Nanotechnology has been growing constantly and it is becoming the leading technology in scientific research and development. Although nanotechnology has important applications in broad variety of fields without boundary of any particular industrial area, the study of nanotechnology related to its commercialization has been conducted in a few ways. To put that figure in context, this study investigates public and expert perceptions about negative potentials of nanotechnology. Through a series of surveys with public (N = 541) and experts (N = 62), we analyzed about public willingness to pay for nano-applied products. Survey results showed that public and experts preferred nano-applied products in the order of electronics, cosmetics, and food and medicine. Experts express high payment intention to electronics rather than public intention. In addition, the survey results showed the purchasing intention of both public and expert group was affected by the attributes of nano-applied products in the order of risk fatality, risk chance, certification, and labeling. But experts put more importance in risk fatality than risk chance comparing to public. Through the case analysis of the effects of labeling and certification, we revealed either labeling or certification can induce both public and experts to buy the nano-applied products with high risk chance and low risk fatality. However, for the nano-applied product with high risk fatality and low risk chance, both labeling and certification are simultaneously required to make customers have positive purchasing intention. The result of this study could be utilized for the nanotechnology-based company to get the consumer behavior information about nano-based product and to establish their marketing strategy.

이 연구는 뉴스 미디어 환경 변화에 대응하기 위해 연합뉴스가 빅데이터 저널리즘을 어떠한 방식으로 활용해야 하는지에 관하여 심층 분석하였다. 이를 위해 연합뉴스 기자들과 빅데이터 저널리즘 전문가들을 대상으로 뉴스 미디어 환경 변화, 변화하는 연합뉴스의 위상과 전략, 빅데이터 저널리즘의 필요성과 활용방안에 관한 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 미디어 환경의 변화는 소비자들이 뉴스 생산에 적극적으로 참여할 수 있는 토대를 마련해 주었지만 불확실한 뉴스 유통이나 선정적 기사 양산, 언론의 신뢰도 하락 등 심각한 부작용을 초래하고 있었다. 연합뉴스는 언론사들을 대상으로 하는 도매상 역할과 일반 독자들과 만나는 소매상 역할을 동시에 맡게 되었고, 이에 따라 속보 외에도 일반 독자들의 요구에 맞춘 새로운 기사의 형식과 내용을 시도하는 전략 수정이 요구되고 있다. 저널리즘의 신뢰성과 공정성을 회복하기 위한 혁신 방안 중 하나로 제시된 빅데이터 저널리즘은 탐사보도, 지역보도 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 분석되었고 이를 위한 선결 과제로 전담 부서와 인력 확충, 기자 교육 프로그램 마련, 공공 데이터 확보 등이 실무적 차원으로 제시되었다.

지방자치단체들은 지역축제를 통한 새로운 수익창출 모델 및 홍보를 위하여 자체적인 전담기구 및 추진위원회, 조직위원회 등 많은 기구를 두고 운영 하고 있으며 전문성을 갖춘 이벤트사 및 기획사가 행사를 대행하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 많은 축제들이 관주도형으로 이루어지고 있어 지방자치단체장들의 선심성 및 선전용으로만 전락되어 축제의 본질을 벗어나는 경우도 있으며 특히 전문가를 확보하지 않는 상태에서 관 주도형 및 일부 몰지각한 회사들의 이익을 위한 축제들도 많이 등장하여 주민들의 혈세로 진행되는 축제의 예산의 낭비를 초래하는 일도 많아지고 있다. 이러한 문제는 기초가 없는 상태에서이루어지는 일이기 때문에 당연한 결과라고 할 수 있다. 그럼 이 시점에서 제기하고 싶은 것 은 열악한 교육환경이다. 현재 대부분의 4년제 대학교와 일부 전문대학에서는 광고홍보학과에서 축제 이벤트 관련 교육을 일부 다루기는 하나 이벤트 기획을 체계적으로 교육하는 학교가 희박하며, 교육을 할 전문 인력 또한 부재하다. 이벤트 기획 및 실무 교육위주의 교육 프로그램이 절실하며, 대학교와 대학원외 현 이벤트업계 종사자들을 재교육할 전문기관의 설치가 필요한 시점이다. 21세기 첨단 문화산업의 선구자로 우뚝 선 지역축제를 잘 선도하여 전문성 및 독창성을 갖고 각 지자체들의 특색을 잘 살려 관광객들을 많이끌어들여 지방 자립도 확립 및 살기 좋은 고장으로서의 면모를 확실히 갖추어야 할 문제를 전문 교육에서 부터 출발을 해야 할 것이다.

