and validity. However, its accuracy is only guaranteed when it is properly positioned in front of a subject. Objects: The purpose of this study was to identify the error when the Kinect was positioned at a 45˚ angle to the longitudinal walking plane compare with those when the Kinect was positioned in front of a subject. Methods: Sixteen healthy adults performed two testing sessions consisting of walking toward and 45˚ obliquely the Kinect. Spatiotemporal outcome measures related to stride length, stride time, step length, step time and walking speed were examined. To assess the error between Kinect and 3D motion analysis systems, mean absolute errors (MAE) were determined and compared. Conclusion: Based on our study experience, positioning the Kinect directly in front of the person walking towards it provides the optimal spatiotemporal data. Therefore, we concluded that the Kinect should be placed carefully and adequately in clinical settings.

        The purpose of this study is to classify three-Kan hipped and gable-roofed Buddhist temples with the construction of their eave curve of part chunyeo and examine the characteristics and causes. The conclusions have been drawn as follows: First, there are largely three ways to secure symmetry in eave curve of part chunyeo. One is to obtain symmetry in eave curve of part chunyeo by making the size of eaves curves on well sides the same and forming symmetric curves in the front section along with the side roof and then forming the straight line in the central part (hereinafter referred to as the long straight line section method). The second is a method to enlarge eaves curves in the front and form eaves curves on the roof section to be symmetric (hereinafter referred to as the front is larger than side eaves curves method). The third is the method to make eaves curves in the roof section to be symmetric by adjusting the roof length and making difference between the front and side roof’s length minimum(hereinafter referred to as the roof length-controlling method). Second, there are 16 cases applying two or more methods, and they are the mainstream. Third, there are 12 cases applying the front is larger than side eaves curve method and roof length-controlling method both, which seems to be the most universal. To sum up, they secured symmetry in roof edges considering the construction of seonjayeon and pyeongyeon according to the size of the structure, recognition on the directions of entrance into the area of the building, forms of planes, harmony with structures around, recognition on roof curves in accordance with the size, and also structural faults in the chunyeo part.

        It is difficult to build a hipped and gable roof in slender rectangular type due to restraint in variation of lateral length caused by gongpo arranged on the side, purlin space and the form of gable part and aesthetical effect of chunyeo maru. Against this backdrop and with the assumption that this phenomenon is more apparent in roofs of three-bay-kan Buddhist temples with the hipped and gable roof among national treasure Buddhist temples, this study has aimed to prove that a roof can be built in a less slender rectangular type than that of flat form and to present the building methodology and found the following findings. First, The ratio of lateral to longitudinal length of the roof has been adjusted by protruding the chunyeo and the method of adjusting the ratio of lateral to longitudinal length of the roof is considered to be determined depending on the availability of woods to be used in chunyeo. Second, in order to symmetrically arrange the edge of the roof, which is critical from the perspective of construction morphology, the chunyeo angle has been intentionally adjusted to reduce the gap of length between the front roof and the lateral roof. To sum up, the characteristic of the hipped and gable roof, which is difficult to be built in slender rectangular type, is more clearly shown in the roof and it is identified that the length of the front roof and the lateral roof has been intentionally adjusted to achieve the symmetrical arrangement of roofline of the roof edge.

        On-line detection system of the abnormal states in a machining process needs to be developed to implement the IMS(Intelligent Manufacturing System). High productivity and efficient quality control can be achieved through the on-condition maintenance for normal tool condition. Generally it is difficult to determine the exact point of time for a tool change because a tool wear grows gradually on the contrary to other abnormal states such as tool fracture, chattering etc. In this article, the shape variation of cutting force signal generated by a insert during face milling was investigated along with a tool wear. The variance, skewness and kurtosis were used as the shape parameters to describe the shape variation and, consequently, utilized as the features to monitor a tool wear. Experimental results showed that the shape parameters could discriminate the tool condition reliably between a fresh tool and a worn tool. As a result, we proposed the method to diagnose a tool wear by combining these parameters with a neural network algorithm.

        25% offset high speed frontal impact is the vehicle will crash left 25%(Quarter of the width of the vehicle). 47.6% of drivers killed in vehicle alone and car to car frontal impact occurred in frontal impact small overlap. Study on the occupant protection performance of 25% offset(small overlap) high speed frontal impact results are as follows. In terms of vehicle occupant protection performance, body structure was excessive intrusion into the passenger room and showed such improvement is needed for the design. This is due to a collision risk with the passenger and the solid body increases the risk of injury, showed that improvement is needed. To strengthen the safety of the future, propose improvements on the evaluation results of a statistical analysis and test of the industry and the policy makers.

