이 연구는 창의적 교실 환경이 자기 조절학습과 학습 효능감을 매개로 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 목적에서 수행되었다. 이를 위해 한국아동패널의 14차 조사의 원시 자료를 활용하였고, 주요 변인에 관하여 누락 응답이 없는 593개 자료를 연구 대상으로 선정하여 SPSS 26.0 및 AMOS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 구조 방정식 모형으로 검증하 였다. 분석 결과, 중학생의 창의적 교실 환경 인식, 자기 조절학습, 학습 효능감, 학업성취도 간에는 모두 정적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 또 창의적 교실 환경 인식과 학업성취도의 관계를 자기 조절학습과 학습 효능감이 유의하게 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 중학생이 수업 시 교 실 환경을 더 창의적이라 인식할수록 자기 조절학습이 촉진되며 이는 학 습 효능감을 증진함으로써 결과적으로 학업성취도가 높아지도록 만들 수 있음이 확인되었다. 이를 토대로 한국의 공교육이 중학생의 학업성취도 증진을 위해 조성해야 할 교실 환경의 중요성 및 나아가야 할 방향에 대 해 제언하였다.

본 논문에서는 미국 내 생성형 AI에 의한 선거 방해 행위 사례를 분석 하였다. 또한 본고에서는 이전 시기 신기술 등장 시 선거활용 및 악용에 의 문제점과 최근의 생성형 AI 활용 사례를 비교, 분석하였다. 미국사회 는 선거 및 정당과 관련한 생성형 AI 창작물의 투명성 확보에 집중하고 있다. 즉 ‘AI에 의해 제작되었음’ 혹은 창작물임을 알 수 있도록 하는 표 식에 대한 제도화가 필요함에 공감하고 있다. 하지만 정치와 민주주의에 관한 표현의 자유와 주장을 억제하기 위해, 생성형 AI에 의한 창작을 제 도적으로 제어해야 할 필요성에 관해 논의하지는 않는다. 이와 대조적으 로 군사, 안보와 관련한 생성형 AI 창작물 유포와 관련하여 미국 정부는 좀 더 강경한 입장이다. 군사, 안보와 관련한 생성 AI 창작물은 사회에 극 단적인 악의적 영향을 미칠 우려가 있기 때문이다. 군사, 안보와 관련한 생 성형 AI 창작물은 국제 수준에서 악의적 의도로 제작될 가능성을 배제할 수 없기 때문에, 투명성을 높이는 것만으로 대응할 수 없는 것이다.

본 연구는 중국의 3세 유아의 놀이성과 자기 조절력이 사회적 유능성 에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중국 산시성에 위치한 공·사립 유치원 5곳에 재원 중인 3세 유아 600명을 대상으로 담임교사를 통해 설문지 조사를 수행하였다. 해당 유치원의 원장 및 담임교사에게 설문지를 위한 방문 및 온라인으로 협조문을 보내 참여 의사 확인 후 ‘문권성(问卷星)’ 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 설문자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 설문지는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석, 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 유아교육 현장에서 유아의 놀이성과 자기조절력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교수·학습 방법을 모색 하는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 또한 유아의 사회적 유능성을 증진시키는데 필요한 교사교육 및 프로그램 개발에도 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

This study aimed to compare the effects of self-regulation, goal orientation, and speaking anxiety on speaking performance between metaverse and face-to-face contexts. We randomly assigned 253 Korean middle school students to either metaverse or face-toface groups for 12 weeks of English-speaking lessons. Before and after the experiment, students completed speaking tests and submitted a post-questionnaire. Structural equation modeling and multi-group analysis revealed that student attributes had a similar impact on speaking performance in both settings. Specifically, self-regulation and mastery goal orientation positively influenced speaking performance, while speaking anxiety had a negative effect, regardless of the context. Furthermore, self-regulation played a mediating role in reducing speaking anxiety in both settings. This implies that metaverse-mediated and face-to-face classes offer similar learning environments, where students can leverage their goal orientation and self-regulation skills to manage speaking anxiety. Ultimately, students can enhance their speaking performance by employing selfregulation strategies and nurturing a mastery goal orientation, irrespective of the learning context.

