This study identified and examined earth science education department programs in Korea. Major courses provided by 11 universities and their course requirements were analyzed, and the main research results are as follows. First, many basic courses, other major requisite, and elective courses are provided in geology, astronomy, and atmospheric science. oceanography, geophysics, earth environmental science, and natural disaster and energy resources had fewer major requisite courses provided in addition to basic courses, and few elective courses were offered. Second, many courses in science education focused on earth science, while others focused on general science and there were few courses that covered education theory regarding the specific subject. Third, science course application requirements emphasized the understanding of science in general or of earth science specifically. From the above results, additional studies are proposed to reflect on the current state and supplement these programs.

본 연구는 중학교 교육과정에서 수학과 연계된 지구과학 실험 중 지구의 크기 측정을 중심으로 총 30시간 동안 지구과학 교육봉사 활동에 참여한 예비 지구과학교사와 중학생들에게 본 프로그램이 주는 의미를 살펴보고 혁신적 수업으로의 가능성을 탐색해 보았다. 중학교 과학 교과서에 소개된 고대 그리스 시대 에라토스테네스의 그림자 길이를 이용한 지구 크기 측정 실험에서 나타나는 오차를 최소화하기 위하여, 멀리 떨어진 수도권과 지방의 두 개의 중학교에서 삼각비를 이용한 탐구 활동을 수행 한 후, 실측한 자료를 두 학교 학생들이 공유하여 지구의 크기를 최종적으로 계산하였다. 이 과정을 통해 실측 자료를 효과적으로 표현하는 수학적 방법을 배우며, 반복적이고 정확한 자료 획득 과정의 중요성과 어려움을 체험하고, 도출된 결과에 포함된 오차의 원인들에 대해 토론하였다. 본 연구 결과는 학생들이 지구과학 탐구의 특성을 이해하고, 2015 개정 교육과정에서 과학과 수학교과에서 공통적으로 강조하고 있는 교과 역량인 문제 해결력, 사고력, 의사소통 능력을 함양할 수 있는 수학·과학 통합 프로그램 개발에 기초 자료를 제공할 것이다.

The main focus of the current article is to introduce and apply an evaluation model to an rNSET program for non-native speaking English teachers. The rationale behind why an rNSET program evaluation should make use of a synthesized approach to look at diverse variables from a balanced perspective is provided. While using the model as a guideline, this article explores the way quality drivers in an intensive teacher education program are interconnected to affect program quality. What/why/how the case study foreign teacher educator does needs to be examined through teacher trainees' perceptions and reactions, who better know context variables in their own classrooms. It turned out that the trainer's teaching quality was affected a lso by the socio-cultural variables within and beyond his classroom area. [n addition, it was revealed that discrepancies between stakeholders' beliefs and practices could lower the program quality as well. The article illustrates the process of how quality drivers and context variables affect each other to determine program quality and warrants more attention from ELT evaluators.

본 논문의 목적은 최근 클라우드 컴퓨팅, Smart TV 등 다양한 IT 서비스와 접목되면서 급격히 성장하고 있는 인터넷 TV 프로그램 녹화 및 송신 서비스와 관련된 저작권법상 문제점들을 종합적으로 정리하고, 그에 대한 우리법상 적절한 규율 법리와 기준을 제시하는 것이다. 각국 법원에서 인터넷 TV 프로그램 녹화 및 송신 서비스와 관련하여 문제된 사건들에 대한 판단이 내려지기 시작한 것은 비교적 최근의 일인 관계로 각국의 규율 법리에 대한 비교∙검토나 그를 기초로 한 우리법상 적절한 규율 기준에 대한 총체적 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 그러나 이미 관련 기술 및 시장이 급격히 성장하고 있는 상황에 비추어, 관련된 법적 문제점들을 파악하고 그에 대한 타당한 규율 법리와 기준을 제시하는 것은 실무상으로도 시급하고 현실적인 필요성이 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 인터넷 TV 프로그램 녹화 및 송신 서비스와 관련하여 우선 ① 최근 일본 최고재판소의‘마네키TV 사건’및‘로쿠라쿠 II 사건’판결 내용을 포함하여 미국, 일본, 한국 등 각국의 법원에서 문제되었던 사례들을 종합적으로 소개하고, ② 해당 판례들의 분석을 통해 각국의 규율 법리에 대해 비교∙검토한 후, 이들에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 ③‘저작권 보호와 저작물의 공정한 이용활성화 사이의 균형을 통한 인류 문화 및 관련 산업발전’이라는 저작권법제도의 근본 취지를 인터넷 TV 프로그램 녹화 및 송신 서비스에 관한 법적 규율이 추구해야할 목적으로 설정하고, 그러한 검토 기준에 따라 입법론을 포함하여 우리법상 적절한 규율 법리와 기준에 대해 제안하고자 하였다. TV 프로그램 인터넷 녹화 및 송신 서비스뿐 아니라 이와 접목된 클라우드 컴퓨팅, Smart TV 등 관련 기술의 발전 과정에서 이상과 같은 본 논문의 연구 결과가 향후 발생될 수 있는 법적 문제점들의 파악과 해결의 기준이 되어 궁극적으로 인류의 문화 및 관련 산업 발전에 기여할 수 있기를 희망한다.

