본 논문은 오늘날 다학제적으로 많은 관심을 받고 있는 세계기독교 에 대해, 그 형성과정에서 일어나는 세계기독교의 혼종성과 개별성의 문제를 조르조 아감벤의 잠재성 사유를 중심으로 비판적으로 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저, ‘세계기독교는 번역’이라는 관점에 서 앤드류 월스와 폴 리쾨르의 번역론을 논의하면서, 이러한 번역론들 이 세계기독교의 혼종성과 개별성을 인정할 수 있는지 고찰할 것이다. 그리고, 바흐친을 통해 혼종성을 ‘저항적 혼종성’과 ‘윤리적 혼종성’ 그리고 ‘역설적 포월의 공간’과 ‘변화와 생성의 공간’으로 이해하고, 사이드를 통해 개별성을 ‘저항적 개별성’과 ‘윤리적 개별성’으로 이해할 것이다. 그런 후에, 위와 같은 논의를 심화하기 위해, 본격적으로 아감벤의 사유를 고찰하면서, 비식별역 관점에서 세계기독교의 혼종성 을, 잠재성 관점에서 세계기독교의 개별성을, 임의적 특이성의 관점에 서 이러한 혼종성과 개별성을 함께 사유할 수 있는지 살필 것이다. 마지막으로 이와 같은 논의를 바탕으로, 아감벤의 잠재성 사유를 중심 으로 하는 ‘세계기독교의 혼종성과 개별성에 대한 해석 모델’을 제안할 것이다.

This study investigated how two Korean EFL college students, who were taught the five-paragraph essay in their college writing classes, drew upon rhetorical resources in their writing for learning content (WLC). Using a multiple-case study design, the study examined how the students consciously manipulated all of their rhetorical resources to make meaning and used L2 writing to learn content. It also explored how they differed in their enactment of rhetorical practices and deployment of rhetorical resources in WLC. During their engagement with WLC, they developed rhetorical strategies that reflected the structure of their evolving text rather than the structure of the five-paragraph essay. Their rhetorical choices in WLC have provided invaluable insight into the rhetorical challenges they faced while writing. Overall, they produced texts that better portrayed the multiple nuances inherent in a translingual approach. An implication is that more L2 writing teachers and scholars should pay attention to the rhetorical sensibility promoted by the translingual movement

문화 혼종성은 오늘날 교통과 미디어의 발달에 따른 세계화로 나타나는 문화적 현상이다. 바바와 칸클리니는 탈식민주의 관점에서 문화 혼종성 이론을 다룬 선구학자로서 기존의 본질주의와 이분법에서 벗어나 새로운 관점에서 문화를 정의한다. 문화 혼종성은 상이한 문화 간의 만남으로 갈등과 충돌 그리고 변화를 거쳐 제3의 공간에서 재전환 을 통하여 새로운 문화를 창출하는 것이다. 이런 문화 혼종화 현상은 여러 분야에서 나타나고 있다. 특히 복음과 문화의 밀접한 관계를 고려할 때 선교분야에서도 문화 혼종성은 중요하게 다루어져야 한다. 복음은 힌두문화가 만연한 네팔 내륙에 들어간 지 70년이 흘렀고, 두 문화의 만남은 지속되고 있다. 이런 만남으로 소수의 혼종화된 문화가 생겨났다. 그러나 네팔 기독교는 네팔의 문화를 전체적으로 힌두문화로 취급하고 극도의 혼합주의의 경계심으로 네팔(힌두)문화 와의 만남에 닫힌 자세를 취한다. 이에 연구자는 문화 혼종성에 대한 이해가 네팔 기독교에 필요하고 타문화와의 공존을 이해하는 것에 도움이 됨을 주장한다. 그리고 문화 혼종성의 긍정적인 측면을 놓치지 않고 이를 선교에 활용할 것을 네팔 기독교에 제안한다.

