        Establishment of the Adherens junction (AJ) and Tight junction (TJ) are important steps in terms of morphological formation during preimplantation develoment. Particularly, TJ complex is crucial for cavitation in blastocyst. So far, many TJ protein/genes are revealed. However, the biological function and regulation of TJ were not elucidated during post implantation. We depleted several TJ and TJ associated genes using RNA interference, and examined preimplantation development with TJ. We tested functionality of paracellular sealing to determine integrity of TJ formation and examined TE differentiation indirectly using outgrowth assay in vitro. We observed defect of paracellular permeability in the TJ related genes knockdown(KD) blastocyst and abnormal outgrowth. Particularly, trophoblast cells were not stretched out in the KD groups. Finally, we did embryo transfer using the TJ genes KD and control blastocysts into surrogate mothers. We found lower of the implantation rates/ maintenance of pregnancy in the TJ KD groups (less than 40%) than in the controls (about 80%). In conclusion, TJ integrity is can be used as a selective marker for developmentally competent embryos and successful pregnancy.

        Proton-exchange membrane (PEM) water electrolysis is a promising technology for hydrogen production. Meanwhile, recently, hydrogen water production has attracted great attention owing to the increasing demand in healthcare market. Therefore, hydrogen water production via PEM water electrolysis has also gained much interest. The PEM is the key component dominating the hydrogen production efficiency in the system. Although a Nafion meets the criteria for a number of key physical properties required for the operation in PEM water electrolysis, it is too expensive for commercial applications. In this work, therefore, we have developed the membrane electrode assembly (MEA) prepared with cost-effective pore-filled PEMs via a nonequilibrium impregnation-reduction (I-R) method.

        Starch is an abundant, renewable, and low cost material that has been extensively studied for its role in crystallization. The aim of this study is to develop a convenient and green approach to synthesize starch nanoparticles (StNPs). Short glucan chains were successfully prepared by using pullulanase that could debranch the amylopectin obtained from waxy maize starch. StNPs were prepared via the self-association of short glucan chains, of which the crystallinity structure changed from A-type (native starch) to B-type (starch nanoparticles) through the enzymatic hydrolysis and reassembly process at 4°C. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), dynamic light scattering (DLS) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used to characterize the morphology and crystalline structure of StNPs. The results showed that the diameter of StNPs ranged from 300 nm to 1.5 μm, depending on the initial concentration of short glucan chains and self-assembly time. The developed approach could produce well-defined and uniform starch nanoparticles that could readily be employed to encapsulate various functional guest molecules in biocompatible starch based nanoparticles in food industry.

        In this paper, a structural integrity on the test rig with assembly plug to perform intermediate examination is evaluated. Structural analysis results between the test rig with non assembly plug and assembly plug are compared, because the assembly plug has an effect on the flow of the coolant in the test rig. A equivalent stress value on the test rig with assembly plug is increased more than the stress on the test rig with non-assembly plug. A shape optimization of the assembly plug is performed to decrease the stress. Considering a connection with the transport tool, a optimized shape of the assembly plug is presented to minimize the stress on the test rig. Using the optimized assembly plug, the equivalent stress on the test rig with the optimized plug is less than the stress on the test rig with the non-optimized plug.

        The efficiency of the purchasing and procurement logistics is important in automotive industry. The rationalization of production system is directly impact on productivity and quality. For this reason importance of logistics is high. Despite we are continuously making effort, our country are still below the level than developed country on logistics efficiency. Rising labor costs is an important factor in increasing logistics costs. So workforce reduction in logistics department is a large part. We deal with A-company inbound logistics, especially procurement logistics in automotive logistics as research object. So in this study we do research on work load balance about workers. We do research on 1,475 kinds of components in procurement process. We applied work load balance algorithm on chassis, final, sequence, trim warehouses workers. According to number of workers and average M/H, algorithm is applied in two ways. After applied work load balance algorithm we reduced numbers of workers from 28 to 20 and improved worker load balance rate from 47.1% to 93.7%

        우리나라의 국회의원은 대부분 선거구 단위로 선출되기 때문에 선거는 지리학의 주요 관심대상이 된다. 이 연구의 주된 목적은 수도권을 사례지역으로 하여 19대 및 20대 국회의원 선거 결과에서 나타난 공간 패턴의 변화 양상을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 읍면동 단위의 지역구 및 비례대표 선거 결과 데이터에 대해 공간통계 분석을 수행하였는데, 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역구와 비례대표 모두 여당의 득표율이 상당히 줄었지만, 양당 기준 하에서의 여당의 총 득표율, 그리고 최다득표동의 수 및 득표율은 큰 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 각 시점 별 여당 득표율의 공간 군집성을 분석한 결과 읍면동 단위가 선거구 단위에 비해, 비례대표 선거가 지역구 선거에 비해 더 강한 공간 군집성을 보였다. 서울 남동부 및 경기도 외곽에서 득표율이 높은 반면 서울의 여타 지역 및 서울 인접 지역에서는 득표율이 낮은 패턴이 대체로 유지되면서 시점 간에 전역적인 공간 군집성은 큰 변화가 없었으나 국지적으로는 지역구와 비례대표 모두 다소 간의 변화가 나타났다. 셋째, 두 시점 간의 여당 득표율의 공간적 상관성을 분석한 결과 대체로 정치적 성향을 유지하는 경향이 우세하였다. 읍면동 기준으로 약 30%는 공간 군집을 이루면서 정치 성향을 유지하는 경향이 강한 것으로 나타났는데, 득표율의 변화가 발생한 지역 또한 강한 공간 군집성을 나타내었다

