After beginning of the 21st century, Some Chinese scholars called for switching their national policy to the conversion of the perception of their ethnic problems. Beijing(北京)University sociology professor Marong considers that the cause which does not solve their national problems in China gives minorities more political emphasis in their policy, so he proposed that by means of ‘De-politicization’ of the national policy, redirect its policy from 'politicization' to 'culturalization' of ethnic issues so as to strengthen national identity among ethnic minorities. In addition, The two Qinghua(清华) University economics professors urged "the Second Stage Nationalities Policy'. In here, They urged that Marong's ‘De-politicization’ opinion be realized. These new claims were embroiled in controversy with strong criticism from critics because these claims are not only complete denial current national policy but also these claims are claims radical enforcement policies. This paper mainly analyzes the main contents and the key issues related to these problems and the possibility that the adoption of a policy.

예이츠는 일반적으로 낭만주의자, 컬트주의자, 모더니스트로 알려지고 있다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 예이츠를 식민 사회를 경험한 탈식민주의자로 가정하여, 파농, 사이드 그리고 스피박의 이론을 가지고 예이츠의 텍스트를 분석하고자 한다. 문학의 독법으로서 탈식민화의 과정은 단순히 학문적 체계 안에서 글읽기로 남아있는 것이 아니라 주요 실천적인 독법의 전략을 가지고 있다. 이 논문의 주요 관심사는 그의 시적 글쓰기에 재현된 언어와 신화의 도구를 가지고 탈식민화에 기여했는가를 탐색하는 것이다. 결국, 탈식민주의적 담론과 텍스트 전략은 제국주의의 암묵적인 의도에 숨겨진 지배 이데올로기를 밝혀내는데 주요한 영향력을 가진다고 할 수 있다.

오늘날 유전자 조작 기술이 과거 사회부적격자 제거와 유대인의 대학살 이라는 나쁜 함의를 갖고 있는 독일 나치 우생학을 새롭게 불러낼 것이라 는 우려가 크다. 유전학과 우생학 사이에 밀접한 관련이 있는 것은 사실이 다. 하지만 과거의 우생학과 새로운 우생학 사이에 현격한 차이가 있음을 간과해서는 안 된다. 이른바 ‘인간 유전체 계획’을 기점으로 신/구유전학 이 나뉘고, 이에 따라 우생학적 함의에는 현격한 차이가 있다. 즉 과거의 우생학이 국가권력에 의한 인간의 ‘종적’ 개선과 사회부적격자의 제거를 목표로 했다면, 새로운 우생학은 새로운 유전학이 개인의 유전형질을 변 경시켜 인간의 자질과 능력이 향상된 우생 인간의 탄생을 목표로 한다. 이 점에서 과거의 우생학과 오늘날 우생학은 분명히 다르다. 그렇다 하더라 도 새로운 유전학의 우생정치 이념이 정당화되는 것은 아니다. 이에 우리는 새로운 유전학의 우생학적 성격을 ‘자유주의적’인 것으로 규정하고(2장), 이러한 자유주의 우생학을 철학적으로 정당화시켜 주는 근거가 ‘자율’과 ‘추정동의’에 있음을 논증했다(3장). 특히 자율은 자유주 의자에게 도덕적 ‘선’을 구성하는 근본 원리이다. 하지만 우생학적 선택이 자율의 가치를 지니기 위해서는 ‘유의미한 인생설계’의 개념 해명이 선행 되어야 하지만, 자녀의 인생설계에 대한 부모의 선택이 자녀들에게는 오 히려 ‘강제’이다. 여기서 자녀교육론이 부모의 (우생학적) 재량권을 허용 하는 논거일 수 없다(4장). 이에 이 글은 임상유전학의 우생정치 이념의 허구성을 비판하고, 이에 대한 법적 ‧ 정치적 대응을 촉구한다(5장).

The aim of this study is to discuss the attributes of political discourse in political advertisements. The materials of the study are the advertisements used by candidates in the 16th and 17th Korean presidential elections. Presidential election advertising is the social practice of competing in political discourse on who is more proper for the presidency. The upper level of discourse in advertisement takes on the narrative of statements directed at the public, but argumentation about political assertions is included in it. The core of the argumentation asserts support for the candidate and backs such an assertion. A story that dramatizes the details related to the candidate or his/her policy has a big effect of gaining sympathy for the message, but on the other hand it can also lead to criticism that political issues are being dealt with only through images rather than language. Narrative, complexly constructed through spoken language, visual images, subtitles, sounds and other channels, accordingly contains various messages, but it has a strong impact ultimately by being condensed into one symbolic rhetoric, since the candidate's personality, political message, and the power to realize these-that is, all the factors the public considers in making a political choice-are included in it.

