본 연구는 정원문화의 확산과 농촌이주에 대한 대중의 인식을 빅데이터 기반으로 분석하여 농촌공간의 사회적·정서적 가치에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 최근 치유농업, 정신건강 증진, 농촌 정주 촉진 등 국가적 정책 흐름 속에서 정원과 농촌 이주가 어떻게 디지털 공간에서 담론화되고 있는지를 탐색하였다. 네이버와 다음의 블로그 및 카페로부터 2015년 7월부터 2024년까지 수집된 비정형 데이터를 대상으로 텍스트마이닝 기법을 적용하였다. 분석 방법으 로는 키워드 빈도분석, TF-IDF, N-gram 연결망 분석, Louvain 클러스터링, 감성분석을 활용하였 다. 분석 결과 귀농귀촌은 ‘교육’, ‘지원’, ‘주택’ 등의 제도적 기반에 대한 관심이 강하게 나타났 으며, 귀촌정원은 ‘꽃’, ‘전원주택’, ‘텃밭’ 등 정서적 만족과 자연 친화적 주거 환경에 대한 수요를 보여주었다. 농촌정원은 ‘체험’, ‘마을’, ‘자연’ 등 공동체 기반의 참여형 콘텐츠로 인식되 고 있었다. 클러스터 분석에서는 정책수혜형, 감성치유형, 공동체정착형, 예술창작형 등 다층적 인 귀농 및 정원 유형이 도출되었으며, 감성분석 결과 전체 텍스트의 80% 이상이 긍정적 감정을 나타내었다. 본 연구는 농촌 정원과 귀농귀촌 활동이 단순한 공간 활용이나 이주를 넘어 정서적 공감, 정책적 수혜, 문화적 창작의 플랫폼으로 기능하고 있음을 보여준다. 연구 결과는 향후 정원산업 진흥, 치유농업 활성화, 농촌 정주 정책 수립을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

이 연구는 완주군의 농촌체험휴양마을 10개를 대상으로 상대적인 효율성을 분석하였다. 농촌체험 휴양마을은 마을이 갖고 있는 자연환경, 전통자원 등을 활용하여 농촌 활성화를 도모하고 있다. 농촌체험휴양마을의 상대적인 효율성의 분석은 DEA를 이용하였고, 투입과 산출변수는 직원 수, 체험프로그램 수, 체험시설 면적, 총 방문객, 매출액으로 설정하였다. 그리고 DEA 모형 중 투입지 향의 CCR 모형을 이용하였다. 분석결과 평균 효율성은 0.7891이며, 10개 농촌체험휴양마을 중 비율적이 60%, 효율적이 40%로 나타났다. 또한 투입 과다분과 투영점을 고려할 때 투입 과다분이 발생하여 향후 농촌체험마을의 특성이나 직원수, 체험프로그램 수, 체험시설 면적을 종합적으로 고려하여 직원역량강화, 프로그램과 시설의 효율적 관리와 활용이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

In this study, we typified the project for revitalizing the rural area through text analysis using news data, and analyzed the main direction and characteristics of the project. In order to examine the factors emphasized among the issues related to the revitalization of rural areas, we used news data related to 'tourism' and 'livelihood', which are the main keyword of the project to promote rural areas. In the analysis, text mining techniques were used. Topic modeling was conducted on LDA techniques for major projects in 'tourism' and 'livelihood' keyword. Based on this, this study typified the projects that are carried out for the activation of rural areas by topic. As a result of the analysis, it was fount that the topics included in the project were distributed in 11 sub-types(Tourism Promotion, Regional Specialization, Local Festival, Development of Regional Scale, Urban and Rural Exchange, Agricultural Support, Community Forest Management, Improve the Settlement Environment, General Welfare Service, Low Class Support, Others). The characteristics of the rural revitalization projects were examined, and it was confirmed that domestic projects were carried out by tourism-oriented projects. To summarize, the government is making projects to revitalize rural areas through related ministries. Within the structure where the project is spreading to the region, a lot of projects are being carried out. It is understood that the tourism and welfare oriented projects are being carried out in the revitalization project of the domestic rural area. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of rural revitalization, it is believed that it will be effective to carry out a balanced project to improve the settlement environment of the residents.

In order to research the impact of the fixed asset investment of rural projects to the industrial structure, this article empirically analyzes the impact of the fixed asset investment of rural projects on the three industries and their structure by using the panel data model of variable coefficients, which based on the industrial date of Enshi state from 2004 to 2010. The results show that: firstly, the fixed asset investment of rural projects plays a stimulating role on the increasing of the three industries’ GDP of Enshi state; secondly, Enshi state should actively increase the fixed assets investment of rural projects in the forestry sector and develop the forestry of Enshi state by means of its rich natural resources, the agricultural sector’s natural advantages and the developing trend of a new-type stockbreeding; lastly, as a key investment in fixed asset investment industry, the real estate industry’s development always shows instability, and with the further improvement of the national macro-control policies on the real estate industry, the real estate industry should have a high potential for improvement.

The purpose of this study is to develop the data structure for querying database of a rural house design. It is necessary, for developing the data structure, to define items of rural houses and to study about the processing of the data. The classifications of rural houses can be differed in the subjective opinion for computerization. In this study, items of classified rural houses can be expressed numerically, like size and number of room. The user who has insufficient knowledge about house is hard to input items fit personal taste. The querying algorithm was developed using the relationship of items and functions of house. Functions of house mean family life-style and how they use space.
