본 연구는 헤어디자이너 프로티언 경력지향성과 경력성공의 관계에서 직무몰입의 매개효과 와 직무소진에 있어서의 조절효과를 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내 대표적인 A브랜드 헤어살 롱에서 근무하고 있는 163명의 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 자료는 통계패키지 SPSS 21.0과 매크로 프로그램인 SPSS PROCESS Macro의 부트스트래핑 방법을 활용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 프로티언 경력지향은 자신의 직무와 관련된 모든 측면에 자신을 집중하는 직무몰입에 영향을 미치고 결 과적으로 자신의 경력에 만족하는 경력성공에 영향을 미치는 매개효과를 확인하였고, 둘째, 프로티언 경 력지향성과 직무소진의 상호작용을 통해서 직무몰입에 영향을 미치는 조절효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이 러한 헤어디자이너의 프로티언 경력지향성이 경력성공에 있어서 직무몰입의 매개 및 직무소진의 조절 역할에 대한 실증적 구명을 통해 본 연구는, 아직까지 미비한 헤어디자이너 프로티언 경력지향성 및 폭 넓게는 헤어살롱 조직문화에 대한 이해를 다루어 봄으로써, 서비스분야에서 상대적으로 이직률이 높은 헤어살롱 종사자의 경력성공 방안을 제안하는 데 의의가 있다.

기업의 혁신적이고 적극적인 성향 또는 활동인 기업가 지향성은 최근 국제경영 분야에서 중요하 게 연구되고 있다. 특히, 기업가 지향성은 기업의 학습 및 역량 개발을 촉진하고, 새로운 시장의 기 회를 인지하고 포착하며, 경쟁 기업들과의 차별화를 가능하게 한다는 점에서 성과에 긍정적인 영향 을 미친다는 주장이 있다. 일부 연구에서는 기업가 지향성이 오히려 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치 지 않는다는 연구결과도 나타났다. 하지만, 기업가 지향성과 성과 간의 관계는 기업의 자원 및 역 량 등 내부적 환경에 따라 상의할 가능성이 크다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 내부적 요인으로서 흡수 역량이 기업가 지향성의 실행에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로 작용할 수 있다는 점을 고려해서 흡 수 역량의 두 가지 차원(잠재적 흡수 역량, 실현적 흡수 역량)이 기업가 지향성-수출 성과에 미치 는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 한국 수출 기업들을 대상으로 기업가 지향성, 흡수 역량, 수출 성과에 대한 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 기업가 지향성은 수출 성과에 긍정적인 영 향을 미치며, 기업의 실현된 흡수 역량이 높을수록 기업가 지향성의 긍정적인 영향은 강화되는 것 으로 나타났다. 이에, 본 연구는 기업가 지향성-수출 성과 간의 관계에 영향을 미치는 기업의 내부 적 요인을 검증함으로써 학문적 및 실무적 관점에서 의미 있는 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기 대된다.

The purpose of this study was to conduct a comparative study between Korea and the United States to examine anglers’ motivations, consumptive orientation, and the relationship between these two concepts. The following two research questions were explored: (1) whether there are significant differences in anglers’ motivations and consumptive orientation between Korea and the United States; and (2) what differences exist in the effects of anglers’ motivations on consumptive orientation between these two countries. The main research results are as follows. First, Korean anglers showed a higher level of consumptive orientation than American anglers. Second, a positive relationship between activity-general motivation and consumptive orientation was reported for Korean anglers while the relationship was opposite for American anglers. Study results imply that national angler surveys as well as public education and outreach programs are necessary to help anglers engage in sustainable fishing behaviors for effective fishery resources management.

화상회의 시스템 사용자 증가 및 기술 발전으로 인해, 화상회의 사용맥락과 화상회의 인터페이스 레이아웃이 다양 해졌다. 사회불안은 화상회의 소통상황에도 영향을 주는데, 대면소통과 구별되는 요소인 비디오 피드백과 밀접한 관 련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 비디오 피드백은 상대방에게 보이는 본인의 모습을 화상회의 시스템 인터페이스에 표시해주는 기능이다. 비디오 피드백은 업무 성과를 저해하고 피로감을 유발하는 것으로 알려졌으나, 화상회의 시스 템에서 기본 기능으로 설정되어 있고 사용자들에게 보편적으로 선호된다. 본 연구는 과업지향정도, 비디오 피드백 화면크기, 사회불안이 비디오 피드백 선호도에 미치는 영향을 보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구는 온라인 설문으로 진행 되었고, 설문 참가자는 화상회의 중 과업지향정도, 사회불안수준, 선호하는 비디오 피드백 화면크기, 비디오 피드백 기능 선호도를 평가하는 문항에 응답하였다. 연구 결과, 비디오 피드백 화면크기는 과업지향정도와 비디오 피드백 선호도를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 과업지향정도가 높을수록 작은 비디오 피드백 화면크기를 선호하였 고, 이는 비디오 피드백 선호도 감소로 이어졌다. 한편, 사회불안수준에 따른 비디오 피드백 화면크기의 매개효과 차이는 유의미하지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 사용자와 화상회의 시스템의 상호작용에 대한 이해에 도움을 주어 화상회 의 시스템 디자인에 활용될 수 있는 정보를 제공한다.

