The small catamaran leisure boat which is 4.1m length, 1.9m breadth and 0.7 ton displacement was designed. To decide optimum breadth, four sets of distances between hulls were considered. CFD analysis using FLUENT was performed to examine flow patterns, pressure distribution and wave height between two hulls. Model test at CWC in INHA Technical College was also carried out to get the resistance for final hull form at design speed 5 knots. The feature of flow pattern among four different distances between hulls were compared and discussed. The optimum breadth of design vessel was decided depending on the CFD results and comments of expertise that has experience on board the small demihull. 주5일 근무제가 확대되어 국민의 여가시간이 증가되고 소득수준이 향상됨에 따라 해양레저스포츠에 대한 국민들의 관심이 높아가고 있다. 지자체들도 전시회, 국제요트대회 등을 경쟁적으로 개최하고 대규모 투자를 추진하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라는 선진국의 수요패턴과 달리 수요가 크게 늘어나지 않고 있다. 그동안 해양레저스포츠의 활성화를 위하여 스포츠관점에서는 많은 연구가 이루어졌으나 산업적 관점에서 산업환경 요인에 대한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 해양레저스포츠산업에 영향을 미치는 경제적, 사회적 환경 등 환경요인을 고찰한다. 이를 위해 해양레저스포츠산업을 둘러싸고 있는 산업환경 요인을 해양레저스포츠산업의 주요성장 지표인 인구 천명당 레저보트(요트 모타보트) 보유척수와의 상관관계로 분석하였다. 마지막으로 선진국과의 해양레저스포츠산업 환경요인을 비교분석하여 우리나라 해양레저스포츠산업의 발전을 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Resistance performances of a leisure yacht with different keels, which are center and double keels respectively, are investigated by model test at circulating water channel. Flow patterns around the keels are observed by tuft test to make clear the relation between resistance performance and flow around keels. The results show that the keel does not affect free surface and double keel yacht has better performance comparing single keel yacht in resistance point of view.

세계 각국은 관광과 문화 사업을 21세기 국가 전략 사업으로 육성하고 있다. 관광 선진국들의 사례를 비춰볼 때 국민소득이 2만~3만 달러 이상 증가하면 육상 관광과 레저에서 해양 관광과 레저로 추이가 이동함을 볼 수 있다. 또한 주 5일 근무제의 시행으로 근로시간 단축에 따라 가족 지향형 가치관의 형성으로 가족단위의 여가활동 및 여행수요 증대의 보편화가 나타나고 있다. 이러한 환경변화에 따라 해양레저를 즐기고자하는 수요는 증가하고 있으나, 기반시설 부족으로 활성화가 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 특히 우리나라 서남해안 해역은 수많은 다도해가 자연방파제 역할을 하고 있으므로 해양레저 산업을 활성화 시키는데 적합한 천혜의 자연조건을 보유하고 있으나 기반시설 부족으로 활성화가 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 해양레저 기반시설의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 서남해안 해양레저 산업 활성화에 필요한 친환경 해양레저 기반 시설 구축 방안에 관하여 논한다.

The study aims to examine whether regular leisure activity of the elderly with active and passive types has a beneficial effect to enhance their health condition. The elderly subjects of 164 (82 of elderly who do active leisure and 82 of elderly who do passive leisure) aged over 60 years in Suwon area were employed. Survey questionnaires were administered to investigate general characteristics, life style, and health status along with anthropometric measurement. From the findings, the elderly who do active leisure were highly educated and better in living status. The elderly who do passive leisure showed higher drinking and smoking rates as well as higher obesity and overweight rates in comparison to the other counterpart. Furthermore, the elderly who do passive leisure were poor in health status. 'Painful knee and eye', 'lower back pain', and 'fatigue' were the most prevalent among subjective symptoms of the elderly. In conclusion, the elderly with active leisure activity seemed to have better life style and maintain good health status. Therefore, it is critically important to establish the health program combined with various leisure activity for the seniors to promote and energize the later years of life.

최근 일부 계층의 오락을 위한 자연환경 파괴 행위가 끊이지 않고 있다. 충청북도와 충청북도 영동군은 충청북도 영동군 상촌면 소재의 물한계곡의 자연생태계 6,000,000평방미터에 스키장, 골프장, 콘도미니엄 등의 대규모 휴양시설을 건설하려는 주식회사 동신레져의 계획을 추진하고 있어 이 지역 생물종의 심각한 감소가 우려된다. 본 연구는 대규모 위락시설 개발로 결과될 동물생태계 황폐화를 예견하고 그에 따른 경각심을 촉구하고자 현재까지 잘 보존된 민주지산 물한계곡 일대 의 양서ㆍ파충류상을 선행 조사하여 수행하였다. 1994년 6월 24일에서 6월 25일에 걸쳐 민주지산 물한계곡에서 관찰된 양서류는 2목 5과 8종, 파충류는 1목 2과 5종으로 한국 대부분의 국립공원과 유사한 정도로 다양한 양서 파충류상을 나타내었다. 관찰된 8종의 양서류 중4종(도롱뇽, 꼬리치레도롱뇽, 두꺼비, 북방산개구리), 파충류 5종 중 3종(무자치, 능구렁이, 까치살모사)이 특정 야생동물로, 보호대상종의 빈도가 높아 민주지산의 보존가치는 매우 높은 것으로 사료되었다. 민주지산 일대는 덕유산국립 공원 지역과 함께 태백산맥과 소백산맥을 연결하는 생물지리 항상 그 중요성이 매우 높은 곳이다. 덕유산국립공원 구역의 무주리조트, 스키장 건설 등으로 이미 자연생태계가 심각하게 파괴되는 이때 민주지산의 대규모 위락시설의 건설 계획은 마땅히 철회되어야 한다. 민주지산의 자연생태계 보존으로 양서 파충류의 보존과 함께 동식물의 이동로를 보존해야 할 것이다.

