        본 연구는 촉진양생한 프리캐스트 콘크리트의 응결 시점 분석을 위하여 누설 표면파 기법과 성숙도법을 적용하였다. 누설 표면파 기법은 콘크리트 표면이나 내부에 센서를 설치하지 않고 비접촉 센싱을 통하여 응결을 정의할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 성숙도법은 콘크리트 내부의 온도변화를 통하여 재령을 정량적으로 평가할 수 있는 기법이다. 촉진양생을 적용한 일반 콘크리트와 고강도 콘크리트를 대상으로 각 기법을 적용하여 실험적으로 그 결과를 분석하였다. 특히, 기존 응결 시험 방법인 관입저항침 시험법을 기반으로 비교 분석한 결과, 성숙도법을 통한 재령 평가법은 초결 시점과 누설 표면파의 계측은 종 결 시점과 각각 유사함을 확인할 수 있었다.

        현재 이루어지는 구조물의 안전진단과 성능에 대한 정밀검사는 기술자에 의해 수행되어 측정된 데이터가 경험적 판단에 의해 변화될 수 있는 수준에 머물러 있는 실정으로 본 연구에서는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조물을 실제 현장에서 이루어지는 설치방법과 동일하게 설치 후 기존 동적센서와 3축(3측(X, Y, Z축) 가속도 측정 센서 부착하여 손상정도에 따른 가속도 응답과 FFT분석 결과를 비교하여 P.C구조물의 안전진단에 대한 데이터의 불확실성에 대한 개선과 교체시기, 손상예측 등에 대한 기초자료로 활용하기 위함이다.

        포스트텐션 프리캐스트콘크리트(Precast Concrete, PC) 보-기둥 접합부에서는 프리스트레스가 도입된 긴장재가 접합부 내부를 관통하기 때문에, 기존의 철근콘크리트(Reinforced Concrete, RC) 보-기둥 접합부와 다른 거동을 나타내며, 포스트텐션 PC 접합부의 정확한 해석 및 설계를 위해서는 먼저 긴장재의 부착특성 및 그에 따른 접합부 거동이 명확히 규명 되어야 한다. 이 연구에서는 포스트텐션 PC 보-기둥 접합부에서 긴장재의 부착특성을 분석하고, 그에 따른 보의 거동 및 파괴모드를 규명함으로써 이를 추후 보-기둥 접합부 모델링에 활용하고자 한다.

        지지력이 큰 하부지반에 구조물의 하중을 전달하기 위한 방안으로 말뚝기초가 대부분 적용되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 접합부에 보강되는 철근량에 따라 반복하중 하에서 프리캐스트공법과 철근 및 속채움 콘크리트로 말뚝머리부를 보강한 철근콘크리트 말뚝(HPC)과 기초접합부 거동을 실험을 통해 평가하였다. 철근량에 변화에 따라 제작된 두 종류의 접합부 실험체의 균열패턴과 파괴거동은 유사한 수준으로 평가되었다. 철근량 1.77배 증가에 기인하여 BS-H25 실험체는 BS-H19 실험체에 비해 최고하중은 약 1.47배 증가하였지만 연성비는 정가력시 76%, 부가력시 70% 수준을 나타내었다. 강성감소는 접합부 철근 항복 이후 BS-H19 실험체와 BS-H25 실험체는 정가력시 초기강성의 약 66% ~ 71% 수준으로 부가력시 54% ~ 57% 수준으로 감소되었고 BS-H25 실험체가 평균 13% 높은 강성값을 나타내었다. 극한하중 상태에서의 BS-H19와 BS-H25 실험체의 누적 에너지 소산량은 사용하중 상태에 비해 약 5.5배 및 6.6배 큰 값으로 측정되었다.

        In this study the cyclic lateral loading tests were performed on the hybrid precast concrete panels that are interconnected by dry joints to emulate concrete shear wall cores for a mid-rise modular building. Test results show that it is necessary to improve the details of vertical reinforcement welded to the flange of C section member to increase the lateral resistance of hybrid precast concrete panels.

