        유용하고 중요한 의료기기인 폐 보조 장치(LAD)의 혈액 접촉 표면과 인공 폐 막에 사용하기 위한 혈액 적합성 생체 재료를 개발하기 위해 폴리프로필렌 중공사 막의 표면 개질을 수행하였다. 재료의 혈액적합성은 항응고 처리된 혈액을 사용하였고 플라스마 응고 형성, 혈소판 접착 및 플라스마 응고 활성화, 그들의 표면 혈전 형성을 평가하여 결정하였다. 실험 결과는 실리콘 코팅 중공사들에 부착한 혈소판 수가 우수한 혈액 적합성을 나타내는 폴리프로필렌에 부착한 혈소판 수보다도 상당히 더 낮았음이 확인되었다. 또한, 상대적으로 플라스마 표면 처리한 폴리프로필렌 중공사 막이 혈액 적합성 평가에서 보체 활성화 억제를 보였음이 확인되었다.

        영지1호를 비롯한 115개의 영지버섯 수집균주에 대하여 표준균주 G. lucidum G001-1 (A1B1) 및 G. tsugae 1109-16 (A1B1) 단핵 균주와 di-mon 교배를 통하여 화합성을 검정한 결과 G. lucidum 단핵균주는 어떠한 균주와도 clamp가 형성되지 않았으나, G. tsugae 단핵균주는 대부분 G. lucidum이라고 분류된 75개 균주와 clamp가 형성되어 이들 균주에 대한 재검토가 필요하였다. 또한 영지버섯의 di-mon 교배에서 불화합성 균주간에는 뚜렷한 대선을 형성하여 교배확인에 드는 노력을 감소할 수 있었다.

        As love poets, Donne and Yeats have things in common: both, breaking from the conventional views of woman and love, search for the reconciliation and harmony between man and woman, as well as body and soul. They seem to be well aware it is not realistic to see the female image as “a complete beauty and perfect morality,” as is usually supported and reinforced by society and its literary conventions. The social demand for chaste, heavenly woman and its literary representation rob woman of her true, humane beauty and of her true virtue as well; on the other hand, they confine man to a role of chivalric, submissive, but hopeless suitor. Donne and Yeats believe that the distorted image of woman and her relationship with man hinder true love or communion between them. The two poets try to understand both sexes on the same condition, that is, the condition of human being. And this idea is magnificently realized not only in Donne’s The Songs and Sonnets but also in Yeats’s “Crazy Jane poems” and in some of his pieces in A Woman Young and Old. As for the matter of body and soul, both poets criticize the binary way of thinking in which human body is nothing but a mean, vulgar exterior while soul is a holy, ideal interior where we should reside for good. Donne and Yeats are wise enough to know that body and soul are interdependent, and that it is, therefore, impossible to exclude or disregard either of them. They agree that the two elements are indispensable for true relationship between man and woman. To embody this perspective effectively, Donne and Yeats introduce some characteristic personae in their poetry: an unfaithful woman who betrays and dosen’t feel guilty, one who boldly follows her feelings and desire, and one who relishes the pleasure of body and values it as high as, or even higher than, her soul. Through these unconventional female personae, Donne and Yeats are able to disclose the futility of moral, spiritual values that do not have true understanding of human nature. They subvert the false conception that soul is superior to body, and paint a new and true picture of human being: an inevitable dynamism, balance and harmony between body and soul.

        This research focuses on determining the impact of human resource management activities on the compatibility and work results of employees of Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) listed companies. The paper includes five parts: introduction, literature review, research methodology, research results, and conclusion and policy implications. The data are collected from the survey of 350 listed companies in HOSE, in which 315 survey notes filled with sufficient information are used for analysis. The paper employs both qualitative method and quantitative method. Group discussion of 10 experts is for qualitative research. Quantitative method performs analysis of Statistics, Cronbach’s Alpha, EFA analysis, CFA analysis and SEM model. The results of the research clearly indicate that human resource management (HRM) activities are measured through improving the ability, improving the motivation and improving the opportunity. While compatibility is measured through suitability, connection and sacrifice; whereby HRM activities of ability improvement have a positive effect on the job suitability and connection; HRM activities of motivation improvement have a positive effect on the job suitability, connection and sacrifice; and HRM activities of opportunity improvement have a positive effect on the job suitability, sacrifice and connection; Finally, the job suitability, sacrifice and connection positively affect the work results of employees.

