원자로의 해체 과정에서 발생되는 방사성 폐기물 내 존재하는 55Fe, 63Ni은 폐기물의 처리방법을 결정하는 데 있어 기초적인 지표로 활용되는 중요한 핵종이다. 하지만 두 핵종은 낮은 방사선량으로 인해 다른 핵종들과의 분리가 필수적이며 또한 시 료 매질에서 완전히 추출할 수 있는 전처리가 선행되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 다양한 매질의 원자로 해체 폐기물에 대한 전처리방법의 적용성을 평가하기 위해 NIST SRM 5종 (1646a, 1944, 8704, 2709a, 1633c)에 대하여 왕수, 불산, 과염소산을 각각 이용하는 습식산화법과 alkali-fusion 전처리법에 따른 Iron와 Nickel의 회수율을 비교하였다. 실험 결과 alkali-fusion 방법은 다양한 매질의 인증표준물질에 대해 Iron 95.3~98.3%, Nickle 86.6~88.1%의 분석 정확도와 2% 이하의 정밀도를 나타냄으로서 해체폐기물 중 55Fe, 63Ni 분석에 가장 최적화된 전처리법으로 판단된다.

Many countries have introduced new imported food safety measures, following the accident at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station. This study was conducted to evaluate the measures contents and effects on food trades values. Eight percent of members were notified the introduced measures to the World Trade Organization. The measures’ contents were banning imports, enhancing inspection and adding certification requirement. The covered regions were some prefectures, entire Japan or all affected countries. European Union introduced a measure that subjecting foods originating from 12 prefectures to import at designated ports with required certification. The measures were amended 8 times until March 2014 to apply listed foods from 15 prefectures. The trade value of fishery products and miscellaneous foods were affected. Australia introduced a measure that required additional inspection of dairy, fishery and plants products from 13 prefectures with subsequent amendments. The trade value had no effect in tested foods. Chinese Taipei introduced a temporary import ban for all foods from 6 prefectures. Trade values for fruits were affected. The United States issued an import alert for detention without examination for listed prefectures and goods without introducing new measures. Although no specific products were affected, trade values for all foods were affected.

This study was carried out to suggest a improvement plan for nuclear administration system in korea by comparing our country with other leading countries for nuclear power policy, current state and plans. It is suggested that NSSC, directly responsible to the prime minster should be upgraded to the president, the independence of NSSC will be maintained. A region safety committee directly responsible to the local government should be established, forge the dualistic regulation framework for mutual help and check, and consolidate the supervision of management for local nuclear power plant. NSSC is in charge of the engineered safety and protection of facilities, disaster protection etc., regional safety committee plays a special role in the safety measures for inhabitants and environmental monitoring

원자력 인력의 원활한 공급과 체계적인 교육훈련은 원자력의 지속 가능한 발전과 원자력발전소의 안전 운전을 위한 중요한 과제이다. 이 논문은 국가적 차원의 원자력 교육훈련체계를 구축하기 위한 정책 구상을 제안하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 한국 원자력 기관들에 대한 분석자료와 원자력 인력양성 방안에 대한 정부 문서들에 기초하여 원자력 인력과 교육훈련 체계 현황을 분석했다. 현재 한국의 원자력 교육훈련체계는 산 · 학 · 연 기관별 다양화와 분산화를 그 특징으로 하고 있다. 그러나 각 기관들 간의 체계적이고 통합적인 연계와 협력은 미약한 수준에 있고, 교육훈련 프로그램과 자원 배분 중복, 그로 인한 비효율 등의 문제도 제기되고 있다. 따라서 이 논문은 거시적인 정책 구상으로 국가적 차원의 원자력 교육훈련체계 모 델과 원자력 교육훈련을 관리 · 조정하는 콘트롤 타워를 제안하고 있다.