본 연구는 조직정치 지각이 조직변화에 대한 저항에 미치는 영향력과 이들 변수들의 관계에 있어서 조직비전 및 리더비전 인식의 조절효과를 실증적으로 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 조직구성원들이 조직정치를 지각하면 조직이 추구하는 변화에 저항하며, 이때 조직비전과 리더비전의 인식 수준에 따라 조직정치 지각의 영향력이 달라진다는 것이다. 조직구성원들의 변화저항은 심리적 저항과 행동적 저항으로 구분하였다. 연구가설은 주효과 가설과 조절효과 가설을 설정하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직정치 지각은 조직구성원들의 조직변화에 대한 저항을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직비전과 리더비전 인식은 조직구성원들의 변화저항에 유의미한 영향력을 미치지 못하였다. 마지막으로 조직비전 인식은 조직정치 지각이 변화저항에 미치는 영향력에 있어서 조절역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 조직정치 지각은 조직구성원들의 조직변화에 대한 저항을 증가시키는 것으로 나타나 조직정치 지각이 변화저항에 중요한 선행변수임을 알 수 있었다. 더불어 조직비전 인식이 높은 경우 조직정치 지각이 조직변화에 대한 저항에 미치는 영향력은 조직비전 인식이 낮은 경우보다 더욱 크게 나타나고 있었다. 이는 조직비전이 명료하며 이를 조직구성원들이 잘 공유하고 있다고 인식할수록 조직정치 지각이 조직변화 저항에 미치는 부정적 영향력은 더욱 확대된다는 것이다. 본 연구는 조직구성원들의 변화저항에 있어 조직정치 지각이 중요한 선행변수라는 것을 규명하였다는 점에서 의의를 가질 수 있다. 더불어 조직비전 인식의 역할을 살펴봄으로써 조직비전을 명료하게 공유하는 것도 중요하지만, 조직정치를 감소시켜야만 조직구성원들을 조직변화 노력에 동참하도록 유도할 수 있다는 것을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

러시아와 일본 간 영토분쟁의 본질은 러시아가 실효지배 하는 몇몇 섬들에 대해 일본이 영유권을 주장하는 것이다. 쿠릴열도라 불리는 이 섬들은 지리적으로 캄차카에서 홋카이도에 이르는 일단의 섬을 말한다. 일본이 말하는 북방영토에는 4개의 섬, 즉 쿠나쉬르, 이투루프, 시코탄, 하보마이가 포함되고, 일본은 이 섬들이 자국의 4번째 섬인 홋카이도에 속하는 것으로 보고 있다. 따라서 일본이 소위 북 방영토의 일본 반환을 요구하는 것은 위 4개 섬 모두를 돌려달라는 말이다. 러시아는 아시아의 현 상태가 유지되길 바란다는 점에서 중국, 한국 등과 입장 이 같다. 이 두 나라 역시 2차 세계대전의 결과가 바뀌는 것을 원치 않는다. 일본이 영유권을 주장하며 다케시마라고 부르는 독도 문제 역시 한국과 일본 간의 삐 걱대는 관계의 원인이 되었다. 즉, 독도는 한국의 남쿠릴열도라 할 수 있다. 일본 의 독도 및 쿠릴열도, 팽호도(중국), 파라셀군도(베트남) 영유권 주장은 샌프란시스코 강화조약 제2조를 간접적으로 부정하는 것이고 따라서 일본의 국제법 상의 의무에 직접적으로 반하는 것이다. 또한 일본은 2차 대전 이후 확립된 이웃국가들의 영토에 대해 영토 주장을 함으로서 2차 대전의 법적, 정치적 결과들을 무시하고 있다. 모든 국가들은 이웃이자 역내 파트너들이며 우호 관계 강화에 관심을 기울이고 있다. 모든 국가들에게 영토문제는 민감한 문제이며, 이들은 인접국과의 모든 분쟁에 있어 영토 획정 문제의 수용 가능한 해결은 해당국의 주권과 영토보전 을 해치지 않는 것이어야 한다는 기본원칙을 통해 해결하고자 한다.

