        딥러닝(DL: Deep Learning)의 발전으로 오늘날 다양한 분야에서 AI 모델이 만들어지고 사용되고 있다. 오늘날, 컴퓨터의 발전과 DL 알고리즘의 발전에 의해, DL 기반 AI 모델은 수많은 데이터를 학습하고 스스로 규칙을 찾을 수 있다. DeepMind의 Alphago는 학습 데이터 만으로 게임의 규칙을 스스로 판단하고 고수준의 게임 플 레이를 할 수 있다는 가능성을 보여준다. 이런 다양한 DL 알고리즘이 게임 분야에 적용되고 있지만, 스포츠 게임 같이 팀의 전술과 개인 플레이가 공존하는 분야에서는 단일 AI 모델만으로 성공적인 플레이를 이끌어 내기에는 한계가 존재한다. 오늘날, 고품질의 스포츠 게임은 쉽게 접할 수 있다. 하지만, 게임 AI 연구자들이 이런 고품질의 스포츠 게임에 맞는 AI 모델을 개발하기 위해서는 게임 코드 소스를 받거나 게임 회사에서 테 스트용 시뮬레이터를 제공해줘야만 할 수 있다. 게임 AI 연구자들이 활발한 스포츠 게임 분야의 AI 모델을 개 발하기 위해서는 스포츠 게임의 규칙과 특징이 반영되고 접근하기 쉬운 테스트 환경(Test Environment)이 필요 하다. 본 논문에서는 팀의 전술과 개인 플레이가 중요한 스포츠 게임 분야에서 AI 모델을 만들고 테스트할 수 있는 규칙기반 축구 게임 프레임워크를 제안한다.

        This paper presents a method to measure the similarity of assigned jobs in the gravure printing operation based on the chromaticity and color sequence, and order the jobs accordingly. The proposed dispatching rule can be used to fulfill diverse manufacturing site requirements because the parameters can be adjusted to prioritize chromaticity and color sequence. In general, dispatching rules either ignore the job-changing time or require that the time be clearly defined. However, in the gravure printing operation targeted in this study, it is difficult to apply the general dispatching rule because of the difficulties in quantifying the job-changing time. Therefore, we propose a method for generalizing assignment rules of the job planner, allocating relative similarity among assigned jobs, and determining the sequence of jobs accordingly. Chromaticity priority is determined by the arrangement of the color assignments in the printing operation; color sequence priority is determined by the addition, deletion, or change in a specific color sequence. Finally, the job similarity is determined by the dot product of the chromaticity and color sequence priorities. Implementation of the proposed dispatching rule at an actual manufacturing site showed the planner present the same job order as that obtained using the proposed rule. Therefore, this rule is expected to be useful in industrial sites where clear quantification of the job-changing time is not possible.

        This study focuses on a job-shop scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing total tardiness for the job orders that have different due dates and different process flows. We suggest the dispatching rule based scheduling algorithm to generate fast and efficient schedule. First, we show the delay schedule can be optimal for total tardiness measure in some cases. Based on this observation, we expand search space for selecting the job operation to explore the delay schedules. That means, not only all job operations waiting for process but also job operations not arrived at the machine yet are considered to be scheduled when a machine is available and it is need decision for the next operation to be processed. Assuming each job operation is assigned to the available machine, the expected total tardiness is estimated, and the job operation with the minimum expected total tardiness is selected to be processed in the machine. If this job is being processed in the other machine, then machine should wait until the job arrives at the machine. Simulation experiments are carried out to test the suggested algorithm and compare with the results of other well-known dispatching rules such as EDD, ATC and COVERT, etc. Results show that the proposed algorithm, MET, works better in terms of total tardiness of orders than existing rules without increasing the number of tardy jobs.

