With the increasing awareness of health and environmental preservation, consumers turn their attention to organic and eco-friendly products. The increased service industry incurred partly by sophistication of industrial structure has resulted in having the service industry subject to environmental certification in a bid to promote sustainable production and consumption, which has contributed to reducing environment loads and energy costs as well as the amount of wastes. The gradually increasing maternity care centers have elevated environment loads and caused a variety of diseases due to a lack of health control and improper treatment of chemical substances. Against this backdrop, this study aims to develop evaluation criteria for an official certification of organic maternity care centers and to present the basic operational proposals through a comparative analysis of organic and eco-friendly industrial certification programs. Due to the absence of studies on certification programs for organic maternity care centers, this study has conducted a comparative analysis of overseas certifications, including Organic SPA, GRA, and Nordic Swan, and domestic eco-friendly hotel service certification standards. The evaluation areas have been classified into 19 or less categories, including 19 items for Organic SPA, 8 items for GRA, 7 items for Nordic Swan and 7 items for eco-friendly hotel service certification, and common evaluation areas have been grouped into categories and health control and education management that are considered important in maternity care centers have been incorporated into evaluation areas, which has eventually produced six different categories. When it comes to selecting evaluation indicators for different categories, what are neither used in nor applicable to maternity care centers have been excluded and similar items have been combined and eventually 41 preliminary evaluation indicators have been selected following in-depth interviews with relevant professionals. Further researches into developing the evaluation system to properly evaluate and certify organic maternity care centers through in-depth interviews and surveys among operators of maternity care centers and relevant professionals will be appreciated.

1. 본 논문의 목적은 미얀마의 REDD+ Readiness Roadma을 평가하여 미얀마의 REDD+ 국가 이행능력의 일면을 이해하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2012년 개발된 REDD+ 국가 전략을평가하기 위한 기준 및 지표의 적설성을 평가하고 기준 및 지표 간 가중치를 도출하였다. 2. 한국과 미얀마 전문가를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 적절성을 평가한 결과 기 개발된 평가 기준 및 지표가 대체로적절하다고 판단하였다. 설문 조사의 의견을 반영하여 다소 추상적인 표현을 수정·보완하여 4개 기준과 18개의 지표를 완성하였다. 3. 양국의 전문가들은 ‘산림전용과 산림황폐화의 근본원인과직접원인을 확인’하는 지표들과 ‘이해당사자의 참여를 보장’하는 지표를 공통적으로 높게 평가하였다. 반면 미얀마 전문가들은 ‘산림전용 및 탄소축적 변화 비율 추정 수준’과 ‘모니터링 및 보고 기구 수립’과 관련한 지표들을 높게 평가하였으나한국의 전문가는 낮게 평가하였다. 또한 한국의 전문가가 게 평가한 ‘원주민 및 지역사회의 지식 및 권리 존중’과‘Land tenure 문제 해결’ 지표에 대해 미얀마 전문가는 상대적으로 낮게 평가하였다. 4. 산출된 중요도를 토대로 역서열가중치 방법을 선택하여지표 간 가중치를 산출하였다. 평가 점수는 100점 만점에61.1점으로, 아직 미얀마의 REDD+를 위한 국가 전략 및 계획 수립 역량이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 반면 가중치를 반영한평가 점수는 75.6점으로 높아졌는데, 이는 미얀마 정부가 우선순위에 맞추어 계획을 수립했다는 의미로 해석할 수 있다. 5. 한국과 미얀마 간 REDD+ 협력 분야에 대한 정책적 제언을 하면, 한국이 미얀마에서 REDD+ 사업을 이행하려고 할때에는 중요도는 높으나 낮은 성취도를 보인 지표, 즉 이해당사자의 참여 보장, 산림전용과 산림황폐화 원인 방지를 위한적절한 조치 선정, Land tenure 문제 해결을 다루는 분야에우선 지원을 할 필요가 있다.

구조실험을 위한 데이터 저장소는 구조실험에 관련된 실험정보를 구조공학자와 연구자들이 편리하게 저장하고 열람할 수 있도록 효율적인 구성을 가져야 한다. 데이터 저장소에 대한 평가는 데이터 저장소 자체적인 구성에 대한 평가와 데이터 저장소에 저장된 실제 정보의 구성에 대한 평가로 나눌 수 있다. 데이터 저장소의 자체적인 구성은 클래스로 나타낼 수 있고 데이터 저장소 내에 저장된 실제의 실험정보는 객체로 표현할 수 있는데 본 논문은 클래스와 객체가 가지고 있는 속성구성에 대한 평가요소를 제안한다. 클래스의 속성구성 평가요소로는 클래스내 속성수와 구체적인 값 또는 객체에 의해 구분한 속성의 종류별 수 등이 있는데 이러한 평가요소들을 이용하여 데이터 저장소가 정한 구성을 이해할 수 있다. 객체의 속성구성 평가요소로는 객체내 값있는 속성수 등이 있는데 데이터 저장소내의 실제 실험정보가 레벨별로 어떻게 저장되어 있는가를 파악할 수 있다.