정치적 의미를 비교적 잘 나타내는 초기 남송원체화(南宋院體畵)는 이당(李唐)에 의해 그 체계가 세워지고 소조(蕭照) 등의 제자를 통해 더욱 발전하였다. 본 연구는 이당의 직제자인 소조가 고종(高宗, 1107∼1187)의 하명을 받아, 조훈(曹勳, 1098∼1174)이 지은 서응고사(瑞應故事) 를 토대로, <서응도(瑞應圖)>를 제작했다는 명대(明代) 장축(張丑)의 청하서화방(淸河書畵舫) 등의 문헌들을 근거로, 회화의 정치적 역할을 재조명한 것이다. “서응(瑞應)”이란 임금의 어진정치가 하늘을 감응시켜 나타내는 길한 징조를 의미하는 것으로, 소조는 서응고사(瑞應故事) 의 내용을 최소4권 이상 그린 것으로 추정된다. 현존하는 “서응도 시리즈” 중, 본 연구에서 시각자료로 참고한 작품은 2009년 중국가덕춘계(中国嘉德春季)경매에 출품되었던 전(傳) 소조의 <서응도(瑞應圖)>이다.<서응도(瑞應圖)>에는 고종의 황제 즉위가 하늘의 뜻이고 민심 또한 고종에게 있음을 12가지의 일화를 통해 나타내고 각 장면과 장면 사이에, 그에 해당하는 설명을 삽입시켰다. 12가지 일화의 주제는 다음과 같다. ① 탄육금광 (誕育金光) ⑦ 황라척장 (黄罗掷將)② 현인몽신 (顯仁夢神) ⑧ 추사퇴사 (追師退舍)③ 기사거낭 (騎射舉囊) ⑨ 사중대 (射中臺)④ 금영출사 (金營出使) ⑩ 사중백토 (射中白兔)⑤ 사성우호 (四聖佑護) ⑪ 대하빙합 (大河冰合)⑥ 자주갈묘 (磁州竭廟) ⑫ 탈포견몽 (脱袍見夢) 한편, <서응도(瑞應圖)> 제작을 하명할 당시는, 고종이 남송을 건국한 전후의 시기로, 국가의 존립이 매우 위태로운 상황이었다. 왜냐하면, 금국(金國)의 계속되는 공격뿐만 아니라, 금국의 포로로 있던 선황(先皇)인 흠종(欽宗, 1100∼1156) 세력들과의 첨예한 갈등을 겪고 있었기 때문이다. 이러한 정황으로 볼 때, 고종에게 황권강화 정책은 매우 시급한 과제였음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 고종은 황권계승의 정당성을 확고히 하기 위해, 부황(父皇)인 휘종(徽宗, 1082∼1135)을 최 측근에서 모셨던 조훈에 게 ‘고종의 황권 계승이 하늘의 뜻임’을 확고히 하는 서응고사 를 쓰게 하였다. 그러나 고종은 이 정책의 파급력을 더욱 신속히 넓히기 위해 그림의 시너지 효과를 이용하는데, 그것이 바로 소조에게 하명한 <서응도> 제작이다. 따라서 치밀한 구도와 전개 방식으로 제작한 <서응도>는 황제로서의 자격 조건을 완벽하게 갖추었다는 정치적 메시지를 인상깊게 나타냄으로써, 회화의 정치적인 역할을 성공적으로 보여준다.

一般來說，老子被稱之爲道家思想之始祖，也通常與莊子並列爲老莊思 想的代表人物。老子思想之樞紐可說爲自然無爲，而這些自然無爲的含義被 認爲是離開混亂的世俗而歸於自然，甚至被擴大到通過調和陰陽道理，最終 追求長壽的黃老思想。那麽與其他諸子學一同，老子唯一著作≪道德經≫的 著述意圖也算屬於“理解”和“說服”的修辭學範疇。因爲老子通過≪道德經 ≫，打算將自己的價值觀宣傳給別人的關系。因此，本人從修辭學的觀點出 發試圖接近≪道德經≫，此過程中卻發現了至今在韓國及中國出版的譯本與 ≪道德經≫的真意向背而馳。本人根據王弼的版本重新開始翻譯了≪道德經 ≫，尤其著重於第38章的內容集中分析了。現在我們具體探討一下，到底老子通過≪道德經≫想要說明的內容所在。

