The facility location in designing a supply chain network is an important decision problem that gives form, structure, and shape to the entire supply chain system. Location problems involve determining the location, number, and size of the facilities to be used. The optimization of these location decisions requires careful attention to the inherent trade-offs among service time, inventory costs, facility cost, transportation costs. This paper presents a strategy that provides the best locations of distribution centers using GIS(Geographical Information System) assuming the limitation of delivery time. To get the best strategy of the location of distribution centers, we use the new loss functions as a penalty when the delivery time is violated.

The purpose of study is finding out priority objects to standardize of a Logistics Information System (LIS) and indicating duties of government and companies. Fundamentally we desire the study to make the good use of basic data for building a national unification of logistics system. First we researched into standardization of LIS, looking for IT(Information Technology) concerned with LIS. We sought eleven assessment indexes out. By using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), analyzing technique, we looked for a priority object to these. To build a national unification of logistics system is impossible by only corporations' efforts. It must needs lots of collaborative efforts between central and local government. By means of whole study we can overcome great problem is making a priority of standardization to build a national unification of logistics system. Therefore we expect many companies to build LIS easily and also wish to progress quickly on logistics tasks.

대부분의 국가들이 노선버스의 운영을 공공부문에서 담당하고 있으나 우리나라를 비롯한 일부에서만 민간이 운영하고 있어 시민들을 위한 공익성만을 추구 할 수는 없는 입장이며 노선의 선정 또한 사업자와 공공이 협의하여 시행할 수밖에 없다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 버스노선 개편, 공동배차제 등 개선방안을 많은 지자체에서 시행하였지만 시민업체공공부문에서의 합의 도출은 지난한 상황이며 실행력이 없는 계획이 되고 있음을 여러 사례에서 볼 수 있다. Internet등 통신기술의 급속한 발달에 따라 통신을 통한 의사표출이 자유롭고 용이해지면서 일반지자체의 경우에 전체 민원 중 교통부문이 차지하는 민원이 를 상회하고 있으며, 교통민원 중 45.3%가 노선버스의 정시성 확보 및 운전기사의 불친절, 무정차 통과 등에 관한 것으로써 시민들이 가장 알고싶어 하는 사항이 버스의 실시간 운행상황임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실시간 버스정보제공을 통해 노선버스 이용자들의 대기시간 감소 및 이용편의를 증진시키고, 이를 통해 승용차 이용자를 대중교통수단으로 유도하여 대중교통을 활성화시키는 버스정보시스템(BIS ; Bus Information System)을 정립하며, 충주시 교통여건을 감안한 버스정보시스템 도입전략을 수립하고, 도입에 따른 기대효과를 분석하여 합리적이고 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 지방자치단체 특히 충주시의 지능형 교통정보 시스템을 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다.

A company wishes to obtain a competitive edge by adopting an efficient logistics information system to control the logistics management process. The elements of the competitive edges a company targets are to maintain good quality, reduce cost and on-time delivery and those competitive edges are closely related to the cycle time of a product. The logistics information system in a company is also closely tied with other business activities than the logistics itself. Therefore it is essential to choose a system that will help rationalize the logistics but also overall business operations along the supply chain from manufacturing to distribution of the products. This paper aims to research and analyze a problem with a logistics information system through case study and to suggest a logistics information system with RFID in place adopted to eliminate problems such as damages, loss and defect rates.

This study suggests a safety management model for construction management (CM) suitable to domestic conditions so that inefficiency resulted from the operation of construction projects by public and private institutes according to different systems can be eliminated for the securing of systematic and efficient safety management. The purpose of this study is to clearly understand the theoretical details of TL 9000 by researching the literatures and materials on TL 9000. Also, the paper studies the status of QMS building based on TL 9000 by researching and analyzing the positive cases of QMS established by companies on the basis of TL 9000 standards.

There was researches on methodologies that provides procedures of developing corporate models and patterns of step, tasks, tactics and technologies in Information Strategy Planning(ISP). However these could not provide data input and output relations in ISP procedures, effective data and knowledge management tactics which enhance knowledge reusability. Therefore, this study aims at developing Repository model supporting Information Strategic Planning process and showing its usage and effectiveness.

개인별 신체 특성을 나타내는 가상피팅모델을 이용하여 제공되는 가상 착용 서비스는 웹을 기반으로 한 인터넷 의류 쇼핑의 흥미를 더해준다. 본 연구의 연구자들은 2000년과 2002년에 개발된 미국의 가상피팅모델과 국내에서 개발되었던 가상피팅모델의 개발 기술의 특성과 변화를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 가상피팅모델의 구축을 위해서는 인체의 치수, 형태, 얼굴의 특징들에 관한 정보 입력이 필요하며, 이때 요구되는 정보는 미국과 한국의 사이트에서 차이가 있음을 밝혔다. 미국의 사이트는 정면이나 측면의 실루엣에 대한 정보의 입력이 요구되는 반면 한국의 사이트는 더 많은 인체 치수 관련 정보를 요구하였다. 2000년에 개발되었던 한국의 가상피팅모델은 길고 좁은 프로포션으로 표현되어 사실적인 표현이 부족하였던 반면 2002년 미국에서 개발한 가상피팅모델은 다양한 인종의 특성을 반영하며, 그래픽 기술의 발전으로 사실적으로 표현된 가상피팅모델을 제공하는 것으로 나타났다.

SOC(Social Overhead Capital) projects such as road, power plant, airport or telecommunication facility construction require a large scale of cost, a long period of time and management of a number of sub-contractors. So systematic and efficient management tool in SOC projects is inevitable. Information system provides a valuable tool which can integrate and manage the large volume of information for SOC projects. This study investigates and analyzes the information system of nuclear power plant construction project. Based on this study, we can suggest the direction for designing information system for SOC projects.