Currently, the number of animals administered in animal hospitals and drugs prescriptions has increased. At the same time, the number of cases of violation of administrative measures due to violations of the Narcotics Control Act has also increased. Therefore, it is necessary to review whether the current status of drug prescriptions, management and supervision systems in animal hospitals are correct and whether there is anything to be supplemented. Although drug handling is managed through NIMS, there are problems such as poor supervision due to the NIMS single system, reporting exceptions that form blind spots for management supervision, and lack of connection between prescriptions and medical departments within the system. In order to overcome these problems, the following improvement plans are proposed. First, reduces the hassle of handling reports and facilitates verification of medical records and prescriptions by strengthening the link between NIMS and animal hospital electronic charts, and strengthens the link between drug handling reports of medical institutions and drug handling reports of animal hospitals to prevent exposure to medical shopping. Second, by introducing a preliminary notification system into the veterinary system, drug misuse is prevented through prior notification in accordance with the criteria for preventing misuse of animal drugs. Third, by modifying the NIMS reporting system by introducing disease classification symbols, the exact cause of the increase in use is identified by preparing drug use data for each disease. Based on these improvements, it is expected that a management system that reflects the actual medical environment of animal hospitals will be established and drug abuse will be prevented based on guidelines.

This paper presents factors to consider when designing DeFi regulations. DeFi regulations may be established by imposing obligations on developers and operators, who exist even in extreme decentralization cases. However, the requirements in current financial legislation, which heavily rely on intermediaries’ organization and personnel, are difficult to apply to DeFi. Instead, under DeFi, information can be obtained, analyzed, and aggregated on the blockchain and reported to the authority automatically and regulatory requirements may be reflected in the smart contract and automatically executed. This may require mandatory code audits by supervisory authorities and civil technology experts prior to execution, to check whether legal requirements are embedded in the code. In addition, measures addressing the risk-contagion effects in macroeconomic crisis, potentially arising from DeFi’s connectivity with traditional finance, must be considered.

행복은 인간이 추구하는 최고의 가치이자 선이다. 그러나 오늘날의 경영환경은 직원들에게 점점 더 많 은 자원을 요구하여 그들의 행복추구를 방해한다. 자원보존이론과 긍정정서의 구축 및 확장이론에 의하 면, 개인의 행복은 그들이 소유하고 있거나 획득할 수 있는 자원량에 비례하게 된다. 본 연구는 심리적 웰빙이라는 개념을 통해 조직 구성원의 행복을 살펴보고자 한다. 이 연구에서 저자는 먼저 심리적 웰빙의 정서적 측면과 자아실현적 측면을 구분한 다음, 목표 상황에 따라 이러한 측면이 어떻게 변화하는지 살펴 본다. 목표설정이론에 근거하여 목표달성을 위해 자기규제를 할 경우 이를 통해 자아실현적 측면의 심리 적 웰빙을 증진할 수 있지만, 동시에 상실되는 자원을 통해 정서적 웰빙이 침해될 수 있다. 목표가 불명확 할 경우 목표달성가능성이 줄어들어 개인은 회피적 자기규제를 통해 자원손실을 줄이게되고 이를 통해 정서적 웰빙을 보호하지만 자아실현적 웰빙은 감소할 수 있다. 본 논문은 또한 상사근접관리로 인한 강제 적 규제상황을 가정하여 조절효과를 확인하였다. 12개 조직의 데이터를 수집하여 통계적으로 검증하였다. 그 결과 목표의 난이도와 모호성은 직원의 자기조절 전략을 통해 심리적 웰빙을 변화시키며, 이러한 경향 은 상사근접관리에 의해 조절되는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 심리적 웰빙의 이 두 가지 측면이 갖는 이론 적 및 실무적 시사점에 대해서도 논하였다.