근대의 상징이자 영화의 탄생과도 밀접하게 연결되어 있는 기차라는 공간은 견고하게 짜여진 사회체제의 상징적으로 보여주고 있다. 봉준호 감독의 <설국열차>는 좀 더 구체적으로 ‘기차’라는 좁고 폐쇄된 공간에서 인류의 멸망을 막는다는 목적으로 운행되고 있다. 그리고 기차 칸칸마다 철저하게 구별되어 있는 계급사회를 살아가는 인간의 생존 방법에 대해서 보여 주고 있다. 이 논문에서는 이런 ‘기차’로 상징되는 폐쇄적 사회체제가 <설국열차> 작품을 통해서 어떻게 작동하고 진행되는지를 정치사회적 측면에서 분석하고 있다. 이를 통해 봉준호 감독의 <설국열차>는 인간사회에서 개인의 행위가 어떻게 형성되고 발생하는지 그리고 그런 행위들이 모여 집합행동으로 이 어질 때 어떤 결과와 변화가 생길 수 있는지를 적극적으로 확인시켜 주는 작품임을 알 수 있다.

1913년부터 1916년의 기간 동안 예이츠와 파운드는 영국 서섹스의 애 쉬다운 포리스트에 소재한 조그만 카티지에서 함께 겨울을 보냈다. 이른바 “스톤 카티 지 영혼의 워크샵”이라고 명명할 수 있는 이 문학적 공동작업은 모더니즘 운동의 효 시가 되었다. 그들의 문학적 공동작업의 결과 평온한 달의 부드러운 침묵의 산문집 과 해골의 꿈이라는 극이 탄생하였다. 전자는 1925년판 비전의 초판이전에 등장 한 예이츠의 시학의 가장 체계적인 이론서라 할 수 있고, 1917년 판 해골의 꿈은 일본의 니시키기와 같은 노극을 본격적인 모델로 하여 탄생한 것이다. 두 작품 다 예 이츠의 극이론과 시론의 이면에 자리잡은 열린 영혼의 시학의 미학적 선언문을 제시 하고 있다. 니시키기와 모토메주까 등의 노극을 모델로 예이츠는 그의 후기 극에서 “죽은 자의 환몽”의 극적 재현을 창안하게 된 것이다.

The annual and monthly fluctuation in the species composition and the catch abundance of dominant species were analyzed using the daily sales slip catch data by a set net in the offshore waters off Dolsan Island in Yeosu from March 2004 to December 2011. Mean catch from 2004 to 2011 is 372M/T and the maximum and the minimum catch are 526 M/T in 2005 and 27 2M/T in 2009, respectively. The dominant species were Engraulis japonicus mainly in spring and Scomberomorous niphonius in Autumn and therefore the set net catch that is dominated by S. niphonius's catch was much higher in autumn than in spring. Through comparative analyses for the environmental factors to the annual catch fluctuation, it is revealed that the water temperature variation affected the recruitment property of S. niphonius to the fishing ground but the effect of typhoon on the catch fluctuation was not distinct. Furthermore, the big blooming event of jellyfish, particularly Nemopilema nomurai, that occurred in 2009 showed a tendency of faster appearance and later extinction until December. The occurring characteristic of N. nomurai became a direct cause that brought about the lowest total catch in 2009 since the dominant species catch of the set net fishery was concentrated mostly in Autumn.

This thesis is the fundamental study on the adaptation of escape device for reducing small size of fish in set-net. The escape devices for experiments were made the grid-type devices with three different slit sizes (15, 20 and 25mm). The experiments of size selectivity on escape devices were conducted by using two kinds of species as black rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli) and sea perch (Lateolabrax maculatusi) in the experimental tank. The size selectivity curve was fitted by using a logistic function and the parameters of selectivity curve were estimated by a maximum likelihood method. In the results; 50% selection ranges for the grid-type escape devices with three different slit sizes were; a black rockfish was 13.30, 19.22 and 22.06cm and a sea perch was 17.64, 20.91 and 22.78cm, respectively. The 50% selection range of a black rockfish was wilder than a sea perch about 1.1~1.3 time. Therefore, the small size of fish are able to reduce by using the grid type escape device. However, the optimum slit size of grid should be decided to consider the size of target species and economics of catches.