본 연구는 알스트로메리아 두 개의 교배계통을 정역 교배한 후 배주배양을 수행하였으며, RAPD 마커분석을 통하여 유전적 분배를 조사하였다. 수분 후 경과 14일에 수확하여 sucrose 60 g·L−1와 gelrite 2.2 g·L−1를 첨가한 MS배지에 half-ovule 배양이 가장 좋았다. 배양 6주 후부터 배발생을 시작하여 4개월 후에 완전한 유식물 체를 생성하였다. 7개의 프라이머를 사용하여 교배계통과 교배자손의 RAPD 분석을 수행하여 89개의 밴드 중 59개의 다형성 밴드를 얻었다. 정역교배에서 얻은 7개의 교배자손은 Χ2 분석 결과 부모본으로부터 1 : 1비율로 분배되는 것을 확인하였으며, 교배자손이 교배계통에서 얻은 것을 확신할 수 있었다. 알스트로메리아의 정역교 배에서 교배조합에 따라 교배자손의 수가 다른 것은 주두 또는 화사와 화분의 불친화성을 가지는 수정 전 장벽이 있는 것으로 생각된다. 앞으로 알스트로메리아 육종을 위하여 수정 후 장벽과 함께 수정 전 장벽 또 한 극복해야 할 것이다.

예이츠의 초기 시에 재현된 탈식민주의의 다양한 면을 제시하고자 한다. 그는 아일랜드의 독립을 성취하는 효과적인 수단의 일환으로 ‘문화민족주의’에 깊이 관여한다. 하지만 그는 기존의 강경한 민족주의자들과는 달리 정치에 직접 참여하기보다는 문화·예술을 중시하면서 그들과의 관계는 원만하지 못하면서, 식민주의자와 피식민지인 간에 발생하는 양가적이고 경계적인 양상을 드러낸다. 초기 인도시편을 비롯한 여러 시에서, 예이츠가 주저하고 불안해하고 모순적이고 엉거주춤하는 태도로 미루어보면, 그의 양가성, 혼종성, 경계성이 시 작품에 재현되고 있음을 확인할 수 있다.

I insist in this paper that hybridity and identity are two aspects of modernity, not the separate words like in the aesthetic theory of 'discordia concors' and that modernity carries both in it, expanding relative values. A new version of culture will be able to come out, depending upon how to arrange hybridity and identity. The modern Irish culture, especially in its literature, offers a good example. As for the Irish people, the disaster of Great Famine brought an awakening that the Irish was not the British. And the Irish Literary Revival made the will to differentiate. However, even after the Irish Literary Revival, the Irish people found out that their own culture had been hybridized and that the cultural conflict existed. However, the Irish writers have tried to recreate their own culture based on the pride of their own culture-a firm religious, political and cultural tradition. W.B. Yeats's contribution lies in his attachment to things Irish. His spirit and taste for the supernatural world can be identified with Irishness. However, for Yeats the expression of identity cannot but be limited because he himself was hybrid in blood. Meanwhile, for Heaney, the expression of his own identity is seen in his concern about landscape, history and Gaelic language. His will to search for identity starts from the sense of dispossession, experiencing the Ulster Trouble. However he comes to recognize that they are hybridized. Despite this, his studious will to recreate identity has continued by accepting the hybridity. In brief, Yeats and Heaney are the poets who, moving beyond hybridity, wanted to make the new cultural identity or to complete 'discordia concors' in culture. My last conclusion is that Yeats and Heaney seek to expand the cultural identity by accepting the hybridity and heterogeneity of their culture, and that, however, their last convergence is to search for the essence of the Irish spirit- light, freedom and song.

Molecular markers are useful to confirm the hybridity of F1 plant derived from cross of two homozygous parents with similar morphological traits. RAPD markers were used to test F1 hybrid plant obtained from cross of two homozygous soybean (Glycine max) parents. Fl plant for cross I was made from the mating of Hobbit87 (female) and L63-1889 (male) and Fl plant for cross II was obtained from the mating of H1053 (female) and L63-1889 (male). Selfing plant per each cross was also obtained. Among 20 Operon primers used, OPA04 and OPA09 show polymorphism between cross I and II parent. Band in size 1Kb of OPA04 and 2.1Kb of OPA09 primer was polymorphic band. This fragment identified Fl hybrid plant and selfing plant in cross I and II. Female parent Hobbit87 in cross I and H1053 in cross II has no this fragment (recessive allele). However, male parent L63-1889 and Fl hybrid plant in cross I and II has this size of polymorphic band (dominant allele). This indicated that Fl hybrid and selfing plants were detected by RAPD marker before phenotypic marker would be used to identify Fl hybridity. Amplification products of selfing plant for cross I and II were completely same to the those of female parent. When mature, flower color of Fl hybrid plant in cross I and II was purple and flower color of selfing plant in cross I and II was white. Purple flower is dominant trait. Fl hybridity was successfully detected at very early growth stage using RAPD marker. Therefore, RAPD marker can be used broadly to confirm Fl hybridity in many crops.