This study demonstrates a different approach method to fabricate antimony selenide (Sb2Se3) thin-films for the solar cell applications. As-deposited Sb2Se3 thin-films are fabricated via electrodeposition route and, subsequently, annealed in the temperature range of 230 ~ 310oC. Cyclic voltammetry is performed to investigate the electrochemical behavior of the Sb and Se ions. The deposition potential of the Sb2Se3 thin films is determined to be -0.6 V vs. Ag/AgCl (in 1 M KCl), where the stoichiometric composition of Sb2Se3 appeared. It is found that the crystal orientations of Sb2Se3 thin-films are largely dependent on the annealing temperature. At an annealing temperature of 250 oC, the Sb2Se3 thin-film grew most along the c-axis [(211) and/or (221)] direction, which resulted in the smooth movement of carriers, thereby increasing the carrier collection probability. Therefore, the solar cell using Sb2Se3 thin-film annealed at 250 oC exhibited significant enhancement in JSC of 10.03 mA/cm2 and a highest conversion efficiency of 0.821 % because of the preferred orientation of the Sb2Se3 thin film.

조직사회화의 내용은 다른 차원에 비해 연구가 시도된 비율이 낮은 만큼 아직 살펴볼 수 없던 가능성 에 더욱 주목해야 한다. 특히 개인의 내면적인 영역에서 조직을 이해하는 사회화가 형성되지 않으면 적응 이라는 요인은 만들어질 수 없다. 나아가 소속된 조직에서 이직의도는 배태된다는 개념의 본질과 프로세 스 역할을 통해 보다 체계적인 예방이 가능하다. 이에 본 연구는 자원보존이론을 토대로 조직사회화 내용 과 직무배태성 그리고 이직의도를 연결짓는 하나의 프레임을 설계하였다. 그러한 이 후 모형을 설명하는 범위를 확장시키기 위해 전문성 높은 경력 지향성이 반영된 상호작용 효과를 규명하였다.본 연구는 제시한 가설의 실증 분석을 위해 시차 분리가 도입된 직장인 358명에 대한 설문 자료를 활용 하였다. 결과에 따르면 조직사회화의 내용으로 목표와 가치 및 수행 효율성은 직무배태성에 정적인 영향 을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 직무배태성은 이직의도에 대한 부적인 영향과 더불어 조직사회화의 내 용 사이에서 완전매개 역할을 하는 것이 검증되었다. 또한 전문가지향성이 높은 수준일수록 이직의도에 대한 직무배태성의 부적인 영향이 강화되는 조절효과가 확인되었다. 그리하여 모형의 중심이 되는 배태 성을 통한 메커니즘과 경력에서 전문가를 지향하는 관점이 만들어낸 경영학적 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study analyzed the effects of fashion creators’ innovativeness and attractiveness on consumer response and orientation toward a sustainable relationship in personal media. A survey was conducted with consumers aged in their 20s and 30s who had experience in sharing video content or writing comments and participating in fashion creators’ real-time broadcasting of personal media. The results show that the innovativeness of fashion creators was classified into originality, opinion leadership, variety, and adventurous spirit, while attractiveness was classified into physical, social, and professional attractiveness. Consumer responses were classified into either emotional or cognitive responses, and sustainable relationship orientation was classified into communication, sharing, and relationship sustainability. The originality and variety of the fashion creators positively affected the emotional and cognitive responses of consumers. Adventurous spirit positively affected emotional response, whereas opinion leadership positively affected cognitive response. In addition, the social and professional attractiveness of fashion creators positively affected consumers’ emotional and cognitive responses. Emotional and cognitive responses positively affected consumers’ sustainable relationship orientation. The originality and opinion leadership of the fashion creators positively affected the three factors of sustainable relationship orientation, while variety positively affected communication and relationship sustainability. Fashion creators' social and professional attractiveness positively affected the three factors of sustainable relationship orientation, and physical attractiveness positively affected relationship sustainability. The results of this study are expected to provide useful data on the direction of fashion startups using personal media and marketing as well as distribution strategies in the fashion industry.