본 연구에서는 사람들이 공인에게 기대하는 바가 무엇인지 알아보고 이것이 공인으로 인식되는 사회 집단에 대한 실제 평가와 어떤 차이를 보이는지를 사회연결망 분석을 통해 알아보았다. 전자는 이상적 공인에 대한 인지적 표상이고 후자는 본 연구에서 밝혀진 바, 대표적인 공인으로 인식되는 정치인과 연예인에 대한 고정관념이라고 할 수 있다. 정치인과 연예인에 대한 사람들의 실제 평가는 이상적 공인의 모습과 상당한 거리가 있었다. 이상적 공인에 대해서 사람들은 도덕성과 따뜻한 인품, 능력과 성실함을 기대하고 있었지만 정치인에 대한 고정관념은 전반적으로 매우 부정적이었고 연예인에 대한 고정관념에도 이상적 공인의 표상에 나타나지 않은 부정적 특성들이 많이 포함되어 있었다. 본 연구에서는 각 집단에 대한 인지적 표상뿐만 아니라 정서적 반응에 대해서도 알아보았는데 사람들이 이상적 공인에 대해서는 긍정적 정서를, 정치인에 대해서는 부정적 정서를, 연예인에 대해서는 긍정적 정서를 중심으로 부정적 정서도 일부 함께 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 이러한 결과를 어떻게 이해할 수 있는지 논의하고, 이상적 공인 및 실제 공인의 특성에 대한 연구의 중요성과 앞으로의 연구방향을 제시하였다.

We study the correlation between distributions of astronomical records and historical events using historical meteor (shower) records. In Korean chronicles, planets and meteor (shower) records are the most abundant astronomical phenomena. And they represent a general tendency of the number distribution of whole astronomical observations. We examine the correlation for the number distribution between meteors (showers) and planets during A.D. 1200-1700 and find that both records have a similar distribution. We classify historical events into three grades according to the social impact, and investigate the correlation between distributions of meteor (shower) records with social events, such as, new king's accession to the throne, foreign invasions, and domestic turmoils. From the statistical analysis, we cannot find any correlation between the meteor (shower) records and the political events. Therefore, we conclude that Korean historical records have not been influenced by the political events. We also examine the correlation between Chinese and Japanese meteor (shower) records and political events for A.D. 1200-1700, respectively, but cannot find any correlations between them.

매스미디어의 정치적 영향력을 분석한 선행연구들은 시사보도 프로그램과 정치광고 등이 정치적 효능감 혹은 무관심을 매개로 수용자의 정치 참여 에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 제시하였다. 하지만, 이러한 접근으로는 최근 뚜렷하게 나타나고 있는 젊은 층의 정치 참여 감소를 설명하기에 충분하지 않다는 문제의식 하에 본 연구에서는 젊은 층을 포함하여 전 수용자 층에서 높은 이용도를 보이고 있는 텔레비전 드라마의 정치적 효과를 탐색적으로 분석하였다. 매스미디어의 정 치적 효과를 분석한 선행 연구와 문화계발이론을 바탕으로, 본 연구에서는 대통령 선거라는 정치적 내용을 본격적으로 다룬 텔레비전 드라마인 <대물>과 <프레지 던트> 시청이 대학생들의 정부와 정치인 신뢰, 정치 및 투표 효능감, 정치 관심도, 정치 참여의향, 대통령 이미지 등에 영향을 미치는 지를 분석하였다. 대학생 86명 을 3개 집단으로 나누어 12주에 걸쳐 유사실험연구를 실시한 결과, 정치 드라마 시청이 대학생들의 정부 신뢰, 정치 효능감, 정치 관심도, 정치참여의향, 대통령 이 미지 등에는 유의미한 차이를 발생시키지 않았지만, 정치인 신뢰와 투표 효능감에 는 유의미한 차이를 발생시키는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 이러한 차이에 본 연구에 서 사용한 정치 드라마의 내용상 차이가 영향을 미친 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 연 구결과를 통해, 텔레비전 정치 드라마가 부분적으로는 단기간에도 정치적 효과를 발생시킬 수 있다는 점과 드라마에서 묘사하는 정치인 및 정치과정의 차이에 따라 정치적 효과의 방향이 달라질 수 있다는 점을 추론할 수 있다.

예이츠는 1798년의 아일랜드 항쟁과 1916년 부활절 봉기의 민족 항쟁 들을 직접적으로 언급한 두 편의 정치 극을 집필하였는데, 두 작품은 상징과 은유의 기법을 통해 정치적 의미들을 가지는 예이츠의 다른 드라마와는 다르다. 두 작품 캐 서린 훌리언 과 죽은 자들의 꿈 의 비교는 두 작품이 비슷한 정치 주제를 어떻게 다 르게 접근하는지를 밝히기 위한 시도다. 예이츠의 초기에 쓴 작품은 정치색이 너무 강 한 한편 후에 쓴 작품은 자신의 시학을 펴기 위해 정치를 이용할 뿐이다.

