Sanitary management practices from 8 packaged meals (Dosirak) manufacturing establishments were surveyd during production and distribution and their microbiological quality of dosirak items marketed in CVS were analyzed. Correlation coefficients were calculated to deternine significant relationships between sanitary management practices and microbiological quality of packaged meals. The results of self evaluation on sanitary management practices indicated 'doing practice well' in personnel and equipment sanitation management but time-temperature control management were practiced satisfactorily only about 55% as compared with the managerial standard guidelines. Significant relationships between the status of actual sanitary management practices and microbiological quality of Dosirak items were not found, but general status of microbiological quality of Dosirak items revealed positive relationship with the size of operational structure and the status of time-temperature control management practices.

Yeats started his earlier poetic life, trying to express everything of his life in his poetry. Naturally, all the characteristic elements of Yeats’s poetry are closely related with his own life and experiences. And some of the autobiographical elements which characterized his life and poetry are: his innate introspective, romantic disposition and strong imagination; teachings of his father who advocated artistic solipsism; his deep affection for ancient Irish legends and myths; his strong belief in mysticism and magic; his intense ideological propensity; his readings in Blake and Shelley; his acquaintances with Pre-Raphaelites; his unrequited love for Maud Gonne. The dominant notes of Yeats’s early romantic poetry are tinged with deep sorrow or pathos for the changes of the human world, elapsing of time, ungraspable and fading love, growing old, and coming death. Romantic ideologist as he was, he would stay in the pure ideological dimension where all would vanish out of human grasp. His seeking for the supernatural mythic world without conflict reflected another aspect of his escapism which was to end in vain. As a matter of course, his early poetry is a record of spiritual growth of an agonizing romantic escapist. On the other hand, Yeats succeeded in generalizing or objectifying his lyrics by adopting various symbols from the ancient Irish myths and legends. Besides, his early poetry contains many symbols, images, themes, and rhythms from which those of his later seasoned poems were to develop.

This study investigated characteristics of meteorological parameters and ionic components of PM2.5 during Asian dust events on November 28 and 30, 2018 at Busan, Korea. The seasonal occurrence frequencies of Asian dust during 1960∼2019 (60 years) were 81.7% in spring, 12.2% in winter, and 6.1% in autumn. Recently, autumn Asian dust occurrence in Busan has shown an increasing trend. The result of AWS (automatic weather station), surface weather chart, and backward trajectory analyses showed that the first Asian dust of Nov. 28, 2018, in Busan came with rapid speed through inner China and Bohai Bay from Mongolia. The second Asian dust of Nov. 30, 2018, in Busan seems to have resulted from advection and deposition of proximal residual materials. These results indicated that understanding the characteristics of meteorological parameters and ionic components of PM2.5 during Asian dust events could provide insights into establishing a control strategy for urban air quality.

