        This study examined how Chinese tourists’ beauty tour preferences and attitudes toward Korean culture impacted their purchasing behaviors, repurchasing intentions, and the likelihood that they would recommend the products and services they received. Between the 10th and 21st of June, 2016, a total of 277 questionnaires were distributed in Seoul, Busan and Daegu using SPSS 21.0. On the surveys, beauty tour preferences were divided into the following categories: human service, high quality service, convenience․accessibility & cost, and facility & atmosphere. The study found that high quality service and convenience & accessibility significantly affected respondents’ purchasing intentions, with high quality service showing the higher standardized beta value. Friendliness to Korean culture also had a significant impact on beauty tour purchasing intentions. Preference for human service, high quality service, and facility & atmosphere significantly affected the purchasing intentions and the likelihood o f respondent recommendations, with higher standardized beta values shown (from high est to lowest) in the preference for facility & atmosphere, and preference for human service and high quality service respectively. Concerning perceptions of beauty products, preference for quality had a significant impact on the repurchasing intentions and intentions of respondents to make recommendations, as did the respondents’, friendliness toward Korean culture. This study suggests that, to be most effective, beauty tours should emphasize human service and facility & atmosphere, as well as high quality service. In addition, preference for beauty services or products, and friendliness to Korean culture must be considered.

        본 연구는 중국에 진출한 한국 대기업에서 서번트 리더십이 진정으로 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치 는지, 그리고 이들 관계에서 서번트 리더십을 통해 조직문화를 조성하면 이를 통해 조직구성원들의 조직 몰입을 이끌어낼 수 있는 것인지에 대한 실증적 분석이다. 이를 위해 서번트 리더십, 조직문화, 조직몰입 등의 관련 요인들에 대한 이론적 검토를 통해 분석모형과 가설을 도출하고, 중국의 심양, 연태, 베이징, 천진에 위치한 한국 대기업 종사자들에 대한 설문조사 자료를 통해 이들 요인사이의 인과관계와 조직문 화의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 서번트 리더십과 합리문화가 조직몰입에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 이들 관계에서 발전문화를 중심으로 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 중 국에 진출한 한국 대기업에서의 서번트 리더십을 통한 구체적 조직관리 방안들을 관리적 시사점으로 제 시하였다.

        This study seeks to explore the relationship between clothing adaptation and acculturation for married Chinese immigrant women. In addition, it aims to analyze the differences in their clothing consumption behaviors according to acculturation level. To achieve these purposes, a quantitative research study was conducted on 291 wives of Korean-Chinese multicultural families in Seoul and Gyeonggi. The data was analyzed using factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, and the Duncun test. The findings were as follows. First, the women were divided into three groups based on their level of acculturation, which was defined as ‘assimilated’, ‘marginalized’ and ‘segregated’. Second, the relationship between their acculturation level and their clothing adaptation was identified. The marginalized group had the lowest level of clothing adaptation. Third, the groups’ differences in clothing selection criteria were analyzed. The segregated group considered the practical aspects (price, color, quality) of clothing to be more important than the other groups. The marginalized group scored the lowest in valuing the aesthetic factors (design, style, trendiness) of clothing. Finally, conformity of clothing consumption varied significantly based on acculturation level. The assimilated and marginalized groups showed higher levels conformity than did the segregated group. Clothing purchase location also varied significantly between the three groups. The assimilated and marginalized groups preferred online shopping, but members of the segregated group preferred to carry out their shopping off-line. This study showed that clothing adaptation and clothing consumption behaviors play key roles in understanding the acculturation of multicultural families.

        최근 ‘주링허우’ 라고 불리는 중국세대와 더불어 중국경제 및 중국기업에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 하지만 중국의 조직문화와 관련한 실증연구는 여전히 제약적이다. 이에 본 연구는 조직문화와 조직시민행동, 신뢰 간의 인과관계를 분석함에 있어 한국과 중국에 소재한 생산, 유통, 금융, 공기업 등의 기업을 대상으로 하여 표본을 수집하고 실증분석을 실시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 분석방법은 다중회귀분석과 매개회귀분석을 사용하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국과 중국의 조직문화가 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향은 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 한국의 경우 경쟁문화는 조직시민행동에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었고, 조직문화 유형 중 집단문화, 관료문화, 개발문화 순으로 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 중국의 경우 관료문화는 조직시민행동에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었고, 조직문화 유형중 경쟁문화, 집단문화, 개발문화 순으로 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 한국과 중국 모두 조직문화가 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에서 신뢰의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 중국의 경우 신뢰(상사신뢰, 동료신뢰)는 개발문화가 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에서 완전매개효과, 집단문화와 경쟁문화에는 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 한국은 경쟁문화를 제외한 개발문화, 집단문화, 관료문화에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 한국과 중국의 국가별 조직문화에 대한 차이를 통해 문화·경제·산업을 이해하는데 이론적·실무적 함의를 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

