        Stress has been associated with poor eating behavior and diet quality. Yet, the relationship between nutrient and food intake and perceived stress in Korean female adults has not been validated. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between nutrient and food intake and perceived stress in Korean female adults. This is a cross-sectional study based on the 2014-2015 Korean National Health and Nutritional Examination Survey data. This study investigated 2,010 female adults age 19~64. In this study, according to subjects' perceived stress, we classified subjects into very low-stress recognition group (VLSRG) (n=211), low-stress recognition group (VSRG) (n=1,223), high-stress recognition group (HSRG) (n=488) and very high-stress recognition group (VHSRG) (n=88). Daily nutrients and food group intake, food groups consumed (Dietary Diversity Score, DDS) were analyzed using data from the 24-recall method. The VHSRG had a larger proportion of subjects that were younger (p<0.0001), single (p<0.0001) and smokers (p<0.0001) compared to the VLSRG. Energy and food intake did not differ between the four groups. Percentage of subjects with protein (p=0.0322), vitamin A (p=0.0364) and vitamin C (p=0.0115) intake lower than the EAR (estimated average requirement) in the VHSRG were significantly lowest in the four groups. Also, food intake percentage from fruits and seaweed groups in the VHSRG were lower than other groups (p=0.0034, p=0.0015). DDS in the VHSRG (3.87) was significantly lowest in the four groups (p=0.0022). Results suggest that perceived stress in Korean female adults may by significant to consider in nutritional education programs.

        In this study, we have analyzed the 2015 KNHANES to understand the nutritional and health status of Korean middle-age adults from the perspective of frequency of eating breakfast. Those that eat breakfast five to seven times a week were 76.3 percent (male) and 72.7 percent (female). Frequency of eating lunch and dinner, and eating out was significantly higher among male subjects. The higher the frequency of eating breakfast, the higher the frequency of eating lunch, dinner and eating out. Female subjects that ate breakfast five to seven times a week had lower height and weight compared with other groups, but there was no significant difference of BMI and waist circumference among the four groups. Adults that eat breakfast five to seven times a week had consumed more carbohydrates, dietary fiber, phosphorus, potassium and vitamin C regardless of gender, which validates the nutritional benefits of eating meals regularly. Male adults that ate breakfast five to seven times a week revealed lower levels of diastolic blood pressure and LDL-cholesterol compared with other groups, which validates eating breakfast regularly was beneficial to their health. In conclusion, it is necessary to eat regular meals daily relative to the nutritional status and health of Korean middle-age adults.

        This study was conducted to evaluate the risk of overweight and obesity in adolescents consuming snacks frequently from 2007~2009, Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES). The subjects (12~14 years: n=523; 15~18 years: n=614) were presented with food frequency questionnaires, and they were classified according to their gender and frequency of snack consumption. In the age group of 12~14 years, boys and girls (boys OR: 1.11, 95% CI: 0.52~2.39, girls OR: 12.45, 95% CI: 2.26~68.51) who consumed yogurt frequently had a higher risk of overweight and obesity at the highest quartile frequency compared with the lowest quartile after adjustments for multiple confounding factors, including age, physical activity, frequency of eating out and snack consumption, and energy intake. In the age group of 15~18 years, girls (OR: 1.01, 95% CI: 0.34~2.99) consuming fried foods had a higher risk of overweight and obesity at the highest quartile frequency compared with the lowest quartile after adjustments for multiple confounding factors, including age, physical activity, frequency of eating out and snack consumption, and energy intake. Thus, we conclude that frequent consumption of yogurt and fried foods increases the risk of overweight and obesity in adolescents. These findings suggest that the risk of overweight and obesity is associated with the frequency of snack consumption.