도시림 개선을 위한 노력은 꾸준하게 진행되어 왔으나 사회적인 욕구를 제대로 반영하였는지에 대한 평가가 없어 향후 지속적인 개선 및 관리의 방향을 제안하기는 어려운 상태이다. 사회환경과 생물환경이 어우러진 도시림을 효율적으로 개선하기 위해서는 양적 증대 뿐만아니라 생물의 분포 및 서식, 인간의 이용성을 평가할 수 있는 연결성, 건전성, 접근성 등 질적인 측면을 동시에 고려할 수 있는 생태적 건전성에 대한 평가지표의 필요성에 따라 연구를 진행하였다. 연구는 생태적 건전성 평가시 중요한 항목에 대한 상대적 중요도 평가, 문헌고찰을 통한 세부 지표 선정, 타당성 검토의 체계를 갖는다. 결과적으로 도시림은 자연림과는 다른 기능이 존재한다는 전제로, 도시림 평가는 고유의 기능인 생태성 뿐만아니라 인간의 간섭을 고려할 수 있는 사회성, 관리성이 충분하게 고려되어야 하나 중요도에 대한 설문조사 결과 생태성이 다른 가치에 우선하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 생태적 건전성을 평가할 수 있는 세부지표를 선정하였는데, 식생관련 지표로는 희귀성, 훼손잠재성, 자연성, 면적, 다양성, 발생기간, 야생조류관련 지표로는 숲 발달정도, 면적을 추출하여 분산분석을 실시한 결과 안정성, 자연성, 다양성, 잠재성, 서식가능성이 평가지표로 선정되었다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the green management evaluation criteria and Employee Awareness and analyze their impact on management performance. A survey was conducted using a questionnaire form that was given to companies with fewer than 300 regular workers and less than 30 billion won in sales. The three-step mediated effect analysis proposed by Baran and Kenny was performed to verify the roles of the parameters. The research results are summarized as follows. First, awareness of greenhouse gases and environmental pollution play a mediating role affecting the management performance. Second, awareness of harmful chemical substances play a mediating role affecting the management performance. Lastly, The survey subjects were limited to SMEs in Chungcheong province and thus, this may not be applicable to all companies.

In this study, the evaluation criteria of performance and applicability is developed to rank the combinatorial technologies for SWG (Smart Water Grid) system using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. Security, safety, solution, suitability and sustainability which are goals of SWG technology, are used as upper level hierarchy elements. And three detailed elements for each upper level hierarchy are adopted as the lower level hierarchy. The weighted value which represents the importance of each element, could be determined through questionnaires accomplished by groups of specialists who are engaged in relevant waster industry and research area. To assess the accuracy of the evaluation criteria developed in this study, a simulation on four decision alternatives for smart water grid was carried out as an evaluation. Consequently which showed 90 % of accuracy.

본 연구는 고속도로 휴게시설 이용자측면에서 평가할 수 있는 서비스 평가모형을 개발하여 고속도로 노선별 휴게소를 평가하고 향후 모니터링 시 활용하고자 하였다. 평가지표 개발방향은 휴게소 이용자들의 필요성, 시대여건 반영, 종합 평가지표 구축, 관련연구 검토와 같이 크게 4가지 관점으로 정립한 후 기존문헌 검토 및 전문가 심층면접 토론(FGI)을 통해 1차 평가항목을 선정하고, 평가지표의 적합성 검증을 통해 최종평가지표를 도출하였다. 이용자 설문인 AHP분석을 통하여 도출된 평가항목 중요도 분석결과는 시설물 측면(0.31), 서비스 측면(0.29), 운영적 측면(0.21), 환경적 측면(0.19)순으로 가중치가 도출되었다. 본 연구결과에서도 알 수 있듯이 정량적, 정성적인 인자가 함께 고려되어 실질적인 고속도로 휴게소 평가가 가능하고, 휴게소별 맞춤형 휴게소 향상 방향 제시 및 향후 모니터링을 위한 기초연구가 될 수 있을 것이다.

