Maintaining the permanence of a company in the current rapidly changing business environment is not an easy task. Rather, the lifespan of a company can be said to be gradually decreasing. As such, the author of this paper, which describes the current market environment, is the sales organization of a large company. While leading the company, I thought about how to overcome the rapidly changing market and create an organization that continues to grow. As a result, I succeeded in creating an organization that continued to grow over the past two years, and the main activity of this result was the use of sales computer. It was clear that it was an information sharing activity. This can be said to be a result of proving that a series of activities to create and share information is important for the sales organization of ICT companies to actively respond to the rapidly changing market environment. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the relationship between knowledge management and business performance in the sales field of ICT companies, which has not been covered so far. Knowledge management is a four-stage activity from a process perspective, divided into knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization. did. As a result of the study, first, knowledge management activities, such as knowledge creation and knowledge storage, were found to have a significant impact on financial performance. Second, knowledge management activities such as knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization were all found to have an impact on non-financial performance. In the end, this study confirmed that efforts to turn tacit knowledge into knowledge in order to respond to the ever-changing ICT market are ultimately an important factor in growing a company.

본 연구는 경로당을 이용하는 노인들을 대상으로 ICT기반 치매예방 통합프로그램을 적용하여 활력, 치매두려움 및 치매예방행위에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 프로그램 구성은 주 2회, 6주, 회기당 30분 분량으로 총 12회차이며 단일군 전후 실험설계이다. 자료분석은 기술통계, Paired t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient를 이용하였다. ICT기반 치매예방 통합프로그램은 경로당 노인의 활력과 치매예방행위를 증가시키고, 치매두려움은 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 ICT기반 치매예방 통합프로그램을 경로당 이용노인의 치매예방를 위해 실무현장에서 활용할 것을 권장한다.

우리나라는 초고령화 사회진입에 전세계적으로 보기드문 급속한 추세에 있다. 또한 코로나19로 인해 대 면적인 사회서비스 제한이 장기화된 상황에서 우리나라 서울보다 1.4배 넓은 소농·도시형인 포천시에 거주 하는 재가노인의 가장 우선시되는 욕구는 먼저 육체적으로 면역력 강화를 위한 영양섭취이고 다음으로는 사회관계를 통한 정신적인 스트레스 해소로 나타났다. 이에 포천시에 위치한 포천노인복지센터는 2004년부터 ‘재가노인지원서비스사업’을 수행하면서 집안에 서 적용 가능한 현관문 개폐와 노인 움직임 감지 등 IOT(Internet Of Things)를 실행하였다. 본 연구에서는 포천시에 거주하는 재가노인을 대상으로 경기도 특화사업인 ‘재가노인 건강기능강화를 위한 맞춤형영양지원사업’을 사회복지사 한명이 식재료와 조리방법을 직접 전달, 설명하는 ‘대면그룹 7명’ 과 수행했다. 그리고 자원봉사자와 재가노인이 일대일 재택대면매칭에 추가하여 ICT를 기반으로 원격화상 을 통해 조리사와 실시간 동시접속 하는 ‘비대면그룹 10명’으로 구분하였다. 8개월 동안 총17명의 대상자에게 음식요리와 섭취를 통해 ‘노인의 영양상태 간이조사’, ‘영양이 노인의 정서· 심리에 미치는 상관관계’ 설문조사와 인바디/혈압측정 등으로 정량적인 결과를 도출함으로써 재가노 인의 건강이 강화됨을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this action study was to identify problems of pre-service English teachers within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, initiate appropriate actions, and measure impacts. As the lack of teacher training and practice was noted as a problem, actions of providing long-term training and online teaching practice were initiated. Eighteen pre-service English teachers took an ICT course to receive training and taught students online. Their responses in regular group conferences, a final conference, and a survey questionnaire were analyzed through observing and reflecting. They perceived all topics and contents covered for the training as very useful. They also reported online teaching practice enabled them to improve various abilities such as managing Zoom classes, creating video content, managing an app, etc. Finally, they experienced difficulty, particularly in keeping students motivated, and holding online mentoring. However, working collaboratively enabled them to become more responsible. Actions initiated in this study were confirmed to be successful. Implications for the future are presented.

제 4차 산업혁명으로 기업은 내, 외부적인 변화를 마주하고 있다. 변화에 대응하고 생존을 넘어 지속적 인 성장을 위해 기업은 ICT 기술을 도입하고 업무 효율화를 추구하며 구성원의 역량 강화 등의 디지털 트랜스포메이션을 통해 대응하고 있다. 그러나 물적, 인적 자원을 구입하고 조달하는 데 한계가 있는 중소기업은 이러한 변화에 대응하는 데 어려움을 경험한다. 이를 극복하기 위한 대안으로 중소기업 임직원의 ICT 기술 역량 강화의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 디지털 트렌스포메이션 시대, 중소기업 임직원의 ICT 기술 역량 강화를 위한 교육의 효과성 증진을 목표로 서울 소재 중소기업의 최고경영진이 인식하는 ICT 기술에 대한 산업별 교육 요구도를 조사 및 분석하는 데 연구의 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 서울산업진흥원에서 진행한 ‘서울기업 디지털 리더십 과정’ 교육 수료자를 대상으로 데이터를 수집하였 다. 수집된 데이터를 기반으로 t 검정, Borich 계수, the Locus for Focus 모델을 통해 요구도를 분석하였 다. 분석 결과 산업별 최우선 순위군에 속한 ICT 기술은 상이한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 산업별 결과를 종합하면 대다수의 업종에서 우선적으로 고려되어야 할 요인은 인공지능, 가상증강현실로 나타났으며 빅 데이터는 특정 업종에서 우선적으로 고려되어야 할 요인으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 산업별 ICT 기술 교육에 대한 실천적 방안을 제시하였다.

