이 연구는 오늘날의 시대에 하나님의 선교를 구현하는 방법으로 선교적 제자도를 실천하는 작은 에클레시아 공동체를 형성하는 것을 주장한다. 또한 작은 공동체 안에서의 네러티브의 공명이 작은 에클레시아 공동체 형성의 핵심적 역할임을 주장한다. 이 연구는 이야기적 접근을 시도하는데, 필자가 주장하는 작은 신앙 공동체의 사례로서 한국얌스펠로쉽을 살핀다. 작은 신앙 공동체로서 한국얌스펠로쉽은 참여자들로 하여금 환대를 통한 생명회복의 경험뿐 아니라, 삶의 의미와 소명에 대한 분별과 지혜를 제공받 는 공동체가 된다. 공동체의 핵심에는 코이노니아와 진정한 제자도의 실천 의 경험이 있다. 마지막으로 사례분석을 통해 3가지를 제안한다. 첫째, 작은 공동체는 참여자들의 통전적 성장을 위한 공동체적 플렛폼을 제공해야 하며, 둘째, 작은 신앙공동체를 형성함에 있어서 핵심적인 차원이 이야기의 공명이며, 셋째, 작은 신앙 공동체는 참여자들의 이야기가 공동체를 넘어갈 때 선교적이 될 수 있다.

본 연구는 런던 익투스 공동체의 사례를 통하여 총체적 선교가 구체적으로 어떻게 실행되는 지를 연구해 보았으며 총체적 선교의 실제 적 가능성과 익투스 공동체의 총체적 선교적 특성이 무엇인지 탐구해 보았다. 이 연구를 통하여 영혼 구원을 위한 열정적인 전도와 성령의 능력으로 전도하며 구제와 사회 정의 사역을 통하여 가난하고 고통 당하는 이웃을 돌아보고, 미전도 종족 선교와 타문화권 선교를 총체적으로 실행하는 선교가 실제적으로 가능함을 확인할 수 있게 되었다. 예수님 과 사도 바울의 전도의 원리는 선포전도(proclamation evangelism - word), 현존전도(presence evangelism - work), 능력전도(power evangelism - wonder) 였다. 총체적 선교는 ‘복음 전도와 사회적인 책임의 통합’하는 선교이다. 그러나 본 연구를 통하여 익투스 공동체는 예수님과 사도 바울의 전도의 원리에 따라 복음 전도와 사회적 봉사 사역 뿐만 아니라 그 위에 성령의 능력으로 선교하는 ‘능력 선교’가 익투스 공동체의 총체적 선교의 특성임을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이러한 총체적 선교의 모델은 흔하지 않은 경우이다. 익투스 공동체의 선교는 기존의 총체적 선교 패턴에 도전을 주며, 보다 새로운 모델을 제시한다는 점에서 총체적 선교의 발전에 기여한다고 볼 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this paper is to examine an essential problem which rulers fail to realize while pursuing the construction of a paradise and the reason why Chung-jun Lee describes negative aspects of paradise and power in Your Paradise. In this novel, Lee questions what real paradise is. He makes readers realize that most rulers who want to construct a paradise with their power and will do not perceive their insensibility about freedom and love. The writer suggests a fundamental questions about how the rule mechanism works in Sorokdo. In the end of this novel the director of an institution, Baek-heon Jo, realizes the importance of individual freedom, fellowship, and horizontal relationships for the realization of positive value through his elder Hui-baek Hwang’s advice. After all, Jo and Hwang experience reconciliation and forgiveness through the formation of sympathy between them. In conclusion, Lee emphasizes love and freedom for maintaining a horizontal relationships and learns that the paradise can only be accomplished through mutual cooperation.

This study was to analyze the fellowship program contents in KOICA international agricultural development cooperation during the time span from 2010 to 2012. In terms of program offering institute, the recipient country, program period and program budget as well as education and training contents, the fellowship programs were analyzed. As results, this study suggested following conclusions: the education and training contents were rather general agricultural or rural policies and broad themes than specific skills, which could limit the performance of the fellowship program; the programs were offered mainly by colleges, government-affiliated organizations and research institutes, which of them the share of private sector was increasing; and while the recipient countries were mainly located at Africa, Asia and South America, many programs were operated during one month or less, in which program preparation including needs analysis should be carried out for the program elaboration and substantiality.