최근 국내 석산에서의 골재공급이 부족해지면서, 성토재 등의 저급재료로 재활용 되던 폐 콘크리트 순환골재의 용도를 점차 구조용 콘크리트 및 도로 포장재와 같은 고급재료로 재활용하기 위한 노력이 계속되고 있다. 이러한 노력의 일환으로 정부는 2009년 순환골재 품질기준을 제정하였으며, 순환골재가 기존보다 고급재료의 용도로 활용될 수 있는 제도적 기반을 마련하였으나, 현재까지 빈배합 콘크리트 기층용으로서의 순환골재의 활용은 매우 낮은 형편이다. 본 연구는 순환골재 품질기준에 규정되어 있는 빈배합 콘크리트용 순환골재의 이물질과 관련된 품질기준의 적정성을 일련의 실험을 통하여 평가하였다. 연구결과, 빈배합 콘크리트 기층용 순환골재 내의 폐 아스콘 골재는 강도에 악영향을 초래하는 반면, 아스콘의 특성으로 인하여 순환골재의 주요한 품질기준인 비중을 높이고, 흡수율 및 마모율을 오히려 낮추는 결과를 초래하여, 전체적인 순환골재의 품질을 평가하는데 큰 방해요소로 작용하였다. 따라서 이물질 함유량 기준 중, 폐 아스콘 함유량 기준은 개선의 여지가 있는 것으로 조사되어, 그 대안을 제시하였다.

현행 국내 내진 성능 평가 기준에서 사용하고 있는 필댐의 동적 상세 해석에 대한 안전성 평가 기준은 지진 하중 조건에 의해 발생되는 댐마루 연직방향, 횡방향 최대 변위가 정적하중에 의한 변위를 포함하여 제체 높이의 1% 이하로 규정하고 있다. 그러나 이는 이론적 근거가 부족하여, 평가 기준에 대한 합리성 검토가 필요하다. 중약진 지역에 속하는 국내 지진학적 특성상 지진시 댐 계측 데이터로 근거를 마련하기가 어려운 실정으로, 본 연구에서는 국외 계측 데이터 D/B 등 다양한 자료를 바탕으로 안전성 평가 기준을 검토하였다. 추가적으로 원심모형시험과 수치해석을 함께 수행하여, 변형 기준을 검토하였다. 또한, 수치시뮬레이션을 통하여 매개 변수 분석을 수행하고, 댐체의 횡방향 변위와 침하에 대한 영향을 분석하고 변형 기준과 비교, 검토하였다.

The efforts to reduce industrial accident has been brisk recently in workplace. These efforts were mainly concentrated on construction and manufacturing. Despite these efforts, current accident rate so far has been maintained on the fixed level. According to the change of industrial structure, the government's attention on industrial accident prevention activities are focused in service industries. When trying to appraise the result of such activities, it is impossible to evaluate safety without certain criteria. Therefore, we analyze data by TOPSIS method that all the subway institution jointly manage every year. we decide the order of safety priority between domestic subway workplaces and measure the variation in safety by sensitivity. As a result, we draw conclusions to improve safety for the primary consideration and suggest alternatives.

Recently, the rapid advances in information and communication and network technology and the expansion of digital convergence are changing to ubiquitous network society. Ubiquitous society, expand the temporal and physical space and develops many good thing. but, Hacking, cyber crime, increased privacy, and many problems will occur. In this study, the selection criteria for the appropriate authentication method for developing risk assessment procedures of the service is provided to step 4. (Services, and risk identification step, evaluation of risk-occurrence, evaluation of the extent of damage, Assessment of the level of risk) So, we can easily use the importance and risk to evaluate numerical value of the final risk result.

The purpose of this study was to investigate empirically the consumer behavior regarding the purchase of millinery items in relation to their evaluation criterion and demographic characteristics. The survey was carried out to 395 individuals in their 20s and over who were quota sampled according to age and gender. The collected data were statistically treated with the SPSS 12.0 program in terms of descriptive statistics, cross tabulation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, factor analysis, Cronbach’s α coefficient and Duncan-test. The 20s and 50s over were more interested in hat products than other ages. Female consumers obtained the most information about hat products from store visits, TV and magazines. On the other hand, male consumers had it from the acquaintances and internet. Younger consumers more often utilized internet to have it. Their main purchase location was department stores. The younger purchased it more in traditional market, the older purchased it more in mega wholesale market or discount store. The consumers of hat products considered the intrinsic classification most when buying hats. The evaluation criteria employed by them were aesthetics, quality, and external attributes. Hat consumers were more concerned about aesthetics attributes than the other two criteria. Female consumers and consumers who are more interested in the hat and have a higher level of education and income considered aesthetics attributes most important.

