본 연구의 목적은 기업의 교육훈련 투자가 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 1인당 교육훈련비 와 경영성과 간에 상관관계를 분석하는 데에 있다. 본 연구의 목적달성을 위해 1인당 기업의 교육훈련 투자비와 경영성과 지표를 업종별·규모별로 구분하 였고, 직무수행능력, 노동생산성, 기업이미지, 근로의욕, 이직방지의 다섯 가지 변수를 경영성과 지표로 활용하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대기업이 중소기업에 비해 교육훈련 투자가 많이 이루어지 고, 금융업과 비금융 서비스업이 제조업보다 2배 이상 많은 투자를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육훈련 투자에 대한 경영성과는 직무수행능력 향상이 가장 높게 나타났고, 다음으로 근로의욕 향상, 노동생산성 향상, 기업이미지 향상, 이직방지 향상의 순서로 나타났다. 셋째, 상관분석 결과, 교육훈련 투자와 경영성과 간에는 낮은 양(+)의 상관관계를 보임으로써 1인당 교 육훈련비가 증가 할수록 기업의 경영성과도 증가한다고 할 수 있다. 즉, 교육훈련 투자가 경영성과에 유의 한 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석된다. 마지막으로, 이상과 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적 및 실무적 시사점과 향후 연구 과제를 제시하였다.

국제지질자원인재개발센터는 지질자원 분야의 국내·외 인적자원개발을 목적으로 설립되었으며, 개원 이래 교육 훈련 목표 성과를 달성하며 운영되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 국제지질자원인재개발센터 성과의 객관성을 확인하기 위하여 교육인증과정 수료자를 대상으로 교육요구분석 및 교육훈련 과정 성과평가를 실시하였다. 교육요구분석을 위해 Borich 교육요구도와 Locus for Focus 방식을 활용하였다. 교육훈련 과정 성과평가는 성별, 연령별, 학력별, 수강구분에 따라 만족도 및 현업적용도 분석을 위해 설문조사 방식을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 지질학, 광물자원, 석유해저, 지구환경 분야 의 교육훈련 과정의 교육요구도가 도출되었으며, Locus for Focus 방식에 따라 교육과정 개발의 시급성을 판단하였다. 교육훈련 과정 성과평가 결과 광물자원, 지구환경 분야의 과정이 지질학 분야의 과정보다 학습성취에 대한 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 유아에게 가장 의미 있는 타자인 교사와 어머니의 상호작용 기술을 향상 시키기 위해 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델을 활용하여 교육·훈련하고 그 효과를 확인함으로써 동일한 대상과 방법으로 수행한 선행연구의 결과를 재확인하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하 기 위해 두 가지 연구 문제, 즉 첫째, 유아기 교사를 대상으로 한 TREASURE Talk 교육·훈련 효과를 확인하고 둘째, 유아기 어머니를 대상으로 한 TREASURE Talk 교육·훈련 효과를 확 인하는 것으로 설정하였으며, 다음과 같은 방법과 절차에 따라 연구를 진행하였다. 선행연구 효과의 재확인은 유아기 교사 14명과 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니 16명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 동일한 방법으로 「관찰을 통한 아동-성인 상호작용 코칭척도(CICAIO)」를 사 용하여 t-검증에 의한 사전사후 검사를 실시하여 효과성을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 유아기 교사 와 유아기 어머니 두 집단이 질문 전 상호작용과 질문 후 상호작용 모두에서 교육훈련효과가 있는 것으로 나타나 선행연구와 동일한 효과가 나타났음을 재확인 할 수 있었다. 따라서 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델의 활용은 유아기 교사와 어머니의 상호작용 기술을 향상시키는 데 효과가 있는 도구로서 범용성을 지닌다고 결론내릴 수 있다.