        본 연구는 동시출현단어(co-word) 분석을 이용하여 기술경영 분야의 연구 주제 네트워크를 구축하고, 핵심 연구 주제 및 연구 주제 간 상호연관관계를 도출한다. 동시출현 빈도수의 정규화를 통해 키워드 간 유사성을 도출하여 무방향 네트워크를 분석하는 기존연구들과는 달리 본 연구는 연관규칙분석(association rule)을 통해 키워드 간 신뢰도(confidence)를 도출하여 유방향 네트워크 분석을 수행한다. 2011~2014년 기술경영 분야 9 개 국제 학술지에 게재된 2,456개의 논문의 저자키워드를 대상으로 빈도수 상위 200개 키워드를 추출하고, 주제(THEME), 방법(METHOD), 분야(FIELD)의 세 가지 유형으로 키워드를 분류한다. 각 유형별 일원(one-mode) 네트워크를 구축하여, 함께 많이 연구가 이루어진키워드들을 찾아내고, 핵심 키워드를 도출한다. 또한 두 가지 유형의 키워드 간의 이원(two-mode) 네트워크를 구축하여, 연구 주제별로 함께 많이 활용된 방법 및 대상 분야를 탐색한다. 본 연구 결과는 최근 성숙기에 접어든 기술경영 분야의 연구 흐름 및 지식 구조를 키워드 수준에서 구체적으로 제시함으로써, 기술경영 분야 연구자들의 연구 주제 탐색 및 연구방향 설계에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        In this paper we have tackled the outstanding inventory planning problems over new product launching period in a more holistic manner by addressing first the definition of efficient business rules to effectively control and reduce the inventory risks followed by the rigorous explanations on the implementation guide on suggested inventory planning rules. It is not unusual for many companies in the consumer electronics market to make a great effort to reduce the time to launch a new product because the ability to bring out higher performing products in such a short time period greatly increases the probability for them to remain competitive in the high tech market. Among so many newly developed products, those products with new features and technologies appeal to many potential customers while products which fail to win customers by design and prices rapidly disappear in the market. To adapt to this business environment, those companies have been trying to find the answer to minimize the inventory of old products so they can move to next generation products quickly with less obsolete material . In the experimental implementation of our rule-based inventory planning, Company ‘S’ reduced the inventory cost for the outgoing products as low as 49% of its peak level of its preceding product version in just 5 month after the adoption of rule-based inventory planning process and system. This paper concluded the subject with a suggestion that the best performance of rule-based inventory planning is guaranteed not from one-time campaign of process improvement along with system development but the decision maker’s continuing support and attention even without seeing any upcoming business crisis.

        The global economic and financial conditions in 2010 and 2011 were positive and the business trade grew at about twice of the rate of that in 2009. The container shipping players started to enjoy a new chapter of international business trade having struggled to operate their vessels since 2008. So we now have to consider if the shipping business will return to its old strategy? What will happen to the container shipping sector in 10 years from now still remains uncertain. Recently, the uncertain situation globally has been giving shipping companies in difficulty the opportunity to make decision as to whether it is necessary to use super slow steaming for containerships. Therefore, the aim of this study is to analyse the necessity of super slow steaming on containerships despite such uncertainty. A Fuzzy Rule-based Bayesian Reasoning method has been used which incorporates the membership function and 14 selected nodes. Finally, the outcome of this study is 48 rules which have been proposed to assist shipping companies in their decision making processes when dealing with the dynamic business environment. Each rule gives a clear-cut understanding of the result which is able to be applied to real situations the containership industry faces.

        The up-to-date small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Korea have tried to respond flexibly and rapidly to dynamic business environment and to establish efficient production management system based on information technologies. However, most of SMEs have faced with low applicability of the production management system resulting from high costs of introduction and maintenance. In this paper, a production planning and control system, that is S-PMS (production management system for SMEs), is proposed to solve the problem of low applicability and limited human resources. S-PMS enables production managers to efficiently collect and manage master data with the actual target production systems and explores the bottleneck process by means of simulation techniques to improve productivity. Furthermore, it implements rescheduling mechanism in terms of a variety of process routes. In essence, intuitive dispatching rules and integrated data management of S-PMS improve field applicability of production management system. Consequently, S-PMS is expected to be used as an efficient production management system of SMEs in Korea.

