The objective of this study was to analyze the free sugar contents of ten kinds of fruits and fruit vegetables that were collected from many district in Korea. The analyzed results will be used as basic nutrition component reference to processing. The results were summarized as follows. The total free sugar contents among the ten kinds of fruit vegetables was highest in grape. The contents of glucose, fructose and sucrose were 6.39%, 6.27%, 0.28%, respectively. The average total sugar contents of four cultivar of apple was 11.42% and average fructose contents was 6.13%. The free sugar contents of thirteen samples of the same cultivar of apple were all differing with statistical significance. The average total free sugar contents of eight cultivar of peach was 8.66%. In case of tomato, glucose content was approximately 1.35~2.83% and fructose was 1.26~2.51%. The contents of glucose, fructose and sucrose in paprika were 2.19%, 2.06%, 0.1%, respectively.

금융감독원이 2010년에 개발한 ‘초·중·고 금융교육 표준안’은 경제 과목을 통해, 또는 경제를 가르치는 교사가 가르치는 경우를 전제로 개발한 것이다. 이는 금융교 육을 다른 과목과 융합할 때 ‘표준안’을 그대로 적용하는 데 어려움이 따르기 때문 에 다른 과목 교사들이 충분히 이해할 수 있는 사례를 구체적으로 제공해야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 시도의 일환으로 본 연구에서는 미국 고등학교 수학 교과서 에 포함된 금융교육의 내용을 소개하여 우리나라의 수학 교육과정에서 금융교육을 융합할 방안을 마련하고자 했다. 연구 결과, 수학 교육과정을 통해 복리 이자율에 대한 이해, 저축 계획 수립, 금융 투자 기법 등 다양한 금융교육을 수행할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

In this study, the contents of water-soluble vitamins B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), and B12 (cyanocobalamin) in namuls (wild greens), such as salads and side dishes, consumed in Korea were quantified by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with UV and fluorescence detection. All samples were prepared with recipes used in Korea. All analyses were performed under the quality control of vitamin B1, B2, B3, and B12. The vitamin B1, B2, and B3 contents in namuls consumed in Korea were analyzed. The highest content of vitamin B1 was 3.018±0.016 mg/100 g in Putgochudoenjang- muchim. The highest contents of vitamin B2, B3, and B12 were 0.279±0.003 mg/100 g in Gul-muchim, 12.241± 0.040 mg/100 g in Chamchi-salad, and 8.133±0.371 μg/100 g in Pijogae-muchim, respectively. These results showed that animal-based ingredients in salads provided for good intake of vitamin B12. These results can be used as basic data for food composition tables and improvement of the national health of Koreans.

시대적 흐름에 따라, 미래지향적인 통일관, 안보관 및 올바른 북한관의 정립을 위해 통일교육에 대한 관심이 점차 높아지고 있다. 통일에 대한 교육을 전적으로 담당하고 있는 통일교육원의 e-러닝 통일교육은 다양한 수요에도 불구하고 공무원, 교원 등 교육 대상자가 한정적인 문제가 있다. 또한 4차 산업 혁명과 정보화 시대에 발맞춰 통일교육은 시대의 흐름에 맞게 변화해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 통일교육 원의 e-러닝 콘텐츠 품질분석을 통하여 문제점을 진단하고 결과에 따른 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 가지고 실시한 e-러닝 콘텐츠 품질분석의 결과는 첫째, 학습내용은 최신성, 난이도 및 분량이 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습지원 측면에서는 학습과 관련된 추가 보충자료를 제공하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교수설계 부분은 학습목표 제시가 명확하지 못하고 학습활동이 제한적인 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 넷째, 사용자 편의성에 있어서는 일정한 UI의 사용으로 학습자들이 적응하기 쉬운 환경을 조성하였다. 다섯째, 학습환경에서는 모바일러닝에 적합한 콘텐츠 제작과 시스템지원이 필요했으며, 여섯째, 학습자의 상호작용성 부분은 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 평가는 좀 더 다양한 평가 준거가 필요하다는 의견이 있었다. 이에 따른 개선방안으로 e-러닝 환경에서의 콘텐츠뿐 만 아니라 변화하는 교육환경에 따라 모바일러닝에 적합한 콘텐츠를 제작해야하고, 학습자의 교육 효과성과 밀접한 상호작용을 고려한 e-러닝 콘텐츠의 제작이 필요하다.