        Purpose: This study aimed at exploring the product choice tendency differences between the consciousness and unconsciousness of goal orientation when product attributes is perceived to be compatible with the goal orientation. Research design, data and methodology: Empirical study used a 2 (goal conscious vs. unconscious) × 3 (hedonic vs. performance vs. reliability attribute) between-subjects design and one control group. To verify hypotheses, χ²-test was conducted to 320 questionnaire data answered by undergraduate students of Jiangxi Normal University in China. Results: First, consumers under unconscious condition showed a higher product choice consistency based on compatibility between hedonic (performance) attribute of the product and their hedonic (performance) promotion goal-orientation than those under the conscious condition. Second, product choice effects of compatibility between reliability attribute of the product and prevention goal orientation were not significantly different between consumers’ consciousness and unconsciousness of their prevention goal orientation. Conclusions: Marketers of ‘under dog’ should try to develop and deliver the product attributes different from the attributes of ‘top dog.’ And the ‘top dog’ marketers should help their customers to avoid the conflicts by developing the environment of inducing their goal orientation unconsciously. Brand marketers should always pay attention to the reliability attributes concerned with the prevention goal orientation.

        세계적으로 환경문제를 해결하기 위한 하나의 방법으로 화학제품, 천연원료의 사용을 새롭게 대체하는 연구가 활발하게 진행되어지고 있으며, 이중에서 특히 석유에서 파생된 제품의 사용량을 친환경적인 제품으로의 대체 및 사용량 저감을 위해 바이오 계 그린 제품의 개발이 활발하게 진행되어지고 있다. 석유계 합성 물질인 고분자 재료는 생활과 산업에서 주로 사용되어 이로 인해 발생되는 환경문제 발생되고 있다. 이에 석유계 고분자재료의 사용량을 줄이고 일부분을 대체하여 석유계 고분자 폐기물 발생으로 인한 환경오염을 개선하기 위한 하나의 방법으로 바이오매스인 천연섬유를 적용한 바이오 복합체 연구에 주목하였다. 바이오계 천연섬유강화(FRP) 복합체는 경량, 저비용, 적당한 강도와 경도를 얻는 장점이 있으나, 천연섬유의 표면이 친수성을 가지고 있어 소수성을 가진 폴리머 재료와의 낮은 호환성으로 인하여 제작된 복합체의 물리적, 화학적 특성을 저하되는 큰 문제를 가지고 있다. 또한, 비용/편익과 원료가 되는 바이오매스의 공급이 매년 일정해야 한다는 큰 문제점을 가지고 있다. 현재 전반적인 산업에 적용되고 있는 천연재료는 대부분 목질계 자원이 복합체의 재료로서 사용되어지고 있지만 안정적인 공급이 어렵고 그에 따른 생산성의 결실이 낮거나 비용이 증가되는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 안정적인 공급 및 낮은 가격을 가진 천연섬유를 이용한 섬유강화 재료를 적용한 바이오복합체 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있지만, 단일 폴리머보다 낮은 물리적, 화학적 특성으로 인해 충진제 재료로 사용되는 천연섬유의 표면 개선을 개선하는 전처리 공정에 대한 여러 가지 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 낮은 가격 및 안정적으로 공급이 가능한 바이오매스 중에서 전 세계적으로 가장 많이 확보 가능한 천연농업 폐기물인 밀짚을 적용하였고, 폴리머와의 결합력을 높이기 위한 표면개선 방법으로 Vapor-phaseassisted Surface Polymerization(VASP: 기상중합법)을 적용하였으며, VASP 처리된 천연섬유의 개선된 특성을 조사하였다. MMA(Methyl Methacrylate) 모노머를 천연섬유의 표면 개선용 재료로 적용하여 VASP 처리한 결과 섬유 각각에 PMMA(Poly Methyl Methacrylate)로 코팅되어 섬유의 표면이 친수성에서 소수성으로 변경되었으며, 열안정성 또한 증가되어 바이오복합체에 충진제로 적용시 물리적, 화학적 특성이 증가될 것으로 예상된다.