This study was conducted to develop a Han-sik database as well as to assess the effects of Han-sik on dietary quality among Koreans. The Han-sik database was developed by a focus group composed of food and nutrition specialists considering the results of Han-sik perception surveys conducted in previous studies for frequently consumed dishes. Among the 1,322 dish items identified in the 4th (2007-2009) Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES), 973 items (73.6%) were classified as Han-sik. Han-sik usage was defined as the percentage of Han-sik items of all individually consumed dish items in the dietary data of 22,113 subjects who participated in a 24-hour diet recall in the 4th (2007-2009) KNHANES. Dietary quality was evaluated based on adherence to the Korean Food Guidance System (KFGS), which was calculated as the percentage of the number of servings consumed in each food group out of recommended servings according to age and sex. Mean usage of Han-sik was 80.1% and was higher in older age groups, rural areas, as well as in households at the lowest income level. Han-sik usage was also higher on weekdays as well as for breakfast. Adherence to the KFGS was significantly higher for grains, meat · fish · egg · beans, vegetables, and fruits (p<0.001) but lower for milk · dairy products and oils · fats · sugars (p<0.001) across the quartiles of Han-sik usage. The results of this study indicate that Han-sik usage is high among Koreans. Further studies are needed to update the Han-sik database as well as investigate the association between health-related factors and Han-sik use.

In this paper, the expert system to reduce the amount of food waste is proposed. The method of material flow analysis (MFA) is applied. Proper handling of waste beyond the terms of the need for proactive research been mentioned before, but actually cause the waste generator research focuses on consumer behavior and the business community to analyze the flow of materials within the study are insufficient . In this paper, the type of food consumption and food waste, look at the relationship between the occurrence of secondary schools in the diet is provided for students to examine the preferences of the target model diet expert system was reconfigured . Preference for leaving the food in the diet leads to the important information that is Each diet recipes that make up the target material flow analysis (MFA) was constructed to perform all the database . This database is currently being generated from the rain while cooking diet edible plants and materials to reflect the self-esteem following the recommended diet is used to create . Reducing food waste is actually being used currently in research knowledge to the knowledge base was constructed . Future Home Smart System was developed in conjunction with the system to the user , by providing guidelines for the utilization can be expected.

There is an increasing amount of discussion toward ODA as national status of Korea has greatly been increasing. Developing countries, especially, are highly appraising Korean case studies where education plays significant role as fundamental basis of economic development which, in turn, increases the scale and demand of cooperation with Korea. Despite growing international interest and scale of education ODA, there is not only limitation in domestic professional manpower engaged in development but also lack of plans to nurture experts and to proliferate participation of aid in education field . Thus, based on‘Competency’that has high feasibility, this study aims to theoretically examine overall capacity, talents, skills, and values etc, that are required for education development cooperation experts. Approaching ways deduced from the following study would be of support to establish‘Competency’based nurturing system for the government, universities that are already practicing for promotion of the experts in international education development cooperation, nationally and internationally.

This paper’s aim is to suggest the Expert System for analyzing relative combat power in ground operations. Since relative combat power analysis in terms of comparing combat power of friendly forces with one of the enemy can determine how the commander and staffs operate their unit afterwards, it requires fast and rational decision-making process. However, it has relied on manual method so far though Tactical Information Communications Network(TICN) into which numbers of applications can be loaded has been developed over a decade. The Expert System that will be built using EXSYS Corvid tool is expected to lessen error rate, provide faster decision- making, and reflect intangible combat power as well as tangible one by using an appropriate weights in analyzing relative combat power.

이 연구는 대학에서의 교수역량강화를 위한 전략으로 부각되고 있는 “수업컨설팅”의 효과를 측정하기 위한 객관적 평가지표를 개발하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 기존 문헌 연구를 통해 교수역량에 관련한 국내 연구들을 바탕으로 교수역량 요인들을 추출해 델파이 설문지를 만들어 전국대학 교수학습개발센터에서 수업컨설팅을 업무를 맡고 있는 실무자 20명의 응답으로 2회에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 1, 2차 델파이 조사를 통해 선정된 25개 문항을 놓고 3차 조사는 전문가들의 심층토의를 거쳐 최종 교수역량 평가지표 24개 문항을 선정하였고 각 문항이 속할 대영역의 명칭과 문항 분류를 결정하였다. 수업설계와 준비에 해당하는 부분은 대부분이 문항에서 제외되었고, 실제 수업활동에 속하는 문항이 다수가 포함되었다. 이를 통해 개발된 평가지표가 실천적 교육역량에 속하는 것임을 고려한다면, 수업컨설팅 현장에서 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

본 연구는 해상교통안전진단제도 운영 및 평가체계에 대한 전문가의 의견을 분석하여 고도화 연구의 기초자료로 제공하기 위한 조사연구이다. 연구의 대상은 이용자와 전문가로 구분하여 이용자는 사업자 및 엔지니어, 전문가는 항해사, 도선사, 관제사, 공무원, 전문직ㆍ 교원을 대상으로 하였다. 설문은 2010년 7월 26일부터 8월 16일까지 각각 94부, 95부를 회수하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 10.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여, 신뢰도 및 상관분석, 빈도 및 교차분석으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 및 시사점은 다음과 같다. 먼저, 제도시행전 66%가 사업수행의 어 려움을 경험하였는데 진단제도로 해결이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 제도의 홍보부족은 정보시스템 구축을 통해, 제도시행전 평가결과의 불신에 대해서는 진단인력의 교육훈련을 통해서, 진단대행의 활성화를 위해 자격증 제도 신설, 제도활성화를 위해서는 사후진단 및 신규사업의 추가 지정이 필요하다고 응답하였다.