        Bulgogi (Korean-traditional barbequed beef) is one of the most globally well-known Korean foods. Though various attempts have been made to promote bulgogi, studies are limited understanding mostly to US consumers or foreigners who reside in Korea. China, the world’s most populous country, has the biggest market potential in the world. The purpose of this study was to understand reasons of liking or disliking bulgogi products in Chinese consumers who reside in China in comparison to Korean consumers. The bulgogi used in this study differed in its main marinating ingredients. Check-all-thatapply (CATA) questionnaire was used to collect the reasons why one liked or disliked the given bulgogi product. CATA result showed that even for the same product, Korean and Chinese consumers liked or disliked it for different reasons. In particular, unlike Koreans, Chinese consumers reported sweet taste and garlic flavor as reasons for disliking the samples with high amounts of sugar and garlic, respectively. This seemed to be the result of differences in familiarity of consumers to certain tastes and flavors. The results imply the influence of culture in consumer preferences.

        본 연구는 중국기업의 직무만족도에 대한 가부장적 리더십․서구적 리더십․기업문화 및 조직지원인식의 영향, 가부장적 리더십․서구적 리더십․기업문화 등 독립변수가 매개변수인 조직지원인식을 통하여 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 구체적으로 실증 분석하였다. 첫째로 가부장적 리더십 중 인자형 리더십과 권위적 리더십은 직무만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째로 서구적 리더십 중 개별적 배려는 직무만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째로 기업문화 중 발전문화와 합리문화는 모두 직무만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째로 가부장적 리더십 중 인자형 리더십 및 도덕적 리더십은 모두 매개변수인 조직지원인식에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째로 서구적 리더십인 개별적 배려와 성과중시가 모두 매개변수인 조직지원인식에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째로 기업문화 중 발전문화는 0.01 수준에서 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나는 결과를 보여주었다. 일곱째로 매개변수가 종속변수에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 매개변수인 조직지원인식은 직무만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째로 조직지원인식은 가부장적 리더십 중 인자형 리더십, 서구적 리더십 중 개별적 배려, 그리고 기업문화 중 발전문화가 직무만족도에 영향을 미침에 있어서 매개변수로 작용하는 결과를 보여주었다. 최근 1980년대 및 1990년대 출생자가 중국기업에서 초급관리자 및 중급관리자로 근무하기 시작하면서 자아에 대한 개념과 조직보다는 개인적 사고를 하는 조직구성원이 늘어나면서 이러한 조직구성원들이 구성원에 대한 중국기업조직의 약속과 몰입을 의미하는 조직지원인식을 어떻게 인식하는지, 또한 어떻게 조직구성원들로 하여금 이를 인식하게 할 것인지 고찰하는 것은 조직구성원의 직무만족도를 제고하기 위해 매우 중요하다고 생각된다.

Chinese Input-Output table in 2007 is used as a tool of this research and all kinds of ripple effect and relation with other industries is analyze using by ‘Index of the power of dispersion’, ‘Index of the sensitivity of dispersion’, ‘Effect on production inducement’ and ‘Value added analysis’.

