Due to increased demand for remodeling and repair in construction market in recent year, the usage of horse scaffold is increasing in the indoor finish works. Injuries related horse scaffold are mainly caused by poor installation or of careless handling of scaffold. Approximately 300 workers are injuried at construction site every year, it is accounting for about 1.5% of the total construction sector and has increased on a year-to-year trends. But the main contents between national standards and speccifications related to the manufacture and usage of horse scaffolds are mutually inconsistent, In particular, the rules on occupational safety and health standards are the basis for the prevention of industrial injuries, there is no explicit application being made to the horse scaffold commonly used on construction sites. The purpose of this study was to analye the manufacture and usage situations in order to reduce construction injuries that occur at the horse scaffolds. It will be utilized the results of the analysis as the basis data for unifying the major domestic standards and specifications associated with the manufacture and usage of horse scaffold.

This study of small ＆ Medium-Sized construction sites construction disaster prevention technology conduction-site visits from the map results report by the inspector on-site advice and technical guidance for the analysis of deficiencies and potential construction of disaster revealed the potential factors causing an accident as follows. Children’s play facilities have changed over a decade from the traditional play facilities in the front yard to the new type of commercial play facilities which install more exciting and enjoyable facilities, such as Kids Park. The more diversified in the type of facilities, the more difficult in the safety management by the existing system. The ‘Safety Management System of Children’s Play Facilities’ of MOSPA(Ministry of Security and Public Administration) has provided the safety information uni-directly by government sector to the private communities. Recently, multi-directional information sharing methods, such as community mapping are adopted actively in the social activities which have common purpose for making the better community by information sharing with government and private sector. On the purpose of citizen’s participation for safe play facilities and preventing accidents, this study investigated the status of child accidents and safety standards, especially focused on the children’s play facilities. And the way for sharing safety information among the communities with the GIS mapping skills is suggested in the respect of more easily monitoring and practically inputting the comments on the status of management of play facilities by real users based on their experiences. It is expected that more activities from the private sector would participate to the safety management of children’s play facilities by realizing the suggested system.

This study is aimed to improve safety of ladle in the metal products manufacturing industry. Burns may occur from spills, spatters or eruptions of hot metal from ladles during pouring or transporting. According to the statistics of occupational accidents about the ladle, many victims were exposed to or contacted with extreme temperatures. The many fatal injuries occurred as a result of unexpected discharging of molten metal due to tipping over ladles. To prevent ladles from turning over, the trunnion axis shall be located below the center of gravity of the ladle at all operating condition. For this purpose, the equation is proposed to calculate the minimum location of a trunnion axis for definite static stability when tilting.

We undertook the quantitative evaluations of Industrial Accident Prevention Program (IAPP). The six parameters, such as relevance, efficiency, consistency, sustainability, effectiveness, coherence, were chosen by expert plenary sessions. Two stage of Analytic Hierarchy Process were used to determine the weighted value of assessment criteria. This expert plenary suggests that the six parameters and its weight values are useful for quantitative evaluations of IAPP. Additional researches regarding the real world application of this assessment tool should be initiated.

유류를 포함한 위험 유해물질(Hazardous and Noxious Substances : HNS, 이하 HNS)의 물동량이 증가하는 추세에 있음에도 불구하고 우리나라에서는 HNS 해상운송 중에 일어난 사고의 분석과 위험에 관한 연구가 미진하다. HNS는 형태와 종류가 다양하고, 사고발생 시 피해가 심각하게 나타나기 때문에 사고에 대한 위험도 분석과 저감방안 모색이 필요하다. 본 연구는 ETA를 통해 국내에서 발생하고 있는 HNS 해상운송사고의 전개과정을 분석하여 사고유형과 특징을 고찰하고, 시나리오별 확률과 인명피해를 산출하여 F-N curve로 표현함으로써 위험도를 평가한다. 또한 Risk Matrix를 이용하여 고위험군 시나리오를 선정하여 국내에 적용 가능한 현실적인 사고 저감방안을 모색한다. 연구의 결과는 충돌사고의 발생확률이 가장 높은 반면 인명위험도는 발생확률이 낮은 질식, 침몰, 폭발의 사고유형이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 인명피해를 줄이기 위해서는 기본적으로 선내에서 안전수칙 및 작업절차를 준수하는 것으로도 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