        This study aimed to compare energy nutrient intake, health related factors, physical characteristics, blood biochemical indices, prevalence of metabolic syndrome and odds ratio (OR) of metabolic syndrome based on dietary fat energy ratio. Subjects were 1,205 men aged 40~64 years. The average fat intake was 52.8 g. Subjects were divided into three groups (deficient, normal, excess) based on dietary fat energy ratio. The dietary fat energy rations of the three groups were 36.9%, 42.9% and 20.2%, respectively. Energy and protein intake were increased significantly with dietary fat energy ratio (p<0.001), whereas carbohydrate intake decreased (p<0.001). In health related factors, amount of smoking alone showed increase based on dietary fat energy ratio (p<0.001). In comparing physical characteristics, blood pressure and blood biochemical indices, excepting diastolic blood pressure, increased significantly based on dietary fat energy ratio (p<0.01~p<0.001). The rate that exceeded criteria in risk factors for metabolic syndrome was higher in the serum triglyceride (41.2%) and was lower in the waist circumference (22.2%). Prevalence of metabolic syndrome was 37.9%, and showed significant correlation to dietary fat energy ratio (p<0.05). The OR of metabolic syndrome was higher in deficient and excess group than in normal group, but it had no relationship between fat energy ratio and metabolic syndrome. The results of this study provide basic data to establish fat intake guidelines for prevention of metabolic syndrome in middle-aged men.

        This study was conducted to investigate the risk of chronic disease as predicted by abdominal obesity in Korean adult females. Data on 2,738 adult females aged 40~64 yrs was obtained from the 2013~2014 Korean National Health Nutrition Examination Survey. The subjects were divided into normal (n=1,835), abdominal obesity (AO, n=73), and BMI-diagnosed abdominal obesity (BMI-AO, n=505) groups based on the NCEP-ATP III guidelines and by applying the KSSO definition regarding waist circumference. Triglyceride blood levels, fasting blood sugar levels, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure were higher in the AO and BMI-AO groups than in the normal group. The HDL-cholesterol levels of subjects in the two abdominal groups were lower as compared to those of subjects in the normal group. The mean adequacy ratio was lower among subjects in the AO and BMI-AO groups than among those in the normal group. Moreover, the NAR and INQ scores of some micro-nutrients in both of the abdominal obesity groups were lower than those in the normal group. Both the AO and BMI-AO groups showed significantly higher risks of hypertriglycemia, hyperglycemia, hypertension, hypoHDL-cholesterolemia, and metabolic syndrome than were shown by the normal group. Notably, as compared to the normal group, the AO group showed higher risk of hypercholesterolemia, hyperLDL-cholesterolemia, hypertriglycemia, and metabolic syndrome than did the BMI-AO group. This finding suggests that it is essential to develop prevention programs including programs for those with abdominal obesity despite their having a BMI within the normal range.

        The purpose of this study was to determine the health behaviors and nutritional status related to dyslipidemia in Korean middle-aged adults (between 50 and 64 years old) from the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examinations Survey data (2007~2010). A total of 4,721 subjects were analyzed in this study. The subjects were divided into three groups (normal, borderline, and dyslipidemia) according to serum lipid levels. Parameters included in this study were drinking and smoking, anthropometric parameters, blood and nutritional parameters. The latter parameter included food/nutrients intake. All data was adjusted by sex, region, education level, and age. General linear model and logistic regression model were used for statistical analysis. The dyslipidemia group was comprised of more men than women. By contrast, the borderline group was comprised of more women than men (p<0.001). No significant differences were observed for other general characteristics. There were more smokers and drinkers(drinking per time) in the dyslipidemia group (p<0.05). Anthropometric data showed significant difference, ie, height (p<0.05), weight, body mass index, waist circumference, percent body fat, and blood pressure were higher in the dyslipidemia group (p<0.001). Only blood urea nitrogen showed no significant difference among groups. The HbA1c (p<0.01), fasting blood glucose, GOT, GPT, creatinine levels were higher in the dyslipidemia group (p<0.001). So it is required for the management of obesity in dyslipidemia group. The dyslipidemia group ate less sea food (p<0.05). The nutrients intake of energy and protein, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, calcium, phosphorus were lower in the dyslipidemia group (p<0.05). Therefore, to lower dyslipidemia prevalence rates, it is necessary to increase the intake of foods containing ω-3 fatty acids. We also suggest a meal management program and nutritional education to recognize the risk of dyslipidemia, especially for people such as the individual in the borderline and dyslipidemia study groups.         The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between frequency of coffee consumption, metabolic biomarkers, and nutrition intake in adult participants in the combined 2007~2009 Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES). Subjects (2,095 males and 3,297 females) were classified according to sex and frequency of coffee consumption (≤1 time/month, ≥2 times/month and ≤6 times/week, 1 time/day, 2 times/day, 3 times/day) using food frequency questionnaires. Nutrition intake was analyzed using 24 h recall data. The 3 times/day coffee consumption group had a significantly higher age, and frequency of smokers and drinkers compared to the ≤1 time/month coffee consumption group in both male and female participants. Males in the 3 times/day coffee consumption group had a significantly lower HDL-cholesterol level, but females had a higher waist circumference compared with the ≤1 time/month coffee consumption group. Males in the 3 times/day coffee consumption group had a significantly lower nutrient density of fiber, vitamin B2, vitamin C, calcium and phosphorus compared with the ≤1 time/month coffee intake group. Females in the 3 times/day coffee consumption group had a significantly higher nutrient density of fat and niacin, but lower nutrient density of carbohydrate, calcium, phosphorus, and iron compared with the ≤1 time/month coffee intake group. In males, the frequency of coffee consumption was not associated with the levels of metabolic biomarkers. In females, the frequency of coffee consumption was positively associated with diastolic blood pressure after adjustments for multiple confounding factors, including age, BMI, smoking status, alcohol consumption, physical activity and energy intake. Coffee consumption was associated with decreased diastolic blood pressure in females. These findings suggest the importance of an awareness of the association between coffee consumption and metabolic risk.

