In Korea, reliable and affordable individual health information is obtained through national health examinations, which can be actively utilized in community health services based on examination data. The purpose of this study is to analyze national health examination data in order to identify the health behavior and health status of the elderly, and to incorporate the examination results into home visiting healthcare services provided at health centers. Methods: This study is a cross-sectional survey that analyzed the national health examination data of 2018 using the National Health Insurance Service-National Health Information Database. Data analysis was conducted using the SAS program. The overall results of the health examinations were presented in terms of frequency and percentage. Results: The national health examination rate was 72.6%, and 97% of the examinees had health needs such as improving health behavior and managing diseases. It was found that 52.2% of patients had high blood pressure, followed by diabetes and dyslipidemia. The health data generated from the national health examination includes information relevant to home visiting healthcare services. Conclusion: By utilizing health data generated from national health examinations, the process of collecting data in home visiting healthcare services can be simplified. By focusing on providing customized services, it will be possible to increase the efficiency of home visiting healthcare services.

본 연구의 대상은 서울지역과 경기도지역에 소재한 가정어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 319 명이다. CCTV 설치에 대한 보육교사의 인식을 알아본 결과, CCTV 설치 의무화 이후 CCTV가 100% 설치되어 있었으며, 문제행동 수정용을 위해 영아에게 CCTV 설치가 필요하다고 인식 하였고 CCTV를 활용에 관한 보육교사의 인식을 알아본 결과, 안전사고 예방과 문제발생시 확인하는 ‘안심보육’의 용도가 가장 높았으며 전반적으로 아동학대 예방에 효과가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. CCTV의 교육적 활용은 ‘영아의 자유놀이 관찰 및 분석’이 가장 높았으며 CCTV 설치로 인해 가장 혜택 받는다고 생각하는 집단은 ‘부모와 영아’로 나타났다. CCTV의 설치로 ‘보육시설과 교사에 대한 부모의 인식’이 긍정적으로 바뀌었으며 반면 ‘교사와 아동의 사생활 침해’라는 부정적 인식이 나타났다. 마지막으로 CCTV 설치 후에 느끼는 변화 차이를 살펴본 결과, CCTV를 설치한 후 교사들은 변화를 인식 하지 못하고 있었으며 CCTV 설치 필요성에 관계없이 전반적인 반응은 영아를 대하거나 말할 때, 행동할 때 제약을 받는 다고 인식하였다.

In this study we carry out usability evaluation for adjustable electric beds for home care that are used the most by the elderly, and examines dissatisfaction of users. In this sense, we performed an interview with stakeholders including bed users, developers and suppliers to develop usability evaluation contents. In addition, we carried out feasibility and reliability study over evaluation form through usability assessment, and developed usability evaluation indicator.

목적 : 노인장기요양보험제도 내에서 방문재활서비스를 효과적으로 도입하기 위한 근거자료를 마련하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 문헌연구를 통해 한국의 방문보건사업(방문간호, 방문물리치료, 방문작업치료)의 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고, 노인장기요양보험제도의 개념과 내용의 고찰을 통해 방문재활서비스 도입을 탐색하며, 외국의 방문재활 서비스의 전반적인 현황과 국내 방문재활서비스 도입의 근거마련을 위한 관련법? 제도적인 측면 그리고, 의료전달 체계를 고찰하였다. 결과 : 현재 시행되고 있는 방문보건서비스와 노인장기요양보험제도의 중간평가에서 전문 인력에 의한 방문재활의 필요성이 부각되고 있고, 외국의 경우에는 국가적 차원에서 다양한 방문재활사업이 실시되고 있으나, 우리나라의 경우에는 법적인 근거의 미흡 등의 이유로 재활치료사의 참여가 부족함을 알 수 있었다. 결론 : 방문재활서비스제도의 효과적인 도입을 위해 노인장기요양보험제도 내에서 법∙제도적 근거를 마련하고, 각 재활전문가 단체가 유기적으로 참여하는 팀접근을 통해 다양한 재활프로그램을 개발하고 시범사업을 실시해야 할 것이다. 또한, 방문재활치료에 대한 인식을 확산시키고 방문재활 수요와 관련된 연구와 근거 중심의 치료 효과에 관한 과학적 연구도 진행되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.