The research discussed in this paper was conducted to evaluate an intensive English teacher training program (IETTP) and to consider implications for in-service English teacher education. Data was gathered from a variety of sources including trainees’ self-evaluation of their teaching and English language proficiency, feedback on sessions of the program, interviews, and documents. The analysis of the gathered data revealed that the trainees perceived their teaching improved. The comparison of the pre- and post-tests of language skills showed that the level of the trainees’ English language significantly improved. The trainees’ feedback on the program and the trainers revealed that they were satisfied with the course components, and with the trainers’ enthusiasm, materials, motivation and demonstrations. It was also found that the program management was process-focused; the evaluation was conducted on a regular basis and the results were fed back into the program. The findings of the program evaluation supported the conclusion that the trainees benefitted from the programs and that the goals of the training program were achieved at a satisfactory level in most areas. The findings provide guidelines for the further development of IETTPs, and implications for policy-making on English teacher education.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of 6 Sigma on menu management, work commitment and quality in the culinary division of hotels and family restaurants. In addition, this study sought to identify the effects of menu management, work commitment and quality performance on customer satisfaction. Furthermore the relationship between menu management and culinary quality was evaluated here. The subjects evaluated in this study were employees of culinary division of hotels and family restaurants that implemented or were about to adopt the 6 Sigma program. A total of 385 questionnaires were analyzed using factor analysis, a reliability test, and covariance structural analysis. The results revealed that the 6 Sigma program influenced menu management, work commitment and culinary quality. Moreover, menu management, work commitment and culinary quality performance were found to impact customer satisfaction and culinary quality performance. Based on these findings, culinary divisions of hotels and family restaurants should incorporate the 6 Sigma program as soon as possible. To implement this program, faultless data for the 6 Sigma program should be collected using sufficient preparation procedures. After the data were collected, a task force team should be developed, experts should be cultivated and employees should be trained as necessary. Finally, the current level of product and services should be measured and reported to all employees in the culinary division and a challenge spirit should be brought with understanding for the reason for implementation of the 6 Sigma program. In implementing the 6 Sigma program, the leadership of the top manager and the head of the culinary division is very important.