예이츠는 ｢1913년 9월｣에서 중산층의 물질중시와 현실안주를 비난하면서, “낭만적 아일랜드”가 사라진 상황을 안타까워한다. 영웅적인 투사들은 목숨을 걸고 싸우다가 죽었지만, 그는 새로운 아일랜드 창조에 중산층과 강경한 민족주의자들을 오히려 방해요인으로 생각한다. 하지만 ‘낭만적 영웅심’이 사라지게 한 현 상황에 자신도 자유로울 수 없음을 인식하면서, 화자인 예이츠의 분열된 혼란스러움이 재현된다. ｢1916년 부활절｣에서도 부활절봉기에 대한 화자의 유동적인 마음이 잘 나타는데, 봉기에 수반된 폭력에 대한 찬사라기보다는 폭력에 대한 의구심을 드러낸 양가성을 확인할 수 있다. 이 시들에서 재현된 예이츠의 입장과 태도는 고정되거나 미결정의 상태로 끊임없이 출렁이는 이중성을 드러낸다.

In order to elucidate the mechanism of fishing condition variation of anchovy in the set net fisheries of Anggang Bay, the monthly catch of anchovy was analyzed and examined based on the data acquired from 2006 to 2010 in 13 different fishing grounds. Anchovy consistently appeared from April to December and reached the production of 840 to 1,424 t (average : 1,228 t), with a big annual variation. However, anchovy production in this area accounts for approximately 75% of the production by set net in Anggang Bay whereas it holds 6.8% of the nationwide production (=18,034 t) by set net. The school of anchovy starts to appear in April at the west mouth of the bay and move north-eastward. Afterward, having three of clockwise turns in the middle of the bay, they scatter to swim into the deep place of the bay and finally go out to turn back to their coming way. These behaviors of anchovy are likely related to thermal fronts as well as distributions of food. The production of anchovy (y, kg) relied greatly on frequencies of effective northeasterly (x1) or northwesterly (x2) wind (≤3.5m/s) which blow between April and June. Their relationships are as follows: y=1086.27+21.499x1-15.16x2 (r=0.901). Consequently, we concluded that the northeasterly wind, which appears in the breeding season of spring, played a role to retard the movement of anchovy school to the eastern sea, while the northwesterly wind inhibits the invasion of anchovy school into the bay.

As the realm of missiology got extended and the subjects of missiological research differs varies, the understanding of culture in mission field is crucial before doing mission there. In terms of definition of mission as crossing over the cultural boundary, I investigate the system of the Chinese government and power structure in relation to religious laws and regulations. I argue that if the Korean Christianity do mission for China and cooperate with Chinese church in official ways, this step is necessary. According to the Chinese Constitution, the People’s Republic of China (PRC) is organized of political party, government, and military authority. The people’s democratic dictatorship and socialism are the basic Chinese system, which cannot be inflicted by any individual person and group. The Chinese government widely accomplishes religious freedom, but this is on the base of socialistic perspectives. The United Front Work Department of the Chinese Communist Party(CCP) Central Committee, which is a substructure organization of CCP, forms the basic direction of the religious policy. Then the State Administration for Religious Affairs of PRC overall controls the policy of religion. In this kind of structure, China not only allows religious freedom, but also seeks to gradually dissolve religion through anti-religious propaganda. Religion is just one of tools, which formulates firm foundation of socialism in China. With this type of limitation, the Chinese Christianity has been existed until now under the control of National Committee of Three-Self Patriotic Movement of the Protestant churches in China, National TSPM. In fact, this agrees with United Front Strategy(UFS) and then becomes a ‘Socialization of Christianity.’ The Chinese government always emphasizes that only legal interchanges of Chinese Christianity can be allowed, which means the government wants to get absolute control. In this situation, I seek the appropriate models of religious interchanges between Chinese and Korean church. Most of all, I claim that the Korean Christianity should understand a system of Government and Power Structure in China before doing mission there. The friendly foreign interchanges, which are stressed by the Chinese government, can be promoted through China Religious Culture Communication Association (CRCCA). Secondly, based on ecumenical principles, Korean churches should develop official relationship with Chinese churches. Regarding to the organization of National TSPM and China Christian Council (CCC), Korean churches should find the subject of religious interchanges. In final, both positive and negative part of Chinese UFS should be acknowledged and then establish strategies. UFS interchanges with foreign religions based on dissolving them, but we should take advantage of their policy and use it for spread the gospel.