The development of technology related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the growth of the online market due to pandemic are continuing the growth of the logistics market for product delivery. If it is difficult to deliver the product directly to the customer during delivery, storage and delivery using the unmanned courier box are being carried out. However, existing storage boxes are not actively used due to lack of usability even though they have the advantage of storing goods and delivering non-face-to-face. In addition, existing courier boxes are not prepared for cold chain transportation. The unmanned delivery storage device with ICT cold chain technology should be developed to prepare for the transition to non-face-to-face society, to improve logistics efficiency and meet user's requirements. Also, it is necessary to consider the measures to reduce the safety problems that may occur during the use and maintenance of the automatic system.This study conducted a model-based analysis for the development of unmanned delivery storage devices with ICT cold chain technology, and conducted a study to derive the system development specifications that meet the requirements and secure safety and apply them to the development process.

Recent developments in information and communication technologies (ICT) can be applied in stores, and the number of fashion stores that have introduced and utilized ICT are increasing. By applying a literature review and empirical research, the types of ICT service factors of fashion stores were identified and categorized. The effect of their importance on consumer behavioral intentions was analyzed. Next, using factor analysis on the ICT service factors, five factors were identified and named as follows: smart space services, smart payment services, virtual image services, product information services, and smart access services. The importance of these factors was then analyzed. The importance of each factor and detailed questions was rated above average. After examining the effect of ICT service on behavior intention, issues such as purchase intention, revisit intention, and word of mouth intention were found to have significant influence. This study is meaningful in that it derives the importance factors of ICT services that can be used in fashion stores in a situation where retail techniques become important and expand, and provides marketing strategies related to consumer behavior according to detailed factors. With retail tech becoming more important and expanding, it is necessary to provide various services that consumers value by utilizing ICT in fashion stores. Considering the results of this study, ICT technology and services of various fashion stores can be effectively utilized and retail tech utilization performance can be improved.

본 연구는 ICT기업에서 팀장의 변혁적 리더십이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 검증함과 동시에 SNS 정보공유의 매개효과와 동기부여 언어의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 서울 및 수도권 지역의 ICT기업에 종사하는 구성원 210명을 대상으로 SPSS 회귀분석과 PROCESS macro를 활용하여 매개효과와 조절효과를 검증하였다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변혁적 리더십은 구성원들의 혁신행동에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 변혁적 리더십은 구성원들과의 SNS 정보공유에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 셋째, SNS 정보공유는 혁신행동에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 변혁적 리더십과 혁신행동 관계에서 SNS 정보공유는 부분매개효과를 보였다. 즉, 변혁적 리더십은 혁신행동에 직접적으로 영향을 주기도 하지만, SNS 정보공유를 매개로 하여 혁신행동에 간접적으로 영향을 주기도 한다. 다섯째, SNS 정보공유와 혁신행동의 관계에서 리더의 동기부여 언어는 조절효과를 보였다. 즉, SNS 정보공유가 혁신행동에 주는 긍정적인 효과는 리더의 동기부여 언어 사용이 높은 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 더욱 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 스마트 기기 사용 능력과 소셜 미디어 서비스의 사용 수준이 노인의 자존감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 평가하고자 하였다. 코로나19(Covid-19) 대유행이 계속되고 있는 상황임을 고려할 때 스마트 기기를 사용한 사회적 상호작용은 그 어느 때보다 노인의 심리적 복지와 밀접한 관련이 있을 것으로 유추된다. 이에 본 연구는 한국정보사회발전연구원(KISDI)이 2018년과 2020년에 수집한 한국 미디어 패널 조사를 활용하여 노인의 스마트 기기 활용 능력과 자존감 사이의 관계를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 스마트 기기를 사용할 수 있는 노인이 더 많은 인터넷 미디어 서비스를 이용하는 경향이 있었고, 자아존중감의 수준 역시 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 2018년과 2020년 사이 스마트 기기 활용 능력이 향상된 것으로 보고한 응답자들의 경우, 자존감 수준이 정체되거나 감소한 응답자들에 비하여 자존감의 수준이 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 연구 결과는 독거노인의 경우 소셜 미디어에 대한 접근성이 낮고, 심리적인 건강 측면에서도 취약하다는 것을 보여주었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 스마트 기기 사용 능력을 향상시키고 소셜 미디어 활용을 도울 수 있는 노인 대상 사회서비스 제공이 필요함을 시사한다. 즉 사회적 관계 면에서 스마트 기기 활용과 소셜 미디어 사용이 취약한 노인의 심리적 복지를 향상시킬 수 있는 좋은 대안이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