기업은 지속가능한 발전과 성과를 위하여 교육훈련투자를 지속적으로 수행하고 있다. 일부에서는 교육 훈련투자의 필요성과 효과에 대하여 의문을 제기하고 있다. 이러한 회의론은 교육훈련 투자의 효과를 부 정하지는 않으나, 기업이 인식하고 있듯이 그만큼의 효과를 내지 못하고 있을 수 있다는 문제를 제기하고 있다. 교육훈련투자의 실제적 효과를 추정하기 위하여서는 교육훈련투자와 기업성과간의 관계에 대하여 여러 가지 대안적 설명을 고려하고 이를 반영한 실증 분석 모형을 설정하고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 패널 자료를 활용하여 실증 분석하고자 하며, 역인과관계 설명 등의 대안적 설명을 고려한 동태적 분석 모형을 설정하여, 교육훈련이 기업성과에 미치는 효과를 추정하였다. 동태적 패널 분석의 추정 결과는 다음과 같이 정리되어진다. 우선, 교육훈련은 조직성과인 일인당 매출 에 유의적인 정의 효과를 미치며, 그 크기는 0.05정도로 나타났다. 그 다음으로 교육훈련은 재무적 성과인 일인당 순이익에는 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 동태적 패널 분석의 결과는단일연도만을 사용한 회귀분석 결과와는 효과의 크기 면에서나 유의도에서 많은 차이를 보이고 있다는 점 역시 발견하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점과 한계점 그리고 향후 연구방향이 논의 되었다.

본 연구는 경영자의 사업에 대한 가치관을 경제적 가치관과 사회적 가치관으로 구분하고, 두 가치관이 교육훈련 투자(교육훈련 총액, 교육훈련 방법 다양성)에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 그리고 경영 자의 사업 가치관과 교육훈련 투자의 관계에서 불확실한 환경과 전년도 경영성과를 조절변수로 설정하여 환경 및 재정적 여건들 하에서 교육훈련 투자에 대한 경영자 사업 가치관의 영향력을 확인하고자 하였다. 조사는 군산 소재 500여 개의 중소기업 경영자들을 대상으로 사업 가치관과 교육훈련 투자(금액 및 방법)에 대해 설문조사하였다. 설문조사는 우편, 이메일, 그리고 직접 방문 등을 통해서 이루어졌으며, 총 153개 업체의 자료를 통계 처리하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중소기업 경영자의 사회적 가치관은 교육훈련 투자액과 교육훈련 방법 다양성 모두에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈다. 이 결과는 경영자가 기업 운영을 통해 사회 에 기여하고자 하는 신념이 강할수록, 보다 고품질의 제품과 서비스를 양산하기 위해 교육훈련 투자액을 높이고, 다양한 교육훈련 방법들(현장 OJT, 멘토링, 직무 관련 교육 프로그램, 관리자 승진 교육훈련, e-Learning, 외부 강사 초청 교양교육 등)을 동원함을 보여주는 것이다. 둘째, 경영자의 경제적 가치관과 교육훈련 방법 다양성과 통계적으로 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 나타냈다. 즉, 경제적 가치관의 중소기업 경영 자는 필수적인 교육훈련 이외의 다양한 교육훈련에 부정적임을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 환경 불확실성과 전년 도 경영성과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으며, 그 이유를 논의하였다. 마지막으로 연구의 시사점과 한계점을 토론하였다.

본 연구는 호텔기업의 내부고객인 종업원을 대상으로 종업원만족과 고객만족활동 간의 비선형적 관계의 가능성과 이들 관계가 고용형태와 교육훈련 수준에 따른 세분집단 간에는 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 밝히고자 한다.이를 위하여 부산지역에 위치한 특1급 호텔의 종업원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 236개의 표본 자료를 수집하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다.실증분석 결과 첫째,종업원만족과 고객만족활동 간의 관계에서 수확체증 형태의 비선형성을 확인하였다.둘째,이들 간의 관계가 고용형태에 따른 세분집단 간의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.정규직의 경우 종업원만족과 고객만족활동 간에 비선형적 관계가 나타났으나,비정규직의 경우 종업원만족과 고객만족활동 간에 선형적 관계가 나타났다.셋째,교육훈련 수준 세분집단에 따라 종업원만족이 고객만족활동에 미치는 영향도 집단 간 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.즉 교육훈련이 높은 집단의 경우 종업원만족과 고객만족활동 간에 선형적 관계가 나타났으나, 교육훈련이 낮은 집단의 경우 수확체증 형태의 비선형적 관계가 나타났다.이러한 결과는 결국 전체 집단 수준에서의 접근보다는 내부고객인 종업원의 세분시장별로 바람직한 전략과 전술을 계획하고 실행하는 것이 더 바람직하다고 할 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.마지막으로 이러한 실증분석 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점 및 향후과제를 간략하게 논의하였다.