본고는 촉석루 제영시의 역사적 전개와 작품의 내적 특징을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 전통의 재인식과 창조적 계승이라는 측면에서 시문의 총량 파악은 무엇보다 절실하며, 제영시에 반영된 다양한 주제의식을 도출할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 방대한 문헌을 두루 뒤져 촉석루 제영시 전모를 가늠할 수 있었다. 이 집성 자료를 바탕으로 작가층의 성격, 작품의 형식과 내용적 특성을 검토한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 촉석루 제영시의 작가는 710명, 작품 수는 884제 1,028수에 달했다. 이는 잠정적이기는 하나 현재까지 전국의 단일 누정으로서는 최다 수준이다. 그리고 작가는 경남 출신이 가장 많아 전체 49%를 넘고, 그중에서도 진주를 비롯해 서부 경남 출신이 약 87%를 차지했다. 또 작가는 유람객이 제일 많고, 고을 통치와 관련된 관리들의 작품도 적지 않았다. 작가들 중에는 스승과 제자, 혈연관계가 있는 문인들이 많은 점도 특징이다. 둘째, 창작 시기를 알 수 있는 작품은 893수로 전체 약 87%에 달했다. 이중 임진왜란 이전의 작품은 133수로 비교적 적은 분포를 보였다. 작품의 약 33%인 335수가 1900년 이후에 창작되었는데, 이는 19세기 후반 이후로 출생한 경남지역 문인들의 작품이 대거 양산된 결과였다. 셋째, 촉석루 시 중 7언시가 93%로 압도적인 비율을 보였다. 그중에서도 7언율시가 약 75%에 달해 대표적인 양식으로 향유되었음을 알았다. 이는 원운의 권위를 활용하는 제영시의 일반적 창작 경향에서 비롯 된 것으로, 선편을 잡은 정을보의 시는 조선전기까지만 원운으로서 기능했다. 조선후기에는 신유한의 시를 차운한 이가 40%일 정도로 거대한 흐름을 이루었다. 또한 임란 사적과 유관한 시어가 관습적으로 활용 되었는데, 이는 다른 누정시와 분명히 구별되는 지점이라 하겠다. 넷째, 촉석루 시의 주제는 진주의 문화경관에 대한 상찬, 임진왜란의 대응과 구국 의지, 순국 영웅의 기억과 내면 성찰, 유람의 진정성과 시대의식의 네 가지로 유형화할 수 있었다. 조선후기 이후로는 순국 영웅을 호출해 내면을 성찰하거나 강개한 충의 정신을 주제로 내세우는 창작 경향이 지배했다. 이에 따라 빼어난 경관만을 부각하는 시는 자취를 거의 감추었고, 촉석루 유람이나 작시 행위를 올바른 시대의식을 체득하는 계기로 삼았다. 이러한 맥락에서 일제강점기의 반민족적 유람 풍조를 시를 통해 준열히 비판하기도 했다. 촉석루 제영시를 대상으로 진행한 통시적이고도 실증적인 본 연구가 누정문학의 특성을 구명함은 물론 지역문학사를 다양하게 구성하고, 나아가 한국문학사를 기술하는 데 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

In the court case of Jun 29 2017 ruling 2017Do3808, Supreme Court ruled that breaking the duty of returning or discarding trade secrets after resignation by revealing trade secrets to competitors or keeping it for own interest is enough to establish post-resignation professional misappropriation. And Supreme Court decided ruled that one cannot be a subject of professional misappropriation after 1year of resignation unless ‘special consideration’ is needed. Therefore, the accused, who created a program based on company’s particular file, cannot be a subject of additional professional misappropriation since the action of the accused was based on already-established professional misappropriation. Furthermore, the Supreme Court ruled that the accused complicit cannot be a complicit of the professional misappropriation since the action of accused complicit is based on already-established professional misappropriation as well. Therefore, the Supreme Court returned the case to the lower court. Based on this case, there is question regarding the relationship between perpetrated time of professional misappropriation and the status of being in charge of the transaction of others’ business after resignation. There is also a question regarding the level of execution based on the speciality of professional misappropriation. This case study is done based on those questions. Then this case study did the reviewed the relationship between the intention of misappropriation and intention of unlawful gains that needs to be proved in order to establish professional misappropriation crimes. The Supreme Court’s ruling that the accused is a subject of already-established professional misappropriation due to nonperformance of returning or discarding trade secrets is problematic. It is problematic for following reasons: First, it ruled out the possibility of accusing the complicit by deciding the perpetrated time as the period of resignation. Second, it contains the possibility of turning the characteristic of misappropriation from offense provoking specific danger to abstract endangerment offenses.

We analyzed the micro-meteorological characteristics during typical steam fog over the Gumi Reservoir of Nakdong river with the field observation data for recent 2 year(1 April 2013~31 March 2015) collected by the national institute of meteorological research, KMA. Steam fog occur when the cold drainage flows over the warm water surface. As the sensible and latent heat from water are provided to the air, the instability of lower atmosphere is increased. The resultant vertical mixing of warm, moist air near water surface and cold air aloft causes the formation of status cloud. The convection strengthened by radiative cooling of the upper part of the stratus causes the fog to propagate downward. Also, the temperature at the lowest atmosphere is increased rapidly and the inversion near surface disappear by these processes when the fog forms. The increase of wind speed is observed because the downward transportation of momentum is caused by vertical mixing.