목적 : 본 연구는 전반적인 보조공학과 노인을 대상으로 한 보조공학 서비스 전문가로서 필요한 교과목을 조사함으 로써 작업치료사의 보조공학 서비스 전문가로서의 자격요건을 확인하고 나아가 보조공학 서비스 전문가 심화과정 에 필요한 교육과목을 제시하는 것이다. 연구 방법 : 본 연구는 보조공학 전문가 집단 9명을 대상으로 총 3회에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 1차 설문을 통해 수집된 전문가 집단의 의견과 국내 작업치료(학)과 및 재활공학과에 개설된 교육과목을 참고하여 최종 설문 지를 작성하였다. 연구기간은 2009년 8월 17일부터 12월 18일까지였으며, 설문 회수율은 1차, 2차, 3차 모두 100%이었다. 결과 : 작업치료(학)과 개설과목 중 작업치료사가 보조공학 서비스 전문가로서 필요한 자격을 갖출 수 있는 과목으 로 (재활)보조공학, 기능해부학, 일상생활동작, 스프린트 등의 14과목이 상사분위인 75%이상의 응답률을 보였다. 노인을 대상으로 한 보조공학 서비스 전문가로서 필요한 교과목에는 노인작업치료학, 근골격계 작업치료학, 인지 재활 등의 7과목이 상사분위에 선정되었다. 전반적인 보조공학 및 노인을 대상으로 한 보조공학 서비스 전문가 심 화과정에 가장 필요한 교과목은 주택 및 직장환경 개조 과목으로 나타났다(88.9%, 77.8%). 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 작업치료사가 보조공학 서비스 전문가로서 필요한 과목들을 학교 교육과목에서 습득하고 있 음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 근거를 바탕으로 복지용구 급여 서비스를 포함한 다양한 보조공학 서비스에서 작 업치료사의 역할을 구체화시키는 노력이 필요하다. 또한 보조공학 서비스 전문가로서 작업치료사의 역량을 증진 시키기 위한 보조공학 서비스 전문가 심화과정이 필요하다. 본 연구결과가 향후 보조공학 서비스 심화과정의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

목적 : 본 연구는 작업치료를 전공하고 특수교육지원센터와 학교에 기반을 둔 치료지원 서비스 전문가의 근무환경 과 근무 환경에 따른 직무만족도를 알아보기 위해 시행되었으며, 향후 교육기반 작업치료사의 복지향상과 최적의 치료지원 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 2010년 1월 4일부터 2010년 1월 20일까지 전국에 있는 특수교육지원센터와 학교에 근무하고 있는 작 업치료 전공자를 대상으로 전화, 우편, 이메일을 통해 설문지를 발송하고, 회수한 총 60부를 분석에 사용하였다. 결과 : 고용형태는 계약직 전일제, 직책은 작업치료사, 급여는 150~200만원 미만, 순회 근무지 수는 1곳, 대상 아동 의 장애유형은 지적장애, 치료 기구 및 장비의 구비 상태는‘그저 그렇다’로, 관련서비스 팀원으로 특수교사로 대 답한 응답자가 가장 많았다. 학교에 근무할 때 전체만족도가 높았고, 정규직이고, 급여가 많을수록, 1일 치료 아동 수가 적을수록 보상체계 만족도는 높았으며 근무처와 직책에 따라 자율성 만족도에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 치료기 구 및 장비 구비 여부에 따라 업무만족도에 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 1일 치료 아동 수에 따라 인정지위와 자율성, 만족도 요인에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 직무만족도 요인 중 업무체계와 보상체계, 업무체계와 자율성, 인간관계 와 인정지위에서 정적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 결론 : 특수교육지원센터 및 학교에서 근무하는 작업치료사를 비롯한 치료지원 전문가들의 근무환경 개선과 직무 만족도 향상을 위한 정책과 방안이 필요하며 학교기반 작업치료사의 역할과 전문성을 확보하기 위해 세미나 및 보 수교육, 학교 기반 작업치료와 관련된 다양한 연구가 필요하다.

Concretely, government budget is needed to establish Agriculture and Fisheries special channel, so we are just about to examine its validity and find business model. to make this discussion detailed, we made 4 subjects. First, Do we need agro-fishery products distribution channel using media? Second, After establishing of Agriculture and Fisheries special channel, how many demands will occur? Third, Should we make Agriculture and Fisheries special channel public channel? Fourth, What would be profit model of Agriculture and Fisheries special channel?
