        본 연구는 해운기업의 핵심역량이 해당 기업에서 승선실습을 마친 실습생들의 만족도와 이것이 졸업 후 승선 기업선택 및 장기승선에 미치는 영향을 연구하는데 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구 등을 바탕으로 설문 문항을 설정하여 위탁실습을 마친 실습생 211명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하고 가설을 설정하여 검증한 결과, 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 기업의 핵심역량에 해당하는 가치성과 지속성은 승선 실습의 만족도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치며, 이들에 대한 영향력은 각각 32.4 %와 32.7 %로 나타났다. 둘째, 승선실습 만족도는 졸업 이후 승선기업 선택에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 이들에 대한 영향력은 49.7 %로 나타났다. 셋째, 승선 실습의 만족도와 장기 승선간에는 4.5 % 수준의 낮은 영향력이 형성되고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 넷째, 승선기업 선택과 장기 승선 간에는 74 %의 높은 영향력이 형성중인 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 해운기업은 선박관리 능력 향상을 위해 핵심 역량을 증대시키고, 우수한 해기인력을 수급받기 위한 실습생 만족도 향상 노력이 필요하다는 것을 확인하였다.

        This paper provides data for product development and improvement of grape varieties by analyzing the satisfactionimportance of the grape selection attributes from a consumer's perspective. A survey was conducted on consumers aged 19- 59 living in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon on their fruit consumption level, preferences according to the grape quality characteristics, importance, and satisfaction with the grape selection attributes. Three hundred and eighty two valid samples were collected and analyzed statistically using SPSS 23. In the preference according to the grape quality characteristics, consumers tended to prefer a sweet taste, black color, and seedless grapes. Regarding the importance of the grape selection attributes according to the level of grape consumption, the high consumption group considers texture, size, shape, color, ease of removing seeds, country of origin, area of production, certification, and brand to be more important. In satisfaction, the high consumption group rated satisfaction highly in texture, odor, size, shape, color, ease of removing peelings, ease of removing seeds, price, country of origin, area of production, certification, and brand. An analysis of the IPA of the grape selection attributes showed that improvement of price and shape attributes will be prioritized, and the development and management of properties, such as seeds, peelings, certification, and brand will be required. These results can be used to help improve the grape varieties and develop products that meet the consumer needs, secure the competitiveness of grape farmers, and revitalize the local economy.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing consumers’ selection of web-toon service through AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis and to provide the strategy of web-toon service. To accomplish this study, theories, existing research and references related to AHP were sufficiently examined and selected the factors in the selection criteria. Surveys from consumers who used the web-toon service were conducted with selected factors. Through this, the results were analyzed by AHP analysis to find out the weighting values and the differences were examined and analyzed. The highest weighting factor in the first layer that consists of web-toon service was cinematic quality. The cinematic quality was the most important factor in the selection criteria of customers who use the web-toon service regardless of their preferred genre. Furthermore, it was confirmed that the weighting value or ranking changed in the second layer by genre. In this study, the effective basis of strategy were suggested by ranking the quantitative selection factors according to the preferred genre of consumers using web-toon services. In addition, This research provides some practical implications. That is, the web-toon service provider can easily recognize and respond to the customer’s requirements, which factors are important when the customer selects a specific genre from the web-toon genre.

        Looking at recent safety accidents in buildings, most of them due to lack of FM expertise, and this is due to human resources. In each all industry areas, some companies are competitive, representational, and leading in the market through long-term expertise and research in their respective fields. In the field of FM industry, some companies offer core-competencies in internal and external innovative building management through competition with others. However, old custom and old management form still exist in the FM field. However, an old custom and old management system still exist in the FM field; it forces cost-cutting and caused by carelessness in technical development competitiveness and safety measures. The government control by safety inspection and facility inspection through legislation of building management, but the management is still weak as a side of in the facility management section due to inspect sth as a mere formality and submit a paper report. These facts exist different kind of usage of the building have a three-party encounter between a building owner, user, and FM enterprises. In this research identify survey, especially building owner (manager)’s choice perception priority for optional factors to choose FM enterprises. Based on this, FM enterprises will be forced to seek a new dimension for better building management. In this light, the purpose of the research is to shape changes in the FM market culture safely and providing better service in building management and understanding building owner's insight through this research's information.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing consumers purchasing of domestic, imported and craft beer through AHP analysis and to provide implications for marketing for each beer market. In this study, theories and calculations related to AHP analysis were thoroughly examined and selection attributes were determined by referring to existing theories. A total of 164 consumers who have purchased beer were the target of the survey. The results were analyzed by AHP analysis and the differences were analyzed. It was confirmed that the domestic, imported, and craft beer had the highest weight in the taste in the first layer. At this time, we can confirm that imported, and craft beer has a relatively high weight on taste and domestic beer has a relatively high weight on brand image. We also found that design and advertising images do not have a significant impact on beer selection. Even though it is study on beer, we can find people have different preference between their orgin. In this study, it is possible to show what type of factors does the beer manufacturing and distribution company should concentrate on by analyzing factors that consumers consider, unlike other studies focusing on consumption status of existing beer.