        Isaria farinosa (Hypocreales, Ascomycota) is a cosmopolitan entomopathogenic fungus affecting a wide range of arthropod hosts. It has mainly been studied as a insecticidal agent to control the agricultural pests. To investigate the useful secondary metabolite(SM) genes in Isaria farinosa C1012 strain, de novo assembly and genome mining were carried out. A whole genome sequencing with PacBio RSII system generated NGS reads greater than 4Gb, which were assembled into 16 contigs using FALCON program. The total size of genome was 33.36Mb. The N50 and N90 were 6,686,213 and 1,912,865bp, respectively. The assembled genome data was analyzed with antiSMASH3 program with a default setting to localize the gene region responsible for synthesizing SMs, such as non-ribosomal peptide synthetases (NRPS) and polyketide synthase (PKS). In this study, we predicted 16 NRPS, 13 PKS, and 9 PKS-NRPS hybrid gene clusters in I. farinosa genome.

        Korean automobile industrial is in a difficult situation because of more competitive global market and lower demand. Therefore, domestic as well as global automobile manufacturers are making greater efforts in cost reduction to strengthen the competitiveness. According to statistical data, logistics cost in domestic manufacturers is higher than advanced countries. In this study, we developed program to effectively manage standard time of procurement logistics, and confirm based on A-automobile factory data. For the purpose, we develop the system which is possible to manage standard time as well as calculate man-hour. Program is not just for calculating and managing standard man-hour, scenarios analysis function will be added to calculate benefit while introduce logistics automated equipment. In this study we propose scenario using AGV instead of electric motor while move component. In the scenario analysis, job constitution is changed,and then we use system to compare the result. We can confirm standard man-hour is reduced from 22.3M/H to 14.3M/H. In future research, it is necessary scenario analysis function, and develop algorithm with realistic constraint condition.

        Shelter that communication equipment and on-equipment material are mounted on is transported by airplane or vehicle, it has a function such as waterproof and shielding EMI. When the shelter is transported by car or helicopter, it is shocked by vibration and crash with the ground. So, three skids are attached to bottom of the shelter to reduce the shock. To confirm the durability of the structure of shelter, parallel drop and rotating drop test were done in accordance with KDS 0000-0000. However, the damage was discovered in the shelter. So, stiffening plate was added to skid and panel of partition wall to obtain durability and changed the shape of rubber buffer. In this paper, the cause of deformation and damage in the shelter was analyzed and improved shape through the structural analysis was verified.

        Self-assembled monolayers(SAM) of microspheres such as silica and polystyrene(PS) beads have found widespread application in photonic crystals, sensors, and lithographic masks or templates. From a practical viewpoint, setting up a highthroughput process to form a SAM over large areas in a controllable manner is a key challenging issue. Various methods have been suggested including drop casting, spin coating, Langmuir Blodgett, and convective self-assembly(CSA) techniques. Among these, the CSA method has recently attracted attention due to its potential scalability to an automated high-throughput process. By controlling various parameters, this process can be precisely tuned to achieve well-ordered arrays of microspheres. In this study, using a restricted meniscus CSA method, we systematically investigate the effect of the processing parameters on the formation of large area self-assembled monolayers of PS beads. A way to provide hydrophilicity, a prerequisite for a CSA, to the surface of a hydrophobic photoresist layer, is presented in order to apply the SAM of the PS beads as a mask for photonic nanojet lithography.

        Block copolymer (BCP) self-assembly has been one of attractive approach for highly size-selective and permeable membranes due to its narrow size distribution and high pore density. We produced a thermally annealed PS-b-PMMA film on a neutral substrate, where the randomly oriented PMMA cylinders were formed between two layers of perpendicular PMMA cylinders at both substrate/polymer and polymer/air interfaces. The PMMA cylinders in the BCP films processed with a selective solvent were swollen for tunable mesoporous UF membrane. The confined swelling of PMMA microdomains in PS matrix resulted in the compaction of PS matrix as well as the shrinkage of PMMA microdomains during the removal of a PMMA-selective solvent.