본 연구의 목적은 정보통신윤리의 영어 몰입수업에 대한 효과， 학습자의 반응 분석， 영어 몰입수엽의 문제점을 찾아 그 대응책을 모색하는 것이다. 연구는질적인 연구의 한 방법인 사례연구법에 의해 실시되었다. 데이터 수집은 연구자의 자기 평가와 학생들의 수엽 만족도 조사표의 응답 결과 그리고 태국 AIV 활동에서 함께 활동하였던 2 명의 교사들 평가를 반영하였다. 수업만족도 조사표로IACE 에서 개발하였으며， 선다형 10문항， 개방형 1 문항으로 작성되었다초등학교 5-6 학년 학생 20 명을 대상으로 시범수업으로 정보통신윤리의 영어몰입수엽 후 학생들의 수엽만족도 조사표에서 영어 몰입수엽은 효과가 있으며 학생들의 반응도 매우 긍정적이었다. 드러난 문제점으로 교사의 학생들 수준에 맞는 의사소통 능력의 부족， 고차원적인 사고 유도의 부족， 수업 중 학생들이 협력할 기회의 제공이 부족， 학생들의 의견 청취와 학생 중심의 수업 부족 등이었다.연구의 결론은 첫째， 정보통신윤리의 영어 몰입수업은 효과가 있었다. 둘째， 학생들의 반응은 매우 긍정적으로 나타났다. 셋째 정보통신윤리의 영어몰입수업에서교사의 철저한 수업계획과 자기 점검이 필요하다는 것이다.

The purpose of the present study is to compare the use of discourse markers by pre-service training students and in-service training teachers in middle school contexts. For this purpose, 20 participants in each of the pre-service (PS) and in-service (IS) teacher groups were selected and their teaching was videotaped. Then, the data was transcribed with a focus on the use of discourse markers. The results of the study demonstrated that there was no significant difference in the use of macro-markers between the two groups. However, it is interesting that student teachers in the PS group used various expressions for elaboration a little more frequently than the IS group. In addition, significant differences were found in the use of micro-markers between the two groups in terms of segmentation and temporal markers. On the basis of the results, some pedagogical implications on the teaching of listening and teacher training are suggested.

Recently, ASP (Application Service Provider) as new information technology outsourcing method appears due to development of network technology and spreading of peculating software. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop a certification program to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. This paper provides the safe and reliable certification program for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and then evaluation methodology for ASP certification program is proposed. This paper presents application certification as the part of ASP certification program.

Since 1998, an elementary teacher education institute in Korea has hosted the center for the gifted education. The institute hired undergraduate students to escort and liaison each class of the gifted student participants with assisting classroom activities. These liaison teachers observed the gifted classroom activities and evaluated them by using a given checklist and filling out pre-made evaluation forms. Currently this system is being transferred from part-time jobs for students to earn allowance into well organized pre-service teacher program focusing on the gifted education. In other words, the purpose of system is being shifted from how liaison teachers facilitate the gifted program to how the system helps the liaison teachers to be quality teachers for the gifted who can understand what the gifted are and how to facilitate them. Analyzed were the self reports of the liaison teachers regarding their perceptions and beliefs of the gifted and their education program. It was found participant liaison teachers purposed to have more live experiences with getting along with students as well. Liaison teachers’ perceptions on establishing a gifted teacher professional education sequence were reported in this study. The potential scaffolding of the pre-service teacher education program model of the gifted education was provided as a consequence of this study.

The purpose of this study was to assess the needs of education program and to analyze importance of education courses for school food service cooks. The questionnaires were developed by reviewing literatures on education programs for cooks and by interviewing with cooks who are working in school food service. A total of 150 questionnaires were surveyed at Kyonggi University and 90 of them were analyzed. The cooks in school food service wanted to take continuing education program about cooking skills and school food service operation skills. They wanted to take a culinary courses for 10 days and they wanted to take a food service operation courses for a week. The school food service cooks emphasized on courses of job analysis, laws and regulation, food sanitation, standard recipe, safety, equipment, and facility and layout. And they thought not only Korean food but also western food, Chinese food and Japanese food are important.

본 연구는 초등교사 직무연수 성과를 분석하고, 이를 통해 초등교사 전문성 향상을 꾀하는 직무 연수 프로그램 설계 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2017년 강원도 초등교사가 이수한 직무연수 자료를 전수조사하여 내용분석하였다. 그 결과, 초등교사 직무연수 유형은 [교직 발달과 전문성], [아동이해], [교사이해], [교육과정과 수업], [교사직무], [변화대응]의 6가지 대분류 항목, 그리고 하위 영역으로서 18개 중분류, 85개 소분류 항목이 도출되었다. 또, 해당 결과에 대한 교차분석과 빈도분석을 통해 초등교사 교직경력에 따른 각 관심 영역 간 차이를 분석하였다. 이러 한 결과에 근거한 초등교사 직무연수 설계 방향은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무연수의 목적: 초등교사 전문성 향상, 둘째, 직무연수 내용 구성: 학급담임으로서 역량 강화, 셋째, 직무연수 적용 기준(방법): 의무성과 자율성의 균형이다. 지금까지 논의는 초등교직이 입직 이후 더는 추가 교육이 필요 하지 않은 완성형 직업이기보다, 지속적인 현직교육을 통해 끊임없이 전문성을 추구해야 하는 전문직임 보여준다.