폐기물은 이제 단순한 처리대상 물질이 아니라 에너지를 회수할 수 있는 하나의 자원으로 인식되고 있으며 이에 대한 효율성 증대와 상용화를 위해 정부의 주도 하에 다양한 정책들이 계획되어 진행되고 있다. 이러한 정책의 요점은 가까운 미래에 에너지의 확보가 국가차원의 생존 및 경쟁력에 문제점을 가져올 수 있으며 이에 대한 새로운 재생 가능한 에너지의 수급방법에 대한 기술력 확보가 필요하다는 것이다. 에너지관리공단에서 발간한 신재생에너지 보급통계를 보면 다양한 신재생 에너지의 확보 경로 중 폐자원을 이용한 1차에너지의 대체는 다른 매체를 통한 수급에 비하여 그 성장 속도가 빠르고 발전 잠재적 에너지량이 큰 것을 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 N시에서 발생되는 생활폐기물이 전처리 시스템을 거쳐 폐자원으로 전환되는 과정의 Case Study 결과를 이용하여 공기를 이용한 고정층 가스화 공정모사를 수행하였다. 전처리 시스템의 Case는 불연물 제거효율과 전처리 후 폐자원의 함수율이며 각각의 Case에서 폐자원의 물리 화학적 조성을 예측하여 공기를 이용하는 고정층 가스화의 공정모사에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 21개의 Case 중에서 전처리 시스템에서 생산된 폐자원의 습윤 저위발열량이 3,500 kcal/kg 이상인 조건에서 공정모사를 수행하였으며 가스화 시스템 공정모사 결과 합성가스(CO+H₂+CH₄)농도는 28.1 ~ 36.7 vol.%이며 합성가스의 습윤 저위발열량은 1,257 kcal/Nm³ ~ 1,648 kcal/Nm³로 분석되었다.

What would we think upon first hearing how Aristotle responded to Plato’s charge that poetry corrupts people by feeding the passions, harming even the good, especially the young? Aristotle’s response concerned with the idea of katharsis, purgation. First of all, we would feel deep sympathy and accord with him. We know that modern people in the 21st century are very attuned to the emotional effect and therapeutic function of poetry, literature, and art.In his book, The Meaning of Health, a collection of essays on existentialism, psychoanalysis, and religion, the philosophical theologian Paul Tillich said “We must replace ‘religion’ by ‘salvation’.” He added that the root of the Greek word ‘soteria,’ meaning salvation, is derived from ‘saos,’ the Latin word ‘salvatio’ from ‘salvus,’ and German word ‘Heiland’ from ‘heil,’ which is akin to the English word “healing.” What we might gather from this is that the most important thing in the realm of religion is basically and essentially “healing.”This essay starts from the idea that the therapeutic function of poetry and poetic drama is not so different from that of religion. Eliot’s later poetry and poetic drama, especially, are filled with healing messages in the religious dimension. This is the reason we expect his poetry and poetic drama to contribute greatly not only to the aesthetic pleasure of poetry but also to the healing of modern reader’s unbalanced emotions.