        목 적: 2011, 2012년도 국민건강영양조사 내용을 기반으로 우리나라 나이관련황반변성(Age-related macular degeneration, AMD)의 위험요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 방 법: 국민건강영양조사 제5기 과정 중 2011년, 2012년도 조사대상자의 건강 검진과 안과 검진을 받은 45세 이상의 성인을 대상으로 AMD와 상관성이 있는 위험요인인 성별과 연령 통제 전과 후로 구분하여 로지 스틱 회귀분석으로 통계처리를 하였으며 유의수준은 0.05 이하로 하였다. 결 과: 인구·보건학적인 요인에서는 성별과 연령을 통제하기 전에는 여성, 연령이 많을수록, 교육정도 가 낮을수록, 읍/면 거주자에서 발병률이 높게 나타났으나, 성별과 연령을 통제한 경우에는 거주지는 상관 성이 없고 여성과 연령이 많을수록, 교육정도가 낮을수록 발병률이 높게 나타났다. 신체·질병학적인 요인 에서는 성별과 연령 통제하기 전에는 고혈압, 중성지방 및 가족력이 위험요인이었으나 성별과 연령 통제 후 에는 모든 요인들이 AMD와 상관성이 없었다. 성별과 연령을 통제하기 전에는 난시, 근시, 원시, 백내장 및 안질환 가족력이 AMD와 상관성이 있었으나, 성별과 연령을 통제 후에는 원시안과 백내장이 AMD 위험요인 으로 나타났고 근시안은 AMD 위험요인이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 건강·행태학적인 요인에서는 성별과 연령 을 통제하기 전에는 햇볕 노출 5시간 이상만 상관성이 있었으나, 성별과 연령을 통제한 후에는 흡연, 햇볕 노출 5시간 이상이 AMD 발병을 높이는 위험요인으로 분석되었다. 결 론: AMD 발병은 나이와 성별에 연관이 있고, 성별과 연령을 통제한 경우에는 원시, 백내장, 흡연 및 햇볕 노출 시간이 상관성이 있음을 확인하였다.

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the nutrient intake, diversity and prevalence of diseases according to noodle consumption using data from the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) of 2010. Korean adults (>20) were classified into two groups, noodle group (NG) and non-noodle group (NNG). NG was found to have higher intakes of protein, calcium, iron, sodium, potassium, and niacin. The DVS and DDS according to noodle consumption were found to be 21.76 and 3.51 for NG, and 18.56 and 3.40 for NNG, this result was thought to show that the diet of NG was more satisfactory than that of NNG in terms of dietary diversity. In the bone mass of entire subjects, NG showed higher figures in the femoral neck and lumbar spine than NNG. For bone mineral density, NG exhibited higher figures in the femoral neck, and for T-scores, the values of NG was significantly higher in the femoral neck than those of NNG. However, the prevalence of osteoporosis of NG and NNG was 11.6% and 9.5%. The prevalence of osteopenia of NG and NNG was 43.0% and 51.7%. Thus, these results showed that overall bone health of NG was better than that of NNG. Dietary balance and quality were also more satisfactory in NG. These results showed that noodle consumption may have an impact on the prevalence of chronic diseases.