본 연구 목적은 마리나항만법을 대상으로 언어 네트워크 방법을 적용하여 법조문에 대한 내용을 분석하고 법률 특징과 구 조적 모습을 계량적으로 제시하는데 있다. 언어 네트워크 분석은 단어와 단어사이의 네트워크 구조를 파악하여 그 구조와 형태를 파악할 수 있으며, 전통적 내용 분석이 지닌 단점을 보완하는데도 용이하다. 분석 대상은 최근 개정된 마리나항만법 전문(1 4장)이며 부분 적으로는 구분된 장중 분석에 의미가 있는 일부(제2장, 제3장, 제4장)로 설정하였다. 분석 결과 마리나항만법은 마리나항만개발에 집중된 구조적 특징을 지니고 있고 마리나산업의 육성에 관한 종합적 관점보다는 하드웨어적 시설적 설치에 집중된 구조를 지니고 있었다. 또한, 사업체 및 인력 양성 등이 일부 포함되었으나 시설 설치보다는 상대적 중요성이 다소 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 연구 방 법상 법구조적 시각에 국한된 결과만을 도출하는 한계도 있으나, 현재 법률의 구조와 특징을 파악하고 진단함으로써 후속 연구의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다는데 의의가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 본 연구 결과를 토대로 마리나 정책에 대한 정부 성과나 추진 실적과 비교등이 진행되기를 기대한다.

제 4차 산업 시대의 도래는 기존 사회와 산업 생태계를 급속히 변화시키며, 기술, 문화, 금융 등의 경계선을 사라지게 하고 있다. 이동공간 산업도 마찬가지로, 기존의 기계공학 중심의 산업이 전자 및 정보통신기술과 융합함에 따라 이동성 및 안전성 중심의 공간을 넘어, 인포테이먼트 및 콘텐츠를 소비할 수 있는 공간으로 변화하고 있다. 현재까지 수행된 차세대 이동공간 관련 이론적 평가 방법은 대부분 사용성 평가, 혹은 수용성 평가방법 등에 집중되어있으나, 실제 동향조사에 의하면 대부분의 자동차 OEM을 포함한 많은 이동공간 업체에서는 감성평가를 중요시하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 차세대 이동공간에서의 콘텐츠 인터랙션을 개발하는 데에 있어 어떠한 감성 요소들을 평가해야 하는지에 대해 수행한다. 패트릭 조단의 네 가지 즐거움 이론의 감성요소들을 기반으로 국내 운전자 116명을 대상으로 차세대 이동공간에서 콘텐츠 감성평가를 수행할 때 필요한 요소들에 대해 평가하였다. 통계분석 및 AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) 분석 결과, 심리적-관념적-사회적-물리적 즐거움 순으로 평가 우선순위를 도출시키는 것이 필요하며, 콘텐츠 소비 유형에 따른 평가를 수행하는 것이 필요할 것으로 나타났다.

The major purpose of this study is to find and analyze the characteristics of Fisheries Business Administration Research based on using social network analysis. This study examines every paper of The Journal of Fisheries Business Administration from 2007 to 2016. This study analyzes fisheries business administration research through bibliometric data including research trends, researcher characteristics, and key words. The 229 source articles are all papers published from 2007 to 2016 in The Journal of Fisheries Business Administration in Korea. Comparing with previous research, the major research areas of Korean fisheries business administration have a little changed and the topics of recent research are much diversified. Through basically based on frequency analysis and SNA(Social Network Analysis) method, most of the bibliographical characteristics were founded. And based on the result of this study showed that 1) increasement on number of researcher and organization 2) climate change and economic related topics are most popular terms 3) DEA is most adopted methodology in recent papers 4) joint research among the organizations has somewhat been increased 5) human resource management, history of fisheries management and education still have been conducted in terms of sustainability.

