        Among nuclear power plants in the Republic of Korea, Kori Unit 1 and Wolsong Unit 1 have been permanently shut down, and Kori Unit 1 is preparing to be decommissioned. According to the decommissioning plan (DP) of Kori Unit 1, a radioactive waste processing complex will be built on the Kori site to reduce radioactive waste generated during decommissioning actively, and various types of decommissioning waste are expected to be treated in the complex. It is judged that matters related to the safety assessment of the complex are not included in the DP since the equipment and treatment processes have not been determined. IAEA GSR Part 5 states that radioactive waste processing complex shall be operated according to national regulations and the conditions imposed by the regulatory body. However, it has been confirmed that separate regulatory requirements for the complex have not yet been established in Korea. It is expected that the Regulation on Technical Standards for Nuclear Facilities, etc. will be applied mutatis mutandis. Liquid and gaseous radioactive materials can be expected to be released into the sea or atmosphere during the operation of the complex. Accordingly, it should be proved that standards such as discharge limits of radioactive effluents are met. Although the assessment of radioactive effluent discharged from nuclear power plants to the environment is systematically conducted, it has been confirmed that the safety assessment framework for radioactive effluents discharged from the complex has not yet been established. Currently, the SAFRAN Tool is based on SADRWMS (Safety Assessment Driving Radioactive Waste Management Solutions), an IAEA safety assessment methodology for pre-disposal management, which uses Pathway Dose Factors (PDFs) derived from generic environmental models. Therefore, in order to conduct a more detailed safety assessment of the complex on a specific site, site characteristic data should be reflected. Although safety assessment using the SAFRAN Tool was conducted at the Thailand Institute of Nuclear Technology (TINT) facility, detailed data were not provided, and PDFs reflecting site characteristic data were not applied. Also, no other studies that considered many types of waste and provided detailed data on the safety assessment were not confirmed. Therefore, this study developed K-CRAFT (Kyung Hee – Comprehensive RAdioactive waste treatment Facility safety assessment Tool), this tool that can derive PDFs by reflecting site characteristic data based on the SADRWMS methodology and conducted preliminary safety assessment for the complex which will be built in Kori site by this tool.

        선박의 설계과정에 있어, 선박의 중량은 유체역학적 성능에 큰 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 선박은 일반적으 로 최적의 흘수와 배수량을 갖는 하나의 조건으로 설계되지만, 실제로는 연료의 소비, 선박 평형수의 충전과 적재 조건과 같은 운항 활동 으로 인해 선박의 중량 및 흘수가 일정 범위 내에서 바뀐다. 본 연구에서는 소형선박을 대상으로 3가지 하중조건에 따른 선박의 저항성능 변화를 모형실험과 수치해석을 통해 연구하였다. 마지막으로 2050년까지 CO2 배출 가스를 50% 감축한다는 국제해사기구(IMO) 목표를 따 라 선박의 저항 성능을 개선하여 동력 요구 사항을 줄이기 위해 선박의 중량 변화에 따른 저항성능의 민감도를 연구하였다. 연구 결과, 선박의 중량변화에 따른 효과는 낮은 프루드 수에서 크게 나타나는 것으로 확인되며, 저항성능에 대한 연구 결과, 설계 흘수의 적재조건 을 기준으로 배수량이 11.1% 증가하고, 흘수가 5% 증가한 Over load의 적재조건에서 운항 시 선체의 총 저항이 모형시험과 CFD 시뮬레이 션에서 각각 15.97%, 14.31%까지 증가하는 것을 볼 수 있다.

        Recently, a study of prognosis and health management (PHM) was conducted to diagnose failure and predict the life of air craft engine parts using sensor data. PHM is a framework that provides individualized solutions for managing system health. This study predicted the remaining useful life (RUL) of aeroengine using degradation data collected by sensors provided by the IEEE 2008 PHM Conference Challenge. There are 218 engine sensor data that has initial wear and production deviations. It was difficult to determine the characteristics of the engine parts since the system and domain-specific information was not provided. Each engine has a different cycle, making it difficult to use time series models. Therefore, this analysis was performed using machine learning algorithms rather than statistical time series models. The machine learning algorithms used were a random forest, gradient boost tree analysis and XG boost. A sliding window was applied to develop RUL predictions. We compared model performance before and after applying the sliding window, and proposed a data preprocessing method to develop RUL predictions. The model was evaluated by R-square scores and root mean squares error (RMSE). It was shown that the XG boost model of the random split method using the sliding window preprocessing approach has the best predictive performance.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing consumers purchasing of domestic, imported and craft beer through AHP analysis and to provide implications for marketing for each beer market. In this study, theories and calculations related to AHP analysis were thoroughly examined and selection attributes were determined by referring to existing theories. A total of 164 consumers who have purchased beer were the target of the survey. The results were analyzed by AHP analysis and the differences were analyzed. It was confirmed that the domestic, imported, and craft beer had the highest weight in the taste in the first layer. At this time, we can confirm that imported, and craft beer has a relatively high weight on taste and domestic beer has a relatively high weight on brand image. We also found that design and advertising images do not have a significant impact on beer selection. Even though it is study on beer, we can find people have different preference between their orgin. In this study, it is possible to show what type of factors does the beer manufacturing and distribution company should concentrate on by analyzing factors that consumers consider, unlike other studies focusing on consumption status of existing beer.

