This paper addresses the problem of how to effectively use virtual reality(VR) for improving the quality of safety training systems. As the working environment and the working system in the industry are more and more complex and large-scaled, the concern with system safety is accordingly growing. Safety training systems are regarded as an effective way for increasing workers’ interest in system safety and enhancing their ability of preventing and handling accidents/incidents. Recently, it has been reported that VR would be effectively used for improving the quality of safety training systems, with its technically specialized features. However, little attention has been given to the problem of how to effectively use VR for safety training systems. In order to make the best use of new technology such as VR, it is important to examine its advantages and disadvantages and the contexts to which its use can be beneficial. This paper firstly reviews the current status of safety training systems and the use of VR for safety training systems in the inside and outside of the country. Next, we summarize the interview with safety managers in four manufacturing companies, which was conducted to understand the requirements of stake-holders of the issue. Based on the review and the interview, we suggested the ways of using VR in safety training systems in an effective manner. They are described from the four perspectives: development and maintenance cost, lack of specialized workers, design of accident scenarios used with VR, and empirical demonstration of the effectiveness of VR in safety training.

The safety accident has been repeatedly abolished and resurrected according to the social atmosphere and the issue of the effectiveness of education has been constantly raised. As shown in [Figure 1], the training of the manager, During the ten years of revival due to the amendment of the law in 2007, the accident rate further increased. Industrial accidents often occur in combination with unsafe behavior and unsafe conditions. Unsafe behaviors are indispensable factors in the work that human beings engage in. In order to prevent accidents, it is imperative to establish systems and measures to understand the more obvious causes.

이 연구는 과거 안전교육 실적, 선원통계연보, 안전교육대상자, 안전교육증서의 유효기간, 선원의 취업률 및 정년퇴직 연령 등의 여러 요소를 고려하여 안전교육대상인원을 예측하고, 선원안전교육 수행 기관의 교육 수용능력을 분석하여 안전교육 수요증대와 집중화 문제를 해소할 수 있는지 분석하였다. 향후 5년간 연평균 안전교육 수요는 선원법 기준으로 약 10,444명으로 예상되며, 현재 안전교육기관이 수용할 수 있는 적정 인원은 연평균 7,280여명으로 조사되었다. 따라서 선원법 개정에 따른 안전교육 수요증대에 효율적으로 대응하기 위해서는 안전교육시설을 확충하여 안전교육 수용능력을 확대할 필요가 있다.

이 연구는 선원안전(재)교육과정의 교육대상, 교육내용, 교육예상인원 및 외국 교육기관의 교육운영방법을 분석하여 국내 선원안전(재)교육과정의 효율적인 운영방안을 제안하였다. 향후 우리나라 전체 선원 37,000여명이 5년마다 주기적으로 선원안전(재)교육을 수료하여야 하므로 선원의 편의를 위하여 STCW 협약에서 인정하는 선상에서의 교육을 활성화하고 선상교육프로그램을 표준화하여 육상교육을 축소할 뿐만 아니라 선원 안전교육의 지속적인 개선을 위해 교육 분야 투자가 지속적으로 진행되어야 한다. 또한 국내 선원안전(재)교육과정과 STCW협약과의 차이점을 개선할 수 있는 방안을 검토할 필요가 있으며, 선원이 안전(재)교육을 적시에 이수할 수 있는 환경을 마련하기 위하여 안전교육시설 및 가상현실 교육프로그램 개발에 대한 투자가 이루어져야 한다.

Among the various methods of reducing the need for disaster safety education industry it has become very stressed its importance through many studies. When a disaster causes significant share of the construction industry due to the lack of educational causes, including technical causes, managerial causes, classification and educational causes of this ateumyeo safety awareness and knowledge account for large proportion. In the health and safety education, centered on the subjects of education supervisors will be able to reduce the real and effective industrial disaster education should be run.

This study organizes not only the middle-long term developing plan of safety health education to put emphasis on a manufacturing industry, but also the developing plan of activating the domestic safety health education. On the basis of this study, current safety health education can be developed. To achieve a goal of implementing domestic safety health education, this study is carried out more deeply as follows.

This study is a study for finding a solution to the current situation and identify problems such as discharge through a survey of special health and safety training in the construction industry. In particular by identifying the status and problems, such as special health and safety training in the construction industry it was carried out for the purpose of the measures taken.