해상화학사고가 증가함에 따라, 해상에 유출된 화학물질로 인한 피해가 커지기 때문에 해상화학사고 대응요원의 양성이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해상화학사고 대응 전문요원 양성을 위한 국내외의 교육훈련 내용을 살펴보고, 국내 HNS사고 대응 교육훈련교재 개발에 활용하기 위하여 교육훈련 내용에 대한 비교분석을 실시하였다

This paper will verify the improvement in Life-logging application usage rate with the gamification factor as an element. We classified the gamification factor into three groups, such as, “Acting”, “Achievement”, and “Social”, and a total of four analysis were done consisting of each gamification factor separately and one all together. Usability evaluation questionnaires were conducted to verify functionality and satisfaction. It is expected that effective use of the gamification factor for the Life-logging application will serve as a basis for providing a more enjoyable behavior and application usage rate.

Virtual reality plays an important role in special education. Students with special needs often face challenges with social interaction and learning. It is the use of interactive simulations to allow students with disabilities to engage in environments that appear to be and feel similar to real world objects and events. Virtual environments encourage interactive learning and provide a variety of opportunities for the learner to have control over the learning process. This study reviews relevant research that explores the use of virtual reality and suggests game contents for supporting social interaction for students with disabilities.

Beneficial effects of glucosinolate in Chinese cabbage on human health have propelled researches on biochemical and genetic characteristics of glucosinolate and Chinese cabbage. However, growth conditions which are practically important in producing functional Chinese cabbage and in optimizing glucosinolate have been little focused. The objective of this study, hence, was to identify growth conditions affecting glucosinolate contents so that the result could be used for further optimizing glucosinolate in Chinese cabbage. We used principal component analysis (PCA) for analyzing glucosinolate contents in Chinese cabbage cultivated under various growth conditions in the plant factory. As a result, PCA showed that two principal components were able to explain more than 76% of variations in glucosinolate contents caused by different growth conditions. The first principal component (PC1) was mainly represented by humidity and temperature, while growth duration was the main component of PC2. From these results, it was conclusive that glucosinolate contents in Chinese cabbage were largely affected by humidity, temperature and growth duration.

PURPOSES : This study mechanically analyzed the performance of road substructures with focus on infiltration trenches of pavement substructures. METHODS: Water contents and response times for precipitation of pavement substructures were investigated via sensors buried near the infiltration trench to measure water contents. RESULTS : The results of the water contents of pavement systems constructed with an infiltration trench yield levels that were slightly increased by approximately 2% compared to those measured from general pavement systems. This water content difference of 2% resulted in a decrease in service life of less than two years. CONCLUSIONS: Service life reduction due to an infiltration trench is minimal, particularly when the trench is installed with proper caution.

Recently Korea has shown continuous growth in game, character and animation contents industry. To keep this trend in the future, we need to nurture contents related human resources. One of the good methods to nurture those quality resources is to find potential resources in early times. To do this we need to know their potentiality. To evaluate such potentiality of these candidates, we performed short-term education and evaluated contents functional production capabilities of two groups such as 27 Grade 5 students from 17 schools and 5 Grade 6 students from 5 schools in Nowon-gu, Seoul. With the same evaluation methods, they showed 100 and 95 out of 100. In Contents functional production, two groups showed 4.29 and 3.96 respectively. Therefore, we can contribute contents industry and national competitiveness if we recruit and nurture them in early times.

This study analyzed trends and contents of ancestral ritual foods of Korean traditional Jong-ga as a domestic thesis. In searching the keywords related to ancestral ritual foods using a thesis search site, a total of 15 theses in seven journals were selected for analysis. Three theses from 1996 to 1999, six theses from 2005 to 2008, and another six theses from 2012 to 2016 were announced. In measuring frequency by dividing case families analyzed in the thesis into region, there were 83 families, including seven families from Gyeonggi (8.4%), seven families from Chungcheong (8.4%), two families from Honam (2.4%), and 67 families from Yeongnam (80.8%). Fifty-four families out of 67 families from Yeongnam were located in Andong-si, occupying 65.1% of the 83 families. The family showing the highest frequency was ‘Seoae Jong-ga’ (12 times). The family clan with the highest frequency was eight families of the ‘Jinseong Lee clan’ In the future, it would be necessary to understand the research flow through analysis of research trends in ancestral ritual foods of Jong-ga as well as interdisciplinary research and methodological diversification of studies on ancestral ritual foods of Jong-ga.