        The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between white rice consumption and dietary intake, the risk of metabolic syndrome in Korean based on 1st (1998), 4th (2007~2009), 6th (2013) KNHANES. This study included 25,799 subjects who were age 10 or over. Three groups(low, medium, high) were divided according to white rice consumption (per day). In the low group, the meat and oil intake were significantly higher than the high group. In the 1st survey year, the BMI, waist circumstances, hypertriglyceridemia and fasting blood glucose in the high group were higher than other groups, however the 4th and 6th survey year showed no significant results. In the 1st survey year the risk of waist circumstances was higher in the high white rice consumption group and also had high risk with hypertriglyceridemia. Since the lower white rice consumption in 4th than 1st survey year we found no significant results. But in the 6th survey year with the lowest white rice consumption the risk of high diastolic pressure was reduced in high group. Because continuously reduced white rice consumption meantime showed more intake of meat and oil, it can be concluded that defensive effects with the Korean health.

        목적 : 본 연구는 제 5기 국민건강영양조사를 이용하여, 우리나라 연령관련황반변성 (Age-related macular degeneration, AMD)의 분포 및 보건 인구학적 특성과 건강행태 및 상 태에 따른 위험 요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 : 연구대상은 국민건강영양조사 제 5기 과정 중 2011, 2012년도 조사대상자의 건강 검진 과 안과 검진을 받은 사람 6,218명을 대상으로 하였다. 관련요인으로서 보건 인구학적 특성은 성별, 연령, 거주지, 가족력, 교육수준으로 분석하고, 건강행태 및 건강상태는 흡연, 음주, 햇빛 노출 시간, BMI, 굴절 이상, 백내장, 혈관성 질환, 고혈압, 당뇨병으로 나누어 AMD와 위험요인 들의 유의성을 분석하였다. AMD와 연관성이 있을 것으로 예상되는 위험요인 분포는 카이제곱 검정 결과로 분석하고, 이러한 요인들과 AMD 연관성은 연령과 성별을 보정한 다중로지스틱 회귀분석으로 위험비를 구하였다. 모든 통계처리는 SAS 9.3으로 분석하였고, 유의수준은 p < 0.05로 하였다. 결과 : 우리나라 AMD의 유병률은 9.6%로 나타났고 보건 인구학적 특성에 따른 AMD의 위험 비는 성별, 연령, 거주지, 교육수준이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.005). 건강행 태에 따른 AMD의 위험비는 흡연여부 및 햇빛 노출 시간이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났으며(p<.005), 건강상태에 따른 AMD의 위험비는 근시, 원시, 백내장이 유의한 연관성을 보 였다(p<.005). 한편 거주지, 안과적 가족력, 음주, BMI, 혈관성 질환, 고혈압, 당뇨병은 성별과 연령이 통제됨으로써 AMD에 유의한 연관성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : AMD는 성별, 연령, 교육 수준, 흡연, 굴절 이상(근시, 원시), 백내장, 흡연여부, 햇빛

        The purpose of this study was to analyze average kimchi intake, general characteristics, frequency of daily meal intake, intakes of vegetables and fruits, and nutrient intakes in four serving size groups based on data from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2010~2012. The results showed an average amount of kimchi intake in subjects of 115.6 g, ranging from 0 g to 605.94 g. For daily meal intake except snacking according to kimchi serving size, all daily meal intakes increased significantly with increasing kimchi serving size (p<0.0001), and tendency of kimchi intake increased with more eating-out. As kimchi serving size increased, total intakes of vegetables and salted vegetables increased significantly (p<0.0001). However, unsalted vegetables intake did not show significant difference. Intake of fruits also increased with increasing kimchi serving size. As the serving size of kimchi increased, intakes of energy, carbohydrates, protein, fat, sodium, and potassium increased significantly (p<0.0001). For intake of sodium, intakes of all groups exceeded 2,000 mg, which is the recommended level for Koreans. Moreover, the fourth serving size group consumed three times (6,546.35 mg) more sodium than the recommended level.