        This research investigated the relationship among Korean Wave Cultural Contents consumption of Korean food, Korean products, and Learning of the Korean language. The survey targeted non-Koreans who were either interested in or experienced Korean Wave Cultural Contents. Exactly 61.3% of subjects had traveled to Korea. The most common method of experiencing the Korean Wave was via the Internet (57.7%), followed by TV (21.1%) and Mobile (7.7%). The most popular Korean Wave Contents were K-pop (35.2%) and TV Dramas (31.0%). Movies were preferred in the Americas (3.63±0.83) and Asia (3.63±1.09), whereas K-pop was preferred in Asia (3.68±1.12) and games preferred in Europe (2.50±1.56). Regarding Korean food, most participants had tasted Kimchi (81.7%), followed by Bulgogi (74.6%), Bibimbap (66.9%), and Galbi (66.2%). According to the country-by-country survey, in the case of Galbi (p<0.05), Bibimbap (p<0.05), and Bulgogi (p<0.05), Asians had more experiences with Korean food compared to those from other regions. Meanwhile, in the case of satisfaction of Korean food, Bulgogi (4.22±1.05) was ranked highest, whereas Kimchi (3.85±1.15) was ranked lowest. According to the region-by-region survey, those from Oceania and other regions preferred Kimchi (4.25±0.71) and Bulgogi (4.50±4.50) while the Americas preferred Galbi (4.82±0.39) and Bibimbap (4.54±0.81). Bulgogi (2.76±0.06) was highly ranked as a representative Korean Food while Kimchi (2.44±0.71) was ranked the lowest. This research explained that among Korean Wave Cultural Contents, movies and music positively influenced on the ‘Image of Korea’, movies and K-pop effected ‘Purchasing intention of Korean products’, and TV Dramas, movies, and K-pop effected ‘Purchasing intention of Korean Food’.

        The tradition of the representative art style in the Sinosphere, Shanshui hua, expresses the traditional representation of the harmony and principle of the universe. This tradition is reflected in the Chinese garden. These Chinese gardens were precisely the three-dimension representations of Shanshui hua, a visual form of abstract expression of the oriental philosophical thinking. This research determines and draws attention to the vestiges of the reflection of Shanshui hua in the European gardens through visual art and culture. It will also approach the two subjects, Shanshui hua and garden, from a transcultural view to integrally analyze visual art. The appearance of Anglo-Chinese gardens, reflecting Shanshui hua, foreshowed a big change in traditional European gardens. This is a concrete example of the transcultural phenomenon. This has formed the typical naturally curved English gardens in the gardening history. This also divided these English gardens completely from the symmetrical, geometrical French gardens. This study considers the influence and the reverberation of Shanshui hua reflected on European gardens in the European culture. The cultural exchange of European and Chinese styles in the 18th century left an impact on the European gardening style history. Finally, this study analyzes the origin of these Anglo-Chinese gardens and its content to approach it with a transcultural view as a research methodology.

        This study investigated the interrelations among acculturative stress, recognition, preference and eating frequency of Korean traditional food by Chinese students in Korea. The acculturative stress score was 3.06±0.32, ‘homesickness’ score was the highest (3.92±0.62) and ‘guiltscore’ score was the lowest (2.28±1.04). The rate of preferred for Korean food was low (20.5%). The places for eating Korean food were ‘restaurant’ (49.6%) and ‘school cafeteria’ (41.1%). The cooking experience regarding Korean food was 45.0% and they had cooked ‘Bulgogi’ (26.7%) and ‘Bibimbap’ (21.9%). The recognition score for Korean traditional food was 0.70±0.27. The preference score for Korean traditional food was 3.14±0.54, and the favorite foods were ‘Galbi’ and ‘Galbitang’ while ‘Ggakdugi’ was the lowest. The eating frequency for Korean traditional food was 2.15±0.82, and ‘Baechukimchi’ and ‘Bibimbap’ were comparatively high. The acculturative stress showed no correlation with the recognition, preference and eating frequency of Korean traditional food. The recognition of Korean traditional food correlated positively with the eating frequency (r=0.175, p<0.05). The preference of Korean traditional food had a significant effect on eating frequency (r=0.274, p<0.001), and the highest positive correlation was shown in ‘Ddeokbokki’ (r=0.470). The explanation power (R2) of recognition and preference on eating frequency was 0.098. This study showed the interrelations among recognition, preference, and eating frequency of Korean traditional food except for acculturative stress.

        釜山和中国姊妹(友好合作)城市之间的交流方式在搞活经济和旅游观光方面 来看,基本上着重于通过人为的行政交流进行,这样的交流方式不具备永久性, 并且难可持续发展。中国姊妹(友好合作)城市间社会文化的交流接触成为重要的 中间媒介。但是到目前为止,对于釜山和中国姊妹(友好合作)城市间社会文化交 流还仅停留在能罗列出的一些暂时性的接触水平。因此,为了增进两地间更活跃 的交流,有必要更深层次地摸索道路,进而提出解决问题的实质性方案。 韩中两国城市间的社会文化交流比起硬要单方面的同化,更需要充分地实现 交流城市间双方的文化理解和认识。所以,通过可以增进相互理解的机制,努力 促进釜山和中国姊妹(友好合作)城市间的社会文化交流走向更成熟的新篇章。