This study aimed to compare and analyze two respective versions of Jusikbangmun: Nogajae’s and National Library of Korea. Types and composition of recipes, archives, classification of names and contents, techniques, tools, and measurement were analyzed. Nogajae’s, owned by the Yuwagong family, has established sources while the writer and its publication year are unknown. The other version from the National Library of Korea, on the other hand, has a clear publication year (February, Year Jeongmi) while writer is unclear. In terms of its archive, Nogajae’s is twice the size as that of the National Library of Korea, which is the same percentage (85.42%) as that from Nogajae’s. However, six types of liquor have been written in its 2 books, respectively, and no overlaps occurred. Considering the Korean alphabet, Nogajae’s was published earlier. Nogajae’s and the one from the National Library of Korea have 104 kinds of foods (118 times) and 50 kinds of foods (51 times), respectively.

영지버섯의 유효성분 중, 특이적으로 영지버섯에서 검출되는 저분자 성분이며, 다양한 효능을 보이는 ganoderic acid의 함량을 분석하였다. 보유중인 영지균주를 열수, 주 정, 메탄올의 용매로 추출하였고, 추출용매별 ganoderic acid A, F, H의 성분이 많은 것을 선정하였다. 추출용매별 로 ganoderic acid A의 함량이 많은 5균주는 다음과 같다. 우선 열수 추출물에서는 ASI 7013이 0.988 mg/g으로 가 장 높았고 다음으로, ASI 7023, 7059, 7026, 7060순 이었 다. 주정 추출물에서는 ASI 7037이 0.940 mg/g으로 가장 높았고, ASI 7021, 7034, 7026, 7038순 이었다. 메탄올 추출물에서는 ASI 7162가 0.833 mg/g으로 가장 높았고, ASI 7091, 7032, 7056, 7125순 이었다. 다음으로 ganoderic acid F의 함량이 많은 5균주는 다음과 같다. 열수 추출물 에서는 ASI 7101이 0.722 mg/g으로 가장 높았고, ASI 7113, 7011, 7104순 이었다. 주정 추출물에서는 ASI 7037 이 0.811 mg/g으로 가장 높았고, ASI 7007, 7027, 7012, 7014순 이었다. 메탄올 추출물에서는 ASI 7154가 0.657 mg/g으로 가장 높았고, ASI 7151, 7155, 7137, 7139순 이었다. 마지막으로 ganoderic acid H의 함량이 많은 5균 주는 다음과 같다. 열수 추출물에서는 ASI 7013이 0.985 mg/g으로 가장 높았고, ASI 7059, 7135, 7001, 7141순 이었다. 주정 추출물에서는 ASI 7106이 2.842 mg/g으로 가장 높았고, ASI 7089, 7159, 7007, 7002순 이었다. 메 탄올 추출물에서는 ASI 7003이 6.969 mg/g으로 가장 높 았고, ASI 7034, 7169, 7159, 7103순 이었다. 이렇게 추 출용매별로 ganoderic acid 함량의 차이는 추출용매의 극 성에 따른 용해도의 차이로 생각되어지며, 향후 더 깊은 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

In this paper, we developed a virtual reality-based contents that can gait analysis and gait training on a treadmill using a depth camera of Kinect. This content was used in the user's step length, step velocity, step count, flexion angle extracted by the Kinect skeleton tracking. Nine male subjects (24.9 years, 173.2cm) performed gait training using avatars to reflect their movements on the treadmill and confirmed result of gait analysis using real-time graphs to display their gait variables. Implemented contents can lead to a cognition reaction that is to avoid collisions with obstacles, as well as to determine the gait movements in a virtual reality. Based on these results, we will be able to make real time gait analysis and gait training, in consider the characteristics and safety of a rehabilitation patient by developing content that we have fun with additional tests for gait analysis.