        현재 텍스타일 분야는 활용 범위가 확장됨에 따라 감성과 같은 비물질적인 가치에 관해 관심을 두는 연구들이 증가하는 추세를 보인다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 디지털 크래프트를 적용한 텍스타일 디자인의 감성적 의의에 초점을 맞추어 실증 연구를 통해 디지털 크래프트를 적용한 감성적 텍스타일 디자인의 생성 가능성 및 활용방안을 제안하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 개발한 주관적 평가 스케일을 통해 측정한 평가결과를 바탕으로 디지털 기술을 적용 한 텍스타일 디자인과 디지털 크래프트를 적용한 텍스타일 디자인의 차이를 비교하여 통계적으로 의미가 있는지를 검증하기 위한 실증 연구를 진행하였다. 실험 결과, 디지털 크래프트를 적용한 텍스타일 디자인 작품에 대한 감성 생성 가능성과 활용방안에 대한 몇 가지 의미 있는 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 에스닉한 감성은 유의한 수준은 아니지만 3번의 비교 분석에서 모두 증가하였다. 둘째, 모던과 클래식한 감성은 모두 감소하였다. 셋째, 디지털 텍스타일 머신과 디지털 텍스타일 머신과 크래프트의 비교 분석에서 펀한 감성이 유의한 차이로 증가함을 보였다. 넷째, 3D 프린팅과 3D 프린팅과 크래프트의 비교분석에서 엘레강스가 유의미하게 증가하였다. 따라서 디지털 크래 프트를 적용한 텍스타일 디자인은 사용한 디지털 기술 방식에 따라 에스닉, 펀, 엘레강스한 감성의 전달이 가능할 것으로 예측된다. 본 연구를 통해 도출한 결과를 텍스타일 디자인 개발과 생산 단계에서 적절하게 사용한다면 감성적 텍스타일 디자인의 개발을 위해 효과적으로 작용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 본 연구의 결과는 디지털 크래프트를 통한 감성적 텍스타일 디자인에 대해 객관적인 자료를 제공함으로써 향후 학계뿐만 아니라 실무에도 중요한 시사점 을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

        In this paper, Fly robot with electric power, a kind of Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), is considered as an autonomous hovering platform, capable of vertical lift-off, landing and stationary hovering. This aircraft has four rotor and DC motors of electrical Power, which is capable of Omni-direction for indoor application. In the earlier days of vertical flight experimentation developers looked at the intuitively easy control functionality of 4 rotor designs. But we need to obtain design method of suitable structures and adequate components because the existing prototypes of 4 rotor-craft don't analyze the propeller, motor characteristic and propose a methodology to optimize this system. In design of propeller, experimental results show that thrust and power are relatively efficient at a pitch angel of 20 degree. To the conclusion, the design method and optimization method of the propeller, motor, frame, Blimp, which are the main design elements of the blimp type 4 rotor craft, were studied to optimize the existing Blimp 4 rotor craft body design method.

        The revitalisation of a craft economy: the case of scottish knitting In the 1980s, Vivienne Weir knitted for money at home, her skills – little remunerated – realising in luxurious yarns the fashionable imaginings of a local designer. In 2018 Kate Davies knits at home, her skills the foundation of a successful eponymous knitwear design and yarn production business. What separates these women is more than time – in contemporary Scotland, knitting is a valid and valued entrepreneurial pursuit, and so-called home knitters form part of a vast network of crafters whose turn from home craft to design-focused entrepreneurship represents a significant contribution to the £1billion per annum that the fashion and textile industries generate for Scotland. Through analysis of the business activities of both women, collected through personal testimony interviews, this paper examines the revitalisation of knitting in Scotland as a viable and lucrative entrepreneurial activity. It compares and contrasts the historical case study of Vivienne who was not afforded the opportunity to realise her potential and make a business from her skills, with the contemporary story of Kate who has translated her skills in hand-knitting and passion for design into a profitable enterprise. It argues that the revitalisation of the craft economy of knitting in Scotland has been galvanized by the rise of a new generation of knitters determined to rewrite the Scottish aesthetic lexicon in knitwear design, a new appreciation for the heritage and tradition of skilled knitting, and a new-found understanding of the economic, social, and cultural value of knit craft. In an age of increasing automation in fashion and textiles, and concerns around the social and environmental impacts of massmanufacturing, this paper demonstrates the importance of a dynamic craft economy in knitting to the Scottish fashion and textile industries.