        차선을 벗어난 승용차가 기초에 강결된 표지판 지주에 충돌할 경우 차량이 받는 충격과 변형은 탑승자의 안전을 위협하게 되므로 분리지주를 쓰는 것이 일반적이다. 국도에서 1200mm×1200mm의 단일노선표지에 사용되는 직경 101.6mm, 두께 4.0mm의 강관지주가 기초에 강결되었을 때와 Clip형 분리장치를 갖는 경우에 대한 820kg-50kg-정면 충돌 시 차량과 지주의 거동을 LS-DYNA 시뮬레이션을 통하여 비교 분석하였다. 분리식 지주 충돌 시뮬레이션 결과는 동일한 조건의 충돌실험 결과와 비교하여 신뢰도를 높였다. 강결된 원형지주에 대한 충돌 시뮬레이션 결과 탑승자 안전지수(THIV, PHD)와 차량의 변위가 탑승자의 안전을 위협하는 수준으로 나타났으나 Clip형 분리장치를 갖는 지주에 대한 충돌 시뮬레이션 결과 충돌 시 지주의 분리로 감속도가 현저히 줄어들어 안전한 것으로 확인되었다.

        This paper presents a study of the influence of cutting parameters on surface finish obtained by face milling. Cutting conditions have significantly great effect on surface quality in high-precision machining. Fundamentally, surface roughness are strongly correlated with cutting parameters such as feed rate, cutting speed and depth of cut. Optimal selection of the cutting parameters can obtain better surface roughness. Therefore, optimization of the cutting parameters in a face milling based on the parameter design of the Taguchi method is adopted in this paper to improve surface roughness. And optimal cutting parameters based on the results of the S/N ratio and ANOVA analyses to performance high-precision machining is obtained and verified by confirmation test.

        The purpose of this study is to prove the correlations among various factors what determined to formation of front elevation proportion system through making an actual survey and investigating. According to the analysis of them, we make conclusions as follows; 1, On the assumption that average distance of 1Kan(間) is 1, the height of foundation is 0.21, the height of floor from foundation is 0.24, the height of normal column from floor is 0.85, the height of eaves from foundation is 1.10. 2. Southeast faced buildings are wider than southwest faced buildings in the distance of 1Kan (間) in the range of $110{sim}220mm$. The height of foundation and floor in the southeast faced buildings are higher than those in southwest faced buildings beside the height of normal column, eaves, high column in the southwest faced buildings are higher than those in southeast faced buildings. 3. As number of front Kan(間) increases, the distance of 1Kan(間) decrease and the height of eaves and high column(高柱) increases. This is cause of making a maximum needed inner space by increasing the distance of 1Kan(間). This is an wisdom for living from ancestors. 4. As number of Dori(道里) increases, the distances of 1Kan are nearly same but the height of eaves and high column(高柱) increases about 300mm, This is a natural result from an increasing of building scale. 5. The distance of 1Kan(間) in later 19C building is most wide but, the unit heights are minimal average values at year 1900 as a reference mark. After this, the height of normal column, eaves, high column are higher about $170{sim}330mm$. 6. The number of Kan in front elevation, Dori(道里), and direction of building have correlations each other in proportion system of traditional housing An-Chae with significant level, p<0.05.

        머리와 얼굴의 체질인류학적 특정은 환경적 요인에 의해 크게 달라지지 않으며 인 종과 민족올 구별할 수 있는 특정이다. 따라서 한국 대학생의 정면 얼굴형태를 분석 하기 위하여 외상 및 전신질환이 없는 17-30세 사이의 대학생 688명(남자 322 명, 여 자 366명)올 대상으로 머리높이, 얼굴높이, 미간얼굴높이, 이마높이, 눈썰최고점 glabella 직선거리, Glabella- 기준선 직선거리, 기준선 - subnasale 직선거리, subna잃le - gnathion 직선거리, 얼굴폭, 외안각사이거리, 내안각사이거리, Trichion- 눈캡최고정 직선거리, 눈캡최고점 - subnasale 직선거리를 계측하고 분석하였다. 한국 대학생의 정면얼굴은 얼굴높이가 다른 인종에 비해 길고 넓은 얼굴형태를 나타내며, glabella기준선 직선거리, 이마높이를 제외한 모든 계측항목에서 남자에서 여자보다 길게 계 측되었고 성별에 따라 통계학적으로도 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한국 대 학생의 정면얼굴에서 상안, 중안 및 하안이 차지하는 비율은 하안, 상안, 중안의 순서 로 나타났으며, 상안과 하안의 길이는 얼굴높이에 영향율 주나 눈 주위 계측항목과 코높이는 얼굴높이와 상관성이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

