        본 연구는 옥수수 수확 시 세절여부에 따라 제조된 옥수수 사일리지를 이용하여 TMR 제조시 배합시간에 따른 물리적 특성(Particle size 및 laceration)과 반추위 내 in situ 건물분해율에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 수행되었다. TMR 시험사료는 세절(20 mm)한 것(T1구)과 세절하지 않은 옥수수 사일리지(T2구)를 이용하여 총 60분간 배합하면서 시료를 채취한 후 Penn State Particle Separator(PSPS)로 분석하였다. 모든 배합시간에서 T2구보다 T1구에서 상층(>19 mm)과 하층(<8 mm)이 유의적으로 낮았고(p<0.05), 중층(8-19 mm)은 유의적으로 높았으며, 굵은 비율(≥1 mm)의 감소율도 높은 경향을 나타내었다. 그리고 peNDF>8.0 및 반추위 내 in situ 건물분해율도 T1구에서 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 본 연구 결과에서 옥수수 사일리지 위주의 TMR 제조 시 세절하지 않은 것보다 세절한 옥수수 사일리지가 적정 peNDF 범위가 유지되어 조사료로서 사료적 가치를 증진하는데 효과가 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        The purpose of this study was to compare the ring lock type knee-ankle-foot orthosis (KAFO) with newly developed 4-bar linkage KAFO on the gait characteristics of persons with poliomyelitis clinically. This 4-bar linkage is the stance control type KAFO which provide the stability during stance phase and knee flexion during swing phase. Two subjects participated in this study voluntarily. We provided the customized 4-bar linkage KAFO then asked the subjects to walk in level surface and stairs under the two different KAFO conditions. The characteristics of gait in the persons with poliomyelitis were evaluated using a 3D motion analysis system and force plate. Additionally 6 minute walk test for physiological cost index were conducted using pulse oximeter to measure the energy consumption. In the results of this study, the differences of 4-bar linkage KAFO compared with ring lock type KAFO are as follows: (1) Walking speed, stride length, and step length on level increased in subjects, (2) The gait symmetry was improved by generated knee flexion and decreased pelvic external rotation on level and stairs walking, (3) Decreased vertical excursion of center of mass and pelvic elevation during swing phase was decreased on level, (4) Knee extension moment, hip flexion moment, hip and knee internal rotation moment of non-braced limb were decreased on level walking, (5) Walking speed in 6-minute walk test was increased and physiological cost index was decreased. These findings indicate that 4-bar linkage KAFO compared with ring lock type KAFO is effective in enhancing pattern, endurance, and energy consumption in level surface and stairs walking.

        In the present study, an Element-Based Lagrangian Formulation for the nonlinear analysis of shell structures is presented. The strains, stresses and constitutive equations based on the natural co-ordinate have been used throughout the Element-Based Lagrangian Formulation of the present shell element which offers an advantage of easy implementation compared with the traditional Lagrangian Formulation. The Element-Based Lagrangian Formulation of a 9-node resultantstress shell element is presented for the anisotropic composite material. The element is free of both membrane and shear locking behavior by using the assumed natural strain method such that the element performs very well in thin shell problems. The arc-length control method is used to trace complex equilibrium paths in thin shell applications. Numerical examples for laminated composite curved shells presented herein clearly show the validity of the present approach and the accuracy of the developed shell element.