국내에 설치되고 있는 가드레일의 단부처리시설(end treatments)은 차량의 관통이나 전복을 유발할 수 있는 형상을 하고 있어 사고 시 탑승자가치명상을 입을 가능성이 매우 높다. 실제로 차량이 가드레일의 단부에 충돌하였을 경우, 가드레일이 차량내부를 관통하여 탑승자에게 직접적인 상해를 입히는 경우가 발생되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미국과 유럽의 성능평가기준(performance evaluation criteria)에 근거하여 국내 실정에 적합한 단부처리시설에 관한 성능평가기준(안)을 제시하였다. 또한 외국의 설치사례 및 연구사례를 조사하여 단부처리시설의 mechanism을 파악하고 국내 도로환경 에 적합한 단부처리시설을 제안하였다. LS-DYNA 프로그램을 이용한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안된 단부처 리시설에 대한 성능을 검증한 결과 성능평가기준(안)에 모두 만족한 결과를 보였으며, 개발 단부처리시설에 대한 실물차량 충돌시험을 수행한 결과 성능평가기준(안)의 탑승자 보호성능, 단부처리시설의 거동, 충돌 후 차량의 거동을 모두 만족하였다. 국내 최초로 탑승자의 안전을 고려하여 개발된 단부처리시설이 고속도로나 국도에 설치된다면 단부충돌사고의 심각성을 감소시켜 도로의 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문에서는 고준위폐기물 처분용기를 지하 심지층에 처분하기 위하여 요구되는 구조설계 요구조건과 구조안전성 평가 기준을 도출하였다. 고준위폐기물은 높은 열과 많은 방사능을 방출하기 때문에 고준위폐기물을 넣어 보관하는 처분용기는 그 취급에 많은 주의가 요구된다. 이를 위하여 고준위폐기물 처분용기는 장기간(보통 10,000년 동안) 안전한 장소에 보관되어야 한다. 보통 이 보관 장소는 지하 500m에 위치한다. 지하 깊은 화강암에 고준위폐기물을 보관하도록 설계되는 처분용기는 내부주철삽입물과 이를 감싸고 있는 부식에 강한 와곽쉘, 위 덮개와 아래 덮개로 구성되는 구조로 되어 있으며 지하수압과 벤토나이트 버퍼의 팽윤압을 받는다. 따라서 고준위폐기물 처분용기는 심지층에 보관 시 이들 외력들을 견디도록 설계되어야 한다. 만약에 발생 가능한 모든 하중조합을 고려한 처분용기 설계가 되지 않으면 심지층에 위험한 고준위폐기물 처분 시에 처분용기에 소성변형이나 크랙 또 좌굴같은 구조적 결함이 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 심지층에 처분용기를 처분 시에 처분용기에 발생하는 구조적 문제들이 발생하지 않게 하기 위하여 여러 가지 구조해석이 수행되어야 한다. 이러한 구조해석 수행에 앞서 처분용기 설계 타당성을 평가하기 위한 기준이 필요하다. 또한 평가기준에 영향을 미치는 설계요구조건(설계변수)이 명확히 검토되어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 처분용기의 구조설계 요구조건(설계변수)과 구조 안전성 평가기준을 도출하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 국내 원전에서 기기 정착을 위하여 가장 널리 적용되는 직매형 앵커기초를 대상으로 앵커기초의 인장 설계기준에 대한 적정성을 검토하기 위하여 수치해석이 수행되었다. 본 연구에서 수치해석모형에 적용된 파괴기준으로서 콘크리트와 같은 유사 취성재료에는 Microplane모형이, 앵커볼트와 같은 연성재료에는 탄성-완전 소성모형이 적용되었다. 그리고, 균열 발생현상을 모사하기 위하여 분산균열모형을 채택하였다. 개발된 수치해석모형은 다양한 경우의 실증시험결과를 근거로 신뢰성이 검증되었으며, 검증된 수치해석모형과 앵커볼트의 유효매입깊이를 변수로 한 다양한 경우에 대한 수치해석을 통하여 직매형 앵커기초의 인장설계기준으로서 적용이 가능한 ACI 349 Code와 CEB-FIP Code가 평가되었고, 그 보수성이 확인되었다.

지역의 자연환경을 평가하기 위하여 식물개체의 평가수법을 검토하였다. 기존의 평가 시스템을 기초로 새로운 평가항목의 시안을 제시하였다. 평가항목은 대장(1979)과 오전과 중촌(1989)의 체계에 준하여 총 9항목으로 하였다. 이들 항목은 다시 질, 양, 기능, 활력도 등 네가지 다른 범주로 분류되었다 이들 평가방법은 지역의 환경평가에 즈음하여 공간계획을 증진하고 행정적 문제를 완화하는데 이용될 수 있다. 또 식물개체의 보전등급 설정에도 응용될 수 있다.