목적 : 본 연구는 뇌성마비를 대상으로 (Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupatonal Performance(CO-OP)중재에 대하여 체계적으로 고찰하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 2010년 1월부터 2020년 11월까지 데이터베이스 PubMed, SCOPUS, Embase, 학술연구정보서비스(Research Information Sharing Service; RISS)에 게재된 문헌들을 대상으로 하였다. 검색어는 (‘Cognitive orientation to daily occupational performance’ OR ‘Cognitive orientation’ OR ‘Cognitive approach’ OR ‘CO-OP’) AND cerebral palsy이었다. 검색된 260편의 논문 중 선정기준 및 배제기준에 따라 뇌성마비를 대상으로 CO-OP실험 중재를 실시한 7편의 논문을 최종 선택하여 대상자 특성, 중재목표 활동, 중재효과, 측정도구, 중재 회기와 중재시간 등을 분석하였다. 결과 : 분석대상 문헌은 무작위 대조 실험 연구는 3편, 개별실험연구 3편, 비 무작위 두 집단 연구는 1편 으로 전반적으로 근거 수준이 비교적 높은 것으로 나타났다. 대상자는 연령별로는 아동, 기능적으로는 Gross Motor Function Classification System(GMFCS) Ⅰ등급, Manual Ablilty Classification System(MACS) Ⅱ등급이 가장 많았다. 대상자가 원하는 중재활동의 영역은 일상생활동작, 놀이, 교육 영역이었다. 중재효과로는 작업수행, 운동영역, 심리영역에 긍정적인 효과를 보였으며 CO-OP의 효과를 측정도구로는 캐나다작업수행측정을 가장 많이 사용하였다. 적용 회기는 대부분이 10회, 1시간으로 진행 되었다. 결론 : 본 연구는 CO-OP를 적용한 뇌성마비 대상자의 특성과 목표 활동, 중재효과, 결과측정도구, 회기를 제시함으로써 뇌성마비를 대상으로 CO-OP중재 기법을 적용할 때 도움이 될 것으로 확인된다.

Bi2MoO6 (BMO) via the structure-directing role of CO(NH2)2 is successfully prepared via a facile solvothermal route. The structure, morphology, and photocatalytic performance of the nanoflake BMO are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fluorescence spectrum analysis (PL), UV-vis spectroscopy (UVvis) and electrochemical test. SEM images show that the size of nanoflake BMO is about 50 ~ 200 nm. PL and electrochemical analysis show that the nanoflake BMO has a lower recombination rate of photogenerated carriers than particle BMO. The photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride (TC) by nanoflake BMO under visible light is investigated. The results show that the nanoflake BMO-3 has the highest degradation efficiency under visible light, and the degradation efficiency reached 75 % within 120 min, attributed to the unique hierarchical structure, efficient carrier separation and sufficient free radicals to generate active center synergies. The photocatalytic reaction mechanism of TC degradation on the nanoflake BMO is proposed.

Motivational orientation and creativity of students in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) writing courses have recently garnered increased attention in South Korea and around the world. In an effort to advance research in these areas, this study examined relationships involving motivational orientation (intrinsic goal orientation and self-efficacy), creativity, and writing performance. A group of university EFL students (n = 41) in South Korea participated in this study. They were asked to complete questionnaires of intrinsic goal orientation and self-efficacy, take the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking, and complete a series of writing tasks including a persuasive essay as part of their performance assessment of a writing class, which served as the context of this study. Results showed no significant relationship between motivational orientation and creativity. However, an interaction effect between intrinsic goal orientation and self-efficacy on student writing performance was found. Results are discussed and recommendations are made based on pedagogical implications of these findings.

This paper makes a detailed description and analysis of the syntactic function and semantic orientation of “Ba+O+V”, and draws the following conclusions: a. “Ba+O+V” has various syntactic functions. Besides being a predicate to form the Ba Sentence, it can also be a subject, an object, a prepositional object, an attribute, a complement, etc. In addition, it can also form the De phrase with De, and form the location phrase with some location words. It presents different structural features in different syntactic positions. b. “Ba+O+V” is the most free when it acts as predicate, and is more or less limited in structure when it is used as other syntactic components，so the frequency of it in different syntactic positions is different. c. Because “Ba+O+V” can appear in different syntactic positions in the sentence, it can be semantically related to different components in the sentenc e，showing the diversity of its semantic direction. d. In teaching Chinese as a foreign language, we can’t just limit ourselves to the teaching of Ba sentence with “Ba+O+V” as the predicate. In order to improve students’ overall understanding of the function of “Ba+O+V”, we should also pay attention to the explanation of the usage of it in the non predicate position, so as to effectively improve their practical application ability.