        Eggplant pickles were classified into three groups based on salt concentration (1, 3, 5%) and three groups based on drying time (30, 60 and 120 minutes), followed by storage at 5℃ for 28 days. Raw eggplant contains 94.82% water content. The increase in salt concentration and drying time caused a decrease in the moisture content. Compared to the 0.27% ash content of raw eggplant, the ash content of eggplant pickles increased noticeably with increasing salt concentration due to penetration into the eggplant pickles. pH values decreased significantly as the levels of salt concentration and dying time increased (p〈0.05). In terms of storage time, pH values decreased from 21 days. The variation in salinity increased significantly as the concentration of salt increased. Compared to normal pickles salted at 5.39% salinity, eggplant pickles constituted 0.27~0.77% (1%), 0.40~1.14% (3%), and 0.47~11.20% (5%) 'low-salinity' eggplant pickles. Reducing-sugar content differed on the dates of 7, 14 and 21 in drying time and at 3% salinity. Hardness differed at 30, 60, and 120M on the 28th and 1, 5% salt concentration. Resilience differed according to drying time and from dates of 0 to 14th. The number of total microbes decreased at low salinity. In terms of storage time, the number of microbes tended to decrease after the 21st. In the consumer preference test, lightness of 5%-30M was the highest value.

        도로 공사나 토지 공사에서 대규모 절성토 개발 시 설계되는 토량이동계획에서 호수나 습지와 같이 이동불가능한 제척지를 고려해 최적 토량이동 경로 계산 알고리즘을 제안한다. 대규모 절성토 내 토량의 이동계획 수립은 운반단가에 많은 영향을 미치므로 사전에 토량이동계획을 수립해야한다. 선형계획법을 이용한 토량이동 최적화에 대한 연구는 있었으나 이동불가능한 제척지에 대한 영역을 고려한 토량이동 최적화에 대한 연구와 시스템 구현은 없었다. 대부분의 경우는 설계자가 제척지를 고려해 수작업으로 토량이동경로를 조정하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제시한 모델은 먼저 제척지 영역을 평면다각형 위상정보로 변환한 후 A*알고리즘을 이용하여 여러 가시점 경로를 계산한다. 이 경로에 선형계획법을 이용하여 토량이동 최적화를 위한 최소비용 경로를 얻는다. 본 논문에서는 최적 토량이동 설계시스템을 실현함으로써 제시한 모델의 타당성을 입증한다.

        This study was carry out to investigate the quality comparison of ground Korean native black pork compared with modern genotype pork by different fat addition. The Korean native black pig and modern genotype pig were slaughtered at 75 kg and 105 kg of live weight, and for 240 days and 210 days of feeding periods, respectively. The ground lean pork (M. semimembranosus) mixed with ground fat (10, 20 and 30%, respectively) was stored for 9 days at 4℃. The crude fat increased as fat content increased. The pH of two porks increased significantly during storage. It was lower the Korean native black pork during storage than modern genotype pork. The WHC (water-holding capacity) of Korean native black pork was higher than modern genotype pork. The Korean native black pork maintained black reddish color because it had lower CIE L* value and higher CIE a* value than the modern genotype pork. CIE L, b*, C* and h values increased with increasing fat content in two samples but all CIE color values decreased during storage. TBARS (2-thiobarbituric acid reactive substances), POV (peroxide value) and FOX (ferrous oxidation-xylenol orange) of ground pork during storage were increased as fat content increased. Lipid oxidation of Korean native black pork occurred more rapidly than modern genotype pig. The Korean native black pork tended to contain more saturated fatty acids compared with the modern genotype pork. Especially, stearic acid and total SFA (saturated fatty acid) content had significantly higher in Korean native black pork (p<0.05).