        본 연구에서는 육상 및 수상 집회, 시위와 비교 상대적으로 보호 및 규율 받지 못하고 있는 해상 집회 및 시위에 대해 공공의 안녕질서를 저해하지 않도록 적절히 규제하면서 동시에 기본권으로서 보호하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 먼저, 육상집회 및 시위와 동일하게 보호하고 규율하기 위해 「집시법」 개정을 통하여 해양경비안전관서에서 해상집회 및 시위를 접수받고 이를 관리하는 방안을 제시하였다. 두 번째는 해상의 특수한 환경으로 인해 「집시법」 적용이 곤란할 경우 특별법에 관련 규정을 두고 있는 일본, 미국, 영국과 같이 「해양경비법」 에 해상집회 및 시위와 관련된 내용을 규율하여 국민의 기본권과 공공의 안녕질서 유지 이익이 상호충돌하지 않는 범위에서 해상 집회 및 시위를 관리하는 입법정책적 대안을 제시하였다.

        The small brown planthopper (SBPH), Laodelphax striatellus Fallén (Hemiptera: Delphacidae) is one of the major insect pest against rice, Oryza sativa L. in Korea. High density of SBPH could cause severe damage on rice plant by directly sucking and indirectly transmitting viral pathogens, Rice stripe virus and Rice streaked dwarf virus. As a preliminary study for de novo whole-genome sequencing of SBPH, we investigated 6 transcriptomes isolated from different developmental stages, sex, and tissue (egg, 1st ~ 3rd nymphs, 4th ~ 5th nymphs, female and male adults, salivary gland). Clean-sequence data of 19.3 Gb were obtained from total 47.8 Gb raw data after adaptor and quality trimming (Q30) and overlapped reads joining. As a suitable assembler, Bridger was selected based on the results of reference mapping (93.45%) and CEGMA completeness (95.97%). Finally, we obtained 158,207 reads (size range: 201 ~ 22,162 bp; Mean size: 1,048.04 bp; N50: 2,417 bp) after clustering the assembly results by CD-HIT-EST (similarity threshold: 99%). Based on these results, we are conducting further studies such as transcript expression pattern among different developmental stages and gene annotation.

        본 연구는 기획단계, 설계단계 및 시공단계에서 사용가능한, 모듈러 강교량 상부구조 정보모델 생성의 효율성을 향상하기 위하여, 파라메트릭 모델링(parametric modeling)을 통해 상부모듈을 생성하고 이들을 조합할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 파라메트릭 모델링을 적용하기 위한 요소 도출을 위하여 상부구조 구성요소 분류를 수행하였고, 분류된 요소를 결합 조건에 따라 13개의 종으로 구분하였다. 또한 모듈러 강교량 공장 제작 단위인 상부모듈의 조합을 통해 안정적인 상부구조 생성을 위한 세 가지 조합조건을 도출하였다. 파라메트릭 모델링을 통한 상부모듈 생성 시 구성요소 형상에 조합조건을 반영하는 변수를 도출하였다. 이를 본 연구에서 개발한 Building Information Model(BIM) 소프트웨어기반의 생성 인터페이스를 활용하여 타입과 변수에 따른 상부모듈 구성요소들을 생성하였다. 이때 생성된 상부모듈에는 상부구조로 조합하기 위한 정보를 반영하였으며, 이를 검증하기 위하여 Industry Foundation Classes(IFC) 기반의 정보모델을 생성하고, 반영한 속성정보를 확인함으로써 상부구조 생성에 활용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

The second is the development of mold design technology for Spindle and Nut Spindle. The third is the reliability secured technology for axle force(brake system force) of electronic brake system. The last is the development of forging and shape design simulation of Spindle and Nut Spindle.

        (PDDA/SiO2) thin films that consisted of positively charged poly (diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) and negatively charged SiO2 nanoparticles were fabricated on a glass substrate by an applying voltage layer-by-layer (LBL) self-assembly method. In this study, the microstructure and optical properties of the (PDDA/SiO2) thin films coated on glass substrate were measured as a function of the applied voltage on the Pt electrodes. When 1.0 V was applied to a Pt electrode in a PDDA and SiO2 solution, the thickness of the (PDDA/SiO2)10 thin film increased from 79 nm to 166 nm. The surface roughness also increased from 15.21 nm to 33.25 nm because the adsorption volume of the oppositely charged PDDA and SiO2 solution increased. Especially, when the voltage was applied to the Pt electrode in the SiO2 solution, the thickness increase of the (PDDA/SiO2) thin film was larger than that obtained when using the PDDA solution. The refractive index of the fabricated (PDDA/SiO2) thin film was ca. n = 1.31~1.32. The transmittance of the glass substrate coated by (PDDA/SiO2)6 thin film with a thickness of 106 nm increased from ca. 91.37 to 95.74% in the visible range.