        Background : As the farmers who grow Chinese matrimony vine (Lycium chinense Miller) in rain-shelter greenhouses increase, it is necessary to develop a cultivar with self-compatibility and high quality. Methods and Results : The new boxthorn line, CBP06419-243 was selected from the cross between CBP03310-250(IT232705) and CBP05399-1 to breed the cultivar with self-compatibility and high quality. These lines used for crossing was tetradilpoid induced by the colchicine treatment on bud. Its preliminary yield test was performed from 2009 to 2011 and the selected line was named Cheongyang 18. Its regional yield trials were carried out in Cheongyang, Yesan and Jindo from 2012, 2014, 2015 and Cheongyang 18 was registered as the new variety, Whasu, in 2015. The specific characteristics were summarized as follows; Tree shape is semi-open type and the leaf is lanceolate. The flowers are distinctly larger. The fruit type is medium size, long oblong and yellowish red. The flowering was June 21 with medium flowering. Branching by pruning its sprout was generated less than the check variety, Cheongmeong. The infection rates on leaves to Eriophys macrodonis Keifer was as strong as 7.7 percent. Anthracnose on fruits in open field was slightly severe compared to the check variety, but the infection rates in rain shelter greenhouses was similar. The content of betaine and free sugar in dried-fruits were higher than that of the check. The dried-fruit yield was decreased about 13 percent in open field, but increased 18 percent in rain shelter greenhouses. Conclusion : This variety ‘Whasu’ was suitable for cultivation in plastic film greenhouses because of self-compatibility and high-yielding. It is not necessary the companion variety.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine whether yaw head rotational reaction time and premotor time to visual stimuli in central and peripheral visual fields would improve with practice. Method: The task was to make a complete horizontal head rotation regardless of target eccentricity in two response conditions: TOWARD and AWAY conditions. In the TOWARD condition subjects rotated their head in the direction ipsilateral to target appearance for a congruent S-R response. In the AWAY condition subjects rotated their head contralateral to target appearance for an incongruent S-R response. All subjects participated in the following sequence of testing and training: (1) Pre-test, (2) Training (6 days over 2 weeks), and (3) Post-test. Measures associated with yaw head rotations involved with reaction time, premotor time and electromechanical delay. Results: Results revealed shorter yaw head rotation RT in TOWARD and AWAY conditions after 6 days of practice in TOWARD and AWAY conditions. We found the greater observations especially for the centrally placed target. Conclusion: These results suggest greater performance improvements were observed for most subjects when practice and testing were within the same condition, indicating support for the well-known learning specificity phenomena.

        This study was conducted to investigate the correlation between the distribution chart and input data of the predicted 3-second gust and damage cost, by using the forecast field and analysis field of Regional Data Assimilation Prediction System (RDAPS) as initial input data of Korea risk assessment model (RAM) developed in the preceding study. In this study the cases of typhoon Rusa which caused occurred great damage to the Korean peninsula was analyzed to assess the suitability of initial input data. As a result, this study has found out that the distribution chart from the forecast field and analysis field predicted from the point where the effect due to the typhoon began had similarity in both 3-second gust and damage cost with the course of time. As a result of examining the correlation, the 3-second gust had over 0.8, and it means that the forecast field and analysis field show similar results. This study has shown that utilizing the forecast field as initial input data of Korea RAM could suit the purpose of pre-disaster prevention.