본 연구는 노인장기요양기관의 윤리경영, 직무착근도, 고객지향성, 조직문화와의 관계 를 규명하되, 요양보호사의 윤리경영, 직무착근도, 고객지향성, 조직문화의 수준은 어느 정도인지를 파악하고, 이들 간의 관계를 조직문화가 매개하는지 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 충청지역에 소재하고 있는 노인장기요양기관의 요양보호사 626명의 설문을 실시하였는데 본 연구의 주요결과는 요양보호사가 인식하고 있는 윤리 경영 수준은 5점 척도 기준에서 평균 3.760, 조직문화 수준은 평균 3.501점으로 나타났는 데 관계문화가 가장 높고 위계문화가 가장 낮게 나왔다. 직무착근도 수준은 평균 3.524 를 보여주었고, 고객지향성 수준은 3.79로 나타났다. 윤리경영이 조직문화, 직무착근도, 고객지향성에 직접적으로 정적 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났고, 조직문화가 직무착근도에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 고객지향성에 도 영향을 미치며, 윤리경영은 조직문화에 영향을 미치으로 윤리경영이 직무착근도에까 지 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. . 한계점과 후속연구를 제언하자면 첫째, 노인장기요양기관의 특성에 맞는 윤리경영 측 정도구가 개발될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 다양한 지역의 요양보호사를 대상으로 본 연구와 유 사한 연구가 진행된다면 노인장기요양기관의 조직 윤리경영과 조직문화 수립 기여에 기 반이 될 것이라 판단된다. 셋째, 조직문화유형인 Quinn과 McGrath(1985)의 4가지 유형인 관계문화, 합리문화, 위계문화, 개발문화를 고찰하였다. Quinn과 McGrath(1985)의 4가지 문화유형만 연구한 것은 아쉬운 측면인데 본 연구 역시 마찬가지의 한계를 가지고 있다 고 하겠다. 넷째, 본 연구는 한 번의 설문을 수집하여 횡단적인 연구만 실시되어 변인들 간의 관계가 왜곡 될 수 있는 가능성을 가지는 한계가 있다.

기상청에서 운용하는 268개의 가속도 관측망에 대한 방위각 보정값을 측정하기 위해 배경잡음 교차상관 방법을 사용하였다. 이 방법은 배경잡음 자료를 사용하기 때문에 원거리 지진자료를 사용하는 방법과 달리 특정 조건에 맞는 지진을 선정할 필요가 없고, 한반도와 같은 조밀한 관측망에 적용하여 단기간의 연속 파형 자료만을 사용해 신뢰할 수 있는 방위각 보정값을 측정할 수 있다. 계산에는 2020년 1월부터 2020년 2월까지 총 268개의 기상청 가속도 관측망에 기록된 3성분 연속 파형 자료를 사용했다. 계산된 결과를 보면 기존에 원거리 지진자료를 사용한 결과와 매우 유사하며, 기존 결과에서 누락된 가속도 관측소들을 포함한 대부분 관측소의 방위각 보정 계산 결과가 표준편차 5o 이하로 안정적으로 계산되는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구를에서 사용한 방법을 활용해 기상청 가속도 관측소에 대한 방위각 보정값을 지속적으로 모니터링하고 측정된 결과를 활용하면, 가속도 자료의 수평 성분을 활용한 다양한 연구들에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 코칭리더십이 행복에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 학습목표지 향성과 피드백추구행동의 매개효과를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위한 설문을 전국의 직장인 331명을 대상으로 실시한 후 SPSS 26.0으로 신뢰도를 확보하고, AMOS 26.0으로 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 타당도를 확인한 후, SPSS Process Macro 3.5로 부트스트랩 방식을 사용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 코칭리더십은 구성원의 학습목표지향성, 피드백추구행동, 행복에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 조직구성원의 학습목표지향성은 그들의 피드백추구행동, 행복에 긍정적인 영향을 주었고, 조직구성원의 피드백추구행동이 그들의 행복에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직구성원의 학습목표지향성과 피드백추구행동은 리더의 코칭리더십과 그들의 행복 간의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과의 시사점을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 코칭리더십과 행복 간의 관계에서 새로운 매개변수로 학습목표지향성과 피드백추구행동이 실증적으로 확인되었다는 것이다. 둘째, 조직구성원의 행복에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 학습목표지향성을 강화시키기 위한 체계적인 코칭 및 교육 프로그램의 도입, 피드백추구행동 향상을 위한 프로그램 실시 등이 필요하다는 것이다.