본 연구는 청소년의 온라인 활용에서 부모의 적극적 중재, 디지털 리터러시, 온라인 기회, 그리고 자기조절 등에 미치는 영향을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 연 구 목적을 달성하기 위해 중·고등학생을 대상으로 2022년 2월 26일부터 3월 12 일까지 2주 동안 인스타그램을 통한 온라인 설문조사를 활용하여 수집하였으며, 응답한 469부의 데이터를 이용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 위해서 SPSS와 Smart PLS 프로그램을 활용하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 부모의 적극적 중 재는 디지털 리터러시, 온라인 기회, 자기조절에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 디지털 리터러시는 온라인 기회, 자기조절을 높이는 것으로 나타 났으며, 자기조절은 온라인 기회를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 부모의 적극적 중재와 온라인 기회의 관계에서 디지털 리터러시, 자기조절의 경로가 매 개 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 시사점은 부모 중재와 온라인 기회 관계에 있어 디지털 리터러시와 청소년의 자기조절 능력이 영향을 미치는지를 살 펴본 것이다.

본 연구는 대학원생의 혁신행동에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 인지적 유연성, 디지털 리터러시 및 협력 적 조절 간의 구조적 관계를 구명하고자 하였다. 특히, 대학원생의 인지적 유연성이 혁신행동에 영 향을 미치는 과정에서 디지털 리터러시와 협력적 조절이 매개변인으로 작용하는지 살펴보는 데 중 점을 두었다. 이를 위해 서울 소재 S 국립대학 소속 대학원생(N= 1,062)을 대상으로 한 설문조사 응답을 분석 자료로 사용하였으며, 변인 간 관계를 검증하기 위해 구조방정식 모형을 활용하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인지적 유연성은 혁신행동에 직접적인 정적 영향을 미치는 것 으로 나타났다. 둘째, 두 매개변인 디지털 리터러시와 협력적 조절 모두 대학원생의 혁신행동에 각 각 정적인 직접 효과를 가지는 것으로 확인하였다. 셋째, 대학원생의 인지적 유연성과 혁신행동 간 의 관계에서 디지털 리터러시와 협력적 조절의 개별 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의했으며, 두 변인의 이중매개효과 역시 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기업 환경에서 주로 연구되어 왔던 인지적 유연성과 혁신행동 간의 관계를 대학원 교육의 맥락으로 확장하여 탐구하였다는 데에 그 의의가 크 다. 또한, 대학원생의 혁신행동에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 행동적, 사회적 변인을 고려하였다는 점에서 중요한 시사점을 가진다. 본 연구를 통해 대학원생의 혁신행동 제고를 통한 새로운 지식 창출과 국 가경쟁력 강화를 위해 대학원 차원에서의 실천적 노력이 필요함을 제언하였다.

Background: The regulation of maternal immunity is critical for the establishment and maintenance of successful pregnancy. Among many cell types regulating the immune system, innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) are known to play an important role in innate immunity. Although some reports show that ILCs are present at the maternalconceptus interface in humans and mice, the expression and function of ILCs in the endometrium have not been studied in pigs. Methods: Thus, we determined the expression, localization, and regulation of ILC markers, CD127 (a common marker for ILCs), BCL11B (a ILC2 marker), and RORC (a ILC3 marker) at the maternal-conceptus interface in pigs. Results: The expression of BCL11B and RORC, but not CD127, in the endometrium changed during pregnancy in a stage-specific manner and the expression of CD127, BCL11B, and RORC was greatest on Day 15 during pregnancy. CD127, BCL11B, and RORC were also expressed in conceptus tissues during early pregnancy and in chorioallantoic tissues during the later stage of pregnancy. BCL11B and RORC proteins were localized to specific cells in endometrial stroma. The expression of CD127 and BCL11B, but not RORC, was increased by the increasing doses of interferon-γ (IFNG) in endometrial explants. Conclusions: These results suggest that ILCs present at the maternal-conceptus interface may play a role in the establishment and maintenance of pregnancy by regulating the innate immunity in pigs.