        오늘날 국내 게임 시장의 포화로 인해 국내게임 업체들의 해외 진출이 날로 증대되고 있다. 특히, 중국, 일본, 동남아등에서 온라인게임 시장의 규모만 보고, 준비 없이 진출했다가 실패한 업체들에 대한 사례들이 적지 않다. 현재 우리나라의 대표적인 게임 업체들은 10여년 이상 현지화 작업을 통해, 라이센싱, 합작, 전략적 제휴, 틈세 시장공략, 단독 경영등 다양한 포지셔닝과 현지화한 전략을 적용하여 MMORPG게임의 경우는 다소 현지화에 성공하였다고 볼 수 있으나 스포츠, 슈팅, 액션 등 다른 온라인게임이나 웹상에서 실행되는 웹 게임, 스마트폰 게임 등은 현지 문화나 종교, 그리고 인프라 등의 환경적, 정책적 차이점 때문에 성공한 사례가 거의 전무한 상태이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 중국에서 현지화에서 성공한 한국 게임인 크로스파이어를 선정하여 한국 게임이 해외에서 성공하기 위한 현지화 요소를 정리하였으며, 사례 분석을 통하여, 성공할 수 있는 결정 요소들이 무엇인가를 조사 분석하였다.

        경극의 시작은 오래되었으나 중국 중부지역의 양자강 일대에서 발전하기 시 작하여 각 지방의 특색을 포함하면서 오랜 시간 동안 변화해 왔다. 지금 의 형태로 나타난 경극은 청나라 시기(1736~1796)에 북경에 정착하면서 극의 내 용과 음악의 곡조, 그리고 표현방법 등이 어우러져 춤과 노래가 동시에 진행되는 형태로 변화했다. 이 경극은 극본에 연기와 음악 ‧ 노래 ‧ 소도구 ‧ 분장 ‧ 의상에서 너무나 중국적인 특색을 보이기 때문에 중국전통 문화의 엑기스로 일컬어진다. 경극은 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않는다는 특징 때문에 극의 배경과 시대적 상 황 등, 모두가 상징적으로 처리된다. ‘상징’은 중국 극의 중요한 요소라고 할 수 있 다. 그리고 경극은 장식성과 과장적인 면이 있다. 따라서 경극의 이해는 어떻게 보 면 근대연극과 비교해 볼 때 무대의 장치 면에서 조악하게 보일 지도 모른다. 이 런 것들이 문화적 특색이라 평가할 수 있다. 또, 배역으로 등장하는 배역들이 공연 할 때 표현하는 행동 들이나 배우들이 갖추는 분장 등 역시 중국 문화에 대한 관 련성을 보여준다.

        세계가 하나의 지구촌으로 되는 속도가 빨라짐에 따라 중․한 두 나라 간의 정치, 경제, 무역, 문화 등 분야의 교류가 갈수록 밀접해지고 활발해지고 있다. 이 과정에서 한국어 인재들이 중요한 가교역할을 하고 있으며, 아울러 한국 언어뿐만이 아닌 한국 사회 전반에 대한 탄탄한 이해를 가진 고 소질, 고 실력의 한국어인재를 필요로 하고 있다. 이런 인재의 양성은 한국문화 교육을 떠나서 한국 언어교육만으로는 이루어질 수 없다. 언어를 외면하고 문화를 이해할 수 없고 문화를 외면하고 언어를 이해할 수 없는 것과 마찬가지로 언어교육과 문화교육은 유기적인 연계 속에서 이루어지기 때문이다. 본 연구는 현재 중국에서 진행되고 있는 한국문화교육 실태를 살펴보면서 존재하는 문제를 짚어보고 풀어야 할 과제를 지적하였다. 논의는 한국문화교육의 필요성을 지적하고 문화교육의 목표에 비추어 효과적으로 진행할 수 있는 방안을 제안하는 데에 초점을 맞추었다. 지금까지 무절제하게 이루어지던 중국에서의 한국어 교육은 최근 들어 다소 소강상태를 보이고 있다. 한국어 교육의 질적 향상의 불균형으로부터 우승열태(优胜劣汰)의 경쟁을 거쳐 양적 팽창에서 벗어나 질적 향상을 추구하는 과학적인 재정립이 필요한 단계에 들어섰다. 이는 한국어교육에서 단순한 언어교육이 아닌 한국학 전반에 관한 지식 교육 즉, 언어교육과 문화교육 통합 진행의 필요성과 중요성에 대한 진일보적인 증명과 강조로 된다.

