        This study was carried out to development the environment-friendly control method of Myzus persicae using Beauveria bassiana and Environment-friendly agricultural materials (EFAM). Germination rate the dried conidia of B. bassiana was 90 percent at 24-27 ˚C temperature condition. Mortalíty of M. persícae was 56. 7% at 1 X1 07 cfu/ml conidia concentration. Four EFAM such as Pachungtan, Wangjungwang, Newbiodakill, Muginchon were low toxicity to B. bassiana growth. Among them, Muginchon (derris extract) and Wangjungwang (neem extract) could have synergistic effect to aphid mortality when mixing treat with B. bassiana, which protection value was 99% in 3 days after treat.

        본 연구는 우리나라의 대표적인 해항도시이며, 우리나라의 해양수도 및 동북아 관문항을 지향하는 부산광역시와 인천광역시의 해양환경 관리실태를 비교 분석하고 이의 제고방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 해양환경지표로서 수온(C), 염분(‰), 수소이온농도(PH), 용존산소(DO: mg/l), 화학적 산소요구량(COD: mg/l), 용존무기질소(DIN: mg/l), 총질소(T-N: mg/l), 용존무기인(DIP: mg/l), 총인(T-P: mgp/ml), 규산규소(Sio2-Si), 부유물질(mg/l), 클로로필(Chi-a: μg/l) 등의 총 12개 지표들을 사용하였다. 연구의 결과, 부산광역시와 인천광역시의 경우 2000년도부터 2003년도까지는 해양환경상태가 악화되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부산광역시 및 인천광역시의 해양환경상태를 악화시키고 있는 해양환경지표는 총질소, 용존무기인, 총인 등으로 나타났고, 이들 해양환경지표들은 해가 갈수록 악화되고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

        This study is to integratedly examine coastal management policy and marine tourism development project for Korean coasts, especially for the South Sea of high development pressure, presenting sustainable tourism development policies for the future. To do so, it is examined central government-level coastal development projects set up by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries and the Ministry cf Construction and Transportation, setting the direction of south coastal management and tourism development at a level of national territory planning. The problems of coastal management first and then the problems of the South Coast Tourism Belt Project are analyzed in order to present political and administrative alternatives. To overcome such problems and make Korea a marine tourism base in East Asia, there is a need for re-recognition of the value of the project and its continuous push through cooperation between central and local governments. Also, under the presupposition of consensus building among local people and the sustainable development of environments, there should be are-recognition that the future cf Korean marine tourism in the 21st-century and the success of an inverted π-axis national development depend on the South coastal Tourism Belt Development Project.

        Proper management of small rural watershed is important since it does affect water quality improvement of larger scale watershed. Therefore, effective small watershed management guideline including participatory program of local people is required to achieve water environment improvement. Feasibility of water quality goal, short and long-term watershed management plan and funding sources were investigated by field monitoring of Hampyungchun watershed which has characteristics of rural stream, and literature review. The relevant parties and their roles fer watershed management were identified and suggested. A hybrid model, that is mixture of government driven model and NGO model, is recommended for watershed management organization in this study.

        We introduce a simplified crossing wood drain disperses rain water concentration and is used to protect the road surface from erosion due to flooding over the unpaved road. The efficiency of a simplified crossing wood drain was also investigated. A structure of simplified crossing wood drain can be produced within 10 minutes and installed within 18 minutes. The cost of the this product is 1/5 of that of the existing crossing drain product. The production and installation cost can be reduced according to dexterity. In the context of such applications, the degrees of damage for a rubber pad, which preventing the rain overflow, were varied according to their materials. A type of 8.2㎜ thick fabric rubber was the most suitable in this study.

        This paper described the overall operations and applications of the water environment management and evaluation systems (WEMES) for environmental management, conservation, and evaluation for a small watershed. WEMES was to be applied with field data from small watersheds ranging from 0.4 to 29.79km2 in size which have steep topography and complex landuses. WEMES was a computer aided decision support system, that was comprised of the database subsystem, the simulation model subsystem, the environmental evaluation model subsystem, and the graphic user interface subsystem that visualizes the simulated results. The water environment management and evaluation with WEMES was successfully performed.

        In an effort to effectively manage and evaluate a water environment at a small watershed, a decision support system for a water environment management and evaluation has been developed. This paper described the overall features and functions of the water environment management and evaluation systems (WEMES) for environmental management, conservation, and evaluation at a small watershed. WEMES consisted of fore subsystems: data, simulation model, evaluation model, and user interface. Each of the systems were briefly described. And special features like simulation and evaluation models were also introduced.

        The purpose of this study is to develop a rural stream environment management system (RUSEMS) using Object Oriented Programming (OOP). In this study, the management goals of RUSEMS were conceptualized and systemized. The objects which required in RUSEMS were developed, then the method and the attribute of the objects were also devised, and the hierarchy of the objects was constructed by OMT method in this study. The results of the system application showed that RUSEMS was enable to manage, to analyze, and to offer the information about the monitoring, analyzing of the rural stream pollution, and managing pollution source of the watershed and the rural stream environment management for the friendly water space.
