        In the electrode fabrication of unit cell, it was ascertained that electrochemical characteristics were greatly increased with 90 wt.% of BP-20, 5 wt.% of Super P and 5 wt.% of mixed binder [P(VdF-co-HFP) : PVP =7 : 3] The self-discharge of unit cell showed that diffusion process was controlled by the ion concentration difference of initial electrolyte due to the characteristics of Electric Double Layer Capacitor (EDLC) charged by ion adsorption in the beginning, but this by current leakage through the double-layer at the electrode/electrolyte interface had a minor effect and voltages of curves were remained constant regardless of electrode material. The electrochemical characteristics of 2.3 V/3,000 F grade EDLC were as follows: 0.35 m of DC-ESR (100 A discharge), 0.14 mof AC-ESR (AC amplitude 100 mV), 2.80 Wh/kg (3.73 Wh/L) of energy density and 4.64 kW /kg (6.19 kW/L) of power density. Power output was compatible with electric vehicle applications, uninterrupted power supply and engine starter, in due consideration of Ragone relations.

        A low frequency, high power hydroacoustic transducer with 7 tonpilz piston elements assembled in a circular array suitable for marine application, such as the transmission of underwater information and the development of new fisheries resources in the deep sea zone was designed. A modified Mason's model was applied to monitor and to simulate the transducer behavior at each step during the fabrication. The in air, and in water constructed tonpilz transducer was tested experimentally and numerically by changing the size and the type of the material for head, tail and acoustic window. Also, the developed transducer was excited by pulse signals and the received waveform was analyzed. The resonance peaks in the transmitting voltage response(TVR) of a single tonpilz element without housing were observed at 11.33kHz in air and 10.93kHz in air and 10.93 kHz in water, respectively, with the overall electrical-acoustic efficiency of 43.7%. The value of TVR of single tonpilz element with aluminum housing in water was 129.87dB re 1 μPa/V at 12.25 kHz with the frequency bandwith of 2.15 kHz and half beam angle of 30.2˚at -3dB.The resonance peaks in the transmitting voltage response of the 7 element circular transducer were observed at 11.50 kHz in air and 11.45 kHz in water, respectively. The value of TVR in water 144.84 dB re 1μPa/V at 11.5kHz with the frequency bandwith of 4.25 kHz and the half beam angle of 22.3˚ at -3dB.Reasonable agreement between the experimental measurements and the theoretical predictions for the directivity patterns, TVRs and the impedance characteristics of the designed transducer was achieved.

        This paper presents cable-hydraulic driven 3DoF (Degree-of-Freedom) manipulator for cooperative robot with high output/low inertia and enhancing lager workspace of hydraulic manipulator. Hydraulic actuation could be solution to design more higher output manipulator than the one of electric motor actuation due to install actuation source and robot joint separated. In spite of this advantage, the conventional hydraulic driven manipulator using cylinder or vane actuator is not suitable for the candidate of cooperative robot because smaller workspace owing to small RoM (Range of Motion) hydraulic actuator. In this paper, we propose 3DoF manipulator with cable-hydraulic actuation which is more larger ratio of payload-to-weight than the one of conventional cooperative manipulator and larger workspace than the one of existing hydraulic driven manipulator. The performance of proposed manipulator was demonstrated by the experiments for confirming overall workspace task, high payload operation task under worst situation and comparing repeatability between developed manipulator and existed cooperative robots. The results of experiments showed that the appropriate performance of proposed manipulator for cooperative robot.

        본 논문에서는 디지털 TV 중계기용 고출력 광대역의 3-Way 전력결합기를 설계.제작하였다. 대역폭 증가와 고출력을 동시에 이루기 위하여 Wilkinson 형태의 전력분배기를 채택하였다. 우선 Wilkinson 전력분배기를 균등(1 : 1) 및 비균등(2 : 1) 분배시켜, 동위상 4 포트 전력결합기를 시뮬레이션 하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과에 따라서 두께 120 mil인 유전체 기판을 사용하여 제작된 전력결합기는 디지털 TV 중계기 주파수 470~806 MHz 대역에서 삽입손실 -6.53dB 이하, 반사계수 -13dB 이하, 포트 간 분리도 -15 dB 이하, 출력 포트 간 위상차가 13˚이하의 특성을 보였다. 새롭게 만든 전력결합기는 회로에서의 고 임피던스로 인한 마이크로스트립 선로 폭의 한계와 고출력의 경우 선로간의 상호작용으로 인한 전력의 손실 및 협대역의 문제를 동시에 개선이 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 나아가서, 제작된 3-Way 결합기의 삽입손실, 반사계수, 포트간의 분리도 및 위상차가 디지털 TV 중계주파수 470~806 MHz에서 양호한 특성을 나타내는 것을 확인함으로써 고출력 및 광대역화가 실현가능하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

        본 논문에서는 hybrid 기법을 이용하여 INMARSAT 위성의 상향 주파수인 L-HAND(1.6265∼1.6465 GHz)에서 동작하는 위성단말기용 25 Watt C급 고출력증폭기를 설계 ·제작하였다. 제작의 간편성을 위해서 전력증폭기를 크게 구동증폭단과 전력증폭단으로 나누어 구현하였으며, 전력증폭단을 구동하기 위한 구동단은 Motorola사의 MRF-640을 사용하여 2단으로 구성하였고, 전력증폭단은 MRF-16006과 MRF-16730을 사용하였다. 또 각 부에 직류 전원을 공급하기 위해 바이어스 회로부를 같은 하우징 내에 장착하여 무게 및 부피를 최소화하였다. 제작된 고출력증폭기는 20 MHz 대역폭 내에서 이득이 30 dB 이상, 입 ·출력 정재파비는 1.7 이하의 특성을 가졌다. 1.635 GHz 주파수에 대해 1 dB 압축점의 출력전력은 44 dBm 으로서 설계시 목표로 했던 출력전력 25 Watt를 상회하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 SSPA(Solid State Power Amplifier) 제작 기법은 각종 Radar 및 SCPC(Signal Channel Per Carrier)용 전력증폭기 설계 및 제작에도 적용할 수 있다.