        머리와 얼굴의 체질인류학적 특징은 환경적 요인에 의해 크게 달라지지 않으며 인 종과 민족을 구별할 수 있는 특정으로 눈의 위치는 눈의 일차 건강진단에 중요한 요 소로 작용한다. 얼굴형태와 눈의 위치는 나이, 성별, 인종에 따라 달라지므로 나이. 성별, 인종에 따라 해부학적 자료가 계측되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 안와질 훤. 안외상. 전선질환이 없는 18~33세 사이의 성인 689 명(남자 325 명, 여자 364 명)을 대상으로 한국인의 얼굴형태와 눈의 위치될 파악할 수 있는 여러 계측치를 측정하였 고 각각의 셰측치 상호간의 상관관계를 추적하였으며 성별 및 인종에 따라 계측자료 플 비교 푼석하였다. 한국인의 얼굴형태와 눈의 위치는 성별에 따라 통계화적으로 뚜 렷한 차이가 나타났으며, 눈의 위치는 얼끊형꽤와 서로 상관성이 있음을 알 수 있었 고. 다른 인종파 뚜렷한 차이플 나타내었다 본 연구결과는 한국인의 얼굴형태와 눈 의 위치에 적합한 안경테 및 안경렌즈 제-죠 등을 위한 산업현장에서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        본 연구는 엉덩관절 정면 검사 시 격자 제거와 관전압, Cu Filter의 조합을 이용하여 환자의 피폭을 감소 하고자 시행하였다. 엉덩관절 정면 검사법을 대상으로 격자의 사용과 제거 상태에 따라 각각 관전압을 60~ 90 kV로 변화시키고 Cu Filter를 0.1~0.3 mm로 추가시켜 입사선량, 유효선량을 측정하고 영상의 진단적 가치를 평가하였다. 격자를 사용하고 관전압 60 kV, none filter에서 입사선량은 4.77 mGy로 가장 높은 측정치를 나타냈고 격자를 사용하지 않고 90 kV, 0.3 mm Cu filter 조건에서의 입사선량은 0.14 mGy로 가장 낮았으며 약 34배의 차이를 나타냈다. ICRP Pub. 60을 기준으로 70 kV에서 고환, 난소의 유효선량은 격자를 사용 했을 경우 0.255 mSv, 격자를 제거하였을 경우에는 0.049 mSv로 약 5.2배의 차이를 나타냈다. ICRP Pu b. 103을 기준으로 70 kV에서 고환, 난소의 유효선량은 격자를 사용했을 경우 0.090 mSv 격자를 제거하였 을 경우에는 0.020 mSv로 약 4.5배의 차이를 나타냈다. 격자를 사용하였을 경우의 노광지수는 671~782, 격 자를 제거하였을 경우에는 513~606 사이로 적정 노출조건이었으며 영상평가결과 모두 진단적 가치가 있는 영상으로 나타났다. 따라서 엉덩관절 정면 검사 시 격자를 제거하고 관전압을 높이고 Cu Filter를 추가시켜 촬영하면 환자의 피폭을 줄일 수 있을 것이다.

        통상적으로 사용되는 목뼈 정면 입사각은 자세에 상관없이 머리 쪽으로 15˚~20˚의 입사각으로 촬영이 이루어지고 있으며 자세의 구분 없이 일률적으로 입사각을 사용하고 있으므로 자세에 따라 달라지는 목뼈의 추간판각을 측정하여 적정한 목뼈 정면 입사각을 제시하고자 하였다. 2013년 1월 1일부터 2013년 12월 31일까지 부산의 P대학병원을 내원 한 목뼈 단순촬영 및 자기공명영상을 시행한 107명의 검사자 중 목뼈 전만각(정상 40˚±5˚)이 정상적인 20세 이상 80세 이하(평균연령 54세) 39명(남자 24명, 여자 15명)을 대상으로 선 자세는 목뼈 단순촬영 측면영상의 추간판각을 측정하였으며 누운 자세는 자기공명영상의 가운데 시상면영상의 추간판각을 측정하였고 성별로 분석한 결과를 보면 선자세의 전체 목뼈 정면입사각은 남자는 25.9˚, 여자는 23.1˚로 나타났고 통계적으로 유의하였으며(p<0.05), 성별로 분석한 누운 자세의 전체 목뼈 정면입사각은 남자는 11.6˚, 여자가 12.6˚로 나타났으며 통계적으로 유의하지 않았고,(p>0.05) 연령별로 분석한 결과는 선자세의 전체 목뼈 정면입사각은 50세 미만이 24.6˚, 50세 이상에서 25.0˚로 나타났으며 누운 자세의 목뼈 정면 입사각은 50세 미만이 12.0˚, 50세 이상에서 11.9˚로 나타났으며 통계적으로 유의하지 않았고,(p>0.05) 선 자세와 누운 자세의 전체 목뼈 정면입사각의 결과는 선 자세에서는 24.8˚로 나타났으며 누운자세에서는 12.0˚로 나타났고 통계적으로 유의하였다.(p<0.05) 연구의 결과를 볼 때 선 자세 및 누운 자세의 목뼈 정면 입사각은 종전의 머리 쪽으로 15˚~20˚가 아닌 각각 선 자세는 24.8˚, 누운 자세는 12.0˚가 추천되며 이로써 각각의 목뼈 추간판각에 따른 정확한 정면 목뼈와 추간원판의 구조 및 수술 후 각각의 목뼈 유합 수술환자 기구파악 및 정확한 위치를 나타내고 평가할 수 있다고 사료된다.
