본 연구는 시장 내 경쟁 기업과 비교한 국내 신규상장기업의 상대적 성과를 기업 국제화 수준에 미치는 영향을 기업행동이론의 관점에서 분석한 연구이다. 기업행동이론에 따르면 기업의 성과 목표와 현재의 실제 성과를 비교 해 도출되는 상대적 성과는 기업의 위험감수성향에 영향을 주기 때문에 추후 전략적 결정을 설명하는 중요한 결 정요인이 된다. 본 연구는 경쟁기업보다 자원을 적게 보유하는 신규상장기업 중 현재 시장 내 경쟁기업의 성과로 대표되는 사회적 성과 목표와 비교하여 음(-)의 상대적 성과를 가지는 기업일수록 이를 극복하기 위하여 위험성 이 높은 국제화 전략을 적극적으로 전개할 것으로 예상한다. 그리고 이런 경향은 해당 신규상장기업이 소속되어 있는 기업 네트워크의 특성과 지역 클러스터(geographic cluster) 소속 여부에 따라 조절될 것이라고 주장한다. 이를 실증적으로 분석하기 위해 신규상장기업을 기업 공개 후 5년 이내인 기업으로 정의하고 2012년부터 2018 년의 표본 기간 동안에 코스피, 코스닥 시장에 상장된 신규상장기업 152사를 대상으로 분석을 진행하였다. 그 결 과 시장 내 경쟁기업 성과의 중간값을 하회하는 기업 성과를 기록한 신규상장기업은 그 다음 해에 국제화 정도를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이러한 경향은 신규상장기업이 속한 기업 네트워크의 크기가 크면 클수록 더욱 강화되는 것으로 나타났다.

공공조달에 대한 산업정책과 혁신정책 관점의 중요성이 최근 부각되고 있다. 특히, 공공조달이 중소기업의 성장과 혁신에 직접 영향을 끼치는지에 대한 논의와 연구가 있 어 왔다. 이러한 연구의 연장선상에서, 본 연구는 공공조달에 참여하는 기업의 특성 중 기업 의 연령이 성장에 대한 공공조달의 효과를 조절하는지를 분석한다. 분석 자료는 2006년부터 2017년까지 조달청 우수제품으로 지정된 약 1,247개 기업의 재무적 성과와 공공조달 매출 성 과를 연계하여 구축하였다. 패널회귀모형을 통해 분석한 결과, 공공조달 참여 정도가 큰 기 업일수록 높은 성장률을 보였을 뿐만 아니라, 이 관계는 젊은 기업일수록 더 강하게 나타났 다. 이 결과는 공공조달의 효과에 대한 기존 학술적 논의에 기여할 뿐만 아니라 공공조달 정 책 수립에 있어서도 의의를 가진다.

본 연구에서는 장애인기업이 공공조달시장 진입을 통해 성장할 수 있는 기반 마련하고 장애인기업의 판로지원을 위해 공공기관의 장애인기업 생산물품 구매 활성화 방안 모색하여 공공기관의 장애인기업 생산품 구매촉진 방안 및 정책 제언을 제시하는 것을 그 목표로 하고 있다.

According to the results of the management evaluation of the nation’s public firms over the past seven years, the rating of the port corporation is generally insufficient. According to the results of the seven-year study 2011-2017, the average debt ratio of the port corporation was 34.5%, two to three times lower than that of the general public company, the operating profit ratio of sales was three times higher, and the value added per person was 1.6-1.9 times better. However, the aggregate score and grade were generally low, with 4.1% of the total number of employees of the general public corporation, 10% of the average total assets, and 1% of the average sales volume. The distributed analysis results and panel return analysis results show that the size significantly impacts the overall score and grade. Additionally, major business standards such as port volume, not controlled by the port corporation, appear to have a decisive influence on the low grade of the port corporation. Thus, it appears that improvement and supplementation of key business indicators of port construction are urgently needed in the management evaluation system, which can be properly controlled.
