        In accordance with the nature, characteristics, uses, etc. of the information that are as distinguishing criteria, information classification is a means clustering things meeting the same standard. Classification is the basis of scientific research. The purpose of Information Classification on handed down Chinese Dictionary in Japan, South Korea and China is to provide a professional platform for philology researchers easily retrieve and inquiry. And providing a theoretical basis for the development and application of the depth of shared dictionary database of East Asian. This article analyzes and studies Information Organization, Information Retrieval and Information Classification of handed down Chinese Dictionary in Japan, South Korea and China, the Paper noted that standardized information classification principles is a prerequisite for East Asian countries to regulate the construction of database of handed dictionaries ,and to maximize sharing Chinese character resources.

        A manufacturing information system, which collects manufacturing information from the shop floors and supply them to higher level systems, should be maintained and upgraded according to the change of production environment such as new product introduction. This situation leads to the need of a cost-effective system development methodology. In this paper, a methodology based on the classification and the similarity comparison of manufacturing processes is proposed. In this, a new product is classified according to the similarity of its manufacturing processes, which enables recycling of existing system modules. The proposed methodology has been tested in the case of an electronics parts manufacturing company, where an information system is implemented. The result shows that the proposed methodology can save time and efforts for system implementation

        Many of the facility management information system are being operated by each government departments and Acts. Therefore, it is difficult to share and integrate data through the network because data standard codes are not established. In spite of these problems, the Special Act on the Safety Management and maintenance imposes duties on the main agent of national infra structure management and the maintenance results should be integrated in Infra Structure Information Management System(FMS). Thus we propose the structure classification standard codes for the FMS to integrate and analyze safety and management data.