        Up-to-date business environment for manufacturers is very complex and rapidly changing. In other words, companies are facing a variety of changes, such as diversifying customer requirements, shortening product life cycles, and switching to small quantity batch production. In this situation, the companies are introducing the concept of JIT (just-in-time) to solve the problem of on-time production and on-time delivery for survival. Though many companies have introduced ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems and MRP (material requirement planning) systems, the performance of these systems seems to fall short of expectations. In this paper, the case study on introducing an APS (advanced planning and scheduling) system based on dispatching rules to a machining company and on finding a method to establish an efficient production schedule is presented. The case company has trouble creating an effective production plan and schedule, even though it is equipped with an MRP-based ERP system. The APS system is applied to CNC (computer numerical control) machines, which are key machines of the case company. The overall progress of this research is as follows. First, we collect and analyze the master data on individual products and processes of the case company in order to build a production scheduling model. Second, we perform a pre-allocation simulation based on dispatching rules in order to calculate the priority of each order. Third, we perform a set of production simulations applying the priority value in order to evaluate production lead time and tardiness of pre-defined dispatching rules. Finally, we select the optimal dispatching rule suitable for work situation of the case company. As a result, an improved production schedule leads to an increase in production and reduced production lead time.

        Generally, the outcomes of the historical study in some domain would be a most fundamental and basic reference for understanding the essential and core component of them. Specially in case of social science, the importance of historical research much more emphasized that would be divided into independent academic field. In Korean history including fisheries business and industry, the most remarkable historic event would be the period of Japanese colonial rule that one of the most obstacle should overcome. Though the fisheries business and industry of Korea have considerable own history, the research and study of that not so much have been performed or investigated including the period of Japanese colonial rule. Most of the existing research of fisheries history have merely focused on partial topics like ‘Fishermen’s Association’,‘Fisheries Industry Despoliation’. And the historical study of fisheries business and industry’s overall status and trend in local area except Pusan also not enough. The aims of this study are exploring the fisheries trends and status during the period of Japanese colonial rule in Tongyeong and finding out the overall major fisheries business issues that would be a better understanding the Korean fisheries industry. Achieving that Objectives, over 800 articles of media, the Japanese government-general of Korea, and other historical data were gathered, refined and analyzed. This paper focused on of major fisheries topics and issues that including overall fisheries status, trends, fisheries catches, local fisheries cooperatives and fisheries exhibition during the period of Japanese colonial rule in Tongyeong. The result of this study shows that the status of fisheries in Korea had been deteriorated for exploitation of Japanese imperialism and Japanese fisheries capitalist during that period. Though the level of Tongyeong in fisheries was very high in terms of catches ratio and population of fisherman, the distribution networks of fishermen’s association was not good enough. And the Tongyeong fisheries exhibition in 1922 has positive aspects for considering both composition of organization and educational activity. Even though the results and findings would be a helpful guidelines for understanding the fisheries business trends and status under the rule of Japanese imperialism, more research and study of that should be accomplished.

        In the tanker industry, there are a lot of uncertain conditions that tanker companies have to deal with.For example, the global financial crisis and economic recession, the increase of bunker fuel prices and global climate change. Such conditions have forced tanker companies to change tankers speed from full speed to slow speed, extra slow speed and super slow speed. Due to such conditions, the objective of this paper is to present a methodology for determining vessel speeds of tankers that minimize the cost of the vessels under such conditions. The four levels of vessel speed in the tanker industry will be investigated and will incorporate a number of uncertain conditions. This will be done by developing a scientific model using a rule-based Bayesian reasoning method. The proposed model has produced 96 rules that can be used as guidance in the decision making process. Such results help tanker companies to determine the appropriate vessel speed to be used in a dynamic operational environmental.

        We adapted association rules of data mining in order to investigate the relation among the factors of musculoskeletal disorders and proposed the method of preventing the musculoskeletal disorders associated with multiple logistic regression in previous study. This multiple logistic regression was difficult to establish the method of preventing musculoskeletal disorders in case factors can't be managed by worker himself, i.e., age, gender, marital status. In order to solve this problem, we devised association rules of factors of musculoskeletal disorders and proposed the interactive method of preventing the musculoskeletal disorders, by applying association rules with the result of multiple logistic regression in previous study. The result of correlation analysis showed that prevention method of one part also prevents musculoskeletal disorders of other parts of body.