        When reinforcing an existing reinforced concrete beam-column building with a precast concrete panel, special connection between the PC member and the RC member is required to solve the time dependent deformation of the RC member and to receive the large shear forces. The aim of this study is to obtain the shear strength of upper connection between the existing RC beam-column and infilled PC wall panels in experimentally and theoretically. Thus, the static shear loading tests were conducted on the 6 specimens with the plate connection. Shear failure was resulted from the weakest portion of interior PC panel, exterior RC, and the connection, when the PC portion which located at the center of specimen was pulled upward from the bottom. The experimental result was compared with analytical result from ACI 318M-14 Chapter 17 for the shear strength of post-installed anchor and PCI Handbook 7th edition 6.8 Structural Steel Corbel (PCI Design Handbook 7th edition, 2010) for the strength of cast-in H-beam. The analytical and experimental results show final failure at the same location. The failure loading of experiment showed larger than average 6% to that of the analysis.

        Traditional marine structures are difficult to construct under the marine environment. These structure have maintenance costs associated with the chloride attack environments. In this paper, a new structure system is proposed to overcome these disadvantages. The connection of precast reinforced concrete girders and bent cap is the main feature of the proposed structure system. To assess the joint performance of the proposed methods, full-scale joint was fabricated and tested under cyclic loading. The key parameters examined were the pile displacement; the strain in the reinforcement; and the crack patterns in the concrete. The test structure behaved stably for cyclic loading. The test structure is analyzed to be safe in all members.

        In this current study evaluated the horizontal shear strength of reinforced concrete pile between pile body and infilled concrete interface. From the calculated results of horizontal shear strength it was found that the interface between pile body and infilled concrete was evaluated to be able to safely resist factored shear stress.

        Due to the economic growth and development of construction technology, a role of foundation to resist heavy loads has been increased. In this present study to improve the structural performance of reinforced concrete pile, the precast HPC pile reinforced with rebar and filling concrete was developed and the strength of pile was predicted based on the limit state design method. The safety of HPC pile strength was evaluated by comparing with the design values. The geometry of HPC pile is a decagon cross section with a maximum width of 500 mm and a minimum width of 475 mm, and the hollow head of pile thickness is 70 mm. The inner area of the hollow head part was made as the square ribbed shape presented in the limit state design code in order to achieve horizontal shear strength between pile concrete and filling concrete. From the shear test results, it was found that the stable shear strength were secured without abrupt failure until maximum load stage despite the shear cracks was found. Shear strength is 135% and 119% higher than that of design value calculated from limit state design code. The driving test results of HPC pile according to the presence of additional reinforcement showed the outstanding crack resistance against impact loads condition. From the bending test results the flexural load between PHC pile and HPC pile was 1.51 times and 1.48 times higher than that of the design flexural load of conventional PHC pile.

        In order to measure the rheological behavior of precast concrete with high volume of recycled fine aggregate, the replacement of natural fine aggregate by recycled one was carried out in dry-mix process. As results of that, it was found that as the replacement increases, strength and performance of concrete become decreased but may be recoverable by proper selection and dosage of constituents.

        This study investigated the shear behavior of hollowed-head precast reinforced concrete(HPC) pile. In order to evaluate shear strength of the pile, two specimens were manufactured and shear strength test was performed based on KS F 4306 Standard. From the test result it was found that the flexural and inclined cracks were appeared and crack widths were controlled within the shear span up to maximum loads as well as did not appear the abrupt fracture. The average maximum shear load was measured 823.6 kN.

        The research was introduced a newly atypical beam with ultra-high strength concrete. Ultra high strength concrete has compressive strengths up to 200MPa, tensile strengths up to 20 MPa and tensile strain up to 5%. A series of the developed beams was designed an irregular cross-section by precast and form-work technologies. They evaluated the flexural performance by experiment and analysis comparing with conventional reinforced concrete beams.
