Globalization of Economic activities have increased Company's interests about International Logistics Management. Expansion of International trade depends on International Logistics which can overcome distance and time. In In-cheon, There are many small scale and minor Freight Forwarders take advantage of being linked with a port, an airport but their inefficient paper works cause raising of Logistics costs and losing of competitive power. In this study, we design a web based ocean forwarder information system for freight forwarder to solve these problems. So, this system will provide decreasing operation time, human resources, and accessing easily because of web based system, and finally decrease logistics cost and improve national competitive power.

국가와 국가 간의 무역 거래량이 증가함에 따라 기업의 업무범위가 내부적 업무에서부터 수출입 관련 업무까지 모두 행하는 것에 한계가 발생하게 되었다. 이에 이를 전담하는 국제물류주선업 시장 역시 점차 확대되고 있다. 그러나 국내뿐만 아니라 세계적으로 국제물류주 선업체의 수가 증가하고 있는 현 상황에서 우리나라의 기업이 경쟁력을 가지는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 이와 관련하여 정부에서는 다양한 지원 및 규제를 시행하고 있고, 학계에서도 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있지만, 대부분 현황이나 경영방식에 초점을 맞추고 있을 뿐, 정부지원정책에 대 한 기업의 의견 및 인식과 관련된 사항은 반영되지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 계층화 분석법인 AHP 분석을 활용하여 현재 시행 중인 정부지 원정책에 대한 우선순위를 도출하고, 기업 규모별 인식의 차이를 비교하였다. 또한, 기업 규모별로 분류한 집단 간의 차이를 확인하기 위하여 t-test를 실시하였다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 현재 시행 중인 정부의 지원정책이 기업의 실질적인 기대수준에 들어맞는지를 살펴보고, 우리나라 국제물류주선업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

국내 국제물류주선업체가 직면한 수익성 악화, 고용 불안 및 포화 상태에 있는 국내 물류시장에 대하여 알아보고 글로벌 시장 진출을 위한 블루오션 전략으로 유엔 조달시장 현황, 참가 방법, 성공적인 진출 방안, 글로벌 진출 활성화 지원책들을 연구한다. 현재 유엔 조달물류시장에 대한 국내의 연구 자료가 없지만, 저자가 조달 물류서비스 입찰에 참여한 경험으로 유엔 조달 물류시장 진출 방안은 유엔 벤더로 등록한 물류기업에 대한 정부의 해외진출사업 지원 확대, KOTRA "P300 프로젝트"에 선정된 물류 선도 기업들에 제공되는 유엔 조달 지역 입찰 정보를 활용한 경쟁력 제고, 유엔 조달 물류 특성상 오지 지역 운송에 대한 글로벌 네트워크 구축, 정부의 기존 해외인턴제도와 연계한 전문 인력양성 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