        The study had subject to find out what factors Korean automobile consumer is considering in their decision to purchase cars in the situation of the growing competition in the domestic automobile market. In order to this end, the previous study was reviewed to select various factors considered in the process of buying cars. Based on this, Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to prioritize which factors were considered more important by consumers. In the result of study, we could find that performance had the highest priority, and the second ranking was the price. In contrast, image of brand and convenience of maintenance were shown to be relatively low in importance, ranking 3rd and 4th, respectively. Beside, we could recognized the ranking of other detailed factors. This study has an academic implication in that it is able to grasp the latest tendency of consumers’ purchase choice of car and to make conclusion by applying AHP analysis method to study of related subject. It also have practical significance that can be a basis for make sense what factors should be taken by the automobile industry to uprise the purchase of the consumers through the identification and preparation of the purchase selection criteria of domestic automobile buyers.

        The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of customers’ waiting time on their revisit intention through their emotion. Also this study assessed the effect of restaurant selection attributes on consumers’ revisit intention in Korea. This study used experimental scenario questionnaires for collecting data. Frequency analysis, Cronbach’s alpha, correlation, ttests and multiple regression analysis were assessed using SPSS. Customers preferred taste, sanitation and service when selecting a restaurant to dine out. The results of this study found that there were no significant differences between positive and negative emotions due to waiting time. Findings of this study suggested that waiting time, convenience, nutritional value, and emotion influenced consumers’ revisit intention. Therefore, reducing waiting time and providing proper service will help consumers have positive emotions to return to dine at a restaurant.

        Identifying the selection criteria of wedding planners, who are the main human resource that contribute to the overall satisfaction level of a wedding’s preparation, can produce important data for the wedding industry as it faces a transition period. To develop a scale for wedding planner selection criteria, preliminary items were prepared based on in-depth interviews with an experienced wedding planner group and a comprehensive review of previous studies, such as studies on selection criteria in the wedding industry and service work similar to wedding planners and wedding planner selection criteria. The preliminary items were tested for content validity using a focus group interview, comprising people in the wedding industry, and were refined accordingly. Then, the definitive quantitative questionnaire items were developed after conducting a preliminary survey. The main survey for this study was conducted using the responses of 295 consumers taking an Internet questionnaire. Exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s alpha, and confirmatory factor analysis were adopted to develop the scale, which was tested for convergent validity and discriminant validity. This study is academically significant in that it developed a selection criteria scale tailored to wedding planners to address an area that has not been covered in previous studies. It is recommended that future studies conduct empirical analyses using the selection criteria developed in this study to compare influential variables that could affect behavior intention.

        Global fitting functions for Fe-selective chlorination in ilmenite(FeTiO2) and successive chlorination of beneficiated TiO2 are proposed and validated based on a comparison with experimental data collected from the literature. The Fe-selective chlorination reaction is expressed by the unreacted shrinking core model, which covers the diffusion-controlling step of chlorinated Fe gas that escapes through porous materials of beneficiated TiO2 formed by Fe-selective chlorination, and the chemical reaction-controlling step of the surface reaction of unreacted solid ilmenite. The fitting function is applied for both chemical controlling steps of the unreacted shrinking core model. The validation shows that our fitting function is quite effective to fit with experimental data by minimum and maximum values of determination coefficients of R2 as low as 0.9698 and 0.9988, respectively, for operating parameters such as temperature, Cl2 pressure, carbon ratio and particle size that change comprehensively. The global fitting functions proposed in this study are expressed simply as exponential functions of chlorination rate(X) vs. time(t), and each of them are validated by a single equation for various reaction conditions. There is therefore a certain practical merit for the optimal process design and performance analysis for field engineers of chlorination reactions of ilmenite and TiO2.

