        The preliminary study was conducted on the use of navigation instruments and programs conducted in the previous demonstration and experiment of the training ship SAEBADA, real-time sharing and accuracy of land and sea information, and the development of real-time effective information transmission and reception and management system programs. Based on this, this study used the training ship CHAMBADA, which is similar in length to the tonnage of the fishing boat. The purpose is to present errors in ship situation-specific information data, alarm systems for marine information, and land and ship transmission and reception programs collected using intelligent information management systems to find out whether they can be applied and used in fishing boats. It plans to conduct research on direct and indirect safety and ship’s stability when the intelligent information management system operates in real time in the operation of ships considering the characteristics of small fishing boats and the characteristics of fishing.

        The need for an intelligent information-based ship accident prevention and control system for various marine accidents is very clearly emerging. As it is a variety of marine accidents, the causes are diverse. Therefore, it can be said that it is very important to prevent these marine accidents and their causes in advance. Therefore, a study was conducted on an intelligent information-based ship safety management decision support system that provides information necessary for decision-making at sea and land through an integrated management device for ships that informs safety-related risks in real-time ship operation. In the future, we intend to pursue the development of a system that can aim for safer and more economical ship operation by linking it to navigation instruments through the evaluation and analysis of AI, IoT, and big data.

        The current domestic policy flow towards nuclear decommissioning have difficult maintaining existing nuclear technologies and capabilities. Knowledge management has become an important project management execution process. The decommissioning research department of the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute, which conducts decommissioning research and technology development, also attempted to develop a decommissioning project management information system using this knowledge management method. The decommissioning project management information system consisted of scope management, configuration management, organization and manpower management, schedule management, cost management, risk management, and stakeholder management. In this paper, we developed a document management system to perform the decommissioning of nuclear power plants in the process of constructing a project management system for dismantling nuclear facilities. The decommissioning project management system will be completed in stages by linking the history management platform and the process optimization platform based on the document management system.

        The use of Project Management Information System (PMIS) is increasing in project management industries such as construction, defense, manufacturing, software development, telecommunication, etc. It is generally known that PMIS helps to improve the quality of decision making in project management, and consequently improves the project performance. However, how much and which parts of project management performance are affected by PMIS still need to be studied further. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of PMIS quality on project management performance. We collected data from various project based industries such as construction, defense, manufacturing, software development and telecommunication by using survey questionnaire. PMIS quality was measured in three dimensions. They are system quality, information quality and service quality. Project management performance was measured in nine variables such as time reduction, work accuracy, cost management, etc. Statistical analyses such as multiple regression were used to analyze the data. The results showed that PMIS quality had significant impacts on the project management performance and user satisfaction. It was notable that only two dimensions out of the three PMIS quality dimensions, system quality and information quality, affected the project management performance. Also, it was found that PM performance played a mediating role between PMIS and user satisfaction, and between PMIS and reuse intention. The contribution of this research is that it helps to clarify what aspects of PMIS affect the project management performance and user satisfaction.

        Internet of Thing(IoT), which is recently talked about with the development of information and communication technology, provides big data to all nodes such as companies and homes, means of transportation etc. by connecting all things with all people through the integrated global network and connecting all actual aspects of economic and social life with Internet of Thing through sensor and software. Defining Internet of Thing, it plays the role of a connector of providing various information required for the decision-making of companies in the cloud computing environment for the Insight usage by collecting and storing Raw Data of the production site through the sensor network and extracting big data in which data is accumulated and Insight through this. In addition, as the industry showing the largest linkage with other root industries among root industries, the mold industry is the core technology for controlling the quality and performance of the final product and realizing the commercialization of new industry such as new growth power industry etc. Recently, awareness on the mold industry is changing from the structure of being labor-intensive, relying on the experience of production workers and repeating modification without the concept of cost to technology-intensive, digitization, high intellectualization due to technology combination according to IT convergence. This study, therefore, is to provide a golden opportunity to increase the direct and indirect expected effects in poor management activities of small businesses by actually implementing and managing the entire process of mold life cycle to information system from mold planning to mass production and preservation by building SME(small and medium-sized enterprises)-type mold life cycle management information system in the cloud computing environment and applying it to the production site.

        Most of metal cutting and processing companies are going through the difficulties such as frequent downtime and high failure rates by missing times to replace parts of CNC equipment. The reason is that the correct operation times of expensive CNC equipment can’t be calculated. In this paper, to solve this problem, we try to construct the intelligent production information system for a case company and analyze its expected effects. The effects are as follows. First, it saves money about 3 million won each year during the useful life of three years by reducing downtime and failure rates, and increasing production rates etc. Second, it makes easily find and fix the cause of faulty through traceability of the production process, and enables to perform a systematic facility management through the calculation of reliable equipment’s overall efficiency. This case can be easily applied in similar industries, and will contribute greatly to enhancing the competitiveness of related industries.

        There are insufficient models that find problems and solutions for accident prevention through risk assessment and suggest safe work process and work instruction from foundation works to finish work for accident decrease. This paper presents a quantitative risk assessment model by analysis of risk factors in each process such as appurtenant works, temporary works, structural works, equipment work, finishing work and etc based on accident examples and investigation on actual condition in plants construction work. In addition, the safety management system was developed to perform risk assessment of plants construction and use it for effective safety training for labor.

        Door to door service is a typical method for individual parcel deliveries. In the current delivery information system, a delivery person manually input the information of many delivery results, which causes inefficiency and difficulties of tracking deliveries. This study suggests an enhanced delivery information system which has the following two characteristics. Firstly, a tagged RFID transmits the delivery result information to the main server by just collecting RFID at a place of destination. Secondly, with the characteristics of rewritable method, the collected RFID is to be input new information and tagged to other parcels.