원자력 인력의 원활한 공급과 체계적인 교육훈련은 원자력의 지속 가능한 발전과 원자력발전소의 안전 운전을 위한 중요한 과제이다. 이 논문은 국가적 차원의 원자력 교육훈련체계를 구축하기 위한 정책 구상을 제안하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 한국 원자력 기관들에 대한 분석자료와 원자력 인력양성 방안에 대한 정부 문서들에 기초하여 원자력 인력과 교육훈련 체계 현황을 분석했다. 현재 한국의 원자력 교육훈련체계는 산 · 학 · 연 기관별 다양화와 분산화를 그 특징으로 하고 있다. 그러나 각 기관들 간의 체계적이고 통합적인 연계와 협력은 미약한 수준에 있고, 교육훈련 프로그램과 자원 배분 중복, 그로 인한 비효율 등의 문제도 제기되고 있다. 따라서 이 논문은 거시적인 정책 구상으로 국가적 차원의 원자력 교육훈련체계 모 델과 원자력 교육훈련을 관리 · 조정하는 콘트롤 타워를 제안하고 있다.

In recent years, the surroundings of Fire have rapidly changed and citizens need for Fire have been demanding very high. Under these situations, in order for satisfaction to all these demands, Seoul Metropolitan Government Fire Academy(SFA) have only to improve its educational training program as the fire educational training center in Korea. The purpose of this study is to scrutinize current educational training program of SFA and measure the relative weight among the hierarchy of disaster management(prevention and mitigation-preparedness-response-recovery) by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The result of this study presents that how many hours must be allocated and set the educational training program with scientific and systematic way of AHP compared the current program of SFA　in 2013. And This study is applied to increase access and comprehension about the AHP and will be able to present guideline for the selection of optimal the educational training of SFA to serve Seoul citizens the best Fire services.