        제한된 실험 데이터로부터 확률분포함수를 추정하기 위해서 KDE가 많이 사용되고 있다. KDE에 의한 분포함수는 대역폭 선택법에 따라서 실험 데이터에 대해 평활하거나 과대적합된 커널 추정치를 생성한다. 본 연구에서는 Silverman’s rule of thumb, rule using adaptive estimate, oversmoothing rule을 사용해서 각 방법에 따른 정확성과 보수적인 성향을 비교하였다. 비교를 위해서 단봉분포와 다봉분포를 가지는 실제 모델을 가정하고 통계적 시뮬레이션을 수행한 다음 다양한 데이터의 개수에 따른 추정된 분포함수의 정확도와 보수성을 비교하였다. 또한, 간단한 신뢰성 예제를 통해 대역폭 선택법에 따른 KDE의 추정된 분포가 신뢰성 해석 결과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 확인하였다.

        본 연구는 우리나라 흑비둘기 최대 서식지인 울릉도에서 2016년 3월부터 2018년 2월까지 흑비둘기의 지역별 개체군 변동과 선호하는 생태적 환경에 대하여 조사하였다. 조사기간 동안 40개 정점에서 확인 된 흑비둘기의 누적개체수는 1,956개체가 조사되었고 최대개체수는 2016년 8월에 326개체가 출현하였다. 월별 개체수 변동은 10월부터 출현개체수가 감소하다가 겨울철인 12월에서 2월에는 거의 관찰되지 않았다. 지역별 개체수 비율은 2016년에는 나리분지 지역이 33.43%로 가장 높았고 2017년에는 태하, 학포 지역이 29.39%로 흑비둘기가 많이 출현하였다. 흑비둘기가 선호하는 서식지 특성은 활엽수림 (77.5%), 임분의 영급은 4영급(75%), 흉고직경(DBH)은 중경목(80%), 수관수밀도는 밀밀도를 선호하였다. 해발고는 평균 178.22±36.60 m(SD, n=40, range 10∼472)였고 10∼160 m 지역이 전체 지역의 57.5%를 차지하여 저지대 산림을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.

        본 논문은 사카모토 류이치(坂本龍一)와 알바 노토(Alva noto)의 2번째 콜라보레이션 앨범「인센(Insen)」의 수록 곡 중‘아우라(Aurora)’를 연구곡으로 선정하여 곡에 나타난 선택적 주파수 샘플링 기법을 중심으로 분석하였다. 선택적 주파수 샘플링 기법으로 만들어진 샘플들을 음악적 기능에 따라 4가지 유형으로 분류하였다. 각 샘플들의 특성은 스펙트로그램(Spectrogram)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 곡에서 각 샘플들은 음악적 기능에 따라 다르게 제작되고 사용되었다는 특징이 있었다. 이는 샘플링 기법이 응용될 수 있는 확장성을 보여준다. 이러한 연구 결과에 따라 선택적 주파수 샘플링 기법을 필요로 하는 음악과 작곡가, 편곡가들에게 활용 방안을 제시하였다.

        Hole carrier selective MoOx film is obtained by atomic layer deposition(ALD) using molybdenum hexacarbonyl[Mo(CO)6] as precursor and ozone(O3) oxidant. The growth rate is about 0.036 nm/cycle at 200 g/Nm of ozone concentration and the thickness of interfacial oxide is about 2 nm. The measured band gap and work function of the MoOx film grown by ALD are 3.25 eV and 8 eV, respectively. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) result shows that the Mo6+ state is dominant in the MoOx thin film. In the case of ALD-MoOx grown on Si wafer, the ozone concentration does not affect the passivation performance in the as-deposited state. But, the implied open-circuit voltage increases from 576 oC to 620 oC at 250 g/Nm after post-deposition annealing at 350 oC in a forming gas ambient. Instead of using a p-type amorphous silicon layer, high work function MoOx films as hole selective contact are applied for heterojunction silicon solar cells and the best efficiency yet recorded (21 %) is obtained.