        목적 : 최근의 국민건강영양조사 내용을 기반으로 우리나라 연령관련황반변성(Age-related macular degeneration, AMD)의 위험 요인 인자를 분석하고자 한다. 방법 : 국민건강영양조사 제5기 과정 중 2011, 2012년도 조사대상자의 건강 검진과 안과 검진 을 받은 사람을 대상으로 AMD의 위험 요인을 분석하였다. AMD와 연관성이 있는 위험요인은 카이제곱 검정 결과로 분석하고, 이러한 요인과 AMD 상관성은 로지스틱 회귀분석으로, 오즈비 는 이진수로지스틱 회귀분석으로 구하고 유의수준은 0.05 이하로 하였다. 모든 통계처리는 SPSS ver.18로 분석하였다. 결과 : 고혈압, 백내장, 고지혈증, 고콜레스테롤혈증, 중성지방, 난시, 가족력, 당뇨, 햇빛 노출 시간, 흡연은 황반변성과 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다( p<.001). 백내장이 있는 사람에게서 AMD이 나타날 확률은 백내장이 없는 사람보다 5.360배 높았고, 당뇨병은 1.752배 높았으며, 안과질환 가족력이 있는 사람은 안과질환 가족력이 없는 사람보다 1.546배 높았다. 하루에 햇빛에 5시간 이상 노출된 사람은 그 이하의 시간에 노출된 사람에 비해 AMD가 나타날 확률 이 1.397배 높았고, 거주하는 곳이 읍, 면인 경우 도시에 거주하는 경우보다 1.691배, 고지혈 증, 고콜레스테롤 혈증, 중성지방이 비정상인 사람은 각각 1.475배, 1.276배, 1.031배 높았고, 굴절이상(난시)이 있는 사람은 2.275배 더 높았다. 로지스틱 회귀분석에서 흡연은 승산비가 1.592, 연령은 승산비 1.061로 1 단위 증가하면 승산비가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : AMD는 고혈압, 고지혈증, 연령, 흡연, 백내장, 생활습관, 가족력과 연관이 있고 특히 연령과 흡연이 증가할수록 발병 확률이 높아지는 것을 확인하였다.

        The purpose of this study was to synthetically examine the relationship between systemic diseases and periodontal diseases. The data obtained from the Fifth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey were used. SPSS 18.0 for Windows was applied for statistical analysis. The surveyed data were analyzed by using independent sample t-test for the difference between Body Mass Index and clinical test according to the existence of periodontal disease, and X2 test for the relationship between periodontal disease and systemic disease. Multiple logistic regression analysis was used in order to figure out the influence upon the periodontal disease prevalence among general characteristics and systemic diseases. As results, the values of high density lipoprotein (HDL) and HBA1C were statistically significant, depending on the presence of periodontal disease. As for the relationship between periodontal disease and systemic disease, hypertension (odds ratio 1.362, p<.05), cardiovascular disease (odds ratio 2.118, p<.05), arthritis (odds ratio 1.289, p<.05) and cirrhosis (odds ratio 6.124, p<.05) were statistically significant. According to Multiple logistic regression analysis, gender (odds ratio 1.24, p<.05), alcohol intake (odds ratio 1.25, p<.05), cardiovascular diseases (odds ratio 1.56, p<.05), and liver cirrhosis (odds ratio 1.17, p<.05) were related to the prevalence of periodontal diseases. In conclusion, the systemic diseases such as cardiovascular system, diabetes, and liver diseases revealed to have relationship with periodontal disease. To strengthen oral health education is needed to enhance systemic health as well as oral health. Moreover, basic biological research should be followed to support this surveyed study.

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate dietary habit and nutritional status by household income in female adults, using data from the 4th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2007~2009). Subjects were 8,356 women over the age of 20 years. The subjects were classified into 4 groups by household income level. Dietary data from 24 hr recall methods were used to analyze nutritional status. The obesity rate of the low income group was significantly higher than the rates of other income groups. Additionally, the nutritional status of the low income group was worse than those of other groups. The percentage of carbohydrate in total energy intake was higher and food security status was lower in the low income group than in other groups. Awareness and adherence to dietary guidelines were also lower in the low income group. Adherence to a dietary guideline of ‘avoiding salty foods and trying to eat foods with bland taste’ and ‘eating a variety of foods from each food group’ were lower than those of other groups. However, the frequency of skipping breakfast among the low income group was lower than that of others. Therefore, this study suggested that low income women should decrease the percentage of carbohydrate in total energy intake and adhere to dietary guidelines, especially those of avoiding salty foods and eating a variety of food groups, in order to improve their nutritional status.