이 글은 임진년(1592) 오월 진주성 촉석루에서 김성일, 조종도, 이로(혹은 곽재우)가 남강에 투신하여 죽음을 결행하려 했던 사건과 관련되어 지어진 시에 관해 언급한 여러 기록에 대해 고찰한 것이다. 삼장사에 관한 사적을 기록한 글로는 ｢從遊諸賢錄｣(성여신 찬), ｢鶴峯言行錄｣(최현 찬), ｢矗石樓詩懸板｣(오숙 찬), ｢大笑軒事蹟畧閭表碑｣(찬자 미상), ｢矗石樓詩註｣(김응조 찬), ｢大笑軒行狀｣(한몽삼 찬), ｢請祠祀三壯士疏｣(하세응 찬), ｢鶴峯年譜｣(이재 찬), ｢松巖李先生行狀｣(조선적 찬) 정도가 『용사일기』가 印刊되기 이전의 기록으로 살펴진다. 이들 자료에는 대부분 삼장사시의 지은이를 김성일로 기록하고 있으나, 시의 작자를 다른 사람인 것으로 기술한 경우도 있고, 남강에 투신하여 죽음을 결행하려 했던 사실을 언급하면서도 시를 지었다는 사실에 대한 기록은 나타나지 않는 것도 있다. 1762년 간행된 이로의 『용사일기』는 동일 저자가 지은 ｢문수지｣와는 달리 삼장사시의 작자가 김성일이고, 그와 함께 당시 현장에 있었던 인물을 조종도와 이로로 기술한 내용을 담고 있었다. 이로 사후 백수십 년이 지난 뒤 이 책이 출간된 배경에는 삼장사 사당의 건립과 관련해서 현실적인 이해 관계가 문중 간에 얽혀 있었다. 인간된 『용사일기』는 이로가 찬한 원래의 초본에 적지않은 첨삭이 가해졌기에 출간 당시부터 문제가 되었으나, 『용사일기』의 출간에 뒤이어 한몽삼의 글이 수록된 『대소헌문집』이 간행되어 이-삼장사설을 뒷받침하였고, 비슷한 시기에 현풍 곽문에서는 『망우집』을 중간하여 곽-삼장사설을 주장하게 되면서 이후 양측의 주장이 심각히 대립하였다. 『망우집』의 발간으로 점화된 삼장사 시비에 관여하여 가장 정밀한 수준에서 이-삼장사설이 옳음을 논증적으로 밝힌 이는 대산 이상정이었다. 이상정이 찬한 『촉석루시사적』은 학봉이 초유사로 함양에 도임한 때로부터 이후 진주성에서 촉석루시를 짓기까지 『용사일기』의 기록을 위주로 김성일, 조종도, 이로, 곽재우 4인의 행적을 발췌해서 정리하고, 이에 대해 이상정 자신의 견해를 제시하여 이-삼장사설이 옳음을 논증한 내용이다. 이상정은 무엇보다도 촉석루시의 작성 시점이 조종도가 의령에서 돌아온 직후라는 사실에 주목하여, 조종도가 의령에서 돌아왔을 때 곽재우는 이미 진주를 떠나 의령으로 돌아와 있었으며, 대신에 이로가 진주에 있었다는 사실을 논증하였다. 『촉석루시사적』의 간행 이후 촉석루 삼장사에 관해서는 이-삼장사설이 통설의 지위를 차지한 듯이 보인다. 이후에도 삼장사 사적에 관한 이견(異見)이 간간히 표출되었으나 마침내 근년에 진주성에 삼장사 비를 세우면서 이-삼장사설의 내용이 ‘촉석루중삼장사기실비’의 비면에 새겨지게 되었다. 이로써 촉석루 삼장사시는 김성일이 지었고, 당시 시를 짓는 현장에는 조종도와 이로가 함께 있었다는 것이 실효적 사실로 자리잡아 오늘에 이르게 되었다.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of mature stages on quality of Rafito tomatoes (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) during storage at low temperature. Tomatoes grown in greenhouse were harvested at three different mature stages (turning, pink, and red), packaged with a 30-μm-thick polyethylene film, and then stored at 5 and 10℃, respectively. The changes in firmness, soluble solids content (SSC), titratable acidity (TA), colour, lycopene content, decay, and chilling injury were measured on a weekly basis. After three weeks of storage, chilling injury and decay were found to have individually occurred at 5 and 10℃, respectively. As there was little change in quality at 5℃, it was concluded that red tomatoes could maintain their good quality for two weeks. The normal postharvest ripening was inhibited in the turning and pink tomatoes during storage at 5℃. The turning and pink tomatoes showed improved quality after two-week storage at 10℃. In particular, the turning fruits showed the highest firmness throughout the storage period. Furthermore, the red colour, SSC/TA, and lycopene content of the turning fruits reached the same levels as with the red fruits after two-week storage at 10℃. These results suggest that red tomatoes should be stored at 5℃ to inhibit decay, and that the optimum temperature for early-harvested tomato (turning and pink) is 10℃ for the ripening process after harvest.

To evaluate the crews’ evacuation characteristics, anti-disaster drills are performed according to 3 different types of scenarios. The drill participants are 2 groups, namely the one is freshmen who is novice for onboard life, and the other is 3rd grade college men who experienced at least 6 months onboard life. As a result of trials, it is clear that the evacuation time of skilled crews(3rd grade colleges men) correspond 2 times faster than that of novices(1st grade colleges men). But on scenario 2 and 3, which are performed under the constriction of uncertainties, the evacuation times are closer than usuals.