본 연구는 글로벌 시대에 교사에게 새롭게 요구되는 글로벌 교육역량을 구체화하고, 해외교육 실습 프로그램에 참여한 예비교사들의 글로벌 교육역량과 영어 의사소통능력의 변화를 살펴본 연구이다. 해외교육실습 프로그램은 국내 사전교육과 해외교육실습으로 구성되었다. 국내 사전교육으로 예비교사들은 글로벌 특강, 교수·학습 지도안 작성 및 시연, 영어 회화 수업을 수강했으며, 해외교육실습은 미국 중서부와 서부 지역에서 교육실습을 중심으로 2~3주간 실시되었다. 참여한 예비교사 20명을 대상으로 글로벌 교육역량 변화는 설문지와 예비교사들의 학습일지 및 소감문 자료, 영어 의사소통능력 변화는 사전, 사후에 실시한 영어 의사소통능력평가 결과지를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 해외교육실습 프로그램 사전, 사후에 실시한 글로벌 교육역량 변화 조사에서 예비교사들의 글로벌 교육역량은 모두 상승하였으며, 각 요인간 상관관계는 비교적 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 예비교사들의 영어 의사소통능력은 20명 중 17명이 1단계에서 4단계 까지 상승한 것으로 분석되어 해외교육실습 프로그램이 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 해외교육실습 프로그램 전후에 글로벌 교육역량의 각 요인을 분석한 결과, 글로벌 교육이 해역량, 글로벌 교수능력, 문화간 의사소통능력의 평균이 눈에 띄게 향상되었으며 통계적으로 의미가 있었다.

본 연구는 중등 예비교사의 교사역량이 학교현장실습을 통해 향상되는지를 살펴보고, 학교현장 실습과정에서 예비교사를 지도한 현직교사들은 예비교사의 교사역량에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있 는 지를 분석하여 예비교사에 대한 교육요구를 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교원양성과정의 예 비교사 216명을 대상으로 학교현장실습 이전과 이후 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이들의 학교현장 실습을 지도한 현직교사 216명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 먼저 예비교사 본인 이 인식하는 수행도 변화는 ‘윤리의식 및 열정’, ‘교과전문성’, ‘수업설계 및 자료개발’, ‘수업실행’, ‘평가 및 결과활용’, ‘상담 및 생활지도’, ‘학급경영 및 행정’의 7개 역량 모두에서 증가하였으며, 역 량에 대한 중요도 인식 변화는 ‘윤리의식 및 열정’, ‘수업실행’을 제외한 5개 역량에서 유의미하게 증가하였다. 둘째, 예비교사 본인이 인식하는 수행도와 지도교사가 평가한 예비교사의 수행도 차 이를 비교한 결과, ‘학급경영 및 행정’ 역량을 제외한 6개 역량에서 예비교사 본인이 인식하는 수행 도 보다 지도교사의 평가가 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 예비교사가 인식하는 수행도와 중요도에 따른 교육요구도와 지도교사의 평가에 따른 교육요구도를 분석한 결과 ‘평가 및 결과 활용’ 역량에 대한 교육요구가 동일하게 상위권에 위치하였으나, ‘교과전문성’ 역량은 예비교사의 교육요구가 지도교 사의 평가에 비해 높았고, ‘수업실행’ 역량은 지도교사의 교육요구가 예비교사에 비해 높았다. 본 연구의 결과는 각 역량에 대한 예비교사와 지도교사의 인식차이를 확인함으로써 교원양성과정에 대한 시사점을 제시하고 있다.