오늘날, 벤처기업은 국가 경제성장의 핵심적인 역할을 담당한다는 측면에서 그 중요성이 점점 증가하고 있다. 하지만 ICT 벤처기업의 경우 급격한 환경 변화 등으로 인해 지속적인 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 큰 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 이를 해결하기 위한 방안의 하나 로써 정부의 지원 정책에 의존하고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구는 정부 지원이 ICT 벤처기업의 경영 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 실증 분석을 위해 2016년 ICT벤처패널조사 데이터를 수집하였고, 자금 및 연구개발 지원 효과를 분석하기 위해 각각 687개와 538개 기업을 선정하였다. 그리고 성향점수매칭을 통해 정부 지원을 받은 기업과 유사한 특성을 가진 기업(대조군)을 비교‧분석하였다. 분석 결과, 자금 지원 여부는 ICT 벤처기업의 성장성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 연구 개발 지원 여부는 ICT 벤처기업의 안정성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정부의 지원 유형에 따라 ICT 벤처기업의 경영 성과에 차이가 존재함을 의미한다. 본 연구를 통해 정부 정책의 효과에 대해 확인할 수 있었으며, ICT 벤처기업을 육성하기 위해 특정 목적에 맞는 다양한 지원 정책을 추진해야 할 것이다. 또한 향후 ICT 벤처기업의 지속적인 성장을 위해서는 개별적인 자금 지원 또는 연구개발 지원보다 패키지(기술‧경영‧ 사업화 등) 형태의 지원에 대해서도 고려할 필요가 있을 것이다. 주제어

Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) continue to adopt ICT to gain an edge in organizational innovation and competition. This has a management advantage, but it also brings vulnerabilities as to cyber security. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to conduct an exploratory study on the cyber security situation of SMEs. A survey was conducted on Korean SMEs to determine how well they are connected to ICT and how much they are exposed to cyber security threats. The results suggest two things. First, Korean SMEs are well connected to ICT, but there is a gap between the actual adoption and human recognition of its importance. Second, security threats and breaches affect the majority of SMEs, but several problems including costs have not been properly evaluated. The results of this study are expected to help improve the cyber security management system of Korean SMEs.

This paper presented a case of the ICT Innovation Centres in Primary Schools in Kenya for the effective operation and management of ICT integrated education based on the results of the centre users’satisfaction and improved competency in ICT in education. Global society pursed results-based management to materialize the principles of effective development cooperation. In line with the principle, the project team for establishing the Centres has supported the local operators to operate and manage the centres with the manual and surveyed to capture the results of the operation and management focusing on the users' satisfaction and competency. As result, these two centres encouraged the users to be exposed to use facilities and equipment for understanding ICT and applying it in their teaching and learning activities physically. In particular, these centres helped them to participate in community activities which were recognized as the foundation of sustainable operation and management of the centres. The teaching and learning environment significantly affected the users' satisfaction and improved competency. But, still, additional content would be required for enhancing the performance of the users. For the long-term results, this study proposed that the impact of using the centres should be monitored continuously to carry out tangible results of teaching and learning performance because the centres were operated less than a year and still required to stock relevant data.

본 연구의 목적은 코칭리더십이 혁신행동과 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 분석 하고 아울러 이들 사이에 리더의 감성지능이 조절역할을 하는 가를 검증하는데 있다. 이러한 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 본 연구의 조사대상은 ICT연구개발분 야의 조직에서 근무하는 직장인들을 대상으로 사전에 80명의 파일럿을 통하여 측정도구의 신뢰도 분석을 실시하고 총 310부의 설문지를 배부하여 유효한 285부를 SPSS 22.0 프로그램과 AMOS를 이용하여 분석에 사용했는데, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 코칭리더십이 ICT 연구개발직에서 혁신행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 코칭리더십이 조직 구성원들의 혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 코칭리더십은 조직 구성원들의 이직의도와 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 리더의 코칭행동이 구성원들의 이직 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 코칭리더십은 혁신행동 및 이직 의도간의 관계에서 리더의 감성지능이 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타나 리더의 감성지능이 영향력이 있음을 증명하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 이론적, 실무적 시사점과 향후 연구에 대한 방향을 제시하였다.

This study investigates the status of ICT in Education in Turkmenistan for achieving the United Nations’(UN) Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG4) targets. The study uses two methods for data collection: a detailed review of the literature and a survey. For data collection through survey, the National Education Institute of Turkmenistan and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Turkmenistan Office representatives take in part to capture different dimensions of the same phenomenon; the integration of ICT into education in terms of achieving the SDG4 in the country. The results indicate the specific issues such as harnessing ICT as an access tool for education, using ICT for the equity and quality of education as well as the teachers’ ICT competency which need to be improved for achieving the Education 2030 in Turkmenistan. The study also finds priority areas for upcoming years: ICT for transforming and expanding TVET and higher education, improving teacher competency as well as building and upgrading learning environments in Turkmenistan.