본 연구의 목적은 3-5세 누리과정 교사용지도서에 나타난 유아 안전교육 관련 내용을 분석 하는 것이다. 분석 대상은 교육과학기술부에서 2012년 이후에 발행한 누리과정 교사용 지도서 이다. 유아 안전교육 관련 내용을 분석하기 위한 분석 준거는 선행연구들을 기초로 재구성하 였고 분석 준거는 교통안전, 실종유괴안전, 소방안전, 재난안전, 약물안전, 성폭력안전, 동·식물 안전, 환경안전, 다중시설이용안전, 생활안전, 미디어안전이다. 이들 분석 준거에 의하여 누리 과정 교사용지도서의 생활영역, 생활주제, 활동유형에 나타난 유아 안전교육 내용의 빈도와 백분율을 산출하여 분석하고 해석하였다. 분석결과 첫째. 신체운동·건강영역의 안전교육은 연령별로 비슷하게 실시되었고 3세, 4세, 5세 순으로 상당히 높게 실시되었다. 둘째, 생활주제별 안전교육에서는 ‘생활도구’주제에서 3 세와 4세가 ‘건강과 안전’주제에서 5세가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 활동유형별 안전교 육에서는 ‘대·소집단활동 중 이야기나누기 활동’에서 5세가 가장 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 안전유형별 안전교육에서는 ‘놀이안전범주 중 놀이기구’에서 3세가 가장 많은 것으로 나 타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 기초하여 향후 안전교육의 교육 방향을 계획하는데 기초 자료로 활 용되고자 한다.

Weight training to prevent industrial accidents and make system at the base will be a industrial safety and health education systems. But listening to the education personnel joined in disaster prevention may not be easy to give a big effect on industry if you don't mind. Modern variety of sectors and complex operations are being made. This is industrial sites are various workers involved, and varied tasks are carried out, counselor.

As the whole society grows insensible to its own safety, we keep having continuous big fires such as "Deagu Subway Arson Attack" and "The fire at a football training camp in Cheonan Elementary School." However, we fail to have at least a guidbook which contains minimal information regarding how to prevent big fires or arson attacks, moreover there isn't any educational system that allows the public to have a good habit for their safety. As for developed countries right after industrialization, the education on fire prevention and safety became mandatory for all schools and became one of their required school curriculum. If this becomes the case in Korea, Korea will be able to reduce the potential casualties in case of big fires and emergencies. Therefore, in this research, we would like to establish some appropriate measures and standards for fire prevention and safety based upon the current and immature situations in Korea.

위생적인 수확후처리를 통하여 안전한 농산물 생산을 유도하기 위하여 영양부추를 대상으로 수확후 처리시설 모델을 개발하였으며 개발된 수확후 처리시설 설치와 위생교육이 미생물 안전에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 양주지역 영양부추 생산 농가의 수확 후 처리시설 환경과 영양부추에서 위생지표세균(일반세균수, 대장균군, E. coli)과 병원성미생물(Escherichia coli O157:H7, Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus cereus)을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 빗, 칼, 도마 등 수확후 처리시설에서 사용하는 작업도구의 일반세균수 오염수준은 수확후 처리시설 설치농가(A, B)에서 수확후 처리시설 비설치농가(C) 보다 1.44~2.33 log CFU / 100cm² 정도 낮았다. 특히 도마의 경우 A농가에서 1.00 log CFU / 100cm²이하, B 농가에서 2.23 logCFU / 100cm²인데 반해 C 농가에서는 6.03 log CFU / 100cm²로 농가간의 위생 상태에 따라 B. cereus의 오염수준이 차이가 크게 나타났다. 또한 지하수에 침지 한 영양부추에서 침지 전 보다 대장균군이 0.57~1.89 log CFU/g이 증가하였다. E. coli는 영양부추, 침지한 후 지하수, 토양에서 검출되었으며, E. coli O157:H7, Salmonella spp., L. monocytogenes는 검출되지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 소규모 수확 후 처리시설 설치와 위생교육을 통하여 농가 내 수확후처리 환경의 위생을 개선하는데 효과적이라 판단된다. 이와 더불어 유해미생물에 의한 식중독사고를 사전에 예방하기 위해서는 수확 후에 오염된 유해미생물을 저감화 할 수 있는 세척, 소독 기술의 개발과 도입이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
