        This paper presents the application of integrated mathematical programming approach for the design of cellular manufacturing. The cores of the proposed approach are two phases; concurrently a dealing with exceptional elements(EEs) and cell formation and facilities layout design. A policy dealing with EEs considers minimizing the total costs of three important costs ; (1) intercellular transfer (2) machine duplication and (3) subcontracting. And important issue is the calculation of the number of machines needed by considering the maximum utilization of machines and the available capacity of a machine that can be transferred for intercell moving is an key. Facilities layout design is considered to reflect the real field data such as the operation sequence of the parts to be manufactured. quadratic. The model is formulated as mixed integer programming that is presented to find the optimal solution.

        In this paper, we purpose the integrated TMS to solve the problem of current systems. The current system resulted in inconvenience because customers and users must contact to each system, when they want to know the information about orders. In this research, we develope a system with which customers and users can confirm all of order information from one system. To solve this problem, the information brought from two systems is integrated by constructing integrated database.

        In this paper a free-form hull design program and performance prediction program for planing boat is introduced. This program enables the designer to do complex geometric hull shape design on a personal computer and accurately to predict power requirements for a given loading and velocity. For a free form design, Bezier curve model is adopted as a basic representation tool of curves and surfaces, and this program has versatile functions to do fairing jobs with a convenient graphical user interface. After creating a hull form the geometric data is provided in a manner compatible with a variety of analysis tools including 'Motion Analysis(by Zarnick)' for prediction of motion characteristics in regular waves, 'Running Attitude (by Savitsky)' for prediction of the running attitude and required power.

        이 연구에서는 지진하중을 받는 빌딩구조물에 대한 복합구조제어시스템의 최적설계방법을 제시한다. 복합구조제어시스템의 설계는 구조물의 부재뿐만 아니라 수동제어시스템 및 능동제어시스템의 용량 및 위치 최적화 과정으로 정의된다. 최적설계는 이 연구에서 제안된 다단계 목표계획법(Multi-Stage Goal Programming)을 이용하여 최적화문제를 정식화하고 목표갱신 유전자알고리즘(Goal-Updating Genetic Algorithm을 적용하여 합리적인 최적화를 진행해가는 과정으로 구성된다. 다단계 목표계획법에서는 구조물의 층간 상대변위와 제어시스템의 용량에 대한 설계목표를 여러 단계로 선정하고, 각 물리량과 설계목표간의 정규화된 거리 합으로서 목적함수를 정의한다. 목표갱신 유전자알고리즘은 각 단계별 설계목표를 만족하는 최적해를 검색하고, 현 단계의 모든 설계목표를 만족하는 최적해가 존재할 경우 설계목표를 순차적으로 갱신함으로써 보다 상위수준의 설계목표로 접근해 나아간다. 지진하중을 받는 9층의 빌딩구조물에 대한 수치 예를 통하여 복합구조제어시스템의 통합최적설계 과정을 기술하였고, 구조부재, 수동 및 능동제어시스템이 균등분포된 구조물과 최적 설계결과를 비교하여 제시하는 방법의 효율성을 검증하였다.

        Systems are often operated by not integration but blocking, i.e., non-standardization. The system blocking is mainly caused by non-standardization or incompatibility. The integrated system is effective, but researches for quantification of effectiveness from integrating system are few. System blocking causes additional cost which is almost intangible and potential. In this paper we proposed a model to quantify the effectiveness of system integration. To verify the validity of proposed model, we applied the model for Korean information and communication industry and forecasted the cost of integration for South and North Korean telecommunication industry in the way of three scenarios.

In this study we design the integrated manufacturing system for compound semiconductor fabrication that has monitoring of process, reduction of lead-time, obedience of due-dates and so on. This study presents integrated manufacturing system having database system that based on web and data acquisition system. And we will implement them in the actual compound semiconductor fabrication.