        Prediction method for the long-term chemical leaching amount from by-product/recycled materials such as waste concrete and steel slag and so on is necessary to widely promote their effective utilization and evaluate their environmental safety. Although there are the batch leaching tests and the column leaching test as the testing methods for evaluating the long-term leaching behavior, the leaching mechanism and the testing result compatibility in both tests has insufficiently been clarified yet. Thus, the prediction of the leaching behavior from the by-product/recycled materials used in actual civil works and their environmental safety evaluation are by no means certain. This paper shows the difference between the batch leaching tests and the column leaching tests in the chemical leaching behavior of Cu-slag. The batch leaching tests were conducted under liquid/solid ratio = 10, liquid = distilled water, stirring strength = 0, 30, or 120 rpm. After a certain elapsed time, the leaching solution was exchanged with the pure distilled water and then the stirring was restarted. The elapsed time was set at 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 days. The column leaching tests were also conducted under the same conditions as those of the batch leaching tests in order to evaluate the effects of the pore distribution and the pore flow velocity in the Cu-slag column on the leaching behavior. In the column leaching tests, the effluent passing through the column was circulated as the influent (Fig. 1). The leaching duration in the column tests can be equivalent as that in the batch tests, so that the difference in the leaching behavior between the batch leaching tests and the column leaching tests may be dependent on the pore-scale heterogeneous flow and path generated in porous materials. Figure 2 shows the leaching rate evaluated from the batch leaching tests and the column leaching tests. In the same fluid velocity levels, the leaching rate in the column tests was larger than that in the batch tests. The leaching rate has been considered large with the fluid velocity. Although the fluid velocity generated by the stirring was the same as the flushing velocity on the surface of the Cu-slag in the batch tests, the fluid velocity in the column tests was enhanced because the permeant liquid was concentrated into the limited pore space in the Cu-slag column. Thus, the pore-scale heterogeneous flow and path generated in porous materials should be evaluated in order to clarify the compatibility between the batch leaching tests and the column leaching tests.

        Hybrid sterility is a critical barrier of inter-subspecific crosses in rice. However, hybrid sterility can be overcome by wide compatibility variety. The HWC-line of rice had slender grain shape, tall culm length, wide compatibility with both indica and japonica cultivars. For QTL analysis of HWC-line, two F2 populations were derived from the crosses between the HWC-line and each of two Korean variety, Dasan (Korean Tongil-type cultivar) and Hwacheong (temperate japonica cultivar). In the cross between HWC-line/Dasan (HD), 93 STS markers and 13 SSR markers were mapped on 12 chromosomes. In the population from HWC-line/Hwacheong (HH) cross, 28 STS markers, 29 SSR markers and 1 FNP marker were mapped on 11 chromosomes. Eight agronomic characters were evaluated for QTL analysis in two F2 populations and parents. The F2 population from HD cross revealed 21 M-QTLs and 3 E-QTL for culm length, spikelet per panicle, spikelet fertility, grain length, grain width, grain shape and 100 grains weight. 8 QTLs of culm length, grain length, grain width and grain shape were newly detected in this study. In the F2 population from HH cross, 17 M-QTLs were detected for culm length, panicle length, spikelet fertility, grain length, grain width, grain shape and 100 grains weight. 6 QTLs of culm length, grain length, grain width and grain shape were newly found in this study. These QTLs will be able to provide basic information on putative functional genes related with agronomic characters and promote breeding new rice cultivar. HWC-line could be used as bridge for inter-subspecies crosses and in hybrid breeding.

        A strain compatibility method is based on the strain compatibility approach proposed by AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction, Inc.). The strain compatibility method assumes a linear strain of all the members. After that, set up the equilibrium equations of the state of stress in each component for calculating the location of the neutral axis of the cross-section in the presence. In this study, the reinforced concrete simple beam is analyzed by strain compatibility method for calculating the neutral axis and the bending moment. And then, a variation of neutral axis of the reinforced concrete simple beam is measured.