지금까지 교육훈련 연구는 크게 두 가지 흐름이 있다. 하나는 교육훈련을 실시하는 기업의 관점에서 교육훈련 성과를 높이기 위해 교육과정, 방법, 강사, 내용과 같은 시스템적 접근이 있고, 또 하나는 피훈련자의 관점에서 교육훈련 성공을 위한 연구의 흐름이 있다. 후자는 주로 피훈련자의 교육훈련 동기가 교육 훈련 성과를 좌우 할 수 있다는 가정 하에 이를 잘 설명할 수 있는 다양한 변수들에 대한 연구가 있다. 본 연구는 후자의 관점에서의 연구이고 지금까지 연구된 바로는 교육훈련 동기를 설명하는 변수를 크게 나누면 인적특성변수와 상황특성 변수로 구분할 수 있다. 그 가운데 교육훈련 동기를 설명하는 인적특성 변수의 연구의 중요성이 강조되고 특히 이 가운데 목표지향의 개념이 학습에 매우 중요한 개념이므로 교육훈련에 적용 연구할 필요성이 특히 강조된다. 그러나 우리나라에서는 이와 관련한 연구가 매우 적다. 또한 사회적 지원이 교육훈련 동기에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 상이한 관점이 존재하고 규명되어야 할 부분이 존재한다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 연구는 피훈련자의 인적특성인 목표지향과 조직의 상황적 특성인 사회적 지원이 교육훈련 동기에 미치는 영향과 교육훈련 동기가 교육훈련 성과변수인 교육훈련 전이와의 관계를 연구하였다. 그리고 목표지향 및 사회적 지원과 교육훈련 전이와의 관계에서 교육훈련 동기의 매개효과를 연구 하였다. 나아가 교육훈련 연구는 조사방법의 한계가 항상 존재한다. 본 연구는 독립변수와 매개효과가 종속변수에 미치는 효과를 보다 엄격하게 검증하고 설문지법의 한계인 동일방법편의를 줄이기 위해, 준실험설계 방식으로 설계하여 교육훈련 전과 교육훈련 후로 나누어 2번에 걸쳐 자료를 수집하였다. 이와 같은 방법으로 622명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째 학습목표 지향과 과시성과목표 지향은 교육훈련 동기와 정의 관계, 동료지원은 교육훈련 동기와 정의 관계를 얻었다. 그러나 회피성과목표 지향과 상사지원은 교육훈련 동기와 관계가 없었다. 교육훈련 동기는 교육훈련 성과변수인 교육훈련 전이를 잘 설명해주고 있다. 그리고 학습목표지향과 과시성과목표 지향 및 동료지원과 교육훈련 전이와의 관계를 교육훈련 동기가 유의하게 매개역할을 하였다. 이러한 결과는 교육훈련 동기의 선행변수로서 학습목표 지향, 동료지원이 매우 중요할 뿐만 아니라 교육훈련 동기가 교육훈련 성과를 위해 매우 중요하다는 것을 의미한다. 상사지원이 교육훈련 동기를 설명하지 못하는 것은 매우 주목되는 결과다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과의 의미를 논의할 것이다. 그리고 본 연구 결과는 교육훈련 동기 연구의 중요성을 다시한번 확인해 주는 결과라고 할 수 있다.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the examples of developing missionary attitude through community training of the department of Doxology in Jeonju university founded upon christian principals and to suggest some applicable ways.The purpose of the department of Doxology in Jeonju university is to train students to be sincere pastors, missionaries, ministers and lay ministers with excellence of faithful spirituality and worship art, developing spirituality and intellectuality through theology, missiology and doxology and cultivating character through practical training of worship and praise ministry and the community training. The community training in the department of Doxology is a way of spiritual training. All the students who are involved in the training live together in a dormitory during the terms and are to be trained for their regular and individual devotional life. Through these programs students may know the differences between them and understand each other so that they are more to serve one and another and to be equipped as a man of God. The training includes spiritual training programs such as silent prayer meeting (morning prayer): students start a day with it, all nations prayer meeting : closing meeting of a day, campus prayer meeting and Thursday service of the department of Doxology. Also there are relationship training and leadership training. In June, 2013. the department did a survey to know the missionary attitude of the community. The result shows that the students in the 3rd and 4th grade are reading the whole Bible and having individual prayer time more stably and constantly than the 1st and 2nd grade students.In terms of basic concepts of mission, it also reflects that students seem to recognize the importance of the vision and the calling as they have been in the training for hearing and responding to the Word of God. Moreover, they, who have already learned that there are certain necessities in many fields of mission through all nations prayer meeting, answered that it is necessary to choose appropriate ways for missionary works. They are not just aware of the gravity of a missionary life by answering that they would take a part in a short term missionary work but also fully understanding the emphasis of participating in a missionary work. Also, it lets us know that the students never over looks the importance of intercessory prayer by answering that they would pray for mission continuously. The respondents themselves chose answers evenly among the examples of the programmes of the community training which were either helpful or challenging. At the same time, they confirmed that there have certainly been spiritual experience and growth which have brought maturity in character through corresponding life with the Word and the posture of love and serving.“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” (Hebrews 10:24,25) All Christians are in one community which is united by God, Jesus Christ and the Cross through the Holy Spirit. In spite of that, under the influence of personalization, segmentation and specialization, in this society, excessive rationalism, diversification and individualism are overflowing. Due to it, even christian belief community is loosing its vitality. As the community training requires the trainees to set apart themselves from the world and to live properly according to the call of God for us to be a part of the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:27), holding a vision from God, giving themselves to God, within this generation, the community training of the department of Doxology could be a model for developing a missionary attitude of a missionary community following the supreme order of Christ.