최근에 발생하는 강력범죄는 형사정책에 대한 국민들의 불안을 증대시킬 뿐만 아니라 형사체제 전반에 대한 비판에 있어서 교정도 예외가 될 수 없는 실정이다. 이런 사회분위기는 교정에 있어 새로운 기회로 작용할 수 도 있다. 교정정책이 국민들의 적극적인 지원속에서 역할을 다하기 위해서는 도주, 자살과 같은 교정사고를 예방하여 국민들로부터 신뢰를 받는 교정의 모습을 보여주어야 할 것이다. 지금까지 자살과 관련하여 수용자를 대상으로 한 연구는 법적, 공간적 제약으로 많은 연구가 이뤄지지 않았다. 이런 이유로 수용자의 자살과 관련된 연구는 일반적으로는 법무연수원에서 발간하는 범죄백서나 법무부 교정본부에서 발표하는 통계자료를 기반으로 하여 단순하게 분석하여 대략적인 윤곽을 추정하거나, 일반적인 사회학․심리학적 이론을 토대로 한 연구가 주류를 이루고 있었다. 좀 더 세부적인 자료수집에 한계가 있기 때문에 구체적인 부분까지 연구를 수행하기에는 제한적일 수 밖에 없었다. 그러한 이유로 자살의 일반적인 자살의 원인을 우울증, 충동 등 개인의 심리적 문제를 중심으로 설명하고자 한 주장이 많았으며, 자살예방을 위한 대책도 상담 및 치료 등에 초점이 많이 맞춰진 경향이 있었다. 이론적인 연구에서 벗어나서 현장의 실무적인 입장에서의 분석을 통해 수용자의 자살사고에 대한 사전예방대책을 수립하는 기초가 되기를 바라는 마음으로 2006년부터 2010년까지 최근 5년간 전국 교정시설에서 발생한 자살관련 사고를 1차적으로 분석하고, 2010년 한 해 동안 자살을 시도하거나 준비 중에 적발되어 결과에 이르지 못한 사례를 분석하여 그 실체에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 특히 여러 차례 자살을 시도한 경력이 있는 자에 대하여는 직접 면담을 실시하여 얻은 자료를 참고하였다.

목적 : 운전 수행 기능을 평가와 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 운전 수행에서 숙련운전자, 초보운전자, 비운전자 간의 차이를 살펴 보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 대전에 소재한 K대에 재학 중인 32명의 대상자들을 경력운전자, 초보운전자, 비운전자로 나누어 비교하였다. 본 연구는 2012년 10월에 실시되었으며, 모든 대상자들에게 Assessment of Driving-Related Skills(ADReS)와 STISIM Driving Simulator를 시행하였다. 결과 : 연구결과 정지반응 속도에서 초보운전자와 비운전자 집단에서 경력운전자에 반해 반응시간이 늦은 것을 확인하였다 (p<.05). 대학생의 운전 수행기능과 사고들의 상관성을 분석해 본 결과 시력을 중심으로 정지반응 시간(-.434)과 중앙선 침범 (-.526)에서 유의한 상관성이 관찰되어 대학생의 운전 수행에 있어 관련이 깊은 요인임을 확인하였다(p<.05). 결론 : 초보운전자들에게는 정지반응 속도와 시력저하로 인하여 사고발생이 증가될 수 있으므로 그에 따른 훈련이 필요하다.

However, the G construction company had happened in industrial settings when workers fail to abide by the rules. The Carabiner, one of the composing of Safety Belt, must endure the Allowable Load. In this study, the Industrial accidents and cause of the crash analysis in G Construction company is performed by empirical research. And we have been studied the empirical research to setting up of the allowable limit for Carabiner.

However, there are a few studies trying to prevent user from unexpected safety-accident in BCI study. The EEGs were collected from 19 subjects who participated in two experiments (rest & event-related potential measurement). There was significant difference in EEG changes of both spontaneous and event-related potential. Beta power and P300 latency may be useful as a biomarker for prevention of response to safety-accident.