본 연구는 JD-R 이론, WH-R 모형을 기반으로 기혼 여성근로자들의 프로틴 경력지향성이 경력만족에 미치는 영향을 보다 세부적으로 탐색하기 위해 일-가정 균형과 업무 후 모바일기기 사용의 조절된 매개 효과를 검증하였다. 이를 통해, 일-가정 균형의 단순 매개효과, 업무 후 모바일기기 사용의 단순 조절 효과를 검증하는 것이 아니라 조절된 매개효과라는 하나의 종합적 모형으로 실증 분석하였다. 국내 제조업과 주요 서비스업 등에 종사하고 있는 기혼 여성 직원 278명을 대상으로 한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로틴 경력지향성은 일-가정 균형과 경력만족에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 프로틴 경력지향성과 경력만족에서 일-가정 균형에 의한 업무 후 모바일기기 사용의 조절된 매개효과가 검증되 었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 연구 한계점 및 향후 연구 방향이 논의되었다.

목적 : 본 연구에서는 다양한 방법들을 이용하여 토릭렌즈 마킹 회전량을 평가할때 일치도를 평가측정하고자 하였다. 방법 : 모형안과 콘택트렌즈 착용이 가능한 57안(평균 24.79±1.29세)을 대상으로 토릭소프트렌즈를 제조사의 가이드라인에 따라 피팅한 후, 사진 촬영, 각도기 어플리케이션, 휴대용 돋보기와 세극등 현미경을 사용하여 회전 평가를 진행했을 때의 서로 다른 검사자 간의 검사 결과값을 비교 분석하였고, 서로 다른 회전평가 방법 간의 일 치도는 블랜드 알트만 분석을 사용하였다. 결과 : 서로 다른 검사자 간 같은 회전평가 방법으로 토릭소프트렌즈의 회전량을 측정하였을 때, 측정값의 평 균 차이가 사진 촬영, 각도기 어플리케이션, 휴대용 돋보기, 세극등 현미경 평가 방법 각각 –0.50, -0.70, -0.30, -0.13°로 유사한 결과를 보였다. 회전평가 방법 간 비교에 대해서는 사진 촬영과 각도기 어플리케이션을 사용했을 때, 허용 오차 범위(5°) 내의 측정값이 각각 74.56%, 75.44%로 비교적 낮은 신뢰도를 보였고 휴대용 돋 보기를 사용한 방법에서는 95.61%로 높은 신뢰도를 보였다. 결론 : 토릭소프트렌즈 처방에서 세극등 현미경을 사용할 수 없어도 사진 촬영, 핸드폰 각도기 어플리케이션, 휴대용 돋보기를 통해 토릭소프트렌즈 회전평가에 대한 임상적으로 유용한 결과를 얻을 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze structural relationships with regard to the effect of customer integration, which is a type of integration in the supply chain, and market orientation of supply chain on the resulting change in the supply chain and management performance. The results of analysis in this study are as follows: First, customer integration and market orientation had a positive effect on reducing the flexibility and uncertainty of SCM. The decreased flexibility and uncertainty of SCM had a positive effect on non-financial performance, which also had a positive effect on financial performance. Second, customer integration and market orientation had a positive effect on financial and non-financial performance indirectly by decreasing the flexibility and uncertainty of SCM. Third, the effect of customer integration and uncertainty of SCM on the flexibility of SCM changed depending on the position in the supply chain; the effect was larger in the distribution group. The implications based on the analysis results are as follows: It is expected that the ability to deal with market changes in the overall supply chain is improved by laying the foundation for cooperation through establishing information infrastructure, including sharing information with trade partners and integrating systems, and implementing customer integration based on these achievements. It is also necessary to consider the business types and characteristics of individual companies in establishing information infrastructure.

The aim of this study is to investigate the positive impact of accented voice-over ads in the globalized consumer market and the factors that affect the purchasing intentions for the products being advertised. Two studies were conducted to examine the factors that affect consumers’ perceptions, attitude, and purchase intentions of the voiceovers in online advertisements.