근래 들어 급속한 산업화와 그에 따른 무분별한 개발 등으로 생태계의 파괴가 빠른 속도로 진행되고 이와 같은 생태계의 파괴는 많은 생물종의 서식지 박탈로 이어져 수많은 종이 멸종되거나 멸종위기에 처해 있다. 민주지산지역 역시 예외가 아니어서 1992년 영동군은 상기 자연생태지역에 종합관광휴양지 건설(동신레저 주식회사)을 추진하고 있다. 이를 위해 6,000,000m2에 이르는 산림보존지역을 스키장과 골프장을 위한 개발촉진지역 및 관광휴양지역으로 용도변경한 바 있다. 상기의 종합관광휴양지 개발로 인한 자연생태계 파괴가 조류 분포에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 개발 이전의 민주지산의 조류상을 선행 조사하였다. 민주지산 일대에서 관찰된 조류는 총 9목 23과 41종 229개체로 민주지산에서 9목 21과 39종 158개체, 석기봉에서 5목 16과 27종 71개체가 각각 조사되었다. 동고비가 우점종이었으며 다음으로 진박새, 쇠솔새, 박새, 쇠박새, 횐배지빠귀의 순으로 우세하였다. 천연기념물 조류로는 새매, 붉은배새매 및 소쩍새가 관찰되었고 희귀종 청호반새도 출현하였다. 종다양성 지수가 3.381로 이 값은 지리산(3.400) 이외의 타 지역보다 높았다. 민주지산, 석기봉, 삼도봉 일대는 인적이 드물고 환경오염이 적어 타 지역에 비하여 조류의 서식이 많은 지역이다. 또한 태백산맥과 소백산맥이 연결되는 생물지지 학적으로 매우 중요한 곳으로 조류를 비롯한 많은 동물의 이동로이다. 상기 지역과 연결되어 있는 국립공원 덕유산에 이미 건설되었거나 건설 예정인 각종 스포츠 레저시설로 생태계 훼손이 심각하게 우려되는 이 때 민주지산 일대의 대규모 개발은 자제되어야 할 것이다.

The construction of towns featured in leisure sports is a necessity to satisfy the ever-growing pursuit on ordinary folks, an application of new-type urbanization strategy and an effective method to escalate the economic development of backward areas and it is of vital importance to improve the development of overall better-off society. Towns featured in leisure sports in Hunan could be best represented by five major ones: Fish-shape Sports Town, Thousand-dragon Lake International Leisure Sports Town, Shashi First Leisure Sports Town of Hunan, Anxiang Leisure Sports Town and Xiaobu Leisure Sports Town. Yet the development of Chinese leisure sports towns is unexpectedly on its primary stage, the development niche is obscure, basic facilities are inefficient, the fusion of sports industry and other branches is far from perfect and sports professionals are insufficient. The thesis adopts the method of investigation and documentation and analyzes the contemporary situation and prevailing problems of leisure sports towns in Hunan and summarizes perception of development strategy of these towns: to work out a comprehensive development plan. To perfect basic facilities; to construct multidimensional sports industrial chain and to import and train sports professionals.

본 연구는 시각장애 특수학교 고등학생의 여가생활 경험을 통해 시각장애 학생에게 여가는 어떠한 의미인지, 여가를 어떻게 보내고 있는지, 그리고 보다 나은 여가생활을 위해 필요한 것이 무엇인지에 관하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 시각장애 특수학교 고등학교 과정에 재학 중인 청소년 7명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 시각장애학생은 주어진 상황과 여건에 맞추어 여가를 경험하고 있었으며, 자신의 삶에서 여가가 필요한 이유나 여가를 통해 얻을 수 있는 이점을 인식하고 있었다. 시각장애 고등학생은 반복적인 단조로운 여가생활을 하면서, 때로는 주변 사람과 함께하는 여가를 통해 다양한 프로그램에 참여하면서 보다 많은 경험을 하고 있었다. 그리고 시각장애 특수학교 고등학생은 시력의 한계로 인해 여가생활에 참여 하면서 다양한 어려움도 존재하였다. 또한, 시각장애학생은 자신이 좋아하는 여가활동에 참여하면서 자신의 진로에 대해 고민해보기도 하고, 여가시간을 자신의 미래를 위해 준비하는 시간으로 보내기도 하였다.
