        본 연구에서는 정밀여과 및 나노여과 분리막 시스템을 활용하여 염료 제조 시 필요한 탈염/정제/농축처리 기술을 개발하고 그에 따른 염료의 품질과 품질의 안정성을 향상시키며, 기존공정의 단수를 축소하여 생산성 향상, 인력저감 및 원재료의 비용을 감소하고자 하였다. 염료의 탈염/정제/농축처리시 염료의 다양한 농도에 적합한 분리막의 제조 및 가압식 막 element를 제작하고, 가압식 분리막 시스템에 맞는 막 모듈의 설계와 pilot-scale 시스템을 통해 염료의 처리수질 분석 및 운전인자를 도출하였다.

        To find out the possible inefficiencies of artificial inseminators at rectovaginal insemination in cows, inseminators' skill were evaluated by controlling the semen thawing procedure adopted and by using the technique of dye deposition in the genital tract of slaughtered cows. This was followed by refreshment training for the inseminators. Thirty seven artificial insemination technicians regularly working in the government, cooperative and NGO (Non Government Organization) artificial insemination programmes at different places of Bangladesh were included in the study. Individual technicians were asked to thaw a semen straw and deposit dye in the genital tract of slaughtered cows following the procedures they would have adopted in their actual practices of insemination. The time and water temperature adopted by technicians were recorded and genital tract after sham artificial insemination was dissected to determine the site of dye deposition. Then, the inseminators took part in a three days intensive training program. The training program was ended up with the same tests for thawing frozen semen straw and dye deposition in the genital tract of slaughtered cows. At pre training evaluation, only inseminators adopted co..ect thawing time and temperature, respectively. At post training evaluation, all inseminators thawed semen straws for proper time and temperature. At pretraining evaluation, inseminators deposited dye at the body of uterus, in the vagina or in cervix, and into the horn of uterus, respectively. In cases dye did not pass into the genital tract, instead back flowed through the space between the barrel of insemination gun and sheath. At post training evaluation, all inseminators successfully deposited dye in the body of uterus. Frequent evaluation of inseminators' skill and subsequent training would help improvement of the artificial insemination technicians' skill.

        본 연구를 통한 결론은 다음과 같다. 5개의 염색폐수배출업소에서 각각 3회씩 채취한 최종 방류수를 대상으로 한 생물독성시험 결과 미생물독성시험에서는 B시료와 E시료에서 독성이 관찰되었고 급성 물벼룩시험에서는 반수치사농도가 C시료에서만 관찰되어 염색폐수의 독성이 시험 생물종별로 다르게 나타날 수 있음을 제시하였다. 동일 생물종을 대상으로 실시한 급성 및 만성시험에서는 급성반수치사가 5개 방류수 중 C시료에서만 비교적 낮은 농도에서 관찰이 된 것에 비해 만

        Dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) have been under investigation for the past decade due to their attractive features such as high energy conversion efficiency and low production costs. The basis for energy conversion in the injection of electrons from a photoexcited stateof a dye sensitizer into the conduction band of the nanocrystalline semiconductor upon absorption of light. It is believed that the DSSC is one of the most promising technologies to solve the significant energy problems. In this article, the development trends and perspective of DSSCs were reviewed.

        Ultra-thin films of amphiphillic squarylium dye were prepared on the hydrophillic substrate by Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) technique. In this study, the photoelectric properties of a amphiphillic squarylium dye LB film was investigated. The visible light(λ = 684nm ) of xenon lamp was illuminated on the amphiphillic squarylium dye LB films and light absorptivity and photoconductivity were observed. The photoconductivity was nearly constant regardless of nominal layer number. The photoelectric properties of the amphiphillic squarylium dye LB films with bottom electrode showed better than that top electrode.

        침지형생물막 반응조와 역삼투막을 이용하여 염색폐수를 공업용수로 재이용하기 위한 실험을 수행하였다. 실험실과 현장의 pilot plant 실험 결과 20-25 cmHg의 흡인압력으로 10 LMH(1/m2.hr)의 투과유속을 얻었다. 침지형생물막 반응조에서 CODcr, CODMn 및 T-N의 제거율은 각각 93%, 90%, 60%로 나타났다. 난분해성 물질과 총질소의 제거효율을 높여서 염색폐수를 공업용수로 재이용하기 위한 침지형생물막 반응조와 역삼투막(SMBR+R/0)을 조합한 공정을 수행한 결과, 질소제거율이 80% 이상으로 총질소 농도를 15 mg/L를 얻었다. 조합공정은 염색폐수를 공업용수로 재이용하기에 적합하였다.

        Naphthothiazolo carbocyanine is of industrial importance as red-sensitizing dye in the spectral sensitization of emulsion microcrystals in negative film-making. In this study, red-sensitizing dye was prepared by the reaction of 2-methyl-3-sulfopropyl-4,5-naphthothiazolium(inner salt) with triethyl orthoacetate in the presence of triethylamine. The product was identified by using various analytical tools such as Elemental analyzer, IR spectrophotometer, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, Mass spectrometer, 1H-NMR spectrometer, TGA and DSC. The maximum absorption peak in methanol solvent was 573nm. Therefore, it was concluded that naphthothiazolo carbocyanine dye can be used as red0sensitizing dye for the spectral sensitization of photographic emulsion.

        본 연구는 무금속프탈로시아닌 색소계를 이용한 전자사진 감광체의 개발에 관한 것이다. 전하발생물질로서는 각종 형태의 무금속프탈로시아닌을 사용했고, 결합제로서는 각종 폴리머를 사용했으며, 전하이동물질로서는 히드라존유도체나 아연착화합물을 사용했다. 전하발생물질로서 사용한 α-, β-, x형의 프탈로시아닌중에서는 x형의 무금속프탈로시아닌(x-H2Pc)의 경우가 가장 좋은 감도를 보였다. 전하발생물질로서는 x-H2Pc를, 전하수송물질로서는 히드라존유도체를 사용했을 때, 다른 감광체들과 비교하여 73.1%의 높은 1.50lux·sec의 좋은 감도를 보였다.

        The symmetric benzoxazolo carbocyanine is of industrial importance as green-sensitizing dye in the spectral sensitization of emulsion microcrystals in positive paper and negative film-making. The stability on the solvents of benzoxazolo carbocyanine dye was measured by UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and then all of solvents were stabilized sensitizer. The maximum absorption peak range in methanol, acetonitrile, acetone, DMF, dichloromethane, chloroform solvents was 501nm~511nm. But it was identified that only methanol can be used to photographic emulsion. The photographic characteristics have contrast of 2.8, speed of 50-55(lux·sec)-1, fog of 0.07-0.08, respectively.

        New electroluminescent materials base on anthracene chromophore, [9.10-bis(α-naph -thylethenyl) anthracene (α-BNA)] were newly synthesized. The anthracene derivatives with bulky substituent possessed high melting point and they gave stable amorphous films through vacuum - sublimation methods. Three types of electroluminescent devices were fabricated with double layer and triple layer structure : ITO/TPD/emission layer/MgAg, ITO/emission layer/ OXD-7 and ITO/ TPD/ emission layer/OXD-7/MgAg, respectively. In three types of devices with the emissive layer of α-BNA, efficient orange electroluminescence was observed. In the triple layer device whit a emitting layer of 20 nm thickness , maximum luminance was about 10000 cd/ m2 at an applied voltage of 10v and maximum external quantum efficiency was 1.0%.