        This paper deals with researching and designing the fastening parts to be used in order to assemble various Teaching Aids Robots (or Hands-on Robots) with originally incompatible parts supplied by different manufacturers. The suggested fastening parts provide the compatibility among Teaching Aids Robots even though the educational robot customers use incompatible parts from different companies. The designed fastening parts are classified into four set groups such as frame set, sliding-bar set, connector set, and set of chuck and rivet/bolt. Each set of the fastening parts reflects the needs collected from the users, and then some portion of new idea has been added to implement the needs. In this paper, the examples of the Teaching Aids Robots which are assembled with both commercial parts and the designed parts are presented in order to evaluate the compatibility and usability of the suggested fastening parts. As a result, both compatibility and usability of the fastening parts suggested in this paper were proved. The designed fastening parts have been distributed to more than 100 elementary schools nationwide.

        메타데이터는 핵심 정보의 재사용, 유통 및 관리, 저작권 보호, 중복 투자의 방지 등을 위해 사용된다. 기능성게임은 다계층 멀티미디어 데이터로 구성되어 있다. 또한 이용목적에 따른 선택을 위해 품질정보가 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 특성정보와 영역별 계량적인 품질 정보를 포함한 기능성게임의 메타데이터 스키마를 설계하였다. 이 연구는 기능성게임 이용자들 에게 품질정보를 통해 신뢰도를 제공하고 멀티미디어 특성정보를 통해 관련분야 메타데이터와 호환성을 제공할 수 있는 메타데이터 시스템 개발의 토대가 될 것이다. 나아가 기능성게임 산업의 안정적 발전에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

        "옥보석" 품종은 농촌진흥청 국립원예특작과학원 배시험장에서 1993년 "남고"와 "양청매"를 교배하여 2001년부터 2004년에 걸쳐 1차 선발하고, 2005년에 2차 선발하여 2006년 최종 선발하여 명명되었다. 과실은 약 14.0g으로 약간 작은 편이지만 다수성이며 과육률은 약 88.3% 이다. 원예적 성숙기는 6월 중순, 생리적 성숙기는 6월 하순이다. 만개기는 남고보다 약 4일 가량 늦고, 꽃은 분홍색 홑꽃이다. 과실은 검은별무늬병과 세균성구멍병

        본 연구는 강원도 일원에서 수집된 왕머루 (GW-22, GW-45, GW-56, GW-200, GW-202, GW-300)의 화형에 따른 화분 특성 및 포도와 교배친화성을 구명하고자 수행하였다. 각각의 꽃 구조와 화분발아능력, 화분 형태, 화분크기 및 포도와 교배화합성을 조사하였다. GW-22와 GW-56의 꽃은 암술이 퇴화하고, 5개의 수술대가 곧은 직선이었다. 이들 각각의 계통은 인공배지에서 화분발아율은 27.6~29.8%였다. GW-45, GW-200, GW-202, GW-300의 꽃은 잘 발달된 암술과 5개의 수술대가 바깥쪽으로 말린 형태였다. 이들 계통은 모두 인공배지에서 화분발아율은 0%였다. 이들 계통은 자가수분된 머루에서는 과립과 종자를 얻을 수 없었다. 머루간의 상호교배에서는 착과율이 14.1~45.4%였다. 따라서 왕머루의 꽃 형태는 Vitis종의 자웅이주식물이다. 암머루와 수머루의 교배시 정상적인 종자를 형성하였고, 포도와 수머루의 교배시 정상적인종자를 형성하였다. 그러나 암머루와 암머루의 교배시 종자를 형성하지 못하였다. 그러므로 머루는 포도와 상호교배친화성이 있으며, 왕머루계통은 포도속 식물의 육종연구에 기여할 것이다.
