This study conducted a critical discourse analysis (CDA) of Maria Leonor “Leni” G. Robredo’s presidential proclamation bid considering differing ideologies between two opposing political parties in the Philippines. Robredo employed language to persuade people to support her ideologies and, ultimately, to cast their votes for her. Analyzing her speech through Fairclough’s three-dimensional CDA model yielded the following several key insights. First, the textual analysis of Robredo’s proclamation bid revealed multiple personal and impersonal motivations in using linguistic markers such as personal pronouns, mood, and modality. Second, the processing analysis of Robredo’s political discourse displayed her lexical choices and use of rhetorical norms such as metaphors, repetition, and three-part lists to persuade people to change their views on the government. Finally, the social analysis of Robredo’s proclamation speech revealed her ideologies as a political leader, which became the basis for constructing a self-identity relevant to her orientation of power. This analysis of Robredo’s political discourse through CDA explored the relationship between language, ideologies, and power. The findings of this study are expected to stimulate listeners to critically observe the verbal political behaviors of speakers.

이 글의 목적은 지난 21대 총선과 한국의 민주주의를 반추(反芻)하면 서 한국의 민주주의에 얼마나 국민적 가치를 보여줄 수 있는가를 고찰하 는 데 있다. 이 연구는 21대 총선에서 준연동형 비례대표제 도입이 여야 거대 양당의 공천과정에 어떤 변화를 보여주는지를 선거제도의 비례성과 당내 공천과정의 민주성을 중심으로 평가하고자 한다. 이 연구의 결과, 준연동형 비례대표제 도입의 변칙성, 준연동형 비례대표제의 비례성의 감소, 거대 양당에 의한 위성정당 난립과 비제도화, 공천과 공직후보자 추천에서 정당의 당내 민주화 부재를 보여주었다. 따라서 총선을 통해 당내 민주주의를 정착시킬 수 있는 것은 당리당략이 아닌 여야 합의에 의한 비례대표제 채택, 제대로 된 국회의원 선거제도에서의 비례성 확대, 거대 양당에 의한 위성정당 난립 방지 위한 정당법 및 선거법의 개정, 비례대표 의석을 거대 양당 배제하고 군소정당만으로 전국 득표율 수 에 따라 배분, 총선과정에서의 정당의 비민주적 행태 지양과 당내 민주 주의 확대하는 것이다.

이 글은 한국정치 초유의, 국민이 불러낸 윤석열 야당 후보가 정치 입 문 8개월 만에 대통령에 당선되었다는 점을 정치외부자적 관점에서 논의 하고자 한다. 이런 관점에서 보면 정권교체는 문재인 정부에 대한 국민 적 심판을 의미하는 것이며, 단지 이재명 후보의 대선 도전에 대한 심판 이 아니다. 이에 대한 연구방법으로는 SWOT 분석 모델을 중심으로 하 되, 제20대 대선 관련 연구가 일천한 관계로 신문 자료나 인터넷 자료를 여야간 정권교체 과정으로 고찰하고자 한다. 윤석열 당선인은 유효 투표 의 48.56%인 1,639만여 표를 얻어 47.83%를 득표한 이재명 더불어민주 당 후보(1,614만여 표)를 약 0.73%차로 따돌렸다. 이로써 문재인 정부는 촛불시위로 정권교체 후 오만한 정권색깔을 드러내다 5년 만에 권력승계 실패로 퇴장하게 됐다.

2016년 12월 9일 국회가 박근혜 대통령의 탄핵소추안 결의는 박근혜 대통 령과 집권당인 새누리당의 친박(親朴) 대 비박(非朴) 간의 제20대 총선 공천 파동에서 비롯됐음을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 이 논문은 제20대 총선에서의 여․ 야 정당의 공천파동 행태가 국민들의 표심에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는가를 연구의 초점으로 한다. 총선을 앞두고 표출된 여․야 당의 공천파동은 제19대 대선 승리를 위한 전초전으로 계파간의 이전투구 그 자체였다. 첫째, 여․야 각 정당의 공천파행이 박근혜 대통령은 물론 여․야 당 대표나 지도부 및 공천심사위원장 등을 중심으로 어떻게 펼쳐졌는지 살펴보고자 한다. 둘째, 이러한 공천파동의 행태가 대선을 앞둔 시점에서 각 정당의 대선후보 구도에 어떤 변화를 초래할 지를 살펴보는 것이다. 셋째, 선거 전후에서 나타났듯이 더불어민주당과 국민 의당 간 야당 분열과 호남에서의 주도권 문제에 어떠한 인과관계가 있는지를 다루고자 한다. 이 논문의 분석 결과, 제20대 총선은 집권 새누리당의 과반수 의석 획득에 실패하고 야당이 승리함으로써 여소야대(與小野大)를 형성하였다. 야권이 분열한 상황에서도 박근혜 대통령과 새누리당이 대패한 이유는 무엇보다 야권 분열로 인해 총선 승리를 예단한 친박과 비박계의 공천 내홍에 근본 원인에 있다. 그에 따른 책임론이 '과거권력'이 돼 버린 박근혜 대통령을 향해 제기될 공산이 크고, 상대적으로 야당에 의한 미래권력의 등장이 앞당겨 질 가능성을 열어둔 것이다. 야당의 경우 전통적 야당 텃밭인 호남 쟁탈전은 ‘문재인’과 ‘안철수’라는 두 대권주자의 명운이 걸린 사안인 점만은 분명하다.