        육묘시 주간/야간 온도 처리가 서광 토마토 묘의 정식후 초기결실 절위 및 생육에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실험을 수행하였다. 2차에 걸쳐 환경조절실 내에서 육묘하여 유리온실 내에서 양액재배 하였다. 서광 토마토 종자를 상토를 채운 128구 플러그 트레이에 파종하여 생육상에서 3일간 발아시킨 후 주간/야간 온도가 25℃/25℃, 16℃/16℃, 16℃/25℃ 또는 25℃/16℃로 각각 조절되는 4개의 생육실에서 1차 실험은 33일, 2차 실험은 35일간 육묘하였다. 일일 12시간씩 3파장 cool-white 형광램프로 140μmol.m-2 .s-1의 광을 공급하고, 2차 실험에서는 1000μmol.mol-1의 CO2를 공급하였으며, 공기 유속은 0.3m.s-1, 그리고 공기 중 습도는 80%를 유지하였다. 육묘한 토마토 묘를 자연 일장조건인 유리온실의 암면 슬레브에 이식하여 1차 실험은 37일간, 그리고 2차 실험은 35일간 재배하면서 육묘시에 사용했던 양액과 동일한 양액을 공급하였다. 초장은 주간과 야간 온도의 상호작용보다는 일평균 온도의 영향을 더 많이 받았으며, 16/16℃ 처리구에서 가장 컸다. 엽구는 주간과 야간의 기온의 영향을 받지 않았고, 엽록소 농도는 16/25℃ 처리구에서 가장 높았다. 그리고 줄기의 생체중과 건물중은 주야 항온 처리구에서 타처리에 비해 다소 큰 경향이었다. 제 1화방과 2화방의 절위는 25/25℃구에서 1화방의 착생 절위가 유의성 있게 높았고, 나머지 처리들간에는 차이가 없었다. 1화방 1번화의 개화 소요일수는 25/25℃구에서 가장 컸고 16/25℃구에서 낮았다. 토마토의 생육과 1, 2화방 절위에 육묘시의 일평균 기온이 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 토마토의 2화방 비절현상은 나타나지 않았다.

        본 논문 에서는 강구조물의 설 계를 위한 가상하중 소 성활절 해석기볍이 연구되 었 다. 구조풀 의 기하학적 인 불완전성 올 가상하중 기법으로 고 려하였다. 본 해 석 기볍을 통하여 구조물 의 거동과 하증 지지 능력 을 직접적인 방법으로 예측할 수 있다. 즉 본 기법 은 강구조 설 계 에서 전통적으로 사용되고 있 는 유효길이 인 지 (K-fac tor) 의 계산 및 각 부재의 강도계산을 필요로 하지 않으므로써 다음 세대의 설 계기볍이라고 할 수 있다. 본 기볍 에 의하여 예측된 강도와 변위는 정확한 해라고 알려진 Plastic-Zone 해석 결 과와 비교 검증하였다, 본 기볍의 해석 및 설계 세 부 지침과 순서 를 제시하였으며, 본 해석기볍 및 AISC-LRFD 방법에 의하여 결 정된 부재크기 를 비교하였다. 본 해석기법은 실 제 설계에 효율 적 으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        This study was conducted to research on the observing state of Korean traditional holidays and the traditional foods related to those days through the questionnaires completed by 578 housewives who live in Kangreung, Daejeon, Jeonju, and Daegu area. For data processing, SAS program was employed, and all data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, and 2-square. The results are as follows; 1. In observing the traditional holidays, more than 90% of housewives who answered the inquiry keep up SEOLNAL, DAEBOREUM, and CHUSEOK, whithout regarding regions. There are larger number of people who keep up IPCHUN, JUNGWHAJEAL, and DANOH in Kangreung and SAMBOK in Daegu than that of other regions (p〈.001). Compared to general circumstances, CHOPAIL is more commonly celebrated by older class as well as lower educated class (p〈.001) Also, the consequence shows that Buddhists observe IPCHUN, SAMJITANL, CHOPAIL, DANOH, SAMBOK, and DONGJI more commonly compared with other classes (p〈.001), IPCHUN, SAMJITNAL, (p〈.01). DAEBOREUM, YUDU, SAMBOK, JUNGYANGJEOL, OHIL, and DONGJI (p〈.001) are celebrated more generally among extended. 2. On inheritance of the traditional holidays, most of the housewives answered that the SEOLNAL, DAEBOREUM, CHUSSEOK, and DONGJI are to be inherited. Compared to general circumstance CHOPAIL is suggested to be inherited by older people (p〈.001). The IPCHUN, CHOPAIL, SAMBOK (p〈.001), and DANCH (p〈.01) are suggested by Buddhists that YUDU and SAMBOK are by nuclear. 3. In preparaing festive foods, DEOKGUK on SEOLNAL, OHKOKBAP and MUKEUNNAMUL on DAEBOREUM, SONGPYEON and GATEUNNAMUL on CHUSEOK, and PATJUK on DONGJI are being made very generally. KANGJEONG on SEOLNAL, BUREUM on DAEBOREUM, KALGUKSU and SAMGYAETANG on SAMBOK, DARKJIM on CHUSEOK, SUJEONGGWA and DONGCHIMI on DONGJI appeared comparatively high rated of making. 4. In normal times, DEOKGUK, MANDU, INJEOLMI, SIKHYAE, SUJEEONGGWA, PYEONYUK, JEONYUEO, SIRUDDEOK, BOKSSAM, MUKEUNNAMUL, SONGPYUN, MINARINAMUL, YUKGAEJANGGUK, KALGUKSU, SAMGYAETANG, HOBAKJIJIM, TORANTANG, GATEUNNAMUL, NUREUMJEOK, DAKJIM, KALBIJIM, PATJJUK, and DONGCHIMI is usully made. 5. The source to learn about traditional foods is mostly by her mother and the rest orders are husband's mother, cooking books, mass media (including T.V), school education, and cooking instituse, etc.