        The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between tomato consumption and the risk of metabolicsyndrome (MetS) in Korean middle aged women. Data from the combined 2009-2011 Korean National Health andNutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) was analyzed. Tomato intake was assessed using the algorithms devel-oped to analyze the demographic data of intakes of different tomato based food commodities such as “tomato, raw”,“tomato, tomato juice”, “tomato, tomato canned”, “tomato sauce”, and “tomato ketchup”. Korean women(n=11,251) were subgrouped according to the number of the MetS risk factor (RF 0, RF 1-2, RF 3). Anthropo-metric parameters, lipid profiles, fasting glucose, and tomato intake were analyzed. Corresponding to the number ofthe MetS RF, there was a decrease in tomato intake (18.90±1.78, 16.67±1.23 and 12.84±1.23; P<0.001). Tomatointake showed a negative correlation with systosolic blood pressure, BMI, waist, and triglyceride. HDL cholesterolalso showed a significant correlation with tomato intake (r=0.023, P<0.05). In summary, the results show a rela-tionship between tomato intake and MetS in Korean middle aged women.

        본 연구는 2010 국민건강영양조사 원시자료에서 식품섭취 조사를 실시한 대상자 8,019명 중 19~64세 연령의 성인 대상 자 4,556명(56.8%)의 원자료를 이용하여 19~64세 성인의 상 용음식(밥류, 면․만두류, 국․탕류, 찌개류) 1인 1회 섭취분 량에 대한 정보를 제공하고, 2005년 국민건강영양조사자료 를 이용하여 설정된 기존자료와의 비교를 통하여 한국 성인 의 주요 상용음식의 1인 1회 섭취분량의 변화 패턴을 알아보 고자 하였다. 밥류 중 가장 높은 섭취빈도를 보인 것은 쌀밥 이었고, 1인 1회 섭취분량은 265 ㎖로 2005년 자료로부터 설 정된 250 ㎖와 유사하였다. 두 번째로 높은 섭취 빈도를 보인 것은 잡곡밥으로 3,472의 빈도로 거의 흰쌀밥에 가까운 섭취 빈도였고, 1회 1회 섭취분량은 250 ㎖였다. 면․만두류 중 가 장 섭취빈도가 높은 음식은 라면이었고, 1인 1회 섭취분량은 500 ㎖로 기존에 설정된 400 ㎖에 비하여 25.0%의 증가를 보 였다. 칼국수와 짬뽕은 2005년 설정량에 비하여 40% 이상의 감소를 보였다. 국․탕류에서는 콩나물국의 섭취빈도가 가장 높았고, 가장 높은 섭취빈도를 보인 국은 콩나물국의 1인 1회 섭취분량은 250 ㎖로 기존 설정량과 동일하였다. 상용 음식 으로 설정된 39종의 국 종류에서 기존 설정량과 항목이 일치 하는 28종 중 11종이 1인 1회 섭취분량의 감소가 보였다. 섭 취 빈도가 가장 높은 찌개류는 된장찌개였고, 1인 1회 섭취분 량은 125 ㎖로 기존 설정량(175 ㎖)에 비하여 28.6%의 감소를 보였다. 다음으로 섭취빈도가 높은 찌개류인 김치찌개의 1인 1회 섭취분량은 200 ㎖로 기존의 섭취분량(250 ㎖)에 비하여 20.0%의 감소를 보였다. 이상의 결과에서 2010년 국민건강영 양조사 자료로부터 설정된 1인 1회 섭취분량은 밥류의 경우 큰 변화가 없었으며, 섭취빈도가 높은 주요 국과 찌개의 경우 는 감소, 면류의 경우 라면은 증가, 칼국수와 짬뽕의 경우는 감소를 나타내었다. 이러한 변화는 한국 성인 상용식품의 1 인 1회 섭취분량이 조금씩 변화되고 있음을 보여주고, 국과 찌개류 섭취량의 감소 추세는 나트륨의 저감화 정책 차원에 서 바람직한 변화로 사료된다.