        여러 지질재해 중에서 산사태로부터 피해를 최소화하기 위해서는 미래의 산사태에 대해 취약한 지역의 추정이 필요하다. 산사태 위험성의 정량적 분석을 목적으로, 본 논문에서는 확률론적 공간통합 방법인 베이지안 기법의 적용가능성에 대해서 논의하고자 한다. 우선 산사태 발생과 관련이 있는 여러 공간자료의 확률론적 표현을 위해 우도비 함수를 사용하였으며, 베이지안 결합 규칙을 이용하여 최종적으로 통합된 검증을 수행하였다. 이러한 방법의 적용가능성을 검토하기 위하여 1998년 여름 산사태 공간 분포의 분할을 통한 검증을 수행하였다. 이러한 방법의 적용가능성을 검토하기 위하여 1998년 여름 산사태로 피해를 입은 경기도 장흥지역을 대상으로 사례연구를 수행하였다. 사례연구 수행 결과, 우도비에 기반한 베이지안 공간 통합 기법은 효율적으로 다양한 공간 자료를 통합할 수 있었으며, 검증결과는 해석과 의사결정 보조자료로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        At present, most of web-based applications are on the basis of HTML-based form documents. These HTML-based form documents only play a role as user interfaces, but they don"t involve the procedures or rules of processing business works that aim to documents. However, form documents imply methods for treating documents, and these procedural knowledge embedded can utilize to actively perform business work processes. Procedural knowledge is defined in ERML(Executable Rule Markup Language), which is a XML-based rule markup language that has a format of Prolog rules. The ERML is not only executable in an inference engine, but also can be geared with WfMS (Workflow Management System) and can be used in a heterogeneous rule-based application. Thus, this paper proposes a ERML-based scheme for processing active documents as device for automating a workflow that involve a process of treating documents. Our active documents themselves involve declarative knowledge to support the process and control of business rules embedded in documents and the automation of processing documents. Also, we propose a framework for processing the defined active documents. In order to demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed framework, a prototype called ActiveWebForm is designed and implemented for a case of processing a request for requisition of IP(Internet Procurement) system. As a result, our approach is expected to contribute to intelligence and automation of Internet applications as processing documents by embedding declarative knowledge.

        본 논문에서는 건물 기초 설계의 자동화를 위한 규칙 기반 시스템을 개발하였다. 상부구조의 설계 결과와 지반 조사 보고서로부터의 지반에 관한 자료를 읽어 들여 허용지내력을 추정하고 주어진 상황에 적절한 기초형식을 추론하는 방법을 제안하였다. 허용지내력은 표준관입시험치로부터 추정하였고, 이를 바탕으로 각 기중과 벽체의 기초형식은 우선 독립기초와 벽체기초라고 가정하여 그 크기를 계산하고 각 기초의 중첩여부를 조사하여 중첩되는 기초들은 본 논문에서 개발한 기초 합병의 방법을 이용하여 새로운 기초형식으로 변경되도록 하였다. 개발된 시스템은 주어진 상부구조 설계결과와 지반조건에 대하여 적절한 기초형식을 선정하여 그에 따른 배근 설계를 쉽게 할 수 있도록 해준다.

        본 연구의 목적은 댐 관리자가 쉽게 이해할 수 있고, 실제 댐 운영 업무에 적용하기 쉬운 저수지 운영률을 도출하는 것이다. 수위 구간별 저수지 운영률은 현재의 저수지 수위가 위치하는 영역의 운영 기준에 따라 저수지를 운영하는 간단한 방법이지만, 구체적인 수위 구간의 설정이 필요한 방법이다. 이에 연구에서는 수위 구간별 운영률을 포함한 저수지 운영 모형을 개발하였고, 수위 구간별 운영률의 적절한 수위 구간을 결정하기 위해 집합체 혼합진화 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 개발된 저수지 운영 모형을 물 수급 불균형으로 인해 물 공급에 어려움을 겪고 있는 필리핀의 Angat 댐에 대하여 적용하여 수위 구간별 운영률을 도출하고, 그에 따라 기록 유입량 자료를 이용하여 Angat 댐을 모의 운영하였다. 그 결과, 모의 운영을 통해 결정된 계획 공급량 대비 용수공급 부족량과 발전량은 실제 운영 기록에 비해 각각 34.5%와 21.2% 개선되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 댐의 장기 운영률 유도에 활용되어질 수 있을 것이다.