        Eye-tracking approach allows us to collect and analyze data for a wide range of measures of eye-movements, to relate these to language processing, and to have insight of language processing (Conklin, Pellicer-Sánchez, and Carrol, 2018). The current study aims to investigate how ESL university students process the sentences with complex noun phrases modified by relative clauses. Two types of sentences with complex noun phrases were examined: complex noun phrases modified by relative clauses located in a sentence subject (syntactic-based processing) and those located in a sentence object (semantic-based processing). In total, 32 EFL university students participated in this study. Fixation count, regression rate, first reading time, and total reading time of areas of interest were examined. The eye-tracking results showed that the participants showed significantly higher regression rates on noun 2 than noun 1 in both types of complex noun phrases. In terms of verb selection, however, the results showed contrasting aspects : noun 1(verb 1 selection) preference in syntactic-based processing whereas noun 2(verb 2 selection) preference in semantic-based processing,

        The addressee honorification marker si-marked predicate in Korean must have an honorific vocative element in Spec-Voc in order for the unchecked feature of the addressee honorification marker si on Voc to be discharged in the Spec-head relation with the vocative element in Spec-Voc in the concept of Chomsky's (1995) Minimalist Program, which induces the addressee honorification at the speech level. The unchecked feature of the addressee honorification marker si-ess-upnita/sey-yo) percolates from T to Voc. At this point, VocP is above CP, which is why addressee honorification and impersonal subject honorification cannot appear in the embedded clause in Korean. Imperatives with quantificational subjects in English can exhibit, in addition to second person pronouns, third person pronouns as well. This is because a bound element exhibits either the person feature of the partitive phrase binding second or third person pronoun, or default third person value, which is against S. Park (2020).

        Milli-scale crawling robots have been widely studied due to their maneuverability in confined spaces. For successful crawling, the crawling robots basically required to fulfill alternating gait with elliptical foot trajectory. The alternating gait with elliptical foot trajectory normally generates both forward and upward motion. The upward motion makes the aerial phase and during the aerial phase, the forward motion enables the crawling robots to proceed. This simultaneous forward and upward motion finally results in fast crawling speed. In this paper, we propose a novel alternating mechanism to make a crab-inspired eight-legged crawling robot. The key design strategy is an alternating mechanism based on double four-bar linkages. Crab-like robots normally employs gear-chain drive to make the opposite phase between neighboring legs. To use the gear-chain drive to this milli-scale robot system, however, is not easy because of heavy weight and mechanism complexity. To solve the issue, the double-four bar linkages has been invented to generate the oaring motion for transmitting the equal motion in the opposite phase. Thanks to the proposed mechanism, the robot crawls just like the real crab with the crawling speed of 0.57 m/s.

