다양한 전자종이의 특징과 전자종이를 제작하였다. 전자종이를 제작 하여 전기 및 광학특성 평가를 하기위해 구동시스템과 광학시스템을 제작하 였다. 패널의 구동을 하기 위해서 주파수, 펄스 폭, 경사 등을 구현하기 위하 여 4채널의 구동장비를 제작하였으며, 패널에 적용 및 오실로스코프로 확인 하였다. 패널의 CIE, 반사율, 시야각을 측정하기 위하여 광학시스템을 구축하 였고, 광학시스템으로부터 데이터를 추출 할 수 있었다. 입자의 크기와 입자 충전의 layer의 관계를 알 수 있었으며, 이에 따른 광학특성 평가를 할 수 있었다.

One of the most important processes of import and export is a publication over the Bill of Loading. In the publication S/R(Shipping Request) & check B/L for reviewing are circulated among consignors, forwarders, shipping companies and airlines by fax & e-mail. Or there should be expensive an One to One system, like an EDI. Each party has to re-input S/R data to their own systems and check several times. The S/R data are converted digital to analog type and analog to digital repeatedly to check in the process. As the process goes by there can be not only input data errors but also waste of time & cost. ECR(Electronic Character Recognition) is a technology can solve the Problem. Considering the data structure of documents in many systems used ECR samples S/R data from documents written in the digital type. But it is not enough with it only. To make N to N composition in reality more efficient we make a documents hub on the web reengineering the existing process to One to One relation. The ECR documents hub system has given us beneficial effects over a year throughout a field test. I hope this study will be used to build the National Electronic Trade Platform And furthermore in internationality

The authors devised and presented the method of development for project management system. The function and item for project management system are also presented in this article. This is the case of developing a practical system for project management in electronic company. The electronic company can utilize this method as a guideline of development. This can bring great economical effect to electronic company by saving the costs and time for development. The electronic company can apply this method easily. Moreover, waste of costs can be prevented by installing system just with necessary function and items.

최근 RFID 기술은 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 구현을 위한 중요기술로 급부상하고 있다. 본고에서는 RFID 기술, 표준화 동향 및 다양한 응용영역을 분석함으로써 해상분야의 전망있는 응용분야를 발굴하기 위한 조사목적에서 이루어 졌다. RFID 기술개요 및 요소기술, 국내외 표준화 동향 및 응용분야를 소개한 후 해상분야에서 RFID 활용방안을 소개하였다. 해상분야에서 주요 응용영역으로는 선용품 재고관리의 자동화, 컨테이너의 관리, 화물창 상태관리, 이동통신망을 이용한 연안선박의 관리방안 등을 들 수 있다. 결과적으로 기존의 이용가능한 유무선 통신망에 RFID시스템을 효과적으로 적용한다면 선박운항의 효율화, 해양안전 확보 및 해양환경 보호에도 많은 기여를 할 것이다.

최근 개발되고 있는 전자자기 컴퍼스를 이용한 소형어선의 항행자동화시스템을 구축하기 위한 기초 연구로서, 부두에 계류된 선박에서 각종 장비의 가동 시켰을 때 나타나는 컴퍼스 오차 변화를 측정하여 비교 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 목선에서 85kW의 집어등을 점등하였을 때, 조타용 자기컴퍼스는 7˚편서되었고, 전자자기 컴퍼스는 13˚~16˚ 까지 편서되는 것으로 나타났다. 2. FRP 어선에서 13OkW의 집어등을 점등하였을때, 전자자기 컴퍼스는 19˚~23˚ 까지 편동되는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 강선에서 225kW의 전력으로 각종 장비를 가동 시킬 때, 가동전과 비교하여 컴퍼스 오차의 차분은 조타용 자기 컴퍼스에서는 13˚ 편서되고, 전자자기 컴퍼스는 상갑판에서는 68˚ 편서되었고, 선수루 갑판과 조타실 및 컴퍼스갑판에서는 각각 16˚, 32˚, 20˚ 편동되어 나타났다. 4. 소형어선의 항행자동화시스템에 전자자기 컴퍼스를 활용하기 위해서는 선박내에서 사용하는 각종 장비에 의해 발생하는 컴퍼스 오차를 측정하여 적절하게 수정하여 사용해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

최근 개발 도입되고 있는 첨단항해계기와 관련된 새로운 기술, 관련 국제기준과 세계주요해양대학의 항해계기 관련 교육현황을 분석하였다. 그리고, 분석결과를 바탕으로 새로운 전자항해교육을 위한 교과목의 세부 요목을 제시하였다. 이것은 시대적 흐름을 반영한 해기교육과정의 편성과 해기면허시험의 세부요목을 설정하는데 참고 자료로서 충분히 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

전자 화폐 및 전자 지불 시스템은 현재의 사회적 인프라(법, 제도, 문화, 노동, 금융, 기술)등의 총체적인 인프라이며, 응용산업이다. 인류의 화폐 문화 기술을 근본적으로 바꾸어 놓을 수 있는 역사적. 기술적 발전의 계기가 되고 있다. 이러한 산업을 이끌어가고 있는 최 첨병들의 기술과 동향 향후의 발전 추이에 대한 고찰을 하고자 한다.

As Internet spreads rapidly, the industrial structure is changing to a new paradigm. The previous EDI system was asked to change and WEB EDI, E-Mail EDI, FTP EDI etc. which are based on the internet appeared. These days the XML/EDI which has XML document appeared. The XML/EDI consider advantages and disadvantages of VAN/EDI and EDI which based on the internet. Also, EDI system has to assure a safe exchange between sender and receiver. But, the internet has security problems because it uses a open TCP/IP protocol. Although there are many methods for security, it is being studied with XML concept. On this paper, we will suppose the XML/EDI system model with XML Signature, and build a procedure of electronic signature and delivery of document between sender and receiver.

DESIGNIN AND OPERATION OF DIGITAL EVIDENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM APPLYING COMPUTER FORENSICS AND ELECTRONIC CERTIFICATION Digital evidence will be used as a term, which means the electronic form of information which is necessary to confirm or prove the factum of all kinds of behaviors committed through the devices which have data processing ability including computer. It is expected that there will be the increase of legal conflicts surrounding electronic commerce activities as well as the increase of cyber crimes, as the number of Internet users are getting bigger. In order to solve the problems of conflicts derived from electronic commerce, the factum of electronic commerce activities must be confirmed. In order to confirm the factum of electronic commerce activities, the evidence is prerequisite. Almost all evidences relating to the electronic commerce activities exist in digital form. For the reason that the digital evidence can be easily damaged and changed, special management is required to collect, analyze, and preserve the digital evidence. In order to meet this requirement, this study proposes a basic model of digital evidence management system applying computer forensics and electronic authentication.