The positive-list and negative-list modes of financial regulation differ in terms of which sectors are open to foreign services and suppliers. In the positive-list mode, only the listed sectors are accessible to foreign entities, whereas in the negative-list mode, all sectors are open except for those explicitly prohibited by law. Recent trade agreements such as RCEP, CPTPP, and USMCA have moved away from positive-list mode, especially in financial services regulation. While they do not adopt the negative-list mode either, they introduce new financial service clauses that facilitate market access for innovative financial products. These agreements also serve as a benchmark for opening up other sectors. They will continue to offer financial products, but their product types and transfer forms will differ from current financial services. China iscreating significant challenges in establishing a correct understanding of the new financial services clause, developing a robust regulatory system, and mitigating risks associated with opening the financial services market.

Due to the rapid development of technology, the environment is rapidly changing, and new regulations are emerging in the global society. In addition, environmental and social problems such as the pandemic and deepening social polarization have intensified, and the international community and investors have begun to regard ESG as a key factor in decision making. Regulations and systems reflecting ESG elements, such as the Carbon Neutral Act to cope with environmental problems and the Serious Disaster Act to cope with social problems, have already been enacted and implemented in major countries such as the EU and the Republic of Korea. In particular, the EU is pushing to publish ESG disclosure standards and make ESG disclosure mandatory next year. Given this trend, companies should consider ESG management as their business key strategy, as well as consumer characteristics and regulation.

Central to retail therapy is the notion that stress can be eased by simple browsing, which produces immediate and positive psychological effects through shopping. In the Philippines, retailers are slowly adopting omnichannel strategies as a response to the fundamental shift to online retailing. However, during the pandemic, shoppers resorted to retail therapy to appease emotions and senses. This might explain how the Filipino deserve ko ‘to (I deserve this) mindset can be a form of self-gifting that may relate to retail therapy.

Emotional labor, characterized by a dysfunctional type of emotional regulation called surface acting, has detrimental psychological consequences on employees, including depression and social anxiety. Because such disorders exhibit psychological characteristics manifested through brain activation, previous studies have succeeded in distinguishing individuals with depression and social anxiety from healthy controls using their functional connectivity characteristics. However, it has not been established whether the functional connectivity characteristics associated with emotional labor are distinguishable. Thus, we obtained resting-state fMRI data from participants in the emotion labor (EL) group and control (CTRL) group, and we subjected their whole-brain functional connectivity matrices to a linear support vector machine classifier. Our analysis revealed that the EL and CTRL groups could be successfully distinguished on the basis of individuals' connectivity patterns, and confidence in the classification was correlated with the scores on the depression and social anxiety scales. These results are expected to provide insight on the neurobiological characteristics of emotional labor and enable the sorting of employees undergoing adverse emotional labor utilizing neurobiological observations.

In Korea, nuclear regulation is supervised by the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission (NSSC). The area that required expertise in regulatory activities has been entrusted to the Korea Institute of Nuclear Safety (KINS) and the Korea Institute of Nuclear Nonproliferation and Control (KINAC) affiliated to the NSSC. Such nuclear regulatory activities should be implemented fairly and objectively because they directly affect nuclear operators and the entire nuclear industry. In addition, as the recent policy trend has flowed in the direction of improving the business efficiency and quality of public institutions, a study was intended to improve the overall regulatory quality of the institution. First, a case study was performed on the quality management system of domestic and foreign related organizations, including the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in the US. Through study and analysis of the system, it was attempted to derive institutional quality requirements for KINAC and to establish a plan to use the requirements as major items of Internal Quality Control (IQC) system. By analyzing the quality management systems of research institutes such as Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) and Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) as well as regulatory authority, the characteristics of KINAC that conduct R&D necessary for regulation were reflected. Based on this study, the quality management system leading to IQC-EQA (External Quality Assurance) -TQM (Total Quality Management) will be established continuously to improve the business quality of regulatory authority.