        Purpose - The main purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of children’s age on maternal labor supply in Korea using survival analysis. Specifically, we focus on the career re-interruption of women having children under age 12, which has rarely been studied in the existing literature. Research design, data, and methodology - We use micro data from the Korea Labor and Income Panel Study (KLIPS) surveyed from 1998 to 2016. Instead of using a pre-school child dummy or the number of young children as an explanatory variable, 9 children’s age dummies are included to capture the effect of nurturing 0 to 9 years old children. This study estimates the hazard of a woman’s exiting the labor market after her first experience of the career interruption, rather than the hazard of the first career interruption itself. A Cox proportional hazard model is applied to numerically capture the impact of children’s age on behavioral changes in maternal labor supply. The sample used in this analysis is women between 15 and 54 years old. Most of all, we restrict the sample to women who had at least a child between 0 and 12 years old at the time of quitting their jobs. Results - The Cox proportional hazard model estimates show a strong negative effect of a 0-year-old child on maternal labor supply. Mothers with newborns have a high hazard ratio of labor force exit after the re-entry. The hazard of women with infants is three times higher than those with children aged 10 to 18. Additionally, the results show that not only newborns, but also children in the age of school-entry have a negative impact on their mother’s labor supply. Conclusions - The findings reveal that children’s ages need to be properly expanded and included when analyzing the effect of children and their ages on married women’s labor supply, especially on women’s career re-interruption. A large negative effect of 7-year-old children on maternal labor supply found here indicates that supporting mothers with school age children as well as pre-school children is necessary to prevent mothers from leaving the labor market.

        The quality and shelf life of sliced root of Platycodon grandiflorum (Doraji) treated by ozon-microbubble-heat shock (OMH) were investigated by combining modified-atmosphere packaging [MAP, (50% O2+15% CO2+35% N2)]. The study was based on microbiological (total viable bacteria, fungi, Enterobacteriaceae and coliforms numbers), physicochemical and sensory changes. OMH treatment was effective in reducing microbial populations of the sliced Doraji, especially Enterobacteriaceae and coliforms reduced by 2 log CFU/g. However OMH-MAP treatment remained the aerobe and fungi numbers. Regarding the color, OMH-MAP delayed the change of Hunter b* and the sliced Doraji by OMH-MAP treatment exhibited lower decrease of flavor and overall acceptability compared to those by polypropylene packaging after tap water treatment (Control). The OMH and 50%O2+15%CO2 MAP treatment gave better sensory quality and extended shelf-life for sliced Doraji (~3 days longer shelf-life than Control). Flavor was significantly related to overall acceptability at both Control and OMH-MAP, whereas total coliforms prevalence was associated with overall acceptability at only OMH-MAP. Therefore microbubble-heat shock treatment may improve microbial safety and sliced Doraji by OMH treatment can stored under 50%O2+15%CO2 treatment for up to 7 days. Thus, OMH and MAP treatment may be used in maintaining the storage quality and marketability of sliced Doraji.

        Qualitiy characteristics such as moisture content, pH, acidity, sugar content, salinity, appearance, flavor, taste, color and overall acceptance of apple Jangachi cured with different traditional Korean sauces (Kochujang, Doenjang, Kanjang) were investigated during storage time. The initial moisture content of the apple Jangachi was an average of 14.97%. But after curing with the three sauces (Kochujang, Doenjang, and Kanjaing) moisture content increased to 27~28%, 41~ 4% and 56~58%, respectively. The pH was 4.84-5.42 regardless of sauce. Total acidity increased from 0.4%, 0.34%, 0.34% to 1.14%, 0.60%, 0.67%. respectively. But acidity decreased after 10 days. Sugar content of apple jangachi decreased throughout the aging time regardless of sauce type. Salinity of apple Jangachi increased to a certain level during storage time regardless of sauce type. Apple Jangachi softened during storage as they increased in moisture content. All sensory characteristics of Kocuhjang apples showed a higher score than Doenjang and Kanjang. Overall, Kocuhjang seems most appropriate for curing apple Jangachi.