        This study seeks to understand why Shantung mission was the only cross-cultural mission work done by the Korean church in 1913-1957 while the focus of other mission works was the Diaspora Koreans and its implications for today's mission work of the Korean church. The Korean church clearly demonstrated its evangelistic zeal by sending its missionaries to Jeju Island, Manchuria, Russia, Japan, Hawaii and Shantung. However, it is interesting that it was only Shantung mission that was cross-cultural in nature, while all others were targeting Koreans living overseas. This study briefly looks at those early missionary enterprise in different regions, which at the end points to the foundational difference between Shantung mission and other missions in other places. They share many things in common, they both were initiated by the church, they both show the missionray zeal, they both were done while they did not have sufficient resources, they both have sacrificial indiviuals. However, Shantung mission stands as the only cross-cultural mission work. While fully agreeing that Shantung mission was exclusively ministered, gorverned and financed by the Korean church, this study suggests that Shantung mission was the only cross-cultural mission enterprise because it was initiated by a missionary, possibly with the help of a missionary board. Some previous studies seem to overlook the fact that W. B. Hunt took a significant role in planning and preparing Shantung mission, mediating between mission boards, the Chinese church and the Korean church. This study, then, goes further to discuss what the Korean church may learn from this historical event.

        Since the establishment of Broadcasting Property Rights Institutions (BPRI), it constantly changing at different periods. The term "property" is used in economics and law but less so in the media industry. Therefore, there is a certain amount of academic space left to be discussed. South Korea constantly strengthens their broadcasting technology development, sets up the Broadcasting Act and the corresponding system of property rights, so Korean BPRI are original and native providing the realistic case for study. It is necessary to investigate the path of Korean BPRI development. Based on current research, we analyze and classify the value concept behind the regulation rules of Korean BPRI. Also we use the Managerial Grid Model (1964) developed by Robert R. Blake and Jane Mouton to construct "efficiency" and "fairness" as the ultimate goal of the Korean value system of BPRI. Through this value system of BPRI, we track the value changing path of Korean BPRI. The analysis' results showed that value changing of the Korean BPRI began from the establishment of private KORCAD (Korea Office RCA Distributor) HLKZ-TV in the 1950s. At that time, Korea paid more attention to the pursuit of efficiency, while the pursuit of fairness was very low. Second, since Korean BPRI’ reform in the 1980s, KBS, MBC totally changed to public owned institutions. So Korea was very concerned about the pursuit of fairness, while reducing the attention to efficiency. Again, after SBS was established in 1990, Korea began to strengthen the pursuit of efficiency again, and still paid attention to fairness. Last, entering 2000 with the rapid development of science and technology, digital technology and the Internet has been widely applied to the entire media field. Integration of radio and television’s phenomenon has become more evident and "fairness" and "efficiency" was become the highest pursuit of the values goal. Through studying the process of change of Korean BPRI's value goal, the Korean value lines throughout the entire frame from left and right sides on my research. It includes fully pursuit of the efficiency period, fully pursuit of fairness period, as well as both two sides at same period. From the whole development perspective, Korean government has always been pursuit of fairness in the effort, the fairness was taken cared in each stage of economic development. In the whole frame of Korean BPRI, the fairness and efficiency is the eternal absolute value goal. However, at different periods the understanding of the fairness and efficiency focuses on different points. At a deeper perspective of analysis, actually this changing process is constantly adjusted by fairness and efficiency, and is the result of the interaction effect. To balance them is not only very important to South Korea but also for the work towards the future for many other countries. When these two objectives are achieved at a high degree of unity, they will produce positive and infinite effects on the economy, the national welfare and social welfare benefits will also be enormous.

In this condition, when the church community sets the mission direction and strategy, the many-sided effort for the stress relaxation according to the cultural adaptation of the Chinese student studying abroads is required. the strategic access about how approaching from the position in which the Social Support for canceling the stress required for the cultural adaptation for Korean Chinese college life is needed is required. It has the values, of the church the world view and existing paradigm so far, it is not easy to propagate the Chinese student studying abroads. The strategic access to the new paradigm which can be managed with the form of ‘the come mission’ in ‘it visits mission’ paradigm which the church and missionary group had been providing is desperately required. Therefore the mission resource in which many churches can distinguish the various obstacle according toes the Chinese student studying abroad mission and which can overcome this has to be communally created.