The guidelines for cyber security regulations at domestic and foreign nuclear facilities, such as KINAC/RS-015, NRC’s RG5.71 and NEI 13-10, require the establishment of security measures to maintain the integrity of critical digital assets (CDAs) and protect them as threats to the supply process. According to the requirements, cyber security requirements shall be reflected in purchase requirements from the time of introduction of CDAs, and it shall also be verified whether cyber security security measures were properly applied before introduction. Domestic licensees apply measures to control the supply chain in the nuclear safety sector to cyber security policies. The safety sector supply chain control policy has areas that functionally overlap with the requirements of cyber security regulations, so regulatory guidelines in the safety sector can be applied. However, since most of the emergency preparedness and physical protection functions introduce digital commercial products, there is a limit to applying the control of the supply chain in the safety field as it is. It is necessary to apply supply chain control operator policies, procedures, and purchase requirements for each SSEP function, or to establish cyber security integrated supply chain control requirements. In this paper, based on the licensee’s current supply chain control policy, the cyber security regulation plan for supply chain control according to the SSEP (Safety-Security-Emergency Preparedness) function of CDAs is considered.

In 2004, in order to comply with UN Security Council Resolution 1540, the European Union (EU) came into force with Regulation 428/2009 for the export control of dual-use items, which has been working to prevent the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (WMDs). In August 2021, it amended the EU 821/2021 to include mandating the introduction of ICPs for exporters in the member countries in order to strengthen controls over the transfer of tangible and intangible technologies. The main contents are as follows; 1) Mandatory introduction of Internal Compliance Program (ICP): Exporters within the EU countries should introduce a transaction review procedure through the ICP in consideration of their size and organization. 2) Export control on Cyber Surveillance Items to protect human rights: In order to protect human rights and comply with the obligations of international human rights law, EU countries should implement export controls on cyber-monitoring items exported from customs zones in the EU. Cyber surveillance items are specially designed to monitor, extract, collect or analyze data such as biometrics through intrusion of information and communication systems or deep packet hijacking. However, items used for purely commercial programs such as billing, marketing, quality service, user satisfaction or network security are excluded. 3) Expansion of the Catch-all system: EU countries should utilize the catch-all system to strengthen export controls on cyber-monitoring items, including dual-use items. 4) Strengthening control over the cloud: Exporters and EU countries should extend the scope of intangible technology transfer, such as electronic media, fax, and telephone, outside the EU’s customs territory, and apply export control regulations such as general or comprehensive licenses to cloud transmissions outside the EU territory. 5) Introduction of large-scale project authorization: To reduce the administrative burden on enterprises (especially small and medium-sized enterprises) and authorities when exporters with individual or collective licenses export to one or more specific end-users for the purpose of large scale projects, provided that they ensure the implementation of an appropriate level of export controls; EU countries may introduce large-scale project license systems in the form of general authorization. Recently, there is a possibility that the ROK would export its nuclear technologies including APR1400 to the EU member countries in the midst of the EU adoption of carbon-zero policy. In this paper, we have analyzed the EU export control regulations and suggested the future direction of nuclear export control programs in the ROK.

Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A2/B1 (hnRNPA2/B1) is an N6-methyladenosine (m6A) RNA modification regulator and a key determinant of premRNA processing, mRNA metabolism and transportation in cells. Currently, m6A reader proteins such as hnRNPA2/B1 and YTHDF2 has functional roles in mice embryo. However, the role of hnRNPA2/B1 in porcine embryogenic development are unclear. Here, we investigated the developmental competence and mRNA expression levels in porcine parthenogenetic embryos after hnRNPA2/B1 knock-down. HhnRNPA2/B1 was localized in the nucleus during subsequent embryonic development since zygote stage. After hnRNPA2/B1 knock-down using double stranded RNA injection, blastocyst formation rate decreased than that in the control group. Moreover, hnRNPA2/B1 knock-down embryos show developmental delay after compaction. In blastocyste stage, total cell number was decreased. Interestingly, gene expression patterns revealed that transcription of Pou5f1, Sox2, TRFP2C, Cdx2 and PARD6B decreased without changing the junction protein, ZO1, OCLN, and CDH1. Thus, hnRNPA2/B1 is necessary for porcine early embryo development by regulating gene expression through epigenetic RNA modification.