이논문은 음악의 요소들과 음악외적인 의미들을 이해하기위해 쟈크 데리다의 문자에관한 철학적인 이론을 적용한다. 데리다는 음성언어와 문자언어의 전통적인 이분법적인 대립에 대해 재해석을 한다. 그는 그 이분법적인 대립의 상하구조, 즉 서구의 형이상학 철학 체계 전반에 대해 반대로 생각해보고, 더 나아가서는 현실에서 잘못 인식되고 있는 점들의 변혁을 꽤한다. 이러한 인식론적 변혁을 꾀하는 것을 해체주의라 한다. 이 연구에서는 세 가지의 다른 대립에 대해 살펴본다 - 이항대립, 유표성, 그리고 음양이론. 이는 해체주의의 단계별 과정, 즉 텍스트를 이항대립으로 생각해보고, 이를 전위 시키고, 결국 사고의 변혁을 가져오게 하는 그 과정을 잘 묘사한다. 서양의 사고는 이항대립의 형태에서 심한 상하구조를 가지고있다. 즉, 어떤하나의요소는그반대의것을완전히지배하는구조이다. 이항대립에서는 근본적인 것이라고 여겨지는 요소가 주목을 받는다. 반면에, 유표성 이론에서는 어떠한 특별한 속성의 존재가 주목 받는다. 그래서 유표성 이론은 이항대립의 전위적인 특성을 보인다. 더 나아가 이항 대립의 전위는 음양이론으로 더 넓게 생각되어질 수 있다. 자연의 이치에서 음이 여성적이며, 어두운성격이라면양은남성적이며 밝음을 상징한다. 서로보충적인이러한힘은가까이서 보면 반대인 듯 하나, 크게 보면 유기체적으로 하나를 이룬다. 이는 결국 서로 다른 요소들이 조화를 이루게 됨을 나타낸다. 그러므로 음양의 동양적 사고는 이항대립적인 서양의 형이상학적 사고를 해체시킨다. 이러한 세가지 다른 대립들을 기초하여 Charles Ives’s General William Booth Enters into Heaven의 형식, 주선울, 리듬, 클라이막스 면에서 분석하고 어떤 요소들이 전위되고, 인식론적인 변혁을 가져왔는 지를 연구한다.

This study is aimed at applying conjunctive adverbs of type of "그러-‘ for education site of Korean language by clearing up syntactical condition and contextual meaning and mutual replacement relation of conjunctive adverbs having similar meaning to be able to use opposition conjunctive adverb of type of "그러-’. According to inclination of foreign learner who want to learn Korean by rule and formula instead of meaning explanation. So this study was represented table and chart as suggesting way of each items, and it could be called as new tryout that we could not find in existing studies. This discussion might be little different with meaning of conjunctive adverbs explained in the study of Korean language. In the selection of example, used example of Korean language text book for foreigners by considering level of learners. Therefore, this study was inconvenienced by impractical sentence and non-suggestion of concrete plan to be able to be used in practice lesson. But if teachers fully understood schematic pictures and used them in class, it could become a little help to reduce learner"s confusion occurred by using opposition conjunctive adverbs of type of "그러-."

This Article dealt with Luther's theological criticism as seen in his 95 Theses in opposition to the indulgences. The cause for the 95 theses was due to the sermon by Tetzel based on archbishop Albrecht's Instructio summaria, acknowledge the bishop's responsibility toward the saints, and demanded the cancelling of the indulgences. Luther received no answer concerning the 95 theses which he privately sent in a letter, consequently he advertised the 95 theses desiring a public debate. In its entirety, the 95 theses include four theological criticisms. First, what is true repentance. Second, to what extent is the authority of the Pope? Third, do the indulgences have the validity of salvation in them? Fourth, do the indulgences even have an influence over purgatory? In the 95 theses, Luther first dealt with the issue of true repentance. True evangelical repentance is not temporary nor expedient but must be emphasized as covering the entire lifetime of a believer. The Pope can only forgive the punishment imposed by the church, and cannot forgive the punishment related to purgatory. Indulgences cannot mediate salvation, nor have any influence on purgatory. Although the 95 theses in its opposition to the indulgences and its interpretation provide a starting point for the Protestant Reformation, Luther's Reformation theology has not been specified at this time, therefore the focus of the study has been on Luther's thoughts and church system through the 95 theses.
